Ich finde ein Frechheit das mann so oft einkaufen geht dann mann einfach rausgeschmissen würde weil es zu viel war also ich würde diesen laden nicht mehr betreten und der fett mitarbeiten ist unfreundlich er hat mir Schläger angetrot und hat mich rausgeschmissen als liebe Leute bitte nicht mehr hinn gehen

Wieso muss das komplette Sandwich in der Soße schwimmen? Musste die Frau hinter der Theke davon abhalten da noch mehr drauf zu schütten. Ganze Sandwich war dann einfach richtig widerlich. Nichts gegen die Frau, fand die ganze Interaktion mit ihr super angenehm aber ich glaube ich bleib jetzt erstmal weg von Subway

Schlechtes Zeitmanagement beim Service.. Ich stand um 20 vor 8 in der Schlange mein Bus ging um 52.. (reicht ja eigentlich für eine Bestellung bei Subway) Ich wäre eigentlich an der Reihe gewesen aber nein.. Das Personal zog es vor die Bestellungen für den Fahrer zu machen.. anstatt erst mich zu bedienen.. weil ich war der Letzte... So Bus verpasst und 20 Minuten verschenkt...

Die Subs sind wirklich super lecker und immer frisch, aber das absolute Highlight ist Babacan! 🙌🏽 Er ist mit Abstand der beste Mitarbeiter: immer gut gelaunt, unglaublich freundlich und dazu noch richtig lustig. Man merkt sofort, dass er seinen Job mit Herz macht. Egal wie der Tag war, nach dem Besuch bei ihm geht man garantiert mit besserer Laune wieder raus. So einen Service erlebt man selten! Babacan macht den Unterschied und ist ganz klar der Grund, warum ich immer wieder komme. Absolute Empfehlung!

Babacan ist der beste Mitarbeiter!!! Er ist unglaublich freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und bringt einen sofort zum Lächeln. Gleichzeitig arbeitet er sehr professionell und sorgt dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Man fühlt sich bei ihm einfach willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Der Sub war außerdem richtig lecker – frisch, perfekt belegt und geschmacklich einfach top. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann den Laden nur weiterempfehlen – vor allem wegen Babacan!

Der Mitarbeiter Babacan ist einfach der Beste!!! Super freundlich, immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht und total sympathisch. Man merkt sofort, dass er seinen Job mit Leidenschaft macht und sich wirklich Mühe gibt. Er sorgt für gute Stimmung und nimmt sich Zeit für die Kunden. Der Sub ist top und mit viel Liebe gemacht. Für ein Wrap wird 7,99 verlangt, obwohl ein Wrap laut Werbung den Preis des kleinen Subs - also 3,99 bis ca. 6 EUR - haben soll. Das Essen schmeckt, es ist mir aber wirklich zu riskant, da etwas zu bestellen: In dem eigentlich sehr sauberen (!) Laden helfen die Handschuhe bei der Hygiene nicht, wenn damit erst Kleingeld herausgegeben wird und dann mit denselben Handschuhen wieder munter und beherzt in die Rohkost gegriffen wird. Das ist der perfekte Weg, ganze Stadtteile mit Kolibakterien und Noroviren zu verseuchen. Habe ich leider mehrfach gesehen. Man weist darauf hin, und beim nächsten Kunden wird es wieder falsch gemacht. Entweder trennt man Kasse von Küche - oder man muss eben jedes mal neue Handschuhe anziehen. So schwer ist das doch nicht zu verstehen. Seltsam ist auch, dass man erst Limos im Kühlschrank nachfüllt, wenn die letzte (kalte) Flasche verkauft ist und man dann natürlich erst am nächsten Tag Pepsis verkaufen kann, die nicht Zimmertemperatur haben. Ob man solche dummen Marotten beilegen kann oder muss, ist vielleicht Geschmackssache. Unstrittig ist aber wohl, dass in dem Laden in Sachen Keimketten und Hygiene dringend nachgeschult werden muss.

