Die italienische Bedienung war super sympathisch

Ich hatte schon länger nichts gegessen und hatte wahnsinnigen Heißhunger auf Pfannkuchen … und dann bekam ich für 17,50 Euro drei winzige Pfannkuchen, kleiner als meine Handfläche. Geht da bloß nicht hin, wenn ihr hungrig seid! 😕

Sehr leckeres Essen und eine gute Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Service von Frau Reiter freundlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig sehr schnell. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Alles war frisch, schön angerichtet und insgesamt einfach eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hier gibt es einige der besten Käsespätzle und Schnitzel in München, und glaubt mir, ich habe sie alle probiert! :) Unser Kellner Jim war super und hat uns während der Wartezeit auf unseren Flug nicht gehetzt. Die Preise sind für ein Restaurant direkt im Flughafen auch echt gut! Ich kann es nur empfehlen, die Wartezeit am Flughafen hier zu verbringen.

Unser Kellner Jim war fantastisch und wir haben im Restaurant Airbräu München auch das beste Schnitzel und die besten Käsespätzle unseres gesamten Bayern-Aufenthalts gegessen!

Es war absolut furchtbar; ich habe Haare darin gefunden, und sie haben sich nicht einmal entschuldigt.

Ambiente und das Essen sehr gut! Und das Naturtrübe infiltrierte Bier ist hervorragend! Und sehr guter Service!

Demis aus Kreta war super freundlich und lustig. Es war ein Vergnügen vor dem Urlaub dort noch einen Stop gemacht zu haben

Das Lokal ist hervorragend. Als wir dort waren, war es nicht überfüllt, daher war der Service sehr schnell. Der Inhaber Dmitry ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, spricht Griechisch, Deutsch und Englisch und vermutlich noch weitere Sprachen. Das Essen ist superlecker und sehr preiswert. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Ich hatte Schweinefleisch bestellt und es war für die Menge wirklich preiswert. Der Service war super schnell und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt.

Ich hatte ein einzigartiges und wunderschönes Esserlebnis hier. Ich fragte Dimis nach Empfehlungen und bekam überaus herzliche Antworten. Da ich vorher noch nie bayerische Küche probiert hatte, war es eine echte Offenbarung für mich. Die Kartoffelsuppe, die ich bestellt hatte, war köstlich. Sie war reichhaltig gefüllt, und das Brot passte hervorragend dazu. Auch der Schinkensalat, den ich ebenfalls bestellt hatte, war neu für mich und hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt.

Leider kein Vergleich mit dem Airbräu “draußen”. Aber Service war gut und Bier wie immer spektakulär!

0,5 Liter Bier für 6,70€ im Flughafen passt. Käsespätzle (16,50€) bestellt, 3 Minuten später erhalten. Kein weiterer Gast hatte in dem Moment Essen bestellt. Sehr wahrscheinlich kurz in die Mikrowelle gestellt und dann serviert. Hatte mehr erwartet. Trotz Hunger habe ich die Portion nicht aufgegessen. Angeblich war keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Zum Bezahlen habe ich dann eine Rechnung mit „Zwischensumme“ erhalten. Auf welcher „Kartenzahlung mobil“ steht. Arbeite nicht in der Gastronomie, hört sich nicht korrekt an. Fazit: Essen ungenießbar Bier war immerhin kalt und passte

Das Airbräu am Flughafen München ist der perfekte Start in den Urlaub. Der Service ist angenehm locker, aufmerksam und durchweg freundlich! 😁 Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Dazu kommt die entspannte Atmosphäre, die einen direkt in Reisestimmung versetzt. Ein wirklich schöner Ort, um die Reise entspannt zu beginnen! Empfehlenswert! 🍻

Grauenhafter Service. Es dauerte zehn Minuten, bis die Speisekarte kam, und weitere zehn Minuten, bis wir bestellen konnten. So etwas erwartet man nicht am Flughafen. Unangenehme Atmosphäre, es gibt zwar Tische drinnen, aber man darf sich nicht hinsetzen. Gehen Sie lieber zu Paulaner.

Super Essen, hervorragender Service. Und die Atmosphäre ist unschlagbar. Es kommt einem nicht vor als wäre man im Flughafen, sondern in einem schönen Restaurant in München. Wir konnten hier sogar unser parkticket von P22 validieren lassen. Somit haben wir kostenlos geparkt.

