Schade das die VIP Karte dort keine Akzeptanz findet, dann geb ich mein Geld woanders aus. 8 Euro Umsatz sind immer noch besser wie 0 Euro und einen Kunden weniger. Fragwürdige entscheidung. Außerdem fragen ich mich ob der Laden eine Glücksspiel Lizens hat, das es reine Glück ist ob man dort mit der App bestellen kann oder auch reines Glücksspiel ist ob man sich am SB-Terminal anmelden und anschließend mit Karte bezahlen kann!

Zum kotzen. Also Service hat eher minus Sterne verdient. Meine Tochter hat heute zwei 30 cm Subs geholt. Das Tuna war katastrophal. Kaum Tunfisch, kein Käse, falsche Sauce. Als mein Mann rein ist und Bescheid gesagt hat, wurde mit ihm gestritten und es wurde nicht neu gemacht. Ich werde diesen Laden nicht mehr betreten und auch kein gutes Wort über ihn verlieren. Sollte ich nach Meinungen gefragt werden, werde ich definitiv davon abraten. So freches Personal ist wirklich Wahnsinn.

Der eine Mitarbeiter hat Football geschaut. Der andere an der Kasse komplett verpeilt. Ich hab ein sup des Tages Menu genommen mit gratis Cookie und 2€ Cash über die App Und extra Fleisch Ich hab bezahlt und mich gewundert wie ich bei 10€ sein konnte. Schlussendlich hab ich 4€ zu viel bezahlt. Das nächste mal würde ich euch Empfehlen bei den selbst Bedingungs kassen zu bezahlen. Oder du mindest nicht bei den einen Asiaten.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Es waren fast keine Soßen mehr verfügbar, was mir aber erst ganz am Schluss gesagt wurde – ein Hinweis vor der Bestellung blieb aus. Statt einer Entschuldigung oder Lösung wurde nur das Kartengerät aktiviert und der Mitarbeiter ging wortlos weg. Als ich freundlich sagte, dass ich das Sub so nicht nehmen möchte, wurde ich ignoriert. Ich bin dann gegangen. Fehler passieren, aber so geht man nicht mit Kunden um.

Ich und meine Familie sind stammkunden und sind eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden aber in der letzten Zeit zum zweiten Mal wird das Sandwich beim Einrollen so zerquetscht und eingerollt das ist sehr unappetitlich aussieht mein papa wollte heute ein Thunfisch holen und hat den Verkäufer aufmerksam gemacht.. dass er das bitte nicht so zusammen quetschen soll. leider ist es trotzdem passiert. dann haben wir gesagt wir wollen dieses Sandwich nicht er soll bitte uns ein neues machen hat er gesagt er macht das nicht.. erbkann uns 10% Rabatt geben.. Für uns macht es keinen Sinn.. und es uns nicht ums Geld geht.. das Essen sieht halt einfach unappetitlich. wenn es so gequetscht ist und gerollt ist und alles andere Seite rauskommt.. und der Verkäufer war leider auch null einsichtig. und hat ihn irgendwie auch nicht interessiert.. gucken wir mal ob wir noch mal dahin gehen was eigentlich sehr schade ist.

Even after asking twice, my footlong didn't even have the standard amount of vegetables on it. What's the problem with giving a customer more than four tomato slices?? The worst part, though, was: I ordered from Monday to Tuesday shortly after midnight, and they told me that it was officially Tuesday at 12:03 PM, and therefore the nacho chicken sub of the day was the one, but unfortunately, they were "all gone." So I was forced to get a more expensive sub. That might be the stupidest and/or cheekiest sales strategy I've ever encountered. On the one hand, they change the menu because of three minutes, and then they don't even have it in stock.

Very disappointed with my visit to this Subway. The staff member who served me was unfriendly made comments about my race and from the start and made me feel uncomfortable when placing my order. He kept making faces, refused to add the ingredients I asked for, and seemed uninterested in preparing the sandwich properly. At one point, he even left my order halfway to chat and exercise with a colleague. On top of that, the restroom was in terrible condition — the floor and toilet were dirty, and I was unexpectedly asked to pay an extra €1 to use it. Overall, a really unpleasant experience and not what I expect from Subway.

EDIT: The displays are gone :) It was my first time there since the switch to displays, and unfortunately, EVERYTHING got bad: the aisle to the checkout has become extremely narrow, and the checkout/pickup area should now actually be on the entrance side. It took me about three times as long to order, as you have to click through the individual pages first. The wait time afterwards was also longer. Normally, ordering and preparation at Subway happen in parallel, that's the joke! In the end, it turned out that a 30cm sub was accidentally made instead of a 15cm one (half was kept back, hopefully, the employees will eat it). Of course, that could never happen with the normal ordering process. The displays can't even break down any language barriers. A person with a speech impediment made a mistake in their order, which was more or less ignored. So my advice would be: treat one display and place it somewhere where it won't be a nuisance, and get rid of the rest.

Unfortunately, our last visit to Subway was anything but good. As soon as we got the toppings, it became clear that extreme savings had been made on the side dishes, which meant that the sub was quite “empty”. However, the way the employee treated it was even worse: the sauce bottle was thrown improperly, and the sub was treated so carelessly when it was packaged that the bread tore open on one side. Instead of taking the situation seriously or apologizing, the employee just acknowledged the whole thing with a grin (We got a €1 discount as compensation. So €8.99 instead of €9.99.) Decent subway with friendly employees. During the week around 10:30 p.m. the subway was in a clean, tidy condition. The displays (ingredients) appeared fresh and appealing despite the late hour. The employees were also very friendly and worked quickly with the preparation. Unfortunately the selection of breads was a bit limited, but that's okay given the late hour. The subs we ordered were well topped, and extras like fried onions were no problem. Overall a pleasant visit.

Unfortunately, the employees are very stingy with the toppings. The shop is unclean. Unfortunately, my visit to Subway today was very disappointing. Although Subway is offering new coupons starting today, they were not accepted at the store. When I asked, the two employees couldn't even explain to me why that was the case. In addition, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I thought it couldn't get any worse and then this. You haven't been there for a while and they say "only 3 types of vegetables as a topping, otherwise it will cost more". That's a shame but then I try the Nacho Chicken or whatever it's called and it consisted almost entirely of breading that tasted like old, dry chips. You couldn't taste any chicken at all. Subway wasn't always great before, but this is going too far. Never again.

The subs are still okay, but the service is really a disaster. Friday evening 8 p.m. - only one employee there, everything takes a long time. He doesn't understand any German except the subs. On other days there were two young women who preferred to deal with the phone rather than the customers. It's a shame that the snack bar has gone down so badly. Often the tables and chairs are not cleaned even though there are no customers and there is time.

I was totally satisfied with my visit to Subway at Ostbahnhof in Munich. The staff was super nice and the sandwich I got was really tasty! The atmosphere there was also really cozy. I can definitely recommend it and will definitely come back soon!

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett das Essen hat auch lecker geschmeckt aber der Chef war nicht so nett er hat bisschen rum diskutiert wo meine Mutter gesagt hat das was ihr beim letzten Mal nicht so gefallen hat und dan hat er noch gesagt das es ihm egal ist was im Internet steht

Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und das Personal freundlich. Das Sandwich war echt lecker, ich hatte es mit Teriyaki-Hähnchen oder so ähnlich süß, und es war super. Es wurde auch schnell serviert.
