Waited almost an hour for lein sub and the store was 80% empty. never again

The worst subway ever. It is not possible to order in person; you should use the devices, but there are only two of them and the card readers on them are defective. Nevertheless, you have to order on the device and then pay again with the receipt at the cash register, where you are then treated rudely by the staff and then ignored. After waiting unnecessarily next to the checkout for 10 minutes, I asked again what was going on with my order. Then the employee would yell at me if I couldn't see that he was working. And then informed me that the order wouldn't be made because I hadn't paid yet. I asked how I should do that if the card readers didn't work and I was constantly being ignored, whereupon he became more impudent and aggressive. After a total of 20 minutes, unnecessary waiting and an unpleasant conversation with the staff, I left hungry. So if you want to waste time, have unnecessary discussions with rude and unprofessional employees that might end up in physical fights, this store is the perfect place for you. I would recommend everyone else to avoid this store and spend their money in the store where you will at least be treated politely and don't have to worry about having to fight with the staff because you want to buy something to eat from them.

Wow, great food, great atmosphere, great staff. We were served by Nabi and couldn't imagine it being any better. Deserved 5 stars!!

On Saturday at 7:30 p.m. the two of us wanted to eat our sandwiches in the store, but we weren't allowed to because it was supposed to be closing soon, and the opening times said otherwise.

Normally I'm not interested in leaving reviews online. Especially at a chain store like this. If this were a normal restaurant, most people would get the same quality. But I have to say that this subway at Moosach station just sucks. The first time this happened was when I ordered takeout with Uber. Due to missing ingredients I was called and asked to replace it with a cheaper sandwich without being compensated. However, my friend who had shopped at the restaurant that same day told me that he had eaten the same sandwich, which was no longer available due to insufficient ingredients. Who should I believe now? The second time I went to the restaurant. The cleanliness of the store was simply unacceptable to me. There were cockroaches crawling under the cash register. And the staff didn't wear gloves while cooking, I could clearly see the dirt on their nails. I promise this is my real experience. I also hope to see this restaurant properly and improve it. To be fair, the food didn't taste any different than any other restaurant. But if it stays that way next time. I will not change my mind and report it directly to the authorities.

Food doesn't come. First the order didn't arrive in the system, then they ran out of bread.. Very cheeky.. I don't know what language the gentleman is speaking.. Pointless. UBER DRIVER WAITS IN FRONT OF THE STORE 20 minutes. The poor guy has better things to do. Very disrespectful.

Subway is open until 10:30 p.m., we arrived at 9:55 p.m. and the door was already closed, the lights were still on, but the display was already empty. I don't know if the employees closed early or the opening hours online are wrong, but I don't expect that kind of service in the city center of Moosach. The worst rating!

Worst subway in Munich... Even worse than in Großhadern. The staff doesn't speak German in any way, the information that only card payment is possible comes at the checkout. A careless sign tells you about it beforehand, but it's not noticeable! As with delivery via Lieferando, a napkin is even missing when picking up!? Shabby, unspeakably unbearable for Moosach! Then it's better to have a Turk with a kebab at the location.... But Subway has totally lost with its bad staff! As an update, not even paid extras are delivered! Incredible!

We were there last month for a little snack to try it out. We were thrilled. I knew Subway from Canada 20 years ago. Subway is an institution there. I was very pleased. Today my husband and I were there again. It's been a long time since we've had a meal so ready. 1. Whole wheat bread sold out before 7 p.m. 2. We wouldn't be understood. 3. I was ignored... I can hardly be overlooked. 4. The bread of the sandwich wasn't crispy like last time. 5. The quality of the meat and sausage ingredients is below all dignity. The shredded chicken stuffed into my bun looked worse than cat food. The remaining meat and sausage products looked like the cheapest from Aldi. The price of 10-14 euros has NO relation to the quality of ingredients. 6. The biggest and most disgusting sin was the menu's "potato lattices": limp and sticky. We are horrified. 25 € and so many calories for garbage. Train your people in language, management and service and please check the quality... It is a disgrace to let employees without sufficient qualifications and language skills work alone in a restaurant where they are exposed to high pressure. The two were lost when more than 2 people stood in front of them. The workflow and timing were uncoordinated - almost chaotic. The colleague noticed that I was keeping a closer eye on it and was embarrassed. Your employees should be proud, not embarrassed. The fish stinks from the head. And this one stinks really bad. You won't get a cent more from us.

