Cozy subway with nice staff, I've been there several times now and would love to go there again

We were served very unfriendly and made us feel very uncomfortable. Toilets were anything but clean.

1 star is even too much! This woman with the glasses is extremely unfriendly, disrespectful and very, very contemptuous of foreigners!! I come there to order food and not to be insulted and yelled at!!! Antisocial people in there!

Very bad staff and the boss, if he calls himself that, the one with the glasses and dark hair is very unfriendly. He also poops on his employees who are about to cry. That's not something you do as a BOSS and the food just doesn't taste good. The whole shop needs to be cleaned properly warden

Unfortunately, even one star is definitely too many.. was there today, absolutely unfriendly, they can't handle criticism either. If you point out that something is wrong, you'll be insulted stupidly. Well, the baguette tasted like it was a few days old, totally hard and dry. Won't be coming back 😠

The workers on July 17, 2024 were completely unfriendly and didn't even let me choose what should be on the sub, the bread was there and I said twice please without cheese and without tomatoes and he put both on it. I complained and the employee just said take it down, it just doesn't help with a tomato allergy! Never eat in that dirty shed again

It's unbelievable how someone can convey to you so strongly that they don't want their job like the dark-haired colleague with the glasses.. Who can afford something like that? The store is actually so fancy and then you put someone like that in the store? No effort was made to eat either..

As a foreigner you are treated very, very unfriendly by the boss. You can listen to “The specialists from Breitenstrasse” or “always the same as with you and your people”. When you order, you will fall for the sentence. There are no manners or decency here at all. I have never seen such an unfriendly and listless person behind the counter in my entire life. Even this one star is too much for the store. Catastrophic. I don't recommend anyone to go here.

Unfriendly to no end. No smile. Spoken quietly. Ambiance works. Eat and go. Baguette was very tasty.

The employee is only rude on the phone and doesn't really listen when you say what you want to say

The staff at Subway was as excited to serve me as I was to be at the dentist. I don't even get to choose what goes on my sandwich :( He was so unmotivated to fill my sandwich that I almost apologized. For €11.99 I could have just gotten pasta from the Italian restaurant.

The staff is unfriendly, the facility is not clean and the prices are outrageous. If you want to be annoyed, you can definitely do it cheaper somewhere else...

Not really my thing. The sandwiches are tasty, but I feel hungry and hungry again after an hour at the latest.

I was there with my daughter today. The employee who served us didn't really explain the price to me and was rude when I asked. Food was cold and the seat wasn't clean.

Really lazy and disrespectful, old bread and meat maybe for a few days ago, dirty place. The coffee was almost cold. Expensive for such 2 small sandwiches with 2 drinks and one coffee.

Mein Besuch im Subway in Bad Hersfeld war leider enttäuschend. Obwohl die Angestellten freundlich waren, konnte das nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass die Toilette einen unangenehmen Geruch hatte, der mir Übelkeit verursachte. Bei den Preisen, die Subway verlangt, sollte unbedingt mehr Wert auf Hygiene gelegt werden."

Oje zwei Damen kein Betrieb und trotzdem alles kalt und ungenießbar. Vom Service mal ganz abgesehen . Subway nein danke

War lecker, Personal Freundlich nur halt in der Innenstadt und draußen ist es halt manchmal ein bißchen laut

Wer Subway mag, wird auch hier nichts falsch machen. Man wird fix bedient, das Personal ist freundlich und die Filiale ist schön gelegen. Ansonsten halt ein Subway, nichts außergewöhnliches.

Alles frisch, lecker und sauber. Personal bekam auch große Bestellung für Kindergeburtstag souverän gemanaged.

Es ist einfach nur dreckig von Innen . Tische werden anscheinend nicht oft sauber gemacht . Toiletten sind auch nicht sauber . Als ich letztens meinen Sohn in einen Hochstuhl setzten wollte habe ich diesen vorher mit Feuchttüchern abgeputzt ,zum Glück , die Tücher waren danach braun und schwarz 🤮

Ich weiß nicht ob das die Vorgabe der Chefs ist aber für fast 11€ bekommt man auf seinem Footlong teilweise eine freche Menge an Zutaten. Vor allem beim Mais fällt das extrem auf. Für 11€ bekommt man anderswo eine komplette Mahlzeit mit Getränk, schade war eigentlich immer gerne bei Subway.

Vom Essen bin ich positiv überrascht und auch das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich! Von allen Fastfood locations hier ist diese wohl die beste!

Seid vielen Jahren ich gerne immer wieder hierher sehr freundliches Personal, immer sehr sauber, immer sehr zügig in der Bearbeitung der Bestellung

Ja man fühlt sich etwas unwohl, liegt vielleicht auch an manchen Kunden der meint, es wäre sein Wohnzimmer usw ....🤷🏻‍♂️

Leider waren die Mitarbeiterinnen relativ unfreundlich. Mein Sub war für einen recht teuren Preis einfach zu dünn belegt. Dafür ging es sehr schnell.

Immer frisch und lecker, nur mittlerweile meiner Meinung nach sehr teuer.

Zentrale Lage, schnelle und gute Bedienung. Preise sind nicht günstig (ca. 10€ pro Sandwich, je nach Sandwich), aber es gibt oft Angebote oder Rabatte.

Essen war gut nur die Stühle im Außenbereich sind sehr abgegriffen

Schnelles leckeres Essen. Lokal und Toiletten sehr sauber. Sandwichartists sind auch immer sehr freundlich und respektieren jeden Wunsch.

There’s not much to say since this Subway is as like as all others. Food is good and staff is friendly. But I would rather go to local restaurants and do not spend too much money on such things.

Wir waren gestern abend zum ersten mal hier und haben das Essen sehr genossen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, das Essen super lecker. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.

Das Essen war wie erwartet gut leider war der Preis von 15,50€ Für ein ganzes Brot und 1 Alkoholfreies Bier viel zu teuer! DS ist auch der Grund für nur 2 Sterne

Leider musste ich die letzten Besuche feststellen das Hygiene nicht mehr sonderlich „Groß geschrieben“ wird obwohl es das wichtigste in der Branche mit Essen ist. Ansonsten ganz oke.
