Ich war bei Subway und hatte eine wirklich sehr gute Erfahrung. Das Personal war sehr lieb, freundlich und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Besonders toll fand ich, dass auf meine extra Wünsche ganz unkompliziert eingegangen wurde. Mein Essen wurde schnell und frisch zubereitet und hat super geschmeckt. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! ❤️

Die Subs waren wie gewohnt super, Essen war sehr schnell da. Die Klima könnte etwas wärmer sonst alles super. Gerne wieder.

Ich habe bereits über 100 mal in diesem Subway bestellt, ich war immer außerordentlich zufrieden aber heute.... 4 30cm bestellt bei jedem hat eine von 2 Soßen gefehlt. Und es waren bei jedem KEIN Käse drauf. Wir haben jeweils doppelt Käse bestellt. Also extra gezahlt!!! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht worden dieses mal.

Ich war vor kurzem bei Subway und bin wirklich positiv überrascht! Die Auswahl an frischen Zutaten ist super, und man kann sich sein Sandwich ganz individuell zusammenstellen – genau so, wie man es mag. Das Brot war frisch gebacken, das Gemüse knackig und die Mitarbeiter freundlich sowie geduldig bei der Bestellung. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass alles sauber und ordentlich war und die Zubereitung schnell ging. Perfekt für einen leckeren Snack zwischendurch oder ein unkompliziertes Mittagessen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder – klare Empfehlung!

Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Die Mädchen arbeiten selbstständig und ohne jegliche Organisation, was selbst bei einfachen Dingen zu langen Wartezeiten führt.

Es ging sehr schnell und es war frisch

Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen, vor allem keine negativen, aber leider müssen die Leute wissen, wie schrecklich dieser Laden und das Essen sind. Die Bedienung war zwar nett, aber langsam. Ich wollte nur schnell etwas essen und habe es stattdessen bereut, dort Geld ausgegeben zu haben. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Essen ist gut, aber der Service ist im Vergleich zu anderen Subway-Filialen schrecklich. Ich bestelle immer einen Salat, und die Portion war winzig – nur eine Handvoll Salatblätter und Gemüse. Ich hatte extra Protein bestellt, was sie einfach ignorierte. Als ich es ansprach, meinte sie, die halbe Portion Hühnchen, die sie dazugegeben hatte, enthalte bereits das zusätzliche Protein.

Ein für Bahnhof ruhige Filiale, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, eine schnelle Umsetzung der Bestellung aufgrund vom Bestellsystem, was beim Subway das Leben der Mitarbeiter auf jedenfall sehr viel leichter macht. Der Sub war wie immer gut und so wie es aussieht hält sich der Laden und die Mitarbeiter an die Franchise Anforderungen. Alles insgesamt für das Subway Erlebnis sehr zufrieden.

Ausgezeichneter Ort direkt am Bahnhof. Es gibt elektronische Kassen, was sehr praktisch ist. Lecker!

Ich habe bestellt und mein Essen erst nach 30 Minuten erhalten. Dann sah ich, dass sie mein Sandwich mit Tomate und Salat noch einmal in den Ofen geschoben hatten, nachdem es bereits darin gewesen war – absolut unprofessionell!

Ich stand lange Zeit an der Kasse, ohne dass überhaupt jemand da war. Nachdem ich schließlich nachgefragt habe, wo das Personal ist, wurde ich nicht etwa bedient oder freundlich angesprochen – ich wurde einfach rausgeschickt. Kein Service, kein Respekt, kein professionelles Verhalten. Statt eine einfache Frage zu beantworten, reagierte das Personal arrogant und abweisend. So geht man mit Kunden nicht um, schon gar nicht in der Gastronomie. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel und beschämend für ein Subway-Restaurant. Wer hier nur normal bestellen möchte, wird ignoriert oder direkt vor die Tür gesetzt. Für mich definitiv der letzte Besuch.

