Ein typisches kleines Subway-Restaurant, gut genug für ein schnelles Mittagessen während der Arbeit.

Ich finde es schade, dass eine Null-Sterne Vergabe nicht möglich ist. Meine Frustration begründet sich mit dem miserablen Service, der abgelenkten und uninteressierten Mitarbeitenden. Es ist eine Zumutung den Kunden warten zu lassen, während man seine Privatgespräche mit den Kollegen führen muss. Somit ergab sich eine überdurchschnittliche Wartezeit, von fast einer Stunde, welche nicht zu meiner Vergnügung war. Ich rate dringlichst davon ab, dieses Etablissement zu besuchen und von dort zu speisen. Schade um meine wertvolle Zeit.

Uns wurde die Aktion für Pommes und Limonade verweigert, obwohl im ganzen Laden damit geworben wurde. Als wir nach dem Bezahlen ein Getränk kaufen wollten, weigerten sie sich, es uns zu verkaufen; sie wollten es uns einfach nicht geben. Die Frau ging ans Telefon, bevor sie mit uns sprach.

Wir haben das Essen sehr schlecht vertragen, leider gar nicht zu empfehlen

Die Mitarbeiterinnen, über die sich die meisten Vorredner beschwert haben, wurden offensichtlich nachbesetzt. Den Mann mit kurzen dunklen Haaren meine ich in einem anderen Subway schonmal gesehen zu haben, er macht einen guten Job, bietet zB proaktiv Salz und Pfeffer an, der Beleg war in einer angemessenen Menge drauf. Meine Erfahrung war für einen Subway top.

Wir waren gerade bei Subway und wollten einen gültigen Gutschein einlösen. Die Mitarbeiterin hat sich geweigert, ihn anzunehmen, mit der Begründung: „Nee, geht nicht, mein Chef sagt, ich darf das nicht.“ Keine weitere Erklärung, kein Lösungsversuch, einfach abgelehnt. Sehr enttäuschend, wenn man mit einem aktuellen Gutschein kommt und dann so abgespeist wird. Kundenservice sieht leider anders aus.

Gegessen und direkt Bauchschmerzen bekommen hatte noch nie so stark Bauchschmerzen

immer lecker und sehr zufrieden. leider werden die app gutscheine nicht mehr akzeptiert, daher wird der standort zukunft leider nicht mehr aufgesucht. schade! ::

Wir waren um 12:30uhr da was wir bekommen haben hat sehr alt geschmeckt kennt man so nicht von anderen Läden. Die Toilette ist sehr dreckig und heruntergekommen die Stühle sind alle viel zu dicht an einander und Getränke werden im Gäste Raum gelagert davon abgesehen steht der Verkäufer hinter dem Tresen und guckt sehr laut TikTok so das man die Musik kaum noch hört die im Hintergrund läuft... Ich kann es nicht empfehlen da zu essen ich habe seit dem Bauchschmerzen.

Besucht am Mittwochabend: Das Sub war im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen dünn belegt. Zusätzlich gab es keine Zwiebeln und keine Paparika. Barzahlung ist hier nicht möglich. Der Service war super.

Ich war heute bei Subway und hatte eine sehr unterschiedliche Erfahrung mit dem Service. Es waren zwei Mitarbeiterinnen da. Die jüngere, brünette Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat mich mit einem Lächeln bedient – das war wirklich angenehm. Leider war die andere, blonde Mitarbeiterin das genaue Gegenteil: Sie wirkte genervt, hörte nicht richtig zu und beschwerte sich sogar, wenn sie etwas noch einmal machen musste. Dieses Verhalten empfand ich als unprofessionell. Insgesamt schade, da der Service stark von der jeweiligen Mitarbeiterin abhängt. Freundlichkeit sollte hier bei allen selbstverständlich sein.