Airports are usually a culinary wasteland. Everything here was delicious. Very nice owner. A bright spot in these times.

We wanted Weisswurst at 5 pm, but they didn't have any. Ms. Sen, the waitress, managed to persuade the cook to make some more. Great!

Airbräu in Terminal 2, right next to the boarding gates: Traditional Bavarian food, incredibly tasty and served surprisingly fast. Our waiter Alexandru was very attentive, friendly and gave us excellent recommendations. I’ll definitely come back on my return trip.

It's hard to write a review at a restaurant you actually haven't eaten at, but I really felt the need to write a review on this place. I was actually looking forward to this place and purposefully looked for it during my layover here in Munich airport after reading an article featuring this restaurant. When I asked for a table for two, the guy in the front jokingly said, why do you need to come here, you guys look like you have already eaten. I didn't think much of it, but after being seated, I watched 5 other parties get seated, greeted, and be given a menu, I just felt that I was not welcome here, that certain group of peoples were given better services. I felt I was not given the same treatment and aside from the joking in the beginning, noone gave a proper greeting. We got up to leave and then the guy told us in a commanding way to sit and that the guy will come and give us a menu. Yeah no I'm sorry, but the guy could've given me my menu before the other parties. I felt very disrespected and just a terrible first encounter of Germany.

i have been eating here today and they do such a friendly service, the food comes out fast and tastes amazing. Alex, our waiter speak so many languages and he give us a positive vibe . definitely recommend

Not only is the food incredibly delicious, the waitress, Carmela is so incredibly personable, multilingual, and she not only brought sunshine to my day but I saw her bring smiles and laughter to all the other patrons.

Having a restaurant at Munich Airport is truly unique! The service was friendly, the Spätzle were good, and the homemade airport beer is fantastic.

I was in Europe on business and had a layover at Munich Airport. I stopped in for a quick meal, and a tip was included on my receipt. (In Germany, tipping is determined by the customer, not the restaurant.) When I asked why, they said it was a mistake and that it was actually appropriate. There were German guests at the next table, so I asked, and they confirmed it wasn't there. Fortunately, a colleague who lived in Germany was there, and only after I confronted them did they return the tip. It was a truly racist experience. If possible, try somewhere else. I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant while transiting through Munich Airport. When I received the bill, I noticed that a service charge (tip) had already been added. In Germany, tipping is traditionally left to the customer's discretion, so I asked why it was included. Instead of a polite explanation, the staff insisted that it was "normal" here. However, when I checked the bills of nearby local guests, their receipts did not include any added tip. Only after my colleague, who has lived in Germany, pointed this out firmly did they agree to refund the amount. It was an unpleasant and misleading experience that left a very poor impression. Travelers should check their bills carefully — and if possible, consider dining elsewhere.

Don't come here if you're in a hurry and your flight is soon. Everything else is great, the staff are really wonderful and the food is fantastic. But they're hopelessly understaffed; you really feel sorry for the waiters. That's why only 3 stars.

Amazing quirky place with great beer. A/p prices

Disappointing – Poor Service and Unclear Communication Yesterday, we went to Airbräu in Terminal 2 and were really looking forward to some Bavarian home cooking and their excellent house beer to make the wait for our flight to Asia more pleasant. When we arrived, there were already several guests seated both outside and inside. I counted two waiters, one waitress, and a kitchen assistant wearing a neck brace. Despite this, the entrance was blocked off with tape and a handwritten sign read: "Restaurant temporarily closed." When a waiter walked by, I spoke to him – his reply: "We're short-staffed, come back at 1:30 pm." Disappointed, we went somewhere else to eat. When we returned later, around 1:30 pm, the restaurant was suddenly half full, and a new sign was posted at the entrance: "Entry from 1:30 pm." One of the waiters was very unfriendly and told his colleague that they shouldn't have opened at all. The two even argued in front of the other guests. We did eventually get two beers, but the overall impression was anything but positive. In short: This is not what customer service should look like. Either you close down completely – or you open and serve properly. This half-measure comes across as unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers. It's a shame, because it leaves a negative impression – next time we'll go to Airbräu in Terminal 1 instead.

Perfect place to relax with a Munchen beer!!!

