Unbelievable that they let ONE guy work. The whole restaurant is FULL all the time, and one guy works EVERYDAY. I was waiting for a 15cm sandwich for 40!!!minutes!!! FORTY MINUTES!!!

A 40-minute wait is quite steep. The staff are completely disorganized. Unfortunately, the way they work is also unhygienic. Different subs were prepared for 10 customers using the same gloves. The sub I got was toasted, but it was stone cold afterward because it had been sitting for so long. I've been here many times, but I've never seen anything like this. I have to say, this was my last time here.

I spent 5 minutes ordering my sandwich using the self-service terminal, and just before payment, a restaurant employee stopped me, saying they wouldn’t be able to make more than 3 orders today and that the last order had just been placed by a girl. The restaurant and the official website state that the restaurant is open until 11:00 PM. The time was 7:43 PM. This is not the first time the staff has closed the restaurant before 8 PM. If these are the actual hours, please update the opening hours and stop misleading customers.

I can tell anyone who values this, whether for religious or hygiene reasons, that you won't find it here. The employees don't change their gloves; they first wear the same gloves on the meat, then the cheese, then the salad, and everything else. They only change gloves after being asked to do so, which gets annoying. I wouldn't recommend eating here either; the knife that is used for every sub is never washed or changed, regardless of whether I'm vegan, religious, or simply value hygiene; this Subway tramples on it.

My last visit to Subway was unfortunately very disappointing. The bread wasn't fully baked, and I had to wait 30 minutes. On top of that, there were so many people waiting – the organization seemed chaotic and made the process very slow. I found it particularly annoying that you could only order via a display. This not only deprives you of direct contact with the staff, but also made the wait even longer. As if that weren't enough, the staff were also very unfriendly and seemed annoyed instead of friendly to the customers. Overall, I didn't feel welcome, nor was the food of the usual quality. That really doesn't make a visit enjoyable.

I ordered here via Uber Eats. My food was supposed to be without onions. It arrived with onions. Despite calling the restaurant several times, no one answered. Better not order online – disappointing experience Unfortunately, I can't recommend ordering online from this store. What was ultimately delivered bore little relation to my actual order. The extras I paid for were ignored, the bread I chose was simply replaced, and the vegetables were apparently chosen arbitrarily – completely regardless of my instructions. The food was also very dry and barely edible. It seems as if no one on site really pays attention to what was ordered – or the employees simply take too many liberties. If you don't go there in person and look closely, you get a real surprise package – unfortunately, in a negative sense. This really doesn't work.

During our visit to the Moosach Bahnhof Subway branch on April 28, 2025, we were rudely instructed to only order at the ordering terminal. After the order was placed, the checkout was carried out using the same gloves that were previously used for receipt - without changing gloves. A receipt was not provided and the gloves were visibly unsanitary; At least six subs were prepared in front of us without any change. Despite ordering, my sub contained a large blob of cream cheese - intolerable for me as a pregnant woman and also dangerous for allergy sufferers. The bread was hard, the sauce was missing, and the ingredients were carelessly distributed. After complaining, I was initially ignored and treated rudely. Only minutes later did another employee take care of the new order. Despite clearly stating “plant-based”, I was again served normal meat, the bread was again rock hard and had obviously been forgotten in the oven. 3rd time ive ordered from this subway and EVERY time the bread was crusty and stale, the packaging was not acceptable (bag not stapled shut with receipt), generally the worst subways ive ever had AND the sub was not cut in two (dont care much about this but its standard for subway right?). Also second time they forgot my cookies (Ubereats instantly refunded). At first I thought it was the driver, but after the 3rd time and same issues, with different drivers, its clear is the shop. @subway HQ someone needs to go inspect this place and bring them up to speed.

I ate there with my son today. The sandwich was OK but the lattice fries were inedible. When I told the lady at the counter that the lattice fries tasted like stale fat, she was very unfriendly. The worst subway ever. It is not possible to order in person; you should use the devices, but there are only two of them and the card readers on them are defective. Nevertheless, you have to order on the device and then pay again with the receipt at the cash register, where you are then treated rudely by the staff and then ignored. After waiting unnecessarily next to the checkout for 10 minutes, I asked again what was going on with my order. Then the employee would yell at me if I couldn't see that he was working. And then informed me that the order wouldn't be made because I hadn't paid yet. I asked how I should do that if the card readers didn't work and I was constantly being ignored, whereupon he became more impudent and aggressive. After a total of 20 minutes, unnecessary waiting and an unpleasant conversation with the staff, I left hungry. So if you want to waste time, have unnecessary discussions with rude and unprofessional employees that might end up in physical fights, this store is the perfect place for you. I would recommend everyone else to avoid this store and spend their money in the store where you will at least be treated politely and don't have to worry about having to fight with the staff because you want to buy something to eat from them.

