Chaos at the sales counter, animal nuggets were given out as vegetarian nuggets, still arguing, unfriendly staff, a new cherry turnover was supposed to take 30 minutes but was immediately available upon request.

Oh my god. This McDonald's is going to hell in a handbasket. How can anyone let a manager like this run? Dirty, neglected, and trash everywhere. Instead of doing anything about it, they're just fiddling around behind the counter, flashing their backsides at everyone. It was practically empty. The burgers were cold and stale. Never again. But apparently McDonald's can afford to be so unreliable.

It was the first McDonald's in our region after the fall of the Berlin Wall. I remember it being completely packed—at any time of day—and the lines were endless. The owner back then is probably a rich man now 😅✊! These days it's just one of many McDonald's. But I still like coming back for nostalgia!

I ate here for the first time in a while and was very disappointed. Diet Coke and Zero were unavailable, the fries looked and tasted like they'd been reheated. And by 8:30 p.m., the chairs were already up, or rather, they were being raised after each customer left. I might have found that acceptable just before closing time, but the store is open until 10 p.m. on Sundays. It makes you feel completely uncomfortable. At least my order was complete this time. That's almost never worked in the past. There was always something missing, which is especially annoying when you order at the drive-thru and only realize it when you get home.

I'm truly shocked. The service at the McDrive-thru was extremely rude. When I asked about specific products, I was either laughed at or treated with sarcastic and sharp comments. After paying, it felt like forever for my food and I had to listen to a female employee constantly yelling, "Shut up!" "Shut your mouth!" "You're stupid!" every second. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and the thoughtfulness of service, but that's not what you're seeing here.

I'm a little disappointed. Our ordered meal wasn't complete, the latte macchiatto was just coffee with milk poured over it, and our ice cream came in a cup with chocolate sauce and caramel instead of caramel. That's not quality in my opinion...there are definitely better places.

So, eight of us went in just before closing time and we all ordered a few things. And the employees were all so nice and served us like nothing was wrong. They just told us to let them know about leaving the store. Truly the best McDonald's experience in a long time.

I was there for breakfast. I waited 20 minutes for the food. It's not possible! The food was OK.

I'm happy to give it full marks. I've rarely had such a clean and tidy McDonald's in recent times. Even though it was busy, there were no long waits or lines at the counter, as you can use table service. The food was piping hot, well packaged, neatly assembled, and brought to the table in a friendly manner. A member of staff was constantly cleaning the tables. There was no major background noise from the kitchen, and the restrooms were clean and tidy. Great. Keep it up! Thank you!

I just have a question: why are negative reviews with photos proving this restaurant was dirty being deleted? Then you can save yourself the trouble of looking for objective reviews here. It's not right that truthful, negative reviews are threatened with criminal prosecution for defamation.

Dirty, food cold and soggy, fries taste like cardboard, but that's no wonder they've been sitting there for over 10 minutes, already prepared for the customer. If you ask for fresh fries, you get strange looks, and a fork for the salad is too much to ask for because they roll their eyes. I ordered garlic nuggets and got regular ones. The salad is a joke, honestly, it's like using up leftovers. What a place. Thanks.

The restaurant's ambiance was fine. The cappuccino I ordered had no foam. When I asked if it was a cappuccino, I was met with a grin. The burger must have been sitting for a while. The bottom was cooked through, and the top half of the bun was hard. The restroom was dirty.

Once upon a time, a hungry knight named Sir Crunchytooth, after a long day of adventures (and Netflix), set off for the golden castle known as McDonald's to enjoy a royal feast. Shorty-minded, he entered the hall of burgers with high expectations—the air smelled of frying oil and mediocre decisions. Bravely, he trudged to the counter, where the staff, looking as if they had just fought the dragon of bad mood, took his order—with a sigh that came from deep within. Sir Crunchytooth ordered a feast: fries, a fresh salad (one should eat healthy, after all), Chicken McNuggets, a Happy Meal for his imaginary shield bearer, "Kevin," and the legendary rap... er, wrap. But oh dear! When the feast was served, the real adventure began. The fries, once fierce warriors from the land of potatoes, lay there like defeated ice knights – cold, limp, and tasting as exciting as a spoonful of tap water. The salad? Well, it had the freshness of a centuries-old spellbook – you could taste the past, but not in a good way. Sir Crunchytooth looked disappointedly into his bag. But then – a ray of hope! The Chicken McNuggets: crispy, warm, and covered in magical breading. The wrap wasn't a hero of the story, but a serviceable supporting character who held his own. And the Happy Meal? It made Kevin (and Sir Crunchytooth) at least a little bit happy – it was okay. Not royally, but okay. And so the knight moved on, with cold fries in his hand and a slight shake of his head. An employee spilled a drink on one of our children. No apology, just threw two disinfectant wipes on our table, and nothing came after that!! Food as usual, store dirty.