Ich habe mir einen Tages Sub gekauft und mit einem 10€ Schein gezahlt und habe nur 1 Cent zurück bekommen. Dann haben ich den Mitarbeiter angesprochen und meinte das ich noch 6€ bekommen sollte und der hat mir einfach nur 4€ gegeben, vermutlich weil er kein Deutsch kann. Die Mitarbeiter haben einfach keine Lust zu arbeiten sind arrogant und putzen die Tische nicht. Komme daher nicht mehr hier hin.

Ekliger Laden… habe per Wolt bestellt. 1 Produkt hat gefehlt, Die Nacho Bites waren einfach kalt… und ne nicht “kalt” weil die lieferung mehr als ne stunde dauerte… sonder KALT weil sie garnicht mal vorbereitet wurden… wirklich eklig! noch dazu sprach der lieferant kein bisschen deutsch… es ist eine schande was aus diesem land geworden ist… Fachkräfte die nicht mal einfache Jobs erledigen können!!!

Ich gehe hier seit mehreren Jahren hin, habe auch ziemlich jeden Subway in München ausprobiert, der Service hier und die Sauberkeit hier war in fast keinem zu toppen. Super Mitarbeiter uns wurde sogar ein Regenschirm geschenkt, weils stark geschüttet hatte draußen. Allgemein die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen machen einen tollen Job, sowie die neue Chefin die den Subway gemütlicher neu eingerichtet hat und viel mehr auf Sauberkeit achtet als bei dem vorherigem Chef. Am 14. August 2025 war ich gegen 19:40 Uhr zu Gast und bestellte ein BBQ Rib Sandwich. Leider wurde mir aber ein falsches Sandwich gegeben. Die Tüten wurden vertauscht und ich erhielt das Sandwich meines Vorgängers. Ich habe versucht telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, aber leider geht keiner an das Telefon. Ich habe sogar auf den AB gesprochen, letztendlich habe ich immer noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht. Ich werde diesen Subway meiden. Ganz ganz schlechter Service!

Als ich gegen 18 Uhr im Subway Großhadern war, gab es kaum noch Auswahl an Brot, das Gemüse war so gut wie aufgebraucht und teils nicht mehr frisch und auch die Cookies waren fast leer. Insgesamt wirkte der Laden sehr unordentlich und die Mitarbeiter machten einen unmotivierten Eindruck. Teilweise schien nicht einmal klar zu sein, wie die Subs korrekt belegt werden. So wurde beim Italian B.M.T. nur mit zwei statt mit drei Sorten Salami/Schinken belegt. Ich war bereits seit rund drei Jahren nicht mehr dort, da der Laden damals schon keinen guten Eindruck hinterließ – doch leider muss ich feststellen, dass sich die Situation inzwischen nochmals deutlich verschlechtert hat. Für mich bedeutet das: In nächster Zeit wird es definitiv keinen Besuch mehr im Subway Großhadern geben.

Ich war heute im Subway Großhadern essen und leider sehr enttäuscht. Schon beim Blick in die Theke war gefühlt alles leer – für ein Restaurant einfach kein schöner Eindruck. Vielleicht war kurz zuvor ein Ansturm, aber so etwas sollte man als Filiale im Griff haben. Besonders unverständlich: Es gab nicht einmal Salz. Wie kann ein Restaurant so etwas nicht vorrätig haben? Dazu kam noch, dass ich ein Chicken Oregano bestellt habe, aber zu Hause feststellen musste, dass mir ein völlig anderes Sub mit falschem Brot (Italian) eingepackt wurde. Das geht einfach gar nicht. Ich möchte nicht kleinlich wirken, aber die vielen negativen Rezensionen hier sprechen wohl für sich. Leider muss ich mich dem anschließen: Subway Großhadern – für mich ein absolutes No-Go.

