I could only eat pizza arugula without the arugula because it wasn't washed and it crunched between my teeth when I took the first bite. (Not washed?!) The pizza was also too “overloaded” for my taste and the dough was too thick. I ordered the pizza to take away, otherwise it would have been returned.

I'm totally shocked. I'm coming to you with my wife to have something to eat and not to be bullied by others. At Subway you can't have your sandwich topped the way you want. If I want a little more salad, don't tell me that it's not possible and that it's too much. I don't use any other ingredients for this. Just because I ask you to put lettuce and a slice of tomato on the edges of the sandwich, a whole lot of drama is put on. I'm still asked if I have a problem and if I don't like it, I can leave. That is a bottomless impudence. and my wife's order afterwards wasn't right either. Instead of panini bread there was crushed sandwich bread. My wife wasn't asked about the sauce or other ingredients either. It really can't be what you're doing there. I guess I can't use subway anymore. Kassel is too far for me. But I'll probably have to let the central office know too

Friendly staff, they always smile and bring the food quickly. The food is delicious, the portions are large - even the hungriest mouth will be satisfied😅

Good day! Today my husband and I wanted to visit this restaurant. Or rather, we didn't actually visit it - we just wanted to. When we arrived, a very grumpy and unfriendly waiter came out, looked us up and down, said the kitchen was closed, and immediately ran away, turning around and pretending he hadn't noticed us. He didn't even ask us if we just wanted to have a glass of wine and sit outside. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. When will a restaurant with new, friendly service finally open in our city? Today is Sunday, many people are walking outside - why can't you eat anything after 2 p.m.?

Had a burger with fries. The patty was inedible. I complained about it immediately. All that came was a "sorry" but no suggestion to offer something else. At least I didn't want to eat the fries completely dry and ordered ketchup. Instead of at least being given the ketchup as a tiny courtesy, I had to pay for both the untouched burger and the ketchup. The customer is definitely not king here. Very disappointing. We won't be coming back!!

Ordered dinner to the hospital today. 5 pizzas and 1x filled pizza rolls. A delivery time of one hour was announced, the food arrived after 45 minutes. All dishes were very tasty and plentiful. Very happy again!