I was there at 9 p.m. with my five-year-old daughter, and the big swings were already closed. My daughter had been there an hour earlier, looking sad. I asked the server if she could come with me, but he said no. How unsympathetic for a little girl, and besides, it's always children who convince their parents to go to McDonald's.

Today broke me. I was so excited for my burger... As always, I was just configuring my burger when I noticed that the sauce said it wasn't available, and I couldn't cancel it. Suddenly, the guy told me that you can't order at the checkout, only at the vending machine. WHICH MCDONALDS CAN'T YOU ORDER AT THE CHECKOUT??? Today broke me and made me very emotional. But last time I was here, the woman I spoke to was very nice and told me to always let me know if my order is wrong, since I paid for it... hence 3 stars.

Overall, yes. Ordering at the terminal was good, and production was relatively quick. What wasn't okay at all were the restrooms: they weren't clean, smelled bad, there was no cleaning schedule anywhere, and there were pieces of paper scattered on the floor. The floor was wet in places, so you had to be careful not to slip.

Actually a modern McDonald's branch with a very attractive interior. But the first impression is deceptive. The first negative point is that you can only order at the self-service terminal. An order at the counter, as is usual at other McDonald's branches, was refused when asked. The restaurant doesn't seem cleaned. After we received our order, I had to go to the counter three times to complain. 1. When we asked, we were promised a desired toy (Happy Meal), but we received the wrong one. 2. The large 0.5 liter drink with the ordered menu was completely forgotten. 3. 2 sauces we ordered were also missing. There was no apology, the staff didn't even feel strange. After a complaint, a strawberry milkshake was also delivered to the neighboring table. Never again, I'd rather eat at McDonald's in the mall.

We went there on April 8th, 2025 around 2:00 p.m./3:00 p.m. This shop was very unclean, there was leftover food everywhere on the tables and floor. The staff clearly didn't want to work, made a face and had no regard for cleanliness. I then went to the counter to an employee who had more to say than the employee who was standing next to her and asked them both that I don't want to complain, but whether they can't see what it looks like here and whether they can't even pick up a broom and a rag. Then I went from there to the toilet and my friend, who was still sitting at the table, noticed that both employees behind me were making ugly faces (making me stupid). It's a shame that my girlfriend only told me that in the car!!!!

The food was perfectly fine, but the condition of the restaurant is unacceptable! The clearing trolley would not be emptied, the lobby would not be cleaned, the sanitary facilities would be of a lower level! MC Drive is definitely better, but never eat inside again!!!!

Hello. Mine was there today and got food. Of course also a happy meal. But unfortunately there were no toys again. I'll get it tomorrow. I find it annoying that you always have to check everything as a guest. It should be controlled by the employees.

I ordered on the MCdrive, but I accidentally had to laugh when ordering because of a language error on my part. The employee then reacted extremely annoyed and switched to another employee who then had to place the order again. The employee then asked again whether he had understood our order correctly. As we drove up to the payment window, we were asked snidely what we were laughing about, which tone of voice wasn't professional or appropriate. The order we received was completely wrong, but the correct thing was written on the receipt.

We ordered 5 cheeseburgers but only received 4. (Since we had more in the bag, we didn't notice it right away.) There was no sauce on one cheeseburger and one cheeseburger was lukewarm.

We were there at breakfast time. We waited 30 minutes for coffee and two baked goods. And it wasn't until 45 minutes later that the wrap arrived. This long waiting time is simply not possible. Apart from that, the egg wrap upset our stomachs.

Visited this McDonald's today. We as a group, with 8 children, ordered food at the terminal. After more than 20 minutes of waiting and requests, we got the food. Since other guests who came after us were served sooner. This was very strange and unusual. The staff apologized. In addition, the hygienic conditions of the toilets were subpar. Men's toilet has dirty toilet paper everywhere, trash can stuck. Women's toilet, toilet paper everywhere, no trash can for the paper towels. This created a kind of art on the sink, absolutely unhygienic.

Classic McDonald's. A bit small inside with lots of guests, few staff at weddings. Outdoor area with play area. Self-ordering machines are available. Cleanest and largest toilet I've ever seen at a McDonald's.

Despite the good location, this McDonald's branch is doing a lot of shit. In 8/10 orders something is missing, not only the ordered goods but even in the burger box you have to check that there is also a patti on the bun. You actually have to check every order carefully, the waiting time is usually longer than 10 minutes and there is a lack of cleanliness in every corner of the restaurant. Overall, the employees are mostly friendly, but often stressed and sometimes overwhelmed. One or two more employees wouldn't hurt the restaurant, especially someone who can find some time to keep the restaurant clean.