The food is okay, but the service... Don't assume that I know the range and maybe if I say "I don't know" I'll explain a bit about how everything works. A little more friendliness wouldn't be bad either. Second: flying. They even sat on the ingredients. 😭 And the employees didn't do anything about it...

Really a very very bad Subway! Let's start with the fact that the toilets have been in the process of being remodeled for 2 years. ^^ The shop is old and dirty! Employees hardly speak German! But the highlight was today when my girlfriend and I ordered, sat down inside, ate half of it and then the employee shouted through the whole store “only for take away, don’t eat here” so we asked why? Then it just happened that we didn't have any employees and didn't have time to clean. Well, I've never experienced anything like that! We left speechless, but that was the last time we would get something from the subway! Impudence!

Terrible store. I ordered 2 subs, 5 cookies and a new melt for delivery. Everything was ok with the delivery, but everything about the order was wrong. Not enough cookies, the wrong types and when asked they said, yes, they can get chips. How about you let us know and then get your money back if you can't get the goods you ordered? Then sauces were out and there again, instead of being informed, 2 sauces are mixed and possible allergies are negligently ignored. The melt was baked far too long and had poor toppings. I recently visited Subway-Moosach and had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, making it a comfortable place to dine. The service was outstanding; the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. As an Indian, I was delighted to see the staff treating all customers with equal respect and kindness. From the moment we entered, we felt genuinely welcomed. They have introduced new sandwiches and menus, including a variety of vegetarian options. The restaurant is super hygienic, always well-maintained, and the staff consistently ensure that everything is clean. They go above and beyond to please customers, even for take-away orders. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had, and I highly recommend this place to everyone

Very bad service, no interest in customers. The new employee has to work alone with 9 customers, although he does not understand the German language well. The other worker just walks around pointing fingers instead of helping. Personally, I waited 20 minutes for anyone to even ask me what I wanted to eat. It's a fast food restaurant and you shouldn't wait more than 20 minutes for a sandwich. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with your services and I know I'm not the only one. Also, every time I came, all the tables were dirty and no one wanted to wipe them.

I'm a fan of Subway, especially the Spicy Vegan Patty (even though I'm not a vegetarian). Of all the Subway stores I have visited so far, Moosach is at the top when it comes to quality and service. The bread is always fresh, as are the vegetables. And the choice is always there. In addition, the staff is always friendly. Since the renovation, it's also quite comfortable inside, even though I always order "to-go".

This store is the last one. Neither participates in the app offers nor can the employees speak German properly. Rocket suddenly costs extra because the new boss is there. The bread is baked way too much and is too crumbly. Better go eat somewhere else.

Recently there is no longer a sub of the day and rocket now costs €1!!!! Additional charge. There are no more chili flakes either. Shockingly worse. That was my last visit. At least the employee was nice and he was sorry, he was visibly uncomfortable that things had gotten so bad.

For the third time in a row, very unfriendly staff, unhygienic conditions, the subs were extremely sparsely filled. When asked whether the Chicken T. could at least be distributed normally on the sub, there was only a cheeky answer: “Customer satisfaction” doesn’t seem to be important anymore. Vegetables/salad frozen, bread in the oven too long and hard. This subway isn't even worth one star. Sorry, hard but fair.