We returned from vacation and were treated to "German sausage service" at its best. Upon entering, we were greeted with an unfriendly greeting, then waited five minutes for our table to be cleared...then left disappointed. Disaster!

I wanted a large table. The waitress immediately became unfriendly. And when I left without ordering, the waitress shouted loudly at me, telling me not to be offended.

Very unfriendly and unmotivated service. You have to wait a long time to be served, and previous customers' dishes aren't cleared from the tables.

Food was excellent and delicious! Dimitris was super friendly and kind. He made our experience even better!

Not impressive food for overpricing while the beer is quite okay at a reasonable price. If you have a chance to visit here, just order beer. Even if you are hungry, still beer only. 😆 The server even asked a tip right in front of me. Making me awkward to resist it.

Terrible service. Snaps at all the guests, puts up “RESERVED” signs and loudly announces that she is only doing it because otherwise it would be too much work. How can the owner of the otherwise well-run Äirbräu allow such a faux paus in service? This is specifically about the Airbräu in Terminal Gates H.

Despite the numerous empty tables, the unfriendly service employee said there was no space available. If you don't want to make money from guests, you simply shouldn't work in a service industry.

Good food and relatively quiet, service however is a bit lackluster. It does take some time for someone to come and take your order and it takes even longer for you to be able to pay - which is especially annoying since it’s airside at an airport, where time matters, since you’re probably there to catch a flight (duh, it’s an airport). One more little irck - bavaria and therefore munich is considered the Weisswurst-capital of germany. So why is it that i can only get a weisswurst before 11am, wouldn’t it make way more sense, given the location, to serve this one item all day round? Beer is good though.

Stop for a quick bite. The schnitzel that we had was overpriced, but it was tasty, yet value for money wise its pretty bad, since it costs 30e. It was served with potatoes with radishes and cranberry jam, which was not the greatest. Service, was okay. They were short staffed, but they were attentive and smiling and helpful, and the food came out fast.

One of the better airport food places I have eaten at. Service was fast and courteous and the food was tasty. Prices are what one would expect for an airport.

For an airport restaurant we were pleasantly surprised. They had no seating allowed in the restaurant so we had to wait for a table "outside" and I'm glad we did. Beer was so incredibly good. The schnitzel was some of the best I've had, the spatzle was cheesy and tasty. The sausages were great and the braised cabbage with them was so good I could've eaten it all day. Even the basket of rolls and pretzel were good. Server was super friendly.

I just read by chance that there is a “branch” of Airbräu in the international area and I promptly stopped by there before the last long-haul flight. The location is of course great, especially if you want to relax and enjoy some local beer, white sausage and pretzels just before boarding, 10m from the gate. It's also quite comfortable. There's nothing wrong with it in terms of quality. The only difference is that compared to the “main store” in the central area, the prices here are a bit steep. But that's just due to the situation and is still absolutely OK compared to international standards

Great place if you have the time. I would only recommend they have a "Seat Yourself" sign at the entrance. In the time I was eating here, I probably saw 5-10 people wait at the entrance for someone to seat them, only to eventually leave since they have a plane to catch.

Stop accepting guests one hour before closing with a warning to close immediately

The atmosphere was nice and there was nothing wrong with the food. BUT: The service was one of the most rude things I have ever encountered. The two Italian waitresses argued loudly and were incredibly rude. They also turned away guests because they were "too tiring" for them... When I asked for the bill, I had to wait longer, then it was slammed on the table with a snotty statement. When my friend pointed out her unkindness, she made mocking comments and ironic curtsies as an "apology." When we finally left, she was still shouting things at us all along the corridor. It really doesn't have to be such an experience before your vacation!

Took a while to find but persisted because internet said it was open. However, it was closed when we got there. Disappointing. UPDATE: Made it a year or so later. Good service. Good beer. Good food. An oasis in the chaos of Munich Airport on a public holiday.

I specifically ordered alcohol-free beer, but server named Stefano gave us regular beer instead of alcohol-free one. Due to this accident, I’m having allergic reactions before my flight. This is a very serious issue. You should always double check when it comes to the matter of food-allergy. You might actually KILL someone.

Nurnberger sausages were nice. Soup got served cold, so not very good. Service wasn't really friendly or welcoming either. Wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a place to eat on the airport.
