Very slow service, cold food and monotonous music...

MC is always good for something quick and uncomplicated in between. The service was great. Big praise to the little boss.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER... So humble that I don't even want to write about it anymore. Just drive next door to eat at Aral.

We waited 45 minutes for our food.

The service was already annoyed and stressed in the morning even though there was hardly anyone here. The citizens are an imposition. Soft, mushy, cold. I've never experienced that at McDonald's. But we didn't dare to exchange everything. Never again.

The whole branch is a disgrace, unfortunately there is nothing else left on the holiday because everything is full. The garbage trucks are overflowing and everything is falling down, tables remain full of garbage, the floor is dirty and eating takes forever. How can you run a restaurant so badly? If no one has time for such quick tasks, I don't want to know how the thorough tasks like disinfecting and cleaning the surfaces are done!!

Long waiting times and if you want to cancel the order, it is processed all of a sudden

We were there shortly before closing time. I can understand that they wanted to finish work and want to go home after a long shift. Nevertheless, you don't have to show it so conspicuously to the last customers. Even if no one else was there, the tables that didn't have chairs on them were all dirty, as were the seats.

Today on October 12th after lunchtime, customers in front of us complained about waiting times of over 30 minutes, which is absolutely impossible. Employees at the back in preparation stand there with cell phones and others chat instead of working through the immensely long line. Was the last visit.

One star is already too many! The ashtray at the entrance was burning and everything smelled. After it was brought up, the employees were annoyed. The citizens were laid together so carelessly and just looked disgusting. We've been there before and got a nuggets box where they were all fried at least three times. You couldn't eat that! Today we bought another nugget box and this time they were swimming in fat and weren't cooked properly. You couldn't swallow it! 12€ for the trash! Great shop!

At least one thing has been forgotten on every visit so far. There are now bets within the group beforehand, which is probably missing today. Subterranean and incomprehensible, especially when entire menus are missing when ordering and you only notice it when you get home. Other branches in the area also have no problems. Just the same things over and over again. We will not visit this McDonalds again.

The women's toilets were a mess. Something so dirty in a food establishment is unacceptable. Apparently it's the employees (only men) were not allowed to look at this area mentioned above.

Once again we missed eating at Mc Drive. Service often seems overwhelmed.

Sometimes it's the little things that are annoying and just have to sit there in a franchise like this: the air conditioning makes noises like a rushing subway, no napkins were packed and... the fries were already taken out and were hanging there - and then they were put again Made “fresh” / hot by dipping them briefly into the fat again. I think they don't follow the prescribed procedure? Accordingly, they tasted bad - school grade 5 for the fries. The Big Mäc was ok - school grade 2. Overall, there is room for improvement!

I observed that an elderly couple didn't get food because they couldn't use the computer. It was not possible to order at the checkout. There are no straws for the drinks, even if there are a lot of ice cubes in the drink without asking.

I ordered 2 cappuccinos, 2 McFlurry, 2 lattice potatoes at 12:08. At 12:50 I still didn't have my order, even though it wasn't busy. When asked, there was no good customer service, but rather complaints about not earning enough. I then received a lukewarm cappuccino, a bitter tasting cappuccino and 2 semi-liquid McFlurries. We're not talking about the lattice potatoes. Was the first and last time I was there.

I've gone there several times and it often happens that you receive incorrect or incomplete orders. Today I ordered a MCwrap without cheese to take away and only realized when I got home that I still had cheese on it. Of course I could have driven back, but that wasn't worth the gas money. They can't expect me to check it for completeness and accuracy every time before I leave. That was 5 euros that I was able to put in the bin because no one else in the family is into wraps

Lately it's taking forever for the food you ordered to arrive, unfortunately there's no longer any talk of fast food. It used to be much better! A PITY! It is now even the case that, despite opening hours until 10 p.m., the outdoor area is no longer allowed to be used at 9:25 p.m., in the middle of summer, really pointless!

The waiting times at McDrive are already outrageous. Sometimes 15-20 minutes and then they don't even apologize. Plus, if you order 10 times, you'll forget something 7 times. The service is really subpar.

I was with you on March 22nd, 2024 in the evening around 9 p.m. and afterwards had a severe bout of vomiting due to your burgers. The burgers were definitely lying around a little longer, which I could tell afterwards from the crust of cheese stuck to the packaging. I vomited several times and was sick in bed with food poisoning for two days. I will therefore never visit your fast food restaurant again and can therefore not recommend it. Clearly - for me - no recommendation!

I actually always like going to McDonalds. I just like it better than other fast food chains. Especially when I'm driving on the highway, the Mc is my go-to. I just didn't really feel comfortable here. It was just too dirty for me. The whole floor is stuck... The tables... You know it, but I have the impression that it's gotten worse recently. I was here for dinner a few weeks ago, today the same process happened again, only this time everything was included with the order. First of all, my case: The drink was not packed and there were ingredients on the burger that had been canceled. I had fun and contacted customer service. The emails have been going back and forth for over a week. I'm supposed to send a receipt which I didn't get lol. I would be happy with a simple voucher for my ice tea but nope. They insist that they just don't give anything out. At Dominos you get a voucher as compensation and that's it, but you don't have a chance at the fun club there. I would also be asked 3 times that day about my order and what I paid... at the terminal, at their checkout and when picking it up. That's a joke, but luckily only at the branch

The children asked for food from McDonalds. We ordered via the big screen. After 30 minutes I asked for my food. Apparently there was a system error. The food is prepared for us immediately. 15 minutes later I asked again, no one knew about the order. I asked for my money back, the children were extremely sad. I was refused reimbursement. We took a break on Saturday February 25th, 2024 around 2 p.m. here for lunch during a long journey from Italy. The women's toilets were dirty: all 3 cubicles - toilet paper on the floor and not too many customers but enough staff (about 6 people visible). The floor in the entire McDonald's restaurant had greasy stains - too much cleaning agent and not enough water? Fries on the floor under tables in the corner. When you see such a mess, you wonder if it's worth risking trying the food. Chesseburger was ok. - too much ketchup, fries ok. Luckily no stomach ache!