We ordered two subs and two cookies. The subs were poorly tossed and delivered ice cold. The cheese wasn't even melted! It tasted absolutely rotten! The cookies were lying open and broken in the bag on top of the wrapped subs. They most likely fell during delivery, and the delivery person didn't care! Furthermore, the delivery took an extremely long time and didn't match the time stated in the delivery app. A real shame, very poor service!

I recently went to Subway, and overall, it was a good visit. Unfortunately, the wait time was a bit longer than expected, and not all types of bread were available, which was a bit disappointing. It was also quite warm in the store—better ventilation would have been nice. Still, the food tasted great—fresh, delicious, and exactly to my taste. The branch is also very easy to get to, which is a huge plus. I'll be happy to come back, hoping it's a bit cooler next time and the full selection of breads is available.

Absolutely the last! I received my order and it was wrong. I called and said that my order was incorrect. Then they asked me what they should do now. I said I would like to receive my order correctly. Well, they replied that they could do that, but they wanted to know how I would collect it. I said I wasn't collecting it, after all I had paid for delivery and the food. They then told me that I would be called back. After 15 minutes without a call back, I called again. Another employee told me that her colleague was busy and therefore wouldn't call back. I then asked if there was a solution to my problem and she said she would call her boss and that I would be called back in 5 minutes. It has now been 15 minutes without a call and I have wanted my food for an hour. Absolute cheek, so unmotivated and bored, even on the phone, it is just not acceptable.

I've become a huge Subway fan – despite previous negative experiences. Unfortunately, when my favorite Subway is closed, I sometimes come here – which is usually a mistake. But when I feel like a sandwich, I often have no other choice. I honestly don't understand how this branch is still running. The employees seem annoyed by the customers, and it almost seems to depend on whether you get fresh or stale bread. The vegetables are often carelessly distributed, and the sauce containers are sometimes very dirty. When employees smoke in the back, the smell of smoke comes to the front. And the way the sandwiches are assembled is truly disastrous. Unfortunately, I've had this experience with three different teams there. It's a real shame that the standards are so low here. I hope the service and quality at this branch improve over time.

I don't normally give Subway reviews here, but this time I have to. After thousands of Subway sandwiches in my life, today was the worst experience ever. The employee with reddish hair doesn't understand 90% of the order. At least she was polite. But the blonde employee shot the bird. Extremely long, glued-on fingernails combined with hygiene gloves? Not possible in this industry at all. But she should know. And turning off Subway's own music system and listening to the most anti-social hip hop you can imagine extremely loudly on the JBL box just shows that she doesn't take her job seriously. My sandwich tasted bad this time. Very bad. And I've been sick to my stomach for half an hour. Although my stomach can actually handle pretty much anything. But that doesn't surprise me - all the vegetables look like they've been there for days. Incorrectly cut, often much too large pieces and generally all vegetables are so contaminated with those from the next “compartment” that just looking at them makes you sick. The fact that all the doors in the store were open, which meant it was extremely cold and hundreds of drink bottles were spread across the room, was left out. All in all, the franchise really needs to clean up its act here. This is an absolute disgrace. Edit: I was stupid enough to go out to eat there again today. The BMT salami tasted EXTREMELY rancid. What's worse is that the lady behind the counter served all the customers with the same gloves. Stuffed cash in the till, scratched my head, filled the sandwich. Super disgusting.

Just wow wow and wow again I've been going to Subway for years. But this subway took my vision to a new level. From the store itself to the food, it just looks great. The breads are nice and crispy, no matter what flavor you prefer, everything is available. Even the selection for vegans is large. Employees are extremely friendly and happy to help with the large selection. But unfortunately you often have to wait a little longer due to the high number of customers. Always happy to be with you.

