Good for an airport restaurant, and a great service from Liu.

Mister Liu exceptionally kind even though I didn’t know the language or what to eat. The food is soooo good!

Liu was very attentive, great service

A croissant would have been better at any Lidl. Hot chocolate is made with water; I can't explain the taste or consistency otherwise. Paid €9, which would have been better invested in a leveraged certificate.

Dear Dallmeier Team, If a guest arrives with their own cup and asks for coffee, it would be nice if it weren't poured into a disposable cup. That's neither environmentally friendly nor sustainable. Today, I also asked for ice, and another disposable cup was used. This resulted in two cups being wasted. I really appreciate that I was offered ice, but as a company, you also have a responsibility for sustainability. Perhaps you could provide regular cups or glasses in the future to avoid waste. Thank you for your understanding.

I was shown to a table, given the menu, and then the waitresses ignored me. After repeatedly asking for service, I left. Everyone else around me was served. At the counter, they just shrugged their shoulders and then carried on chatting. That was very disappointing.

Great service, look after well and not ignored even they we wanted only drinks at the bar.

Airbräu used to be my favorite Weisswurst restaurant. The service (Mr. Aldo) and the ambiance, as well as the excellent cuisine of Dallmayr Bistro, have gained a new fan. Mr. Aldo is a waiter with charm and elegance.

We came for breakfast. They offer a few packages, most of which don't include drinks. + The scrambled eggs were delicious. + The pastries were tasty. + The food arrived quickly. - There are no vegetarian options (unless you count their "veggie" oatmeal option, but none at the other packages). - Our table and chairs were still dirty. We also saw other tables being wiped down very quickly, leaving some dirt behind. - The classic option supposedly includes yogurt with muesli and fruit: that's five grains of muesli and three blueberries. - The service varied: some waiters were very friendly, some absolutely not. When we paid, they pushed a pen under our noses to ask us to leave a tip, which we refused. Then the bill was settled without another word or glance, and the receipt was slammed on the table. Unfortunately, airport businesses can probably afford this kind of service due to the high volume of comings and goings. We're certainly glad we don't have to be in Munich anytime soon.

We had excellent smoked salmon and salmon tartar with tasty sauces, more than enough for 2.Fr Beck was an excellent waitress, friendly and efficient. Everything was perfect, a lovely surprise at Munich Airport!

Arrogant and rude. I am on a multiple day business trip and went to sit at a table in order to buy drinks and food. The waiter came and told me to go because the table is for 4 people - his attitude and the way he said that was very rude so I told him that he is very rude. He said “there is the exit” and even showed me with a gesture where the exit was. So I stood up and left - I’m not going to leave personal nor company money at a place like this. I’ve never been treated like this at an airport the way he treated me. Stay away from this bistro. Don’t forget that even if you’re one person, you have luggage with you so you need more space. You can tell guests to wait or to change the table but do it in a professional, diplomatic way.

We saw their great pastry and sandwiches. Stood in the line waiting for a table for 5min (front) and there were lots of free tables. Still took them 5min to seat us. Once seated turns out they only serve 26euro expensive huge-portion breakfast. We ordered just a coffee (I would have ordered more drinks if I was allowed to get a pastry with it). The Milchkaffee was served in a tea cup (instead of Schale). We are leaving very unhappy. This place has potential but right now offers no nice food especially for people that cannot eat big portions like me. Having said that, the staff was and stayed friendly. That is another bonus point showing the potential.

Just came in for a drink before flight. Got told we’d entered the wrong way and had to go to entrance. Waited 10 mins for someone to take my drink order. Watched it sitting on bar with no-one bothering to bring it over. Got it myself in the end. Seems to be necessities for whole place. Terrible set up!

There are only men working in the hall and there are too many of them. Quite aggressive and to everyone. Except for one person. I asked for a raspberry cake, they brought me one with strawberries and didn't say a word. After asking about this, the answer was that they were out of raspberries. Avoid this place. Workers should think about their behavior and the impression they make on people.