Ein Stern is eigentlich schon zu viel!!! Es hat zwar gut geschmeckt jedoch hab ich ein Sandwich und kein Keks bestellt das Brot war viel zu hart. Bei der Bestellung sehr gereizt, genervt, gestresst, planlos und überfordert Personal. Die Zutaten wurden lieblos drauf geworfen so das nichts mehr an Ort und Stelle war. Dann wurde mir die Flasche Soße aus Brot getan und ohne sich zu entschuldigen und nachzufragen einfach mit der Hand wieder entfernt. Der Lieferant vor uns wurde auch total unfreundlich behandelt. Ich bin wirklich empört. Nichitha und Kevin sollten eventuell mal an einer Schulung zu Höflichkeit und Sandwiches machen teilnehmen!

Also 1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Falsches Brot, anstatt es zu schneiden wurde es auseinandergerissen. Alles war rundum im „Teller“ verteilt. Es waren 4 Leute vor uns und wir mussten über eine halbe Stunde warten. Cookies waren auch die falschen und haben dann auch noch nach Spülmittel geschmeckt. Und nachdem wir die Sauerei irgendwie gegessen bekommen haben, gibt es nichtmal die Möglichkeit die Hände zu waschen.

Wie kann das sein das Ihr kein einziges Brot mehr um 21:30 habt? Auf die Frage ob man noch welche macht, da man ja bis 23:00 Uhr offen hat hieß es ,,nein“? Es wurden 3 weitere weg geschickt. Finde ich meiner Meinung nach ein sehr schlechter service oder zu Faul. 21.Dezember.2025 um 21:30

Jedes Mal wenn man kommt ist irgendwas aus, war die letzten 2male abends da und es gab kein Brot mehr. Und die Öffnungszeiten stimmen auch nicht, oft hat der Laden schon früher zu

Wir haben 2 Menüs bestellt. Wir hatten beide das falsche Brot, bei beiden fehlten Zutaten (die man zum Teil extra bezahlt hat), keine Soße und nicht wie ausgewählt Salz und Pfeffer. Als die Bestellung fertig war meinte die Verkäuferin ganz trocken und unfreundlich: gibt kein Macadamia. Das ich dann noch nach einer Tüte gefragt habe, da wir zum mitnehmen bestellt haben war dann noch zu viel. Absolute Katastrophe!!!

Da ich nur Essen bestellt habe, kann ich nur das bewerten. Und leider muss ich sagen, dass ich es nicht empfehlen kann. Der Käse fehlte, das Sandwich war nicht getoastet und es wurden die falschen Cookies mitgegeben. Zu allem Überfluss bekam meine Frau nach dem Essen starke Bauchschmerzen. Ich bin zwar ein Fan der Sandwiches von Subway, aber viele Filialen haben leider stark nachgelassen. Das hat dazu geführt, dass ich keine Lust mehr darauf habe. Ich finde es persönlich sehr schade und hoffe, dass Subway in Zukunft mehr Wert auf Qualität legt und sicherstellt, dass die Kunden das bekommen, was sie bestellen.

After three visits since the Subway came under new ownership, I will now avoid it. Something was missing from every order – regardless of whether I ordered at the counter or the kiosk. A shame. The food itself is standard quality, as expected from Subway. The ambiance is typical Subway.

I wish I can give ZERO Stars... Seems like they done it purposely. I paid for two Plant-Based Teriyaki 15cm subs and received only one. The one sub that did arrive was prepared terribly most of the ingredients I selected were completely missing (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, sauce, seasoning... everything). The sandwich looked messy, unappetizing, and honestly not edible. Totally unacceptable quality and attention to detail.

Over 15 minutes from ordering to receiving my sub, the staff had NO knowledge of the menu, and there was a language barrier, even with English words like "Phillip cheesesteak." The ordering kiosks weren't working, but this only became apparent after I'd completely finished placing my order. I spent 5 minutes ordering my sandwich using the self-service terminal, and just before payment, a restaurant employee stopped me, saying they wouldn’t be able to make more than 3 orders today and that the last order had just been placed by a girl. The restaurant and the official website state that the restaurant is open until 11:00 PM. The time was 7:43 PM. This is not the first time the staff has closed the restaurant before 8 PM. If these are the actual hours, please update the opening hours and stop misleading customers.

Unfortunately, the sauce was completely forgotten on my sub, and I didn't notice until I got home 😪.
