Subway in Oberding

I encountered the most unfriendly employee I've ever seen here. An elderly, gray-haired gentleman. I think he's also the boss there. Really the worst. I wonder why anyone would even work there if they absolutely hate their job and their customers. So, one star for the service ⭐️ Then the restaurant is completely wrongly placed on the map. Well, it doesn't surprise me that the staff there can't manage something as basic as correctly stating their location. Coupons aren't accepted, which is another reason for me to never come back to this branch! Otherwise, the rest, the food and the atmosphere, are just as you'd expect from Subway. In any case, I won't be coming back and would recommend all other travelers to find somewhere else. Unless you're in the mood for a bad mood right after the meal.

Food was good but the old guy that was serving me was so unpolite, that was second time i ordered subway and i did not know what should i get and he was so unhelpfull and rude.. i know im not buying from that place when he is working!

I can at least say that this restaurant is not located where it appears on Maps. It's about 5km off...

Service 0/10 We stood in line for a cookie as usual, then she told us to line up AGAIN if we wanted a cookie, for whatever reason. We left the restaurant without eating anything.

The staff is always friendly, and the subs always taste good. I always buy 4 whole ones and 2 of each type of cookie.

The lady who works there is very unfriendly. She started yelling at me for no reason. And I only came to get a sandwich. Avoid this restaurant.

By far the worst Subway experience of my life. The employee didn't know what a Philly cheese sub was, even though it was listed as "fat" right behind her! Then she yelled at me that they don't have set subs and that I should choose the cheese. Just by the way, the Philly is supposed to have several types of cheese on it, and lots of it! I then said mozzarella because I didn't want to be ripped off with extras. She put about 5 grams of cheese on the sub. Absolutely outrageous!!! Instead of pressing it like usual, she smashed it into a dry stone in the oven. She also demanded money for the paper bags, 40 cents each... the note was handwritten by her and taped to the counter. Also, as already mentioned, she was extremely unfriendly, knew less about the sandwich than a customer, and looked like a complete stranger. I hope her pillow is always warm on both sides and her sleeve slips down when she wipes it. Not to mention that it's a stupid job and she probably had a rough day. It would have been so much easier for her to read the list, which was right in front of her, by the way... and which states exactly what goes on the Philly cheese, instead of me being so awful. I don't usually give bad reviews and let people like that do their thing. But you don't have to put up with something like that for €30 for two people. The experience, however, fits perfectly into the Munich Airport Experience. P.S.: It didn't taste good, by the way!

I went there and ordered food, and I have to say they're very stingy. They put very little vegetables and onions on it, and when you ask them if they can add a little more, they say it costs extra, and it's very expensive there.

Fast service and delicious food. My favorite is chicken teryjaki with south-west chipotle sauce 😋😍😍😍😍

Yesterday I was at the subway at Munich airport again, right after I landed. Peter was on duty and, as always, did a great job and spread a good atmosphere. You can tell he really enjoys his work and prepares things really quickly and also responds to special requests. I'll stop by again soon. Many thanks to Peter.

My wife and I were at the store earlier (07/26/2024) around 8:30 p.m. to order and eat our dinner. The food was great as expected, only the employee with black skin and short hair was completely disgusting and annoying. We heard from her three times (while we were still eating) that she was talking to the other male colleague and complaining that our table wasn't clean. There were only particles and flakes from the table that came from the outer layer of the bread and fell off easily. We usually clear and clean the table after eating somewhere else. When we had just finished dinner, I calmly confronted her and she continued to complain, argue and mumble. Wow! Hello! We are customers, she shouldn't treat us like that. She doesn't have good manners and showed us bad behavior. She has no or poor customer service. The owner or manager of the store should pay attention to these female staff!

The food is average, but the service is terrible. The least friendly staff I have encountered lately.

Small store close to the exit at the airport. Stopped for a quick bite. Food and service were as expected.

First I went to the Subway restaurant and looked at what I wanted to eat. Now no reaction from the employee and her colleague. First she sat down and ate. Then this cheeky question: they probably want to order something, it took a long time until someone responded. The colleague at the checkout was also very overwhelmed as if she was there on the first day.

Food is very fresh and usually still warm on the inside.

Typically Subway... friendliness varies greatly from employee to employee. More expensive than other subways... because of the airport

I went here today to get a sub with a colleague during my lunch break and encountered the most incompetent staff I have ever experienced in a subway. I ordered a sub with chicken and only wanted certain vegetables on it, nothing extra, just without onions and peppers. The employee then said that it wouldn't work because it was Signature, which wasn't true and even if I could still leave out the onions and peppers! At the checkout she didn't behave any better, menus were charged even though I didn't take a menu. Unfortunately I noticed this too late because I didn't take the bill with me because the woman was so annoying. My colleague was also charged a menu and an additional drink for a total of €14.xx That was the last time in the branch. It's better to avoid this Subway branch if you don't want to be annoyed afterwards.

Very rude employee (short haired black woman). I wanted an extra and she said no and that I have to pay and I said of course and she just exhaled and got it. Also I didn’t want tomatoes but she said no, this is the recepy, you will have tomatoes in your sandwich, which is crazy for me. Also some of the tables were filled with leftovers and trash.

Incredibly outrageous and hygiene deserves 0 stars. First you collect with gloves and touch money, then trash and everything else. The salad is then handled with the same gloves and the sandwich is then collected again.

