Bestellt die Pizza bloß nicht! Es ist nur eine zwei Tage alte, aufgewärmte halbe Pizza ... ja, die verkaufen euch tatsächlich nur eine halbe Pizza. Schmeckt alt ... Lasst es lieber sein.

Erstklassige Qualität, Herr Daniel ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich kann ihn jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Wenn Sie einen Zwischenstopp haben oder Ihre Reise vom Flughafen München aus antreten, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Wir bestellten die traditionelle Münchner Weißwurst und lokales Bier, und die Qualität war hervorragend – alles war unglaublich lecker und frisch. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an unsere Kellnerin Olga, die einfach großartig war. Sie war außerordentlich höflich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und hat unseren Besuch dadurch noch angenehmer gemacht. Der Service war schnell und freundlich, und die Atmosphäre insgesamt war toll. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die authentische bayerische Küche und erstklassigen Service suchen!

Am Sonntagvormittag für ein Frühstück mit Freunden auf "Durchreise" war es äußert angenehm und auch lecker mit etwas Abwechslung im Geschmack und man hatte nicht das Gefühl einer Massenabfertigung sowie der nette, freundlich aufmerksame Service von Olga haben den positiven Eindruck abgerundet! Danke & bis irgendwann mal wieder!

Man merkt, dass die Barkeeper ihr Handwerk verstehen und mit Herzblut bei der Sache sind. Auch der Service war erstklassig. Katya, die nette junge Frau, bediente uns; sie war unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Sie trug maßgeblich zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei; man merkte, dass ihr das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen lag. Vielen Dank für den exzellenten Service, die leckeren Drinks und die tolle Atmosphäre vor unserem Flug! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich das letzte Mal so eine schlechte Pizza gegessen habe. Eine echte Enttäuschung. Die Penne waren etwas besser, aber auch ziemlich verkocht. Ich hatte keine italienischen Pizzeria-Standards erwartet, aber das war mehr als nur schlecht. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Lassen dich 20 minuten an der Kassa warten zum bestellen und dann um 3 nach 10 erlauben sie dir nicht mehr das Frühstück zu bestellen. Unsympathisch und inkompetent

In München einen derart ungenießbaren Cappuccino für 5 Euro zu servieren, ist eine Frechheit. Dazu eine lieblose Käse -Laugen-Semmel für 7 Euro. Nein, danke!

Der Kassierer hat einen Fehler gemacht und uns das falsche Wechselgeld gegeben, das er uns nie zurückgegeben hat. Der Manager sagte nur: „Tut mir leid, ich verstehe.“ Absolut unzuverlässig! Gehen Sie lieber in einen der beiden anderen Läden in der Nähe und bevorzugen Sie diesen Laden nicht.

Es wurde falsch abgerechnet, wir haben 10 Euro zu viel bezahlt. Der Kassierer sagte, er könne nichts tun und auch keine alternative Lösung anbieten. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass 10 Euro auf unserem Kundenkonto gutgeschrieben würden – das ist jedoch nie passiert. Ich war später erneut vor Ort und habe mit dem Schichtleiter gesprochen, der davon nichts wusste. Auf unsere Bitte, mit dem Kassierer zu sprechen, wurde uns gesagt, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Ich bin seit 2017 Kundin und hätte mehr Seriosität und Professionalität erwartet. Leider habe ich das Geld bis heute nicht zurückerhalten.

Wir lieben dieses Restaurant. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist zwar begrenzt, aber alles, was wir bisher probiert haben, war sehr lecker. Beim letzten Mal wurden wir von Olga bedient, die sehr aufmerksam und freundlich war. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Overpriced, I can understand that at the airport. The service was awful. They served cappuccino from a machine, even though there was an espresso machine available and it cost the same. Despite asking, they wouldn't change it. The breakfast sets included far too few and far too small rolls. The cucumber was inedible. I was disappointed.

A very pleasant place to take a relaxing break at the airport. The staff were very friendly and attentive, even accommodating our special requests regarding portion sizes and choices (thanks to Katharina and Olga). The food was very good and reasonably priced for the airport.

We had Katharina and Olga as our guests and waitresses. They both made our stay wonderful. The food, drinks, and coffees were excellent. A great team in a very nice place. You'd be hard-pressed to find anything better at the airport. Thank you, we're already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip.

We were there Tuesday evening around 8 pm and wanted to redeem Lufthansa delay vouchers for drinks. It was very confusing where to queue. Staff were present, but they didn't approach customers on their own initiative. The staff were arguing amongst themselves or with the manager. I would interpret it as an argument about the employees' drinks being recorded. Completely unacceptable. That sort of thing should be handled behind the scenes. The ambiance was quite nice, and the drink prices were the usual high level for airports. We didn't get any food. We went to Subway instead.

Unfriendly staff (I can understand that given the work environment). Hot chocolate is unavailable because the machine is malfunctioning, and has been for a while. Katharina at Sportalm was great. My wife only speaks English, and she helped her in good English. She was very personable, friendly, and professional! It was really nice to be there at Sportalm.

Visually, it was a great place. Unfortunately, the pasta was completely overcooked and soft, like mush, and there was way too much pesto and it consisted mostly of oil. My soft pasta was swimming in half a liter of green oil. A shame, considering the price.

The price/performance ratio isn't right. Before I complain, let's start with the positives: I really liked the restaurant itself; I think the "Alpine Hut" concept is great – and so is the gondola. The server was friendly, too. And considering the restaurant is located right in the airport, you can enjoy a certain peace and quiet here. Unfortunately, there were some serious shortcomings that unfortunately tempt me not to come back. We ordered a slice of Margherita pizza, which was inedible. We were still charged the €6.90. The Schlutzkrapfen (scrambler doughnuts) were okay, but unfortunately, they weren't really seasoned – and didn't live up to the almost €14 we paid. The penne Bolognese was really good. Furthermore, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy, we waited almost 45 minutes for the food. We also noticed guests who then left because it took so long. We ordered 1 cake, 7 drinks, and 4 dishes – that's completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is the first and last time – a real shame.

We had breakfast at the Sportalm on Friday, September 26, 2025, before our flight. It was absolutely delicious, and the staff was super friendly, especially our waitress Olga! AWESOME - keep it up! 👍

Well, let's be honest: the butter pretzel only has a few sporadic spots of butter. Half of the "pretzel" had nothing at all. The coffee was good, though.

Never in my life have I ordered a Hugo at a restaurant or cafe and received something like this… where is the rest of the drink? The ice? The mint? I had to wait while the staff was gossiping for the chef to go and tell them to even serve me when the place is empty. Not acceptable.

Sportalm was a big disappointment. The food was honestly awful, poorly cooked, low quality, and completely lacking flavor. On top of that, the staff were unwelcoming, making the entire experience uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.

Unexpectedly good! I'm always wary of restaurants like this, but here, not only was the food delicious (I think the food is pretty good for the location), but the staff was also friendly and helpful. I'd also like to say a personal "thank you" to the waitress. I was so tired from the stress before the flight and could hardly decide on anything 😅 The lady was very patient and helped me with a tip at the end 👍 This left me feeling good and with a full stomach while I waited before the flight 💪😁 I would happily recommend it ☺️

Everything was fresh, high quality and prepared with great attention to detail. You immediately notice that quality comes first here. Regardless of whether it's a short stopover or a longer waiting time: a visit here is definitely worth it.
