Subway in München

It wasn't what we ordered. Wrong bread, paid extra but not documented

One of the few subways where the portion size and quality (i.e. the toppings) are really good.

Decent subway with friendly employees. During the week around 10:30 p.m. the subway was in a clean, tidy condition. The displays (ingredients) appeared fresh and appealing despite the late hour. The employees were also very friendly and worked quickly with the preparation. Unfortunately the selection of breads was a bit limited, but that's okay given the late hour. The subs we ordered were well topped, and extras like fried onions were no problem. Overall a pleasant visit.

Unfortunately, the employees are very stingy with the toppings. The shop is unclean. In addition, the employees don't seem to know how to use the Subway app. The existence of Subway coupons also seems to be new to the employees, as they either don't accept the coupons (even though it's in the app) or are extremely overwhelmed with entering them into the system. Very disappointing. I haven't experienced this level of incompetence from a salesperson in a long time. Therefore 1/5 stars. If I could I would give zero.

I always only order the sandwich that is currently on sale and would be happy if you could see it a little better when you enter the store. The manager is always remarkably friendly and helpful, great! Compliment.

For a sub with chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and double cheese 11Eur?!?!? Is the cheese gold plated? impudence.

Unfortunately, a mouse was spotted in the kitchen and behind the counter during the ordering process.

Yes, wow, you want to try out the new vouchers and then at the end, after putting them together at the checkout, you are told that you have to have them printed out. But it doesn't say that anywhere in the conditions. Unnecessarily wasted 10 minutes ending up standing there without eating

Unfortunately, my visit to Subway today was very disappointing. Although Subway is offering new coupons starting today, they were not accepted at the store. When I asked, the two employees couldn't even explain to me why that was the case. In addition, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. It seems that the store only runs well when the boss is on site - without him, the employees seem clueless and overwhelmed. I'll think twice about coming back in the future.

I thought it couldn't get any worse and then this. You haven't been there for a while and they say "only 3 types of vegetables as a topping, otherwise it will cost more". That's a shame but then I try the Nacho Chicken or whatever it's called and it consisted almost entirely of breading that tasted like old, dry chips. You couldn't taste any chicken at all. Subway wasn't always great before, but this is going too far. Never again.

The cleanliness left something to be desired, the Baguette Plus drink was not available for €5.99 as on the poster but for €11.99... Thanks to the language barrier, the ingredients were not understood in three attempts... Respect... At least: even if there was no oregano baguette (there should have been), there was a baguette that was too soft, but in the end everything tasted great.. . Thanks!

Very nice shop and unique atmosphere, the employees were all pleasantly polite. Above all, the manager Çan is one of the nicest and most sympathetic people I have ever met. The food was delicious like any other Subway

A nice subway, not particularly big but big enough to still feel comfortable. Beautiful ambience and atmosphere were not out of place here. The food was extremely delicious as always 😋😋

The staff has always been very friendly and gives good recommendations about the sauces and other ingredients. The breads are prepared quickly which is very convenient if you have to catch your public transport. You shouldn't expect anything extraordinary from the ambience. The subway is at Ostbahnhof. It seemed clean every time.

Sorry but several times there was no more tuna, it's Friday evening. Make the way for me especially for you. But OK . Not anymore

Music was so loud that the lady behind the counter could hardly understand anything. Tried to do 2 subs at the same time and was overwhelmed. It wasn't exactly clean either...

Afterwards, eating was heavy in the stomach. It made me feel bad for hours. It came out front and back again. Never settle here.

The subs are still okay, but the service is really a disaster. Friday evening 8 p.m. - only one employee there, everything takes a long time. He doesn't understand any German except the subs. On other days there were two young women who preferred to deal with the phone rather than the customers. It's a shame that the snack bar has gone down so badly. Often the tables and chairs are not cleaned even though there are no customers and there is time.

Food was top The toilet was a horror, dirty and there was no water. Luckily I didn't have to go to the toilet.

The employees are very sloppy and don't understand German at all. One of the two employees was also very unfriendly. I won't go there anymore

I was totally satisfied with my visit to Subway at Ostbahnhof in Munich. The staff was super nice and the sandwich I got was really tasty! The atmosphere there was also really cozy. I can definitely recommend it and will definitely come back soon!

I love this place more than my own home. The employees are super nice and you can have such lovely conversations with them. I feel so comfortable here and I eat there almost every day because the food tastes so good.

Ich finde den Laden sehr gut und schön allerdings gibt es kontra im Service weil der Automat zum Getränke befüllen nicht mehr da ist das finde ich sehr schade weil man sich einfach soviel nehmen konnte wie man wollte und dies zum Service meiner Meinung nach dazu gehört.

Bin eigentlich Grosser Subway-Fan was ich heute erlebt habe geht allerdings gar nicht. Bin reingekommen - kein anderer Kunde im Laden und musste 15 Minuten auf mein Sub warten weil der Mitarbeiter Cookies vom Blech genommen und sortiert hat - als er dann fertig war hat er mein Sub total lustlos zubereitet. Geschmeckt hat es auch anders als üblich - was kann man da denn falsch machen ???? Hier nicht wieder !!!!

Subway ist gut wenn man gerade wenig Zeit hat und etwas haben möchte was gut schmeckt. Die Preise sind auch in Ordnung. Aber es ist und bleibt ein fast food Restaurant. Und das merkt man auch

Ein kleines und feines Subway 🥖 am Ostbahnhof. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr freundlich und sauber, außer einmal. Da hat eine Mitarbeiterin ihr Kind da, hat Oliven in seinem Mund gesteckt und dann wieder was genommen und in meinem Sandwich getan, richtig eklig.

Die sandwiches sind so gut wie in jedem anderen subway auch, nur die hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig… die krümel auf der arbeitsfläche werden direkt in die zutaten gefegt, klar ist jetzt nicht giftig, aber halt auch nicht appetitlich
