McDonald's in Leuna

Been there several times. Rat traps are always visible outside! The food itself is okay, but: 1 out of 5 orders were perfect. The other 4 were always missing something! Today it was the sauce on the MC Rib!!! Since we always eat at home, we can only check it sporadically in person. So if you have a lot of money and/or like surprises, you're welcome to go there. The staff are a diverse mix of international backgrounds and sometimes don't understand the problem.

Ideally no stars at all... 33 degrees outside, of course you treat yourself to an ice cream... enough points to redeem, so let's go... Mc Flurry orders with original ice cream, Twix and caramel... points are also deducted... it's just a shame that the ingredients that aren't available aren't blocked on the terminal... you can't undo them either, so suddenly the points are gone and you don't get what you ordered... the staff's solution: either I'll take something else or I'm out of luck... constant drama with ice cream or milkshake... it's really starting to get annoying.

Then you wait for hours at the checkout until someone comes, even though the staff can see you're standing there to pay. You're simply ignored. The tables look like shit. We ordered at MC Drive and ate there ourselves. I don't actually write reviews, but in this case I can only recommend everyone to give the branch a wide berth. We live nearby and have always been there. The employees are rude and constantly forget something in the order. And what you get doesn't taste good at all. This is one of the worst McDonald's I know.

In itself I see this as small but nice. However, dealing with customers plays a big role for me, first you aren't even allowed to recite the order properly / finish it and then you are treated so rudely. Very unfortunate. Food was ok, there were seats too.

Went there today to order something quick to eat. The employees look at you, babble around in their local languages ​​and make a face that scares you. You can't beat the unfriendliness! It is clear that McDonald's is not a 5☆ restaurant. But the FRAß in this branch is really unreasonable. And these incredibly unfriendly employees are the last thing. My daughter (9) asked POLITELY for a drinking stick and was asked if she was too stupid to drink the milkshake from the cup.

Catastrophe! I saved up 800 points in my McDonald's app and wanted to redeem them, but I couldn't because of a problem at the terminal. Long story short, my points were gone and I didn't receive a burger. After I explained my situation to the staff, the staff became very rude and started putting me down.
