The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly; we only had to wait 10 minutes for two subs.

Even one star is too much. The wrong bread was served, and instead of being cut, it was ripped apart. Everything was scattered all over the "plate." There were four people ahead of us, and we had to wait over half an hour. The cookies were also the wrong kind and tasted like dish soap. And after we somehow managed to eat that mess, there wasn't even a way to wash our hands.

How is it possible that you didn't have a single loaf of bread left at 9:30 PM? When I asked if they would bake any more, since you're open until 11:00 PM, the answer was "no." Every time I come, something's sold out; the last two times I was there in the evening and there was no bread left. And the opening hours aren't right either; the shop often closes early.

We ordered two meals. We both received the wrong bread, and both were missing ingredients (some of which we paid extra for). There was no sauce, and the salt and pepper weren't as ordered. When the order was ready, the saleswoman said, quite bluntly and rudely, "We don't have macadamia nuts." Asking for a bag, since we were ordering to go, was the last straw. An absolute disaster!!!

I waited a full 35 minutes for my sandwich. Far too few staff; one person simply isn't enough.

I don't usually write reviews, especially negative ones, but unfortunately, people need to know how awful this place and the food are. The girls were nice, but slow. I just wanted something quick to eat, and instead I regretted spending money there. Absolutely not recommended.

To top it all off, my wife got severe stomach pains after eating it. While I'm a fan of Subway sandwiches, many branches have unfortunately declined in quality. This has made me lose my appetite for them. After three visits since the Subway came under new ownership, I will now avoid it. Something was missing from every order – regardless of whether I ordered at the counter or the kiosk. A shame. The food itself is standard quality, as expected from Subway. The ambiance is typical Subway.

The sandwich looked messy, unappetizing, and honestly not edible. Totally unacceptable quality and attention to detail.

Over 15 minutes from ordering to receiving my sub, the staff had NO knowledge of the menu, and there was a language barrier, even with English words like "Phillip cheesesteak." The ordering kiosks weren't working, but this only became apparent after I'd completely finished placing my order. I spent 5 minutes ordering my sandwich using the self-service terminal, and just before payment, a restaurant employee stopped me, saying they wouldn’t be able to make more than 3 orders today and that the last order had just been placed by a girl. The restaurant and the official website state that the restaurant is open until 11:00 PM. The time was 7:43 PM. This is not the first time the staff has closed the restaurant before 8 PM. If these are the actual hours, please update the opening hours and stop misleading customers.

After the order was placed, the checkout was carried out using the same gloves that were previously used for receipt - without changing gloves. Despite ordering, my sub contained a large blob of cream cheese - intolerable for me as a pregnant woman and also dangerous for allergy sufferers. The bread was hard, the sauce was missing, and the ingredients were carelessly distributed. After complaining, I was initially ignored and treated rudely. Only minutes later did another employee take care of the new order. Despite clearly stating “plant-based”, I was again served normal meat, the bread was again rock hard and had obviously been forgotten in the oven. 3rd time ive ordered from this subway and EVERY time the bread was crusty and stale, the packaging was not acceptable (bag not stapled shut with receipt), generally the worst subways ive ever had AND the sub was not cut in two (dont care much about this but its standard for subway right?). Also second time they forgot my cookies (Ubereats instantly refunded). At first I thought it was the driver, but after the 3rd time and same issues, with different drivers, its clear is the shop. @subway HQ someone needs to go inspect this place and bring them up to speed.

Terrible service, we were there today with friends, stood in line and they just INTENTIONALLY ignored us! We ended up not ordering anything because there were customers being served behind us! This is simply a disaster!

I ate there with my son today. The sandwich was OK but the lattice fries were inedible. When I told the lady at the counter that the lattice fries tasted like stale fat, she was very unfriendly. I told her that I wanted the money for the fries back, she ignored that and made new ones. They weren't any better and I had to hear that I should listen better. Such an outrageous thing. Speaking louder would be great. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on.

So if you want to waste time, have unnecessary discussions with rude and unprofessional employees that might end up in physical fights, this store is the perfect place for you. I would recommend everyone else to avoid this store and spend their money in the store where you will at least be treated politely and don't have to worry about having to fight with the staff because you want to buy something to eat from them.

But I have to say that this subway at Moosach station just sucks. The first time this happened was when I ordered takeout with Uber. Due to missing ingredients I was called and asked to replace it with a cheaper sandwich without being compensated. However, my friend who had shopped at the restaurant that same day told me that he had eaten the same sandwich, which was no longer available due to insufficient ingredients. Who should I believe now? The second time I went to the restaurant. The cleanliness of the store was simply unacceptable to me. There were cockroaches crawling under the cash register. And the staff didn't wear gloves while cooking, I could clearly see the dirt on their nails. I promise this is my real experience. I also hope to see this restaurant properly and improve it. To be fair, the food didn't taste any different than any other restaurant. But if it stays that way next time. I will not change my mind and report it directly to the authorities.