Definitely 0 stars! After our visit to the cinema today, we wanted to have something small for dinner, but it got so far that we asked for some of our money back. For the fact that you have to wait forever for the food, you get OLD food. As has already been mentioned several times, the condition of this branch is CATASTROPLE and the staff is definitely OVERTHROUGHT.

We would prefer to give 0 stars! We only wanted to have 2 cups to drink and stood for half an eternity until it was ready for us! Apart from that, I think charging €4 for a large drink is very, very exploitative! Doesn't work at all in my opinion! Everyone just stands around and stares at the receipts coming out of the machine. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is getting worse...Burgers are getting smaller and smaller...the modern ambience isn't really for me, the old McDonald's were much happier, I definitely miss the Ronald McDonald...

After reading some reviews here, I was no longer convinced to take my family to McDonalds before going to the cinema. But I did it anyway and we weren't disappointed. All machines for orders were operational. The food was fully brought to the table within 5 minutes by the friendly staff and there were 7 of us. The quality of the McDonald's food was great. The tables were all wiped down and the floor wasn't full of crumbs either. The toilets can't be criticized either, very clean. I have to say, we visited McDonalds during the week. I can't say what it looks like there on the weekend, but I can only recommend a visit during the week.

It's best to replace the remaining employees with machines. The touch order board....Weia!!! A real treat in times of various infectious diseases. And if the thing only reacts after the Xth time and the next people are waiting behind you... Awesome!

You have problems with people. Too little or snail. We waited almost 25 minutes for order. Fries in HM were old (was packed first). Never again!

WCs hätten mal eine grundreinigung nötig.

Erst mal eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet. Bei jedem Nachfragen kam die Aussage: "Ist in Arbeit" Ergebnis, die Hälfte hat dann auch noch gefällt und die Sonderwünsche: + Bacon wurden nicht beachtet.

Für 2 Burger 40 Minuten Wartezeit und dann noch lauwarm. Da gibt es wesentlich bessere Fastfood-Restaurants. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass die Mannschaft absolut überfordert war.

Wenn du mal richtig lange warten, dann lauwarme Burger und Pommes bekommen willst , bist du hier genau richtig. Das Papier ist auch groß genug aber trotzdem liegt alles in der Tüte. Ich war am Mc Drive.

Leider klappt das nicht so gut. Der Kollege, der unser Essen gepackt hat, zog es vor mit anderen Kollegen zu quatschen. Dabei wurde das Happy Meal fast vergessen und die Überraschung war auch nicht drin. Weniger quatschen, konzentrierter arbeiten.

Was soll ich sagen ist halt McDonald's und jeder kennt es. 😉

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Der Gastronomieraum sehr verschmutzt. Mitarbeiter*innen sehen das ein Tisch samt Fußboden mit Cola komplett geflutet war, leider wird dies übersehen und nicht weg gewischt. Wir saßen an einem verschmutzten Tisch, den wir selbst mit unseren Tüchern gesäubert haben. Dies war kein Einzelfall fast alle Tische waren verschmutzt und das spiegelte auch den Fußboden. Über die Damentoilette war ich sehr erschrocken, leider auch da fehlte es an Personal um eine Reinigung durch zu führen. An einem anderen Tag am Drive In wurde mit nicht viel Freundlichkeit geglänzt. Am besten fanden wir den jungen sitzenden Mitarbeiter an der Drive In Kasse, das einzige was er sagen konnte war ein genervtes 😒 JaJa In dieser Filiale fehlt absolut die Umsichtigkeit der internen Mitarbeiter*innen und die Freude am arbeiten.

Jahrelang kein Besuch bei dieser Kette dachten wir uns, es wird wieder Zeit. Im Rahmen von Rabattaktionen stillten wir also unseren Hunger. Naja, mehr ist es auch nicht geworden: Der Bunboden war dünn und weich und die Beläge rutschig, sodass die Burger regelrecht in der Hand zerfallen sind. Insgesamt sah das Essen etwas traurig aus, hatte seine Hochzeiten wohl schon hinter sich. Die Apfeltasche war noch in Ordnung und sehr heiß, die meiner Frau hingegen war etwas kühler. Der Service glänzte durch Desorientierung und wenig Kundenkontakt. Letzterer soll nun wohl gänzlich vermieden und durch Terminals ersetzt werden. Auf meine Bestellung, die aus drei kleinen Dingen bestand, musste ich fast 10 Minuten warten. Wer also vor Hunger fast zusammenklappt, kann hier sicherlich vorbeischauen, sollte aber nicht zu viel erwarten.

So ein blonder Junge hat mich ein bisschen behindert angeschaut.