Normally I'm not interested in leaving reviews online. Especially at a chain store like this. If this were a normal restaurant, most people would get the same quality. But I have to say that this subway at Moosach station just sucks. The first time this happened was when I ordered takeout with Uber. Due to missing ingredients I was called and asked to replace it with a cheaper sandwich without being compensated. However, my friend who had shopped at the restaurant that same day told me that he had eaten the same sandwich, which was no longer available due to insufficient ingredients. Who should I believe now? The second time I went to the restaurant. The cleanliness of the store was simply unacceptable to me. There were cockroaches crawling under the cash register. And the staff didn't wear gloves while cooking, I could clearly see the dirt on their nails. I promise this is my real experience. I also hope to see this restaurant properly and improve it. To be fair, the food didn't taste any different than any other restaurant. But if it stays that way next time. I will not change my mind and report it directly to the authorities.

We were there last month for a little snack to try it out. We were thrilled. I knew Subway from Canada 20 years ago. Subway is an institution there. I was very pleased. Today my husband and I were there again. It's been a long time since we've had a meal so ready. 1. Whole wheat bread sold out before 7 p.m. 2. We wouldn't be understood. 3. I was ignored... I can hardly be overlooked. 4. The bread of the sandwich wasn't crispy like last time. 5. The quality of the meat and sausage ingredients is below all dignity. The shredded chicken stuffed into my bun looked worse than cat food. The remaining meat and sausage products looked like the cheapest from Aldi. The price of 10-14 euros has NO relation to the quality of ingredients. 6. The biggest and most disgusting sin was the menu's "potato lattices": limp and sticky. We are horrified. 25 € and so many calories for garbage. Train your people in language, management and service and please check the quality... It is a disgrace to let employees without sufficient qualifications and language skills work alone in a restaurant where they are exposed to high pressure. The two were lost when more than 2 people stood in front of them. The workflow and timing were uncoordinated - almost chaotic. The colleague noticed that I was keeping a closer eye on it and was embarrassed. Your employees should be proud, not embarrassed. The fish stinks from the head. And this one stinks really bad. You won't get a cent more from us.

Really a very very bad Subway! Let's start with the fact that the toilets have been in the process of being remodeled for 2 years. ^^ The shop is old and dirty! Employees hardly speak German! But the highlight was today when my girlfriend and I ordered, sat down inside, ate half of it and then the employee shouted through the whole store “only for take away, don’t eat here” so we asked why? Very bad service, no interest in customers. The new employee has to work alone with 9 customers, although he does not understand the German language well. The other worker just walks around pointing fingers instead of helping. Personally, I waited 20 minutes for anyone to even ask me what I wanted to eat. It's a fast food restaurant and you shouldn't wait more than 20 minutes for a sandwich. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with your services and I know I'm not the only one. Also, every time I came, all the tables were dirty and no one wanted to wipe them.

I'm a fan of Subway, especially the Spicy Vegan Patty (even though I'm not a vegetarian). Of all the Subway stores I have visited so far, Moosach is at the top when it comes to quality and service. The bread is always fresh, as are the vegetables. And the choice is always there. In addition, the staff is always friendly. Since the renovation, it's also quite comfortable inside, even though I always order "to-go".

This store is the last one. Neither participates in the app offers nor can the employees speak German properly. Rocket suddenly costs extra because the new boss is there. The bread is baked way too much and is too crumbly. Better go eat somewhere else.

For the third time in a row, very unfriendly staff, unhygienic conditions, the subs were extremely sparsely filled. When asked whether the Chicken T. could at least be distributed normally on the sub, there was only a cheeky answer: “Customer satisfaction” doesn’t seem to be important anymore. Vegetables/salad frozen, bread in the oven too long and hard. This subway isn't even worth one star. Sorry, hard but fair.

Subway's current voucher campaign is being heavily advertised and then it doesn't apply here. Staff unfriendly and overwhelmed due to the young people hanging around there. In addition, there is all the subway rubbish lying around in and around the restaurant

Anyone who has ever tried Subway knows the principle. That's why I'm saving it here. Baguettes are always good and have plenty of toppings. Service is extremely nice. Decor could do with a brushstroke, but we're talking about a fast food restaurant and not fine dining. Unfortunately there hasn't been a discount card for some time, which is a bit of a shame.

I collapsed in the middle of the store, and the employees showed no compassion or respect, and didn't even bother to provide me with first aid. Luckily, a man helped me and tried to bring me water, but the employees refused. They just asked, "Who's going to pay for this?"

Sometimes you get a good employee, sometimes a bad one. The one who's always smoking outside doesn't like it when guests come in because then he has to put out his cigarette. He resents you for that. Otherwise, it's always been satisfactory, and the other employees are really friendly and efficient. Suggestion for improvement: Please put the tables and chairs outside right away so people don't get the feeling the place is still closed. Suggestion for improvement accepted. Great!

Very disappointed with my visit to this Subway. The staff member who served me was unfriendly made comments about my race and from the start and made me feel uncomfortable when placing my order. He kept making faces, refused to add the ingredients I asked for, and seemed uninterested in preparing the sandwich properly. At one point, he even left my order halfway to chat and exercise with a colleague. On top of that, the restroom was in terrible condition — the floor and toilet were dirty, and I was unexpectedly asked to pay an extra €1 to use it. Overall, a really unpleasant experience and not what I expect from Subway.