Preis etwas hoch, essen war schnell fertig und lecker... ACHTUNG nur Kartenzahlung möglich-finde ich etwas schade

leckeres Essen, köstlich und frisch

Die Sandwiches sind überraschend gut! Professionell gemacht und schmecken. Da kann man wirklich nichts sagen. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt -- man kann hier nicht mehr bar zahlen, nur mit irgendeiner Karte.

It starts with the worst meal times. Then the desperate attempt to cut bread with a 2cm knife. Then there are literally pigeons running around the restaurant, then the tables are littered and, worst of all, the toilets. There is medication on the sink and more rubbish in the sink. I have never experienced anything like this in a Subway before. I was not told until I paid, btw., there was no sign that only card payments were possible. The employees were just as unhelpful as their passion for getting the place under control. Really disappointed for Subway, which is otherwise a good restaurant chain.

The worst experience with a waitress, and the food wasn't good neither

I collapsed in the middle of the store, and the employees showed no compassion or respect, and didn't even bother to provide me with first aid. Luckily, a man helped me and tried to bring me water, but the employees refused. They just asked, "Who's going to pay for this?"

Service below every possible level. The facility is regularly closed after working hours. The kindness of the staff is below every level.

Conclusion: This Subway branch in Maxvorstadt is a solid option for a quick snack in a central location, especially for vegans and vegetarians. Those who value personalized service and special children's offerings may find more suitable alternatives at quieter Subway locations or family restaurants.

The manager has very poor management here. Only one employee is supposed to serve more than 10 customers at a time. The work of three people is done by just one person. Naturally, she's also irritable. The one blonde employee was very organized and always very polite despite these circumstances. The manager needs to change something here!! This isn't enjoyable.

People who work in the restaurant are very bad

What's happening here is an absolute disgrace for management. A single employee is expected to handle the entire operation on her own – ordering, receipts, cash register, cleaning. And this at peak times. No wonder the line stretches all the way to the door. Nevertheless, the employee remains friendly, prompt, and does her best. My utmost respect for that. But this is unacceptable – this isn't appreciation, this is exploitation. Anyone who practices this kind of personnel policy should seriously examine themselves. It's not the employee who's failing here – it's management. Period.

A very bad restaurant and the employees that work with it also very bad

Only card payments accepted. Where does something like that happen? Due to a "break-in," the operator has decided to only accept card payments. Owner deletes bad reviews. As usual these days. You can hardly trust the reviews anymore.

The manager was super nice at the counter. Despite the time pressure due to closing hours, she managed everything and served us super friendly. She's a super cool manager. We now have our new favorite Subway. 😊😋

The food is good, but unfortunately, the staff is understaffed. Service is slow, and you have to wait a long time.

Subway has also opened its mouth these days. €40 for two sandwiches. That's not justified in any way.

So the food is okay, Subway, but the employee hygiene is poor. Once, the lady (she was very nice, though) was typing on her phone while she was touching the salad and making my sandwich (absolutely a no-go in terms of hygiene). Then the next time, a man was there. He was super slow and annoyed, even though there were only 1-2 customers there. He just scratched his private areas with his gloves on while he was preparing food. I immediately left the store. I've worked in the restaurant industry myself, and these employees desperately need better training in hygiene when preparing food. As a large corporation like Subway, you should be able to invest in this, so please. If you can't guarantee hygiene because you're too stingy with the billions you earn from underpaid employees, then close the store.

I went there with a colleague after work. We received good service. I even received a recommendation for a vegan roll. The food was ready quickly and very tasty. Highly recommended.

A subway like I've never seen before... first they said there was no more bread... except for two halfs and two whole ones... where you wanted there was no more... then everyone who came after us got the bread of their choice... Then you shouldn't call the existing toilet a toilet, because it is anything but clean or pleasant. Well... we went to another subway afterwards and weren't disappointed in any way!

The sandwiches were great, but they could have been a bit hotter. I guess that's just due to the amount of vegetables and sauces... Service was super friendly. The atmosphere is pretty spartan, a typical Subway. Definitely recommended for a snack stop.