After a long flight, I satisfied my hunger in the subway. The sandwich was very well topped and the options based on the menu I ordered were explained well to me. The service was very friendly and on point. Gladly again!

Wurde von der unverschämtesten Mitarbeiterin bedient. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich keine Tomaten auf meinem Sub haben möchte, daraufhin kam die Antwort, das könne man sich nicht aussuchen. Ich sagte nochmals, dass sie bitte die Tomaten runternehmen soll, sie lies sie drauf. Für diese Art hätte ich ihr das Sub eigentlich an den Kopf werfen sollen, nur leider war ich gezwungen, den trockensten, am wenigsten belegten Sub zu essen, den ich je über mich ergehen lassen musste. Ich werde nie wieder zu Subway gehen und hoffe, dass die Mitarbeiterin ganz schnell ihren Job verliert.

Unfreundlich und sehr genervt von Gästen die 19.40uhr etwas essen wollen und 21.00 Uhr geschlossen werden soll. Die Dame am Tresen kann wohl unfreundlicher kaum sein. Brot war leider sehr altbacken und die Subs nur sparsam belegt. Mit ein bisschen Liebe und Engagement könnte man die ankommenden Fluggäste für sich gewinnen. Und man könnte es vielleicht mal mit einem Lächeln versuchen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind das letzte und geschmeckt hat es genauso Nie wieder dort!!!

Had a good experience, everywhere you are expecting from a subway. It was open on a holiday!

Typisch gute Subway Qualität, leider in kalter Flughafen Atmosphäre. (Is halt ein Flughafen, kann der Subway nichts dafür) Heute wirklich sehr freundliches und sympatisches Personal. Sehr zufrieden.

Ich kann das Subway Restaurant am Flughafen München nur empfehlen! Sie haben sehr nette zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter die alle Wünsche der Kunden erfüllen. Das Essen ist immer frisch, man kann als Kunde alle möglichen Variationen wählen wie zum Beispiel verschiedene Brote. Mein Favorit ist Cheese Oregano oder Italian-Brot. Dannach kann man sich eine Menge extras auf seinen Sub legen wie extra Käse oder Bacon.nach den Toasten kann man sich den Sub pumpen mit Salat, Gurken, Tomaten, Zwiebeln und etc. Die Subs kann man als 30 cm also ein Ganzes oder 15 cm ein halbes Sandwich zu Essen im Restaurant oder zum Mitnehmen bestellen. Das Restaurant liegt im öffentlichen Bereich des Terminals 2 am Münchner Flughafen auf Ebene 3 auf der Linken Seite.

Noch nie so einen schlecht belegten Wrap bei Subway bekommen, bei dem weniger Inhalt drin ist, als Wrapteig. Dazu noch die Upsales für kostenpflichtige Toppins ohne auf Extrakosten hinzuweisen. Praktiken, die man sonst nur von Starbucks kennt. Da gehe ich nächste mal lieber nebenan bei Edeka was zu Essen einkaufen.

Der Fisch stinkt vom Kopf her. Was dem "Chef" an Freundlichkeit und Hirn fehlt, zieht sich leider auch durch sein Staff. Altes Brot, braunes Gemüse und unverschämte Behandlung von Kollegen und Gästen ist hier normal.

Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, den nichts aus der Ruhe bringen konnte. Sub hat auch gut geschmeckt. Dankeschön.

Sauberkeit, gute Bedienung, frische Gemüse und frisches Fleisch. Alles war sehr lecker.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und geben ihr bestes. Jedoch gibt es seit Wochen kein Spinat und Karotten mehr, was ich sehr Schade finde, ich hoffe das es bald wieder gibt.

Mäßig freundlicher Mitarbeiter, obwohl wir mittags die einzigen Gäste waren. Ich kannte das Konzept nicht, aber mir wurde nichts erklär, sondern nur Wortfetzen gebracht. Man kam sich lästig vor. Geschmeckt hat es letztendlich gut und wir hatten die Subs schnell, da wir nicht warten mussten.

Zwei Gründe warum wir nicht mehr kommen: Erstens man akzeptiert die Sub-Deal Karte nicht mehr (obwohl von dort erhalten) und zweitens gibt es einen derart unmotivierten und unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter, bei dem einen echt der Hunger vergeht. Gehen jetzt immer zum Subway nach Freising. Dort passt alles! Die Subs sind bei beiden gleich gut.

Schnelle und Saubere Abfertigung mit netten Personal. Leider Staut es sich trotzdem mal gerne da am Flughafen einfach viel los ist, vor allem um die Mittagszeit. Auch als Externer Flughafenarbeiterbekommt man mit Flughafenausweis einen kleinen Rabatt.

Schmeckt gut und nette Mitarbeiter. Aber leider sind sie manchmal alleine und es dauert etwas länger.

Personal wirkte überfordert. Außerdem ist der Laden sehr schmal, wenn mehrere Leute mit ihren Koffern da stehen gibt es kein durchkommen mehr.

War alles sehr gut. Für ein Restaurant im Flughafen echt günstiger Preis.

Super Service und gewohnt gute Subway Qualität! Plätze zum Sitzen gibt es auch und weil etwas abseits (am Ende des Terminals) auch nicht überlaufen von Reisenden.
