I tried to order something here twice. The first time you couldn't pay by card. The second time we wanted to order a large menu - we chose for a long time and then went to the counter to order. However, the woman immediately rejected us. At first she simply said “no,” then she asked how long we were willing to wait. We replied that we would wait as long as it took. But the owner said in an unfriendly and harsh tone that she would not make a large order. That was neither polite nor customer friendly. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

Most beautiful beer garden around Bad Hersfeld. You sit under large, old trees, which is rarely the case here. The service is super nice. There are toilets and you can also just sit on the lawn.

Great food, nice staff. Breakfast much better than at the well-known bakeries...

Ice cream was ok but why does the ice cream parlor have 2 names?

We specifically called and asked if we could come with a dog. This was promised. When we arrived we were told we could choose the seat, which was in the upper part so that the dogs were out of the way. Presumably the boss came and picked up the drinks and brought them and was never seen again. No menu, no question about food had to be taken care of by the regulars at the counter. After half an hour we left again. I have yet to come across an absolute anti-welcome. It's a shame because the place is really nice.

Nice service, good kebab, good meat and large. I highly recommend it, I like it better without the leavened cabbage😜

Pizza was very tasty, staff was a very nice older gentleman. The interior is a bit old, so most people take their pizza with them.

We love this small, fine owner-managed Italian gem in Bad Hersfeld! The team is in a good mood, the service is attentive, fast and convincing as hosts! For us the best and recommended Italian (real) restaurant in Bad Hersfeld and the surrounding area! The food is fresh, the drink selection is extensive, and we love the first table at the entrance - directly across from the open kitchen. For those who prefer something a little quieter, there is additional seating and tables upstairs. Thank you very much, we’ll be happy to come back – Thomas and Michelle Klüber

Absolut tolle Beratung bezüglich der Whiskyauswahl. War mir unsicher bei der Auswahl, aber durch eine Empfehlung des Wirtes Jürgen, habe ich wohl meinen neuen Lieblingswhisky gefunden. Ganz sicher werde ich euch wieder besuchen, wenn ich wieder in Bad Hersfeld bin

Small, cozy restaurant with very good and warm service. The food was simply great! The prices are also more than reasonable. We had a great evening and would come back any time :-)