So if you order online, you can be sure that you won't receive the food correctly. Either the subs are not all 30cm, cookies are forgotten or no food at all is received because the order via Lieferando or UberEats supposedly did not arrive. The store employee likes to shout at guests and couriers alike. Employees have an attitude that makes you wonder why? See that you get decent staff in the store or more work discipline. I don't want to know whether hygiene is even present with employees like that who see each other after work at 8 p.m. but it's just stupid that the shift lasts until 11 p.m. ;)

Unfortunately, this subway is almost always unreliable, which is very annoying. For the third time, a completely different sub was delivered than was ordered. I simply don't understand the reason for this. The first time, I received a cookie as an apology, which is nice, but it doesn't matter when you order something and get an almost empty sub. Completely different from the original order. As you can see in the pictures, I received a whole wheat sub with just cheese and peppers. It was also cold and completely muddy. I won't even start with the foodlong, just got cheese filling. The employees there should be trained much better. impudence. That was the last time I ordered something there, there is an urgent need for action.

Be sure to check delivery! For us, half of the sandwich was missing or wrong. E.g. A few days ago I got an menu here and paid for nothing. When i tell u nothing , i mean nothing. I literally paid more than 4€ for a bag of chips wich was smaller than my hand??? And it got even worse, they forgot my drink💔(I have social anxiety thats why i didn’t say anything🥲). Where were the workers anyway after i paid????Well definitely not in the store. 🧐

The staff is very nice and takes time for every customer, the restaurant is neat and clean, as is the toilet, the food is very good and I come there often. I would recommend it to everyone.

Disastrous, the only fresh thing here is the chewing gum under the table. After a long day at work, we wanted to take our food with us to this branch and we noticed that the tomatoes were (almost no longer red) and when we spoke to the employee we got the following answer: they can eat tomatoes Offer it like this for 3 days after which they will be replaced so we decided to simply leave out the tomatoes and wanted the dried tomatoes, but they cost extra (I have a free tip for that). When we got home and unpacked, the sandwiches just looked careless like (Bernd that Bread) and tasted like foot, how can I explain it without offending anyone, even though I don't know what foot tastes like? I would be ashamed to offer something like that to customers and also ask for money for it. Fortunately, I only ordered half of it, which made me sick You can understand the previous comments, although I have to be honest that we have eaten and ordered in this branch several times and nothing like this has ever happened before. The loud music was right and the Spezl Connection was also right, which isn't a bad thing in itself, but the fact that there weren't any fresh foods there isn't acceptable, you shouldn't tolerate it, it was safe for us the last time in this branch and now for a free tip from me the health department comes unannounced

After three unsuccessful attempts, I will now avoid Subway. The experience was characterized by loud hip-hop music over Bluetooth speakers, employees bringing their friends and having a party, and discussions and arguments about sickness and shifts. The employees were unmotivated and rude, didn't look at your face when taking orders and listened to music with their headphones. On my last visit, the store was full of boxes, a young employee was yelling across the store about her annoyance at having to step in again, and two employees were yelling at each other and opening boxes at the same time. After waiting at the counter for over five minutes, I decided to leave without eating. The condition of the store was more reminiscent of a home for difficult-to-educate young people, and I wonder whether the Subway operators even know what's going on there.

Ich war gerade da (vormittags, 10.01) eine sehr freundliche Dame mit leicht rötlichen Haaren hat mich bedient sie war super nett. Der Salat ist echt groß und ich war verwundert dass er nur 6,20 gekostet hat. Hatte mit mehr gerechnet. Die Zutaten sind frisch. Also ich kann nicht meckern

Mitarbeiter machen den laden untertags einfach mal zu und lassen mich 15min davor stehn… drin es der Mitarbeiter dermaßen langsam - ich warte 30min ohne Schlange vor mir weil erst 5 subs der Personen nach mir fertig gemacht werden bevor meins abgerechnet wird.

Ich war um 16:00 Uhr dort und die Zutaten waren schon alle. Außerdem gab es kaum Gemüse. Viel zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. Ich hatte dem Personal gesagt, er solle keine Jalapeños dazugeben, aber er hat trotzdem Unmengen davon verwendet. Er war auch nicht besonders freundlich.

Krass guter Subway, bzw der beste in dem ich je war. Sauber, modern (mit Bestelltablets) und zumindest wo ich da war nicht laut und überfüllt. Top
