Unfortunately, my steak was almost gone by the time I took the photo – it was simply too good to stop and take a picture! The food was excellent, the steak perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. DO NOT order sushi in this place, I don’t think I have ever eaten sushi that was worse than in this place. They don’t use sushi rice but just regular rice, so the sushi is very dry, tasteless and breaks down. It was an effort to finish the plate. Sushi plates cost around 22-24 eur. Additionally, when paying by card you are forced to tip, you can choose the percentage yourself but minimum is 7%. I would suggest the owner of the place to set the prices in the menu in the way that the employees can be paid the fair salary. I will definitely not return in this place until there is the US-style forced tipping policy.

Every time I fly home to Ibiza from Munich, I look forward to being served by Ciro even before I check in, and I enjoy my time at Dallmayr. He's a great employee and the service is excellent.

We visited Dallmayr earlier this week. Everything was good — some items seemed a bit overpriced to me, but overall the experience was very nice. Our waiter, Iza, was kind and attentive, and happy to explain anything we asked.

An exclusive, wonderful spot of peace and enjoyment amidst the hustle and bustle of the departure gates. Mr. Liu's service was outstanding.

The tables are dirty, the seats are covered in crumbs. The ladies who escort you to your table don't seem to care much about cleaning...

Some of the staff are very unmotivated. For the prices, they could offer something more, like clean tables and chairs. But since it's at the airport, that probably doesn't matter, as they're not relying on regular customers. 😉

We visited Dallmayr in Terminal 2 today and were incredibly disappointed. We haven't experienced such unfriendly service in a long time. Instead of a friendly glance or a polite word, we received only annoyed responses and felt more like a nuisance than a welcome guest. Especially at an international airport, one expects professionalism and respectful treatment of guests – unfortunately, there was no sign of either. For a brand like Dallmayr, this is absolutely disappointing. We will definitely not be going there again.

It would be nice to have fewer crumbs around the tables on the floor. And perhaps the tables could be wiped a little more thoroughly. The employee, Ivana, is extremely helpful and very courteous. Excellent.

SO INCREDIBLY RUDE AND INEXPERIENCED. I asked before being sat down if they accepted voucher payment and they said yes. I tried to pay with a voucher I had in my boarding pass and instead of helping me or at least be understanding, they rudely told me that it did not work and rushed me to pay by card. It turns out it was in another boarding pass and when I went back to ask if I could redeem my money by paying with the voucher now, they told me it was impossible. They were completely uninterested in resolving the issue, when they were the ones who promised that you could pay by voucher! As a restaurant in an Airport they should have experience and knowledge about paying with boarding pass vouchers, and they should help the customer. SO disappointed. Also they got my order wrong. and the WAIT is so long to get the attention of the waiter.

You buy coffee and other items at airport prices, yet you're only allowed to use the seating area if you buy something from the restaurant. That means you buy a roll for €10 or more, a coffee for at least €5, and then you can't even sit down unless you buy even more expensive food. Absolutely outrageous!

Most airport eateries are a bit meh and largely interested in getting you in and out as fast as possible. The MUC airport Dallmayr team - and Drazen in particular - were the antithesis of this. Left in peace to enjoy my wurst and bier and given access to a plug to charge my phone, the service and food was excellent and genuinely fairly priced.

I had a ciabatta with mozzarella and a coffee. The coffee was average machine coffee, nothing special. The ciabatta, on the other hand, was surprisingly dry, even though I was there at eight in the morning. The edges, in particular, were barely edible. For around €15, I don't think that's justified – it's far below what you'd expect at that price. It's understandable that prices are higher at the airport, but the quality should at least be decent.

Service was nice. They have a Barista machine but when you get a Capuccino to go it is a very very bad instant kind of coffee.... not worth it.

My day was ruined by visiting this place. Scrambled eggs made from powder, barely warm. Fermented fruit in a jar. A rude waitress who thinks she can remember a simple order. She's clearly working here as a punishment. She brings the wrong thing and tries to convince you it's what you ordered. You have to ask three times for an additional order. When you point it out, she gets offended and starts throwing dishes and bills. Find another place; the airport is big.

First they pointlessly placed us far away, then the service staff preferred to fool around instead of serving us.

We ate breakfast here in between flights. Fabulous food and Chef Klaus was simply the best with his huge smile and magnetic personality! We told him we would give him a shout out. Henry & Linda Heller San Diego, CA USA

€15.50 for two Weisswurst sausages with a pretzel. So far, so good. But after peeling them, the sausages were slimy, wet, and tasteless. Almost disgusting. They were nice and hot, though. The sausage water was yellow. My impression: They'd been swimming in it for a day. And this at the 'premium' Dallmeier for €15.50! Wow!

A croissant would have been better at any Lidl. Hot chocolate is made with water; I can't explain the taste or consistency otherwise. Paid €9, which would have been better invested in a leveraged certificate.
