Weisswursts were only lukewarm. The staff doesn't speak German and is very unfriendly. Not helpful. Difficult to tell whether you are being served or have to queue. If you ask, you will be sent to a checkout without a plan

To satisfy our hunger, we bought two normal pretzels for just under 4 euros. It's probably just due to the location. But it would be great if the pretzels at least weren't stale and totally hard for this price. We could have gotten baked pretzels at the Rewe next door. However, service was friendly.

At this airport eatery at 7:20 am, every request was met with ‘no, can’t do’. Can you help me with gluten free options ‘no, can’t do’. Instead the customer gets directed to a QR code with a 4 page tabular document in fine print. Can I have Avocado (on the menu), ‘no, can’t do’. Only available from 10am. Can I order scrambled eggs? ‘No, can’t do’. We only do sunny side up. Eventually just gave up and left.

I was freezing due to the weather and asked for a blanket. The nice waiter gave me his private jacket 😍how nice can you be in service. Coffee was good too 😊

Terrible cheesecake for €5 each, a door to the terrace that is neither an entrance nor an exit, and the completely overpriced prices don't even count towards the parking ticket like in the airbräu. Please just close your shop. Once and never again, I can go to the REWE opposite.

Unfriendly staff, forgets to calculate orders and when you do self-service you are immediately harassed about whether you have paid for everything, where is the receipt, are asked at the checkout etc. Absolute no-go and not recommended!! Never again

Robby was the star of our lunchtime experience on Saturday. Warm, attentive, and welcoming, he made us immediately feel at home. Loved the fresh fish and vegetables cooked before us, as well as the pesto pasta. The food was (unexpectedly) quite tasty, and my sister-in-law and I quite enjoyed the experience of dining there. 🎉

You do it just because of the view - which is probably why the name is based on a mountain hut. Staff unfriendly, prices excessive. Listless staff, impossible demeanor, you are served while chewing gum and looking bored. Sometimes the employees appear very uncoordinated - then the four of us stand there and discuss classic processes in front of the customers for the third time. When I paid I still gave a tip of 20%. Reaction from the male waiter: Annoyed, wild pressing on the reader because you had to change the amount because of the tip. And afterwards: no THANK YOU, no goodbye or anything else!!! The restaurant's not-so-good reputation was mine well known, but I have myself today convinced! Since I work at the airport, it was the last time and I don't recommend it either. It's a shame, especially given the prices!! The stars are due to the ambience.

Delicious food in a very short time (I had the grilled fish filet with roasted potatoes and creamy spinach). All ingredients cooked to perfection (see pic), impressive quality, especially considering the speed of the service (waited only about 7 min). Tasted all very natural, and it was a large portion, too. With a very juicy piece of lemon and parsley decor. Beautiful presentation and dishware. Friendly service. The design of the place could use some visual barriers, especially because most tables are directly with the back to the airport hall.

I was recently in the Sportalm and ate the fried chicken there. Super tasty, really recommended! The staff was very nice and helpful and the food arrived after a short time. The atmosphere is also very inviting! Definitely worth a visit☺️

Cozy atmosphere and good options for a quick snack. The attendant Fábio, in the photo, served extremely well and even speaks Portuguese. I recommend.

Very unfriendly staff. There is a red wine. Just a dirty glass. After complaining about this, you are asked to take a sip from the bottle. An outrage The food is mostly okay but doesn't have the character of McDonald's. All in all, suppress your hunger a bit and go somewhere else to eat

Sieht optisch von der Location her sehr ansprechend aus. Mit einem tollen und gemütlichen Design. Hatte mir dort spontan etwas zu Essen sowie einen Cappuccino mitgenommen. Letzterer war in Ordnung. Die belegte Laugen Stange war jedoch sehr geschmacklich sehr enttäuschend. Fast so als wäre sie vom Discounter oder noch vom Vortag. Hinzu kommt der überteuerte Preis. Das ist aber an Flughäfen gerne mal überteuert.

Selten ein so lustloses und unfreundliches Personal erlebt. Alles wirkt sehr unkoordiniert. Die Technik mit den Buzzern ging nicht und trotzdem bekommt man einen (?).( Im Anschluss wird dann erklärt, das ja die Technik nicht geht ???). Je nach Laune des Personals wird dann das Essen ausgerufen, aber ich konnte gut beobachten, dass da halt nicht jeder Lust zu hat und dann die Gerichte sehr lange stehen. So auch unsere Nudeln, die nicht ausgerufen wurden. Mein Kommentar, dass sie ja jetzt kalt seien und ich bei einem Preis von 14,90 Euro frische warme möchte, wurde maulend hingenommen. Die Tische wurden ewig nicht abgeräumt, obwohl eigentlich sehr viele Personen hinterm Tresen zugegen waren. Leider versprüht der amerikanische Frikadellenbrater nebenan mehr Charme und wird zukünftig meine erste Wahl sein. Die Nudeln haben meinem Sohn aber geschmeckt, daher 2 Sterne.

