I've given the subway in Neckarau several chances now and unfortunately I have to say I'd rather drive 10 minutes longer to Hockenheim The orders are not understood / or you get the wrong one or ingredients are simply forgotten even though they are on the counter and people plead that the staff is right - the customer is NOT king You can tell from the staff that they don't enjoy their job And some dishes are not prepared even though the ingredients are visibly there I'm really sorry but I recommend everyone to go to Hockenheim because the food is fun too

Sunday evening just before 8 - the employees are really overloaded, not a good time to get a quick sandwich...

We've been coming here for years. Today on Italy Monday we were enchanted by Martina & Klara's culinary delights. It's fun to see how many ingredients create an individual dish. The Italy SUB is a dream. Baguette, cheese & meat go into the oven. Afterwards there is a mountain of fresh vegetables & 2 sauces on top. Onion and Garlic. In the summer we sat outside and enjoyed the delicious SUBS & hot coffee ☕. It doesn't get any better 😃. This tastes like in Bella ITALIA. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

Nice staff, delicious food, good selection, but not all types of bread are available and some of the salad is already brownish. Otherwise everything was great. After the redesign, the screens and ordering machines were not yet turned on. Makes the selection very difficult if nothing is written anywhere. We ordered a menu, but then had to first ask if there was no drink included. Even though nothing was going on, the table was stuck. The food was still very tasty

I have never seen such unfriendly and disrespectful service. Would rather go smoke than serve customers, doesn't say hello, no please, no thank you, just slaps the food down like that. and doesn't even wash his hands after smoking.

Terrible service! We went there with friends today, stood in line, and they just deliberately ignored us! We ended up not ordering anything because people were being served behind us! It's simply a disaster!

This is by far the worst subway! * Staff totally listless, * no card payment possible * The subs were super “floppy” I've eaten in much better Subway branches where you can also pay by card! But the one in Korbach is a real disappointment.

The subs are always delicious. So far the staff has always been very friendly. Actually no complaints. Today, however, I noticed that a boy wanted to order something and because he didn't speak so loudly, the lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and almost insulted. She was very unfriendly the whole time and said: it costs extra! Then the boy was deceived by wanting a drink and a cookie. The lady didn't tell him that there was a student menu and he had to pay €5 more than me. It's a shame that an always good experience turns sour.

Monday March 3rd around 1:00 p.m I entered the branch and was accepted quite quickly. Everyone was friendly but the young man who served me was almost unbeatable in his listlessness. He doesn't speak in complete sentences and when he asked me which cheese I wanted I answered yes then he asked me which one. I asked which one they had, he just waved his hand at the cheese that wasn't declared (in any case not obvious) without even saying a word. I then asked what kind of cheese it was, because unfortunately I don't know their range by heart. Rolling his eyes, he then explained to me what kind of cheese they offer. Not so great tempered my experience. I will be happy to change the review at the next meeting.

Went to this subway on Sunday lunchtime and unfortunately had a pretty bad experience. First of all the line was extremely long, which of course can happen, but then the chicken I wanted wasn't available. The service was also very unfriendly. In the end my sub completely fell apart - really disappointing. I won't be eating here again anytime soon.