Cool location but the staff is bad I got 20 nuggets for free for 1000 points but only got 10 nuggets and 8 cheese wedges after asking to change it and waiting three quarters of an hour later I got my nuggets at home but noticed that they had given me the wrong one again. Just bad but no wonder if the staff working there doesn't speak German without words

I go to McDonald's often and can say that this location is pretty good. The selection is large, the food always tastes fresh and delicious. Service was a little slower today, but that was still acceptable. A solid place for a quick bite.

The branch was quite well attended. Therefore we had to wait about 10 minutes for our order, which was to be expected on December 27th. At least what we ordered was in the bag. But the burger patties all tasted very dry and the sauce only hung on one half. No idea what went wrong. My daughter would have liked to go on the slide, but it was closed. So overall it was rather disappointing.

Once again we didn't receive half of the order. Unfortunately we didn't notice it until we got home. But this wasn't the first time either

The service was already annoyed and stressed in the morning even though there was hardly anyone here. The citizens are an imposition. Soft, mushy, cold. I've never experienced that at McDonald's. But we didn't dare to exchange everything. Never again.

We waited 45 minutes for our food.

The whole branch is a disgrace, unfortunately there is nothing else left on the holiday because everything is full. The garbage trucks are overflowing and everything is falling down, tables remain full of garbage, the floor is dirty and eating takes forever. How can you run a restaurant so badly? If no one has time for such quick tasks, I don't want to know how the thorough tasks like disinfecting and cleaning the surfaces are done!!

We were there shortly before closing time. I can understand that they wanted to finish work and want to go home after a long shift. Nevertheless, you don't have to show it so conspicuously to the last customers. Even if no one else was there, the tables that didn't have chairs on them were all dirty, as were the seats.

Today we bought another nugget box and this time they were swimming in fat and weren't cooked properly. You couldn't swallow it! 12€ for the trash! Great shop!

Today on October 12th after lunchtime, customers in front of us complained about waiting times of over 30 minutes, which is absolutely impossible. Employees at the back in preparation stand there with cell phones and others chat instead of working through the immensely long line. Was the last visit.

At least one thing has been forgotten on every visit so far. There are now bets within the group beforehand, which is probably missing today. Subterranean and incomprehensible, especially when entire menus are missing when ordering and you only notice it when you get home. Other branches in the area also have no problems. Just the same things over and over again. We will not visit this McDonalds again.

The waiting times at McDrive are already outrageous. Sometimes 15-20 minutes and then they don't even apologize. Plus, if you order 10 times, you'll forget something 7 times. The service is really subpar.

I was with you on March 22nd, 2024 in the evening around 9 p.m. and afterwards had a severe bout of vomiting due to your burgers. The burgers were definitely lying around a little longer, which I could tell afterwards from the crust of cheese stuck to the packaging. I vomited several times and was sick in bed with food poisoning for two days. I will therefore never visit your fast food restaurant again and can therefore not recommend it. Clearly - for me - no recommendation!

I actually always like going to McDonalds. I just like it better than other fast food chains. Especially when I'm driving on the highway, the Mc is my go-to. I just didn't really feel comfortable here. It was just too dirty for me. The whole floor is stuck... The tables... You know it, but I have the impression that it's gotten worse recently. So this also affects other restaurants.

I was here for dinner a few weeks ago, today the same process happened again, only this time everything was included with the order. The packaging of the fries was only half full, which wasn't a bad thing since they were cold anyway and had the consistency of shoelaces. The burgers were complete, but they were also cold. First of all, my case: The drink was not packed and there were ingredients on the burger that had been canceled. I had fun and contacted customer service. The emails have been going back and forth for over a week. I'm supposed to send a receipt which I didn't get lol. I would be happy with a simple voucher for my ice tea but nope. They insist that they just don't give anything out. At Dominos you get a voucher as compensation and that's it, but you don't have a chance at the fun club there. I would also be asked 3 times that day about my order and what I paid... at the terminal, at their checkout and when picking it up. That's a joke, but luckily only at the branch

The children asked for food from McDonalds. We ordered via the big screen. After 30 minutes I asked for my food. Apparently there was a system error. The food is prepared for us immediately. 15 minutes later I asked again, no one knew about the order. I asked for my money back, the children were extremely sad. I was refused reimbursement. Suddenly my order showed up. There was a lot missing, the food was cold and sticky. I didn't have a discussion, they didn't believe me about the missing food. End of song After 55 minutes we were finally able to eat. Was there any compensation? Of course not. There wasn't even an apology. Customer service looks different.
