Subway in Göttingen - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

I was in the store around lunchtime today and I met two extremely unfriendly employees with black hair. They laughed together at me because I couldn't pronounce a word correctly, but they didn't correct it either. My bread wasn't toasted properly, which is why the sub they served unfortunately couldn't improve this rating. Too bad! If I had seen the Google reviews beforehand, I would have decided against eating there!

Very nice people and super delicious food.

Stable store. More expensive than a kebab but you get hygiene.

Two black-haired, idiotic and pushy employees broke into the women's restroom to accuse me of smearing their toilet with a pen the previous day, even though I don't eat there more than once a year. They questioned me because I “also have black hair” and “because that’s what I look like.” They followed me to the front door and asked if I was sure I wasn't the perpetrator. Unfriendly, unintelligent (rather stupid) and pushy. In addition, the food, the restaurant as a whole and the treatment of customers are disgusting. Actually deserves a 0/5.

They lie straight to your face. I will never enter this store or any other of this chain again. I hope Subway disappears completely from Göttingen, dealing with customers is no longer acceptable and inhumane

Ladies and Gentlemen I urgently need to tell you about the absurdly strange events that I recently experienced in your company. It seems like Göttingen has its own definition of “normal,” and I feel compelled to let you know. It started when I wanted to go up the stairs normally because I urgently needed to use the toilet. But instead of polite advice or friendly instructions, I was called back by a member of staff when I was already on my way up. When I stopped and went back, it was explained to me that supposedly you don't ask permission to use the stairs with the words "Lak, you don't ask when you go up." I mean, seriously, who would come up with such an absurd idea? As if that wasn't bizarre enough, two days earlier I was offered a burnt bread roll to buy. I openly asked in front of the customers if the employee would eat it himself. The result? He lost control and wanted to fight me! I stayed quiet until I left the store and he tore his shirt around like Hulk, ready to fight. But when I asked him to let go of his colleague, he suddenly became quiet. Honestly, I don't know what's going on in your company, but I highly recommend comedy training for your employees because that was the most absurd thing I've ever experienced! The food is always okay, but I've never waited that long for my order. 60 minutes were specified, which is really a lot, but it is incredibly bold that this time keeps jumping up without asking if I still want this order. It's now 10:11 p.m. I'm extremely tired and could happily do without the sub, but I still have to wait until it arrives. For the money it's a really bad service. Editing it's 10:35 p.m. the sub is here now (cold) I have no idea who is working there today on February 23rd, 2024 from 8:30 p.m. to 10:36 p.m., but I have the feeling that nothing is being done there.

We placed an order for food and it was canceled without any notice

After waiting an hour, 5 minutes before the delivery was supposed to arrive, I got a cancellation.

Auf Kater essen bestellt. Erst verschwindet die Bestellung im System. Dann ist der Auslieferer nicht erreichbar. Danke für nix.

Der Mitarbeiter mit dem Sexy bart is sehr freundlich

Essen ist ganz gut für fast Food, ich liebs ja wenn man zich mal anrufen muss weil das Essen nach 2 Stunden immer noch nicht auffindbar ist😅 und es ist meist sehr dreckig wenn man im Laden selber ist und das ist nicht so schön

Die Mitarbeiter wirken meist lustlos, machen das Essen leider dann genauso.

Niemals hier bestellen ! Bestellung kam einfach nicht, und die Motivation eine anständige Lösung zu finden war auch nicht da. Kann nur warnen, niemals hier bestellen.

Das Essen ist eher 2 Sterne wert aber sind wir mal ehrlich. Wenn man zu Subway geht, weiß man doch schon was auf einen zukommt. Bei dem Subway arbeitet außerdem ein Mädel, das sich mehr auf ihre Freunde, die im Subway abhängen konzentriert, als auf ihre Arbeit. Nicht der Ort für eine feine Mahlzeit für ein Date oder mit der Familie aber ganz in Ordnung für ein Sandwich im Suff oder wenn's schnell gehen muss. Die Cookies sind auch ganz lecker.

Das Essen da schmeckt so lecker und die Mitarbeiter sind nur am lachen

Absoluter Lieblingssubway Das Brot ist nicht zu hart sondern innen weich und außen leicht knusprig. Der Belag wird ausreichend draufgelegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, fragt zum Beispiel, ob für ein vegetarisches Sub extra die Handschuhe gewechselt werden sollen. Oben kann man sich sehr entspannt hinsetzen und man hat schon ne gute Aussicht. Im Sommer kann man sich außerdem raussetzten.

Average subway experience if you're looking for something from home. It was odd that the signs Speisekarte are in English but the sandwich artist is not. I just pointed at the sad lettuce and tomatoes. Bonus: there's a nice park across the way to eat.

Nettes Personal, Essen wie immer super, Kekse 1a, aber sorry, die Musik im Laden, nein, das geht gar nicht. Man möchte ja nun entspannt vor Ort essen, nicht aber bei einem gefühlten RapBattle...

Das Personal ist sehr nett und vor allem die beidem Damen Alija und Katya sind sehr sympathisch und äußerst schön. Da macht essen Spaß. Sehr gut. Kann es bur empfehlen

Ich habe heute den subway am wilhelmsplatz besucht und war sehr positiv überrascht .Eine Frau mit locken hat mich und meinen Freund sehr höflich und nett empfangen , man konnte gut sich mit ihr unterhalten und sie kannte sich umfangreich mit allen Zutaten und Speisen aus, somit konnte sie uns gut informieren da wir noch nicht so oft Subway besucht hatten .Ich hab mich meiner Meinung sehr wohl gefühlt durch den Empfang und werde jetzt bestimmt öfter den Subway am wilhelmsplatz besuchen . :)