I have ordered here three times and have been very satisfied each time. Delivery always took place within 30 minutes, the food was still warm and tasted very tasty.

You wait for over 30/40 minutes on a Sunday evening, even though there was nothing going on... Lieferando orders are prepared first... ridiculous

1 star because the sandwich was generally tasty and 1 star for the diligent efforts of the two employees who somehow keep the shop running despite being massively understaffed... Waiting times of over 40 minutes are simply unacceptable if you just want to get a quick sandwich for lunch.

It looks messy and uncomfortable. There weren't many ingredients there? I've never experienced anything like that in a subway. Really bad.

I was there with colleagues during my lunch break. We waited an extremely long time because all mobile orders were processed first and we were only served afterwards. I had ordered vegan cheese, but unfortunately it was empty and the employee just put normal cheese on my sandwich without asking….

Unfortunately, vouchers are not accepted at this location. Unfortunately, the employees seemed a bit haphazard.

Great Subway with the usual offerings. Disturbing noises from the equipment there. Very high tones: not pleasant. Furthermore, refuse legal tender (cash) by only accepting debit card transactions.

No cash payment possible and unfriendly saleswoman

Worst subway I've ever been to. My colleagues and I work nearby and 1/10 there is any staff there at all. You stand on your feet, call through the store and no one comes - that means 9/10 times we had to eat somewhere else; because no one showed up. If someone should be there, unfriendly and incredibly slow. But no one here seems to care anymore. I'm wondering why there is a branch here if no one serves anyway, Subway can do the same. I generally think Subway is good, but because my colleagues and I too often didn't find anyone there, today will be the last time we go there and try it... It's a shame...

Maybe employ more than one person, then the waiting times wouldn't be so long. The various “delivery services” that want to be served in parallel don’t help either.

A place very popular with flies who evidently appreciate the food

Really shitty place. Worst subway I've ever seen. (And that's a real shame because I live next door). Please don't go. An incompetent service. Cash register system not working. Cash payments are categorically rejected. It stinks in the toilet. And the bread was so dry, I could have easily complemented the fake brick wall behind the counter.

Lunch time and only one lady served. After 15 minutes and only four people in front of us, only two customers have been served. We also couldn't pay for the drinks in between. Then we left again without drinks. The lady in front of us did the same, as you can't wait that long when lunch time is 30 minutes. Here you should ensure that at least two people serve. Too bad

The woman with the blonde hair can please be a little friendlier, kindness doesn't cost anything.

The bread is at least a day old, the tables are dirty and one of the employees occasionally smokes at the open side door. The delivery is pending, there are no wraps because they are frozen, the list could go on and on. The food was good except for the bread, the Subway formula is hard not to do well.

Extroardinarily poor customer survice, waited in line for 30 minutes just to get completely shouted at by the lady working there. Will never go here again and I strongly advice anyone from visiting

We stood in line for a whole hour (!) waiting for our food! There were about 7-8 people in front of us. I've never seen such a slow employee... If the cafe next to it hadn't already been sold out, we definitely wouldn't have had to wait over 60 minutes (!) for a sandwich...

The worst Subway in the whole world. The lady is really rude, slow, dirty, I’ve waited 30 minutes to get my meal

The first thing I noticed was that when I entered the branch at 3:30 p.m. it was very empty except for the employees. Then I noticed that I was using my thumb to reduce the amount of topping (meat) in the serving spoon, so that it remained just over half full. The sauce stains on the cheese slices in the display were explained by this very use of the thumb. So it's difficult to order something here if you suffer from food intolerances, as the procedure here is unfortunately continuous and leads to less cleanliness. The last thing I noticed was that the price was about 20% higher than in other branches. My first and last time in this branch.