Quick food and taste ok but portion size is tiny! Chicken milanese is just chicken schnitzel with some spagetti arrabiata costing 15.90! The spagetti is edible on 3 scoops...

Es sind noch paar Stunden oder Minuten bis zum Flug oder man möchte nach dem Flug so schnell wie möglich sich erfrischende, vergorene Getränke in bester Lage zu sich nehmen.. die Sportalm bietet das allen Gästen am Flughafen Franz Josef Strauß. Die Exklusive Lage der Terrasse mit bester Anbindung zu den Parkhäusern macht den Besuch auf der Sportalm zum erholsamen Erlebnis. Der Blick auf die Architektur des Flughafenbereich ist von der Alm aus am Besten zu überblicken. Das sehr moderne Ambiente wirkt mehr als angesagt. Zu den hochwertigen Sitzmöbeln gehören auch Liegestühle. Leider habe ich hier nicht gegessen. Das Servicepersonal auf der Alm ist sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder. Euer Gundaharius

Tolles Essen, nettes Personal 😊

Vor unserem Rückflug nach Köln haben wir uns dazu entschieden, hier noch etwas zu essen. Das Lokal profitiert an dieser Stelle mit Sicherheit auch von seiner Lage im Flughafengebäude, da man vom Bahnhof kommend automatisch hier vorbei kommt. Das erste Problem war leider bereits die Bestellung, da die Verständigung mit dem Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke nur schwer möglich war. Das Essen selber war dann jedoch schnell zubereitet. Leider wird hier aber hauptsächlich auf Convenience-Food gesetzt. Preislich war das Essen für Qualität und Menge vollkommen überteuert. Ein Liter Adelholzener-Mineralwasser in der PET-Flasche wurde mit 5,75 € berechnet. Die bestellte Salami-Pizza für 6,90 € stellte sich als 1/4 einer Pizza heraus und war leider nicht annähernd lauwarm. Alles in allem kann man am Münchner Flughafen definitiv besser essen.

Habe einen Salat und ein Stück Pizza gegessen. Geschmacklich war das Essen OK. Allerdings war der Salat inkl. Dressing ziemlich kalt und die Hähnchenstreifen on top leider auch, was sich auch auf den Geschmack auswirkt. Das Stück Pizza sah nett aus, war aus meiner Sicht aber keine 6€+ wert. Insgesamt für das bezahlte Geld etwas enttäuschend. Es wäre sicherlich besser wenn die Servicekräfte (Bedienung) auf so manche Kleinigkeiten evtl. achten würden.

Leider sehr teuer, aber sonst in Ordnung. Tische müssten öfter abgenutzt werden.

2 Weißbier nicht mal vom Faß und auch noch selbst einschenken? Für knapp 10€ war dies mein letzter Besuch.

Un restaurant avec bon accueil, déco sympa, nourriture fraîche et pas chère, dans un aéroport, c'est assez rare pour être souligné.

Durch Zufall haben wir in der Sportalm gegessen. Die Speisen waren lecker und zudem schnell zubereitet. Die Portionen sind in Ordnung und der Preis für einen Flughafen im angemessenen Rahmen. Das Personal könnte jedoch etwas motivierter wirken und zudem freundlicher bei der Bestellung und Ausgabe sein

Ich habe Spaghetti Bolognese gegessen, nachdem wir von einer Airline einen Essensgutschein erhalten haben. Die Portion war erwartungsgemäß nicht sehr üppig und der Geschmack war nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage nach Salz und Pfeffer zum würzen habe ich erst komische Blicke bekommen und nach langem suchen haben sie doch noch einen Salzstreuer gefunden. Für so einen hohen Preis erhofft man sich dann doch etwas mehr...

Ich bin vor genau einer Woche in München mit meinem Hund 🐶 gelandet. Ich kam dann an der Sportalm vorbei und dachte mir das mir daß ich eine kleine Pause machen könnte dort. Elke die Bedienung war sowas von zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit weil ich außer dem Hund natürlich auch noch Gepäck dabei hatte. Sie hat mich draußen platziert und mir sogar geholfen meine Sachen zum Tisch zu bringen. Dann kam sofort eine Wasserschüssel für mein Hundi!!!! Ich war sehr froh nach einer anstrengenden Reise so nett empfangen zu werden von jemandem der mich noch nie gesehen hatte. Vielen Dank liebe Elke und Kollegen Ihr seid ein super tolles Team!!!!
