Very good 😋 We tried the falafels, manaqish, and the crispy chicken, it was delicious. The place is also clean and has a great, quiet atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Since I first ordered from Uncle Zaza about a year and a half ago, I've been completely thrilled. Everything I've tried so far, including the doner kebab, pasta, and pizza, has been absolutely delicious and worth the money. I haven't had a doner kebab from any other restaurant in Bad Hersfeld since. I travel a lot and have rarely had a better doner kebab. Across Europe! Keep up the good work!

Delicious food and friendly service

Friendly staff, good service and great food.

We wanted to order by phone (1.4 km in Bad Hersfeld itself), according to the online menu, €21. We were told the minimum order was €30 (for a 5-minute drive!), but they would come for a €10 delivery fee. That was beyond outrageous and a rip-off!!! A friend then drove us there. When we got there, the food was suddenly €3 more expensive, and they said the online prices corresponded to the daily specials, which was, of course, a lie, as there was no indication of this anywhere! On top of the unfriendly service, the food wasn't really edible either. The tortellini in particular were inedible, and we both had severe stomach cramps afterward! I'm not sure where the positive reviews come from, but we certainly won't be returning to this snack bar!

I'm not from here, but from NRW. But the kebab is convincing, the bread is homemade and fresh, the sauces are also very tasty, overall it's a really good kebab and the staff are also very nice.

Not a particularly good kebab in my eyes. The meat was sopping greasy, the bread was too crispy and unwieldy, the sauce wasn't that great, and at €8, it was a bit more expensive than the competition.

Highly recommended! Ordered two family pizzas for a child's birthday a few days in advance via WhatsApp. The answer came quickly and was very nice and warm. On the day of delivery we asked if we could get the pizzas half an hour earlier. That wasn't a problem at all. They arrived on time, even 10 minutes early. Great, we are not used to such spontaneity and punctuality from other suppliers. In addition, the quality of the pizzas was excellent, very tasty, cut and exactly as requested. The price is absolutely justified and fair for the quality and service! Very happy again. Keep it up Uncle Zaza.

I ordered two kebabs to take away and then the gentleman served cold kebabs that had been prepared under the counter because no one had picked them up.

I liked everything, calm atmosphere, although there were a lot of visitors. Short waiting time and large portions. I barely finished my portion, although I was hungry and have a heavy build. On the downside, I was thirsty all night and drank more than 2 liters of water. I don’t know exactly what the reason is, perhaps not very traditional dishes for me, although everything was delicious. Friendly work team.

Tried all the kebabs in Hersfeld. Nobody comes close to Zaza. You can immediately see that the meat skewer is of significantly better quality than the competitors. Real sheep's cheese and fresh salad with a good selection. As a topping, I recommend parsley, mint and lemon juice on the kebab. The hammer! It's the little things that make the difference

Top address! Here you will find freshly prepared food of the best quality. The counter is always clean – a definite plus! The staff is friendly, and the boss himself impresses with his child-loving nature. Particularly worth mentioning: There are regularly great offers that are really worth it. The kebab listed above was really great in terms of taste. Both King Döner and Alibaba are unfortunately stuck in time. Nothing has changed for years and always the same 2x standard sauces...

Today, September 27th, 2024, my girlfriend and I went to eat at zaza. When we arrived we were greeted warmly. We once ordered the 41st "Baguette Döner" and my friend Gnoccis with ham cream sauce. I liked the Döner, it was also well filled and I was full. What bothered me was this baguette concept. Great idea but unwieldy eat, it feels like everything falls out and you can't eat properly, bottom line - it creates a little mess. My friend's problem was that there was too much spice in the cream sauce and it was a bit too strong and almost inedible Tasty but too much parsley and spice. Otherwise just a normal kebab place

I've tried a lot of different dishes and none have disappointed. I find crispy chicken particularly delicious. But everything really tasted good.

As always, it's a dream, you just can't say more, I love this quality of meat, it's not a run-of-the-mill skewer, it's real meat and you can see and taste it

On vacation in Germany we discovered this little restaurant by chance. Very nice surprise, everything we tasted was of high quality. We live in France there are a lot of very good kebab snacks but Uncle Zaza's is truly incredible. We recommend the very tasty shawarma. Delicious grilled vegetables a first in a kebab in Germany. The welcome was great and despite the crowd the team was very cheerful. Well done we will come back next year inshallah.

Location is nice, oriental music gives a good vibe and the food is prepared hygienically, the chef wears gloves, the ingredients look good and the food tastes incredibly good. It's worth a try.

I was in town on business and popped in here spontaneously in the evening - it was worth it! Thin yet fluffy oblong flatbread filled with tender meat and a selection of vegetables that I have rarely had. Most kebab sellers only offer white or red cabbage - here both. Plus lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, etc. and two different sauces included - and all for the price of 7 euros in 2024 - awesome!

We ordered there for the first time today via delivery service. Since we weren't there, we can't judge the atmosphere. But we are absolutely impressed by the quality of the food, delicious pizza, delicious kebab dishes, everything tastes very tasty! We are really very positively surprised by these tasty dishes and a fast delivery service. Some kebab shops here in HEF can't keep up! Always happy, soon also on site.

Definitely a welcome change from the kebab in flatbread. Here the kebab is delivered in a baguette roll. It tastes really good and fresh. We had both kebabs with meat and the vegetarian version.

Both were delivered quickly and we were amazed. Fresh salad and fresh, tasty, well-seasoned meat. The homemade bread was also very tasty. At the moment the best kebab in town for me.