Respect for the lady working there alone on Sunday evening. Despite the heavy traffic and working solo, she approaches customers warmly and works with dedication. However, I suggest that the establishment consider hiring an additional person to make her work easier.

The slowest subway I've ever been on

Too slow. Only one person working there. Queue too long. The fat lady preparing the sandwiches didn't want to accept the discount coupons.

There is a fat lady with specs who looses cool when asked for something and there is one who is very sweet. Overall sandwiches are good but need to have clear water even 4 euro is fine but need to keep it.

Easily accessible and quite centrally located. We hardly had to wait during our visit, the sandwiches were delicious, had absolutely enough toppings and the vegetables were pretty fresh. Absolutely recommended. The shop was clean but relatively narrow, we took our food with us.

Overwhelmed staff. Dirty tables. Very long wait for food. Although there were no other guests present. But the good lady was struggling with her phone.

This really isn't the newest Subway and the whole place doesn't exactly invite you to eat. But I was pleasantly surprised by the service and I felt comfortable. The food was as you know it. Quite alright.

Top Subway, the employee was alone on the holiday, but super fast and friendly. Happy to come back :)

Stale bread no thanks not again

Well, you shouldn't expect too much. I find that the choice of ingredients is very inflexible. Price/performance is also not in proportion to what you get.

It's a disgrace that cash payments are charged at €0.20 per payment (we always go out to eat with 15-20 people). What's even more audacious is that this is shown as delivery fees. Why, simply because Subway wouldn't tolerate it otherwise. OK. Eating 10-20 a day is now finally gone.

The Subway on Arnulfstrasse is a typical fast food with a relatively large selection of subs (sandwiches) and various snacks and sweets. Okay, if you're watching your diet you shouldn't eat here every day, but it's tasty at best, you don't need to overdo it. The prices are fair, the opening hours are generous, the employees make an effort (a little stressful at times, but that's normal). Since the audience is sometimes international, depending on the time of year and day, you should be patient and expect that you will have to put some effort into communicating. All in all, a pleasant experience as long as you don't eat at Subway every day :)

Lady with messed up eyebrows steals, puts her thumb in scope only give u a half scope . I paid 10 bucks for 1 scope of steak . I report u to subway and I record u next time so know we know what u r doing . The guy makes great sandwiches but this Lady is trash

Ugly store, unfriendly vibes and typical Subway food.

They cheat you out a scoop of steak by putting their thumb in scoop. You are not slick I seen you , next time I take video . I was going to give you 5 stars food is good but stealing from the customers isn't a good business strategy.

Slowest subway ever, DB should hire the employees here.

Food standard compared to other branches. Absolutely incomprehensible how it can take 20 minutes for 3 subs. Skilled workers are apparently difficult to find.

How can it be that employees are allowed to decide the opening hours arbitrarily? Was there at 7:40 p.m. The opening times are on Sundays until 8 p.m.

Only one person to serve customers on a Sunday evening. Poor guy was a bit overwhelmed. The sandwich was OK, the potato bites were tasteless, not asking for ketchup was a mistake.

It takes a relatively long time and the sandwiches taste so-so. I also think the price is unreasonably high. For the same price you can also get a full meal from an Indian or Asian restaurant. It's also delicious and in a restaurant. Wouldn't go here again...

My experience was very bad. You are greeted by a sign describing a practice that can now be banned (no fees may be charged for common payment methods). Although there were 3 employees present and there was no line, I had to wait 5 minutes. Then the only employee started processing the 3 Lieferando orders (again: there were a total of 3 employees in the store!). When I asked how long it would take... "just a few minutes" - there was no reason to call in my colleagues. When I said, "Thanks, that's fine" and wanted to leave, I was just shouted "What kind of bread" in an unfriendly manner. I left.

They didn't have Tuna the last couple of time I went there. And the reason they gave was: "Well, we have the Tuna but need a special mayonnaise for it and cannot serve it when we don't have it." My tip: ORDER IT
