Very unfriendly employee, I can't rate the food because it didn't come with the order. I wanted a notorious BMT and was told it had to be taken exactly as it says on the menu without any changes. Luckily, at my subway in Freudenstadt there are employees who respond to customers' wishes.

Unfortunately, the cheese oregano bread was not available for the third time in a row (2.5 hours after opening) There was only a short and rather mushy statement: I don't have it there. (The type of bread wasn't available because it wasn't even baked but was still in the oven... that shouldn't be the case - I've worked at Subway somewhere else and therefore know the processes). The employee wasn't really friendly and seemed very annoyed. Had to take another bread. Then when it came to cheese, the cheddar wasn't there either. Everything progressed quite slowly even though there were 3 employees there?! It felt like only one lady did something and the others didn't do anything. There was also more savings on vegetables and you could literally count them. The next problem with the drinks: there was nothing except water. No soft drinks. The subs themselves were tasty, but there are many points where improvement would be desirable.

A disaster in terms of personnel. When I order (turkey ham) I get a grumpy “We don’t have any more”, I’m looked at with tired eyes and that’s it. Since the two ingredients were clearly on the counter, I asked her to simply make me a ham with some turkey in between (again: the suggestion came from me and not from the brilliant employee). The answer I get is: "Turkey is no longer available, it's turkey." (Turkey in English = Turkey) Actually, you should have asked if she got lost on the way to the special school, but then I just ordered a ham with some turkey. She then covered the thing completely with ham and put the turkey slices on top again. So I felt like I had half a kilo of meat in the sandwich. If this had only happened once it would be almost funny, but I meet such "professional staff" there every time. Please, please, please stick to the sandwich and don't look for a job that requires logical thinking. Thank you on behalf of the consumer.

The food tasted delicious, but the two employees were more busy communicating with two guests for a longer period of time (flirting). This resulted in order delays. Furthermore, not even three sandwiches could be remembered (preselection B.M.T...) was asked individually. It was not asked whether a menu was desired, but this should be mandatory, especially with the potatoes. The employee's speed also left something to be desired, as did her friendliness.

The last time I went to the Subway, the center voucher says that you can pay there with it. There is nowhere on site that says paying with a voucher is currently not possible. Instead, when paying, you are "friendly" informed that the payment terminal has apparently not yet been converted. Anyone who believes it will be blessed. I have had the voucher for three years in a row and it said Subway every time. 3 years to convert a terminal, ridiculous.

The food was cold! The worst thing was the customer service. With a long queue behind me, my order is questioned. I order a gluten-free bread and am actually asked if I have a gluten intolerance. And if I just eat it for fun. Customers can't be asked something like that. Especially since the waitress then cleverly explained to me where there was still gluten in it. I already pay more for the gluten-free bread...then how can it be that this is being questioned. Incredible! Something like that has no place in service and dealing with customers!

For service on November 8th. there are actually 0 stars. We're having a lovely afternoon Nova and wanted to have something to eat at Suwbay at the end of the evening. From 6:50 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. no one is in the store and no one responds to calls. At 7:00 p.m. the employee comes out and immediately states that we are closed from 7:00 p.m. That's what I call miserable dealing with customers.

Dear subway team, dear readers. What can we expect when we eat with you? Lots of questions, mediocre taste and nice fresh ingredients. Imagine now you are standing in line, behind exactly one customer who is taking a small sandwich, after 3 minutes there is still no "good day, please come a moment" or simply the order is asked. Die zwei Sterne sind für den Service. Drei Mitarbeiter am Handy und Quatschen und eine am "zusammenbauen", ich warte natürlich bis sich mein Nachfolger auch entspannt entschieden/geändert/ und neu entschieden hat und unser Zeugs gemeinsam getoastet wird, hatte eben leicht Puls!!!

Ungeschultes Personal Ich habe mir heute ein Sandwich bei Subway bestellt und habe freundlich nach gefragt, ob ich bei meinem Sub eine Wurstsorte tauschen könnte. Mir wurde gesagt es wäre kein Problem. An der Kasse wurde mir dann ein Aufpreis von 1,20€ berechnet. Ich habe nach gefragt, weshalb ich jetzt auf einmal mehr bezahlen muss. Der Mitarbeiter meinte zu mir (sehr unfreundlich), dass er nicht zugehört und den Sub nicht belegt hat und es nun mal so ist. Ich habe ihn danach, darauf hingewiesen, das nächste mal einfach zu sagen wenn es nicht so geht. Ich gehe nie wieder dort essen

Das Essen und das Konzept hinter Subway ist Top. Die Mitarbeiter hingegen leider absolute Flops. Wenn ich als Kunde so unfreundlich bedient werde frage ich mich ob ich mein Geld dort ausgeben sollte oder nicht doch lieber bei anderen unzähligen Imbissen. Hier wäre eventuell eine Mitarbeiterschulung mit dem Schwerpunkt "richtiger Kundenumgang" sinnvoll.

We were there on November 1st, 2024. The food was really top. The price is also justified for the quality. I don't understand the other comments or negative reviews about the price. A soft drink is available with the menu for significantly less than €3.50.