You have to do everything via the app

Subway's current voucher campaign is being heavily advertised and then it doesn't apply here. Staff unfriendly and overwhelmed due to the young people hanging around there. In addition, there is all the subway rubbish lying around in and around the restaurant

Anyone who has ever tried Subway knows the principle. That's why I'm saving it here. Baguettes are always good and have plenty of toppings. Service is extremely nice. Decor could do with a brushstroke, but we're talking about a fast food restaurant and not fine dining. Unfortunately there hasn't been a discount card for some time, which is a bit of a shame.

The sandwiches are good as always. The employees were nice, and did their job well. Nothing to complain about.

Leider nur zwei Sterne weil der Laden erst nach 12 Uhr aufmacht…

Meistens ist das ein ganz normaler Subway (der keine Google Bewertung bekommen würde, und wenn maximal 4*), aber grade eben habe ich ein Sandwich bekommen, das einfach perfekt belegt war. Schön warm getoastet aber nicht verbrannt, genau richtig eingeschätzte Menge jeder Zutat damit es aufs Brot passt, richtige Menge Soße damit es schmeckt aber keine Sauerei ist - kompetente Mitarbeiter in Fastfoodlokalen, Geile Sache! (Hier stand übrigens mal ein begeisterterer Ausdruck, Geiler Sch*, aber den darf man auf Maps nicht posten. Find ich traurig.) Danke an den Typ aus der Sonntagsschicht.

Schöner Subway mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Hygienevorschriften bei der Zubereitung werden stets eingehalten. Ich kann diesen Subway vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Der Service ist größtenteils sehr nett und freundlich auch wenn jemand etwas länger für seine Bestellung braucht. Die Subs sind sehr gut und ich habe auch noch nie einen verbrannten o.ä. bekommen. Die Auswahl an Belägen ist immer sehr gut und meistens voll vorhanden. Ich freue mich schon wenn der Subway nach dem Umbau wieder öffnet

Sehr schönes local mit einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter hat uns gut bedient und es gab viel Auswahl und das am Abend gegen 21 Uhr viel Auswahl an Brot und wie wir es belegen wollten Was mir nicht gefallen hat war das zitronentee am Fülltank es hatte einen komischen Geschmack Und das ich mein Gutschein nicht im Restaurant einlösen konnte denn es stand auch für Download bereit

Ein typischer Subway, mit recht freundlichem Personal. Gegen Abend leider nicht mehr die größte Auswahl an Brot aber da Subway ja eine generell große vielfalt an Möglichkeiten anbietet findet man sicher trotzdem was passendes.

* Freundliches, kundenorientiertes Personal, sehr kulant und hilfsbereit. * Gute, leckere Subway-Rezepturen wie immer. * Über dreckige Tische oder schmutzigen Boden habe ich nichts gesehen (Sonntag gegen 16Uhr). Anderseits verhalten sich Kunden oft nicht ganz sauber und beklagen sich dann über "unhygienische Zustände". Das finde ich unfair. Wir (2 Personen) waren sehr zufrieden. Danke!!

Essen zum Mitnehmen schmeckt gut aaaber die Bedienung nuschelt dermaßen, man versteht fast das Gefragte nicht!!

Defenitiv nicht der beste Subway. Kundenfreundlich ist anders. Ich war jetzt 2 mal da. 1. Mal war ein Herr an der Theke. Er war sehr gut und schnell im belegen. Nur hat er nicht wirklich auf Kundenwünsche gewartet (trotz das kein anderer Kunde da war) und schon das Brot ausgewählt. Sonst OK. 2. Mal war eine Frau die keine Lust hatte. Diese hat schlecht deutsch gesprochen und sehr leise. Genervte Blicke wenn man mal kurz überlegt. Und wieder kein anderer Kunde im Laden..frage mich nicht mehr wirklich warum. Das können andere Subways (selbst die an Autobahnen) viel besser.

Als Notfall Fastfood eigentlich meistens ganz gut. Inzwischen auch gute vegane Alternativen. Leider insgesamt ziemlich teuer geworden. Trotzdem verwendet Subway noch billigstes Masthuhn. Da frage ich mich wo mein Geld landet.