Terrible. Arrogant!! Just a poor guy trying to seat people and lots of arrogant guys walking around . If you ask for someone They don’t care and tell it’s not their job. I wish we have better providers

We wanted to sit on a comfortable chair, the arrogant waiter kicked us out, saying that we couldn't and he didn't have to explain why... the restaurant was almost empty... Some people shouldn't work in the service industry...

Expensive sandwiches, bread not decent, too spongy.

The reception is very unpleasant! The man with glasses at the entrance yells at us because we can't eat the food we buy at their bar while sitting down. He could also say so politely! It could also be posted at the time of purchase!!! By the way, the sandwich is frankly not good at all! It doesn't matter, we throw away the sandwich and the rest (unripe fruit salad, coffee and tea for 25 euros) and go into this cafe to eat while sitting down. Early in the morning, it's the only one open, we have no choice. The staff is very rude. They don't understand that without the travelers, they might be resigned to working behind the trash cans. This is the first time in Germany that I've encountered such peremptory and unfriendly staff. It's a departure from everything I've seen in Bavaria!!! The coffee and tea are very expensive, and it's still just coffee and tea. Move on if you can! The icing on the cake: we're missing change for 50 euros, the account doesn't add up and that's serious! I think the waitress took her tip. We pointed it out to her, and she angrily threw the missing coins on the table! It's beyond anything I could have imagined! I don't even dare to name such behavior! Watch carefully when you give your change! You've been warned! In view of previous reviews, the management knows but isn't changing anything. This latest image of Germany is very damaging!

Very poor reception. Be careful if you order sandwiches or other drinks at the counter you are not allowed to sit at the tables.

You can't get alternative milk for your coffee, the sandwich was dry and they gave you a long coffee instead of a coffee with milk.

Very disapointing. Dallmayer should stand for quality but at the airport it stands for uninterested service personal (reorders not possible) and miserable tea. I wonder if it is the same at the main house in Munich

I flew to Barcelona this morning and wanted to have breakfast at Dalmayer Service in the airport. No one even registered us, so after 10 minutes, I asked the usher in the white shirt and black trousers if we could order something. The gentleman's reply was that he didn't do that and the waiters were busy too. No apology or indication that we would be served. Actually, zero stars.

Very bad service. 3 reasons not to eat here: 1. ENTRANCE: There are several entrances however you have to go to a specific one which they show to you when you want to sit down. Then a waiter suddenly rushes there to tell you to go around the corner to an entrance where no one was waiting. The time they spend telling people to go there could have been spent on better service. 2. WAITER or better WAITING: they ignore you until you actually stand up and go to them to ask them if you can pay. 3. ORDERING ORDEAL: I am pregnant and asked if the goat cheese in the salad is pasteurised. He did not know that word neither in German nor English. “I do not know”. Maybe then ask in the kitchen Sir. I ended up ordering the oriental Mezze- the portion was also very less. The table next to us also asked him if the coffee is from a filter machine or actually good one and then ordered a cappuccino. He specifically asked for the good coffee machine (Siebträger). He got a totally different coffee from the filter machine. Then he asked the waiter again and he didn’t understand but just agreed to bring him a cappuccino.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Got seated immediately but could not even get a waiter to take our order. Called upon the attention of a few waiters only to be ignored. Waited for 15 min and left. Terrible service, do not recommend. Very disappointing. You can find far better places to eat at in the airport

I absolutely cannot recommend this place. The man at the checkout was so rude to me that I couldn't see the queue, that I immediately left.

We ordered a cappuccino and a croissant. Unfortunately, it wasn't clearly marked that these weren't allowed in the restaurant. As a result, we were asked to leave our seats. A little more leniency or advance notice would have been appreciated.

A small baguette with toppings for almost €10 is okay, but it should taste good and not look like it's been eaten the day before. I'm completely at a loss for words about the motivation and speed of the employee at the "to-go" checkout.

The sandwiches were not good. The bread texture tastes like 3 days old. Very disappointed for a brand like this. Better buy Mineral water at the duty free shop instead, is cheaper there. There are also water fountain to fill your bottle and is free at T2.
