Sunday evening just before 8 - the employees are really overloaded, not a good time to get a quick sandwich...

A subway like I've never seen before... first they said there was no more bread... except for two halfs and two whole ones... where you wanted there was no more... then everyone who came after us got the bread of their choice... Then you shouldn't call the existing toilet a toilet, because it is anything but clean or pleasant. Well... we went to another subway afterwards and weren't disappointed in any way!

I was eating at Subway on Wednesday and the dear gentleman gave us good advice and recommended good ones. When he's always there, I'm always in a good mood. He always laughs, always friendly, very nice, so he's there every day and the best man in any case and his music is also definitely top top

Just disgusting. I ordered a sandwich and fries. The fries were super soggy and bland. For the sandwich I ordered it without ham because I’m allergic to it and still has it inside. Is wet and just tastes bad.

I'm totally shocked. I'm coming to you with my wife to have something to eat and not to be bullied by others. At Subway you can't have your sandwich topped the way you want. If I want a little more salad, don't tell me that it's not possible and that it's too much. I don't use any other ingredients for this. Just because I ask you to put lettuce and a slice of tomato on the edges of the sandwich, a whole lot of drama is put on. I'm still asked if I have a problem and if I don't like it, I can leave. That is a bottomless impudence. and my wife's order afterwards wasn't right either. Instead of panini bread there was crushed sandwich bread. My wife wasn't asked about the sauce or other ingredients either. It really can't be what you're doing there. I guess I can't use subway anymore. Kassel is too far for me. But I'll probably have to let the central office know too

This is by far the worst subway! * Staff totally listless, * no card payment possible * The subs were super “floppy” I've eaten in much better Subway branches where you can also pay by card! But the one in Korbach is a real disappointment.

The subs are always delicious. So far the staff has always been very friendly. Actually no complaints. Today, however, I noticed that a boy wanted to order something and because he didn't speak so loudly, the lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and almost insulted. She was very unfriendly the whole time and said: it costs extra! Then the boy was deceived by wanting a drink and a cookie. The lady didn't tell him that there was a student menu and he had to pay €5 more than me. It's a shame that an always good experience turns sour.

The employee, who called herself Natascha according to the name tag, was extremely unfriendly and seemed generally unmotivated. Dealing with customers was terrible What struck me particularly negatively was that she wore the same gloves the entire time - regardless of whether she was touching different ingredients or doing checkout tasks. From a hygienic point of view, this is very questionable. The external appearance also appeared unkempt, which further marred the overall feeling of cleanliness and professionalism. The toppings for my sandwich were extremely stingy - it seemed as if they wanted to spend as little as possible. And now unobjective she was the worst staff that ever served me

4/5 stars So another on-time delivery before the delivery date, very rare. I received a kind of "love letter" from the best employee, a kiss <3 I'd like the person's number for the next order :) I can't comment on the ambiance, I always have my food delivered :D I really enjoy ordering from you and will order from you often. Bottom line, SubWay can also deliver on time. And thank you so much for the extra <3🍪

This is the biggest piece of crap you can get today because it is not recommended. I ordered for 9.99 and suddenly I had to pay 13.49 for the bread like other ingredients. Were not fresh

We ordered our food to be picked up via the Subway app, and we picked it up within the specified time. When we unpacked it after 5 minutes of driving, the subs were already completely cold and soggy. Additionally, none of the subs were prepared correctly. One was missing both the sauce and the extras ordered (extra cheese for €1.20 and guacamole for €1.80), and there was corn and onions on the sandwich, which were definitely not ordered. The other one was also missing the extra cheese for €1.20 and had the completely wrong sauce, sweet onion instead of yogurt, on the sandwich. The Philly steak meat had an intensely unpleasant smell and was therefore not eaten as a precaution. All in all, unfortunately quite a disappointment.
