The lattice fries were extremely greasy, tasteless, and cold. The bread was far too dry and hard. Unfortunately, a complete disappointment for us today.

3 Sandwiches purchased less than 3 hours ago and the bread is already hard. Philly Cheese tastes funny, all together food for the trash. Never getting anything from there again.

I find it quite outrageous that the company's own employees are casually enjoying generously filled sandwiches during a busy period. We, unfortunately, had to search for our fillings on the long rolls. That's simply unacceptable these days.

Outrageous!!!!!! I ordered an Italian BMT with everything and received an almost empty loaf of bread. Hardly any sausage, practically no cheese, and the "30 cm" sub is a ridiculous 4-5 cm wide (see photo). For that price, you just feel ripped off.

Ladies and gentlemen, the employee who closed the store on October 30th was far too early that evening. Online it says that Subway is open until 8:00 PM. The store started putting things away at 6:50 PM, and it was no longer possible to order anything.

I ordered in advance for dinner at 6:40 PM. It's now just after 8 PM. I definitely want my money back. It's outrageous to simply track the delivery and it still hasn't arrived!

A very bizarre experience. I think the owners and Subway don't know what's going on here. Friday, 3 p.m.: Only two types of bread available, Ceaser sauce was out (even after asking for it). The staff was alone and extremely slow, the sub was thrown together in a confused manner. (You can't leave it alone in the store 😅) You should make sure the store is running smoothly, especially for a company of this size. A real shame!

I was truly disappointed with my visit. We had to wait forever to even get our food, and then another long time until the food was finally ready. The bread was rock hard, and there was even a hair on the cheese that was absolutely unappealing! This was by far the worst Subway experience I've ever had. Something like this has never happened to me before. After this experience, I'll definitely need a year off before going to Subway again. Such a shame!

I used to really enjoy eating at this branch, but after eating here again after the reopening, I was unfortunately very disappointed! I won't be visiting this branch again!

We waited a long time (and even called) for an employee to come, but apparently no one wanted to serve us. During this time, five other customers left after waiting a while without being served (on October 2nd at 7:00 PM).

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with this Subway. The bread was at least 3-4 days old and extremely dry, the employees were extremely unfriendly, and there were maybe three pieces of chicken in it. Absolutely not recommended.

We waited 20 minutes on the evening of September 27, 2025, and no one came, and we called the kitchen several times. Not good service.

After they reopened, I bought a 30-pound tuna sub and a salad. What can I say? Simply the worst Subway in all of Munich. The bread was definitely several days old, and the Caesar dressing in the salad was also bad. If I hadn't brought it all home and didn't live far away, I would have gone back and thrown it at you again! Absolutely outrageous!

I was looking forward to a delicious sub after the restaurant reopened. I ordered a beef burger, and everything was prepared well, right up to the vegetables. When I got the vegetables, I noticed mushy tomatoes and moldy cucumbers in the tray, so I canceled my sub. I pointed this out, and the employee threw out the entire cucumber tray and brought me new ones, which were frozen and didn't look particularly appetizing. They apologized, but I will avoid eating there in the future.

I bought a large portion of fries/potatoes for €3.40 without sauce. The portion was very small in my opinion.

Yesterday I visited the Subway in the Arcarden again. The food itself tasted as you would expect from Subway. Unfortunately, the tables were dirty and ordering wasn't easy because there was absolutely no knowledge of German. What was annoying for me was that I couldn't pay for a 15cm sub with the 500 reward points. I bought something extra to get to 500 points, but these will expire in April anyway because I can't get to the sub anymore. I was told that they can only do anything after 1000 points. I think this is a rumor because the app says otherwise. Well, what can you say? Bad service and poor language skills! It's a shame, I actually always enjoy going to the Sub.

They made my gluten free sandwich with the same gloves than a gluten bread. They have to be informed about food restrictions/ intolerances.

I have been to this Subway several times but the first time I was so disappointed. The little employee explained to me that you can no longer choose your own sandwiches. I actually really enjoy going to Subway every now and then. However, I have never visited the one in the Pasingarcaden. There are plenty of other food stalls there. But this time it is. I always order my tuna sandwich with extra cheese. This time I was horrified. I asked for sliced ​​cheese and grated cheese. I only got a teaspoonful (they have a measuring spoon that they use). I said they should please do one more thing. I'm paying for it too. The man gave me about half a teaspoon of cheese on it. I wanted to rebel, but it wasn't worth it to me. And exactly for this one and a half teaspoon of cheese, I paid 0.60 cents extra. I have to say that other Subway stores do things differently. If I say I'll pay for it, they'll gladly add another spoonful. But here it wasn't even half a teaspoon more. I'll never go to the Subway in the Pasing Arcaden anymore.

Mitarbeiter bemüht. Im Großen und Ganzen aber eine Katastrophe, da diese komplett planlos sind und kaum Deutsch sprechen. Außerdem horrende Preise (15€ für Sub plus kleines Getränk) und unlogische Preisgestaltung (Menü kostet ohne Beilagen gerade mal 30ct weniger als mit??). Sauberkeit lässt zum Teil auch SEHR zu wünschen übrig. Kurzfassung: Erstes und letztes Mal!

Es waren 2 Mitarbeiterinnen da. Eine konnte GAR KEIN Deutsch und die andere evtl. auf A2 Niveau. Die Mitarbeiterin, die kein Deutsch konnte, hat dann die Zubereitung meines Sandwiches übernommen. Bei "ohne Soße" dachte sie, dass das eine Soßenart wäre. Ich wollte das vegane teryaki Sandwich mit plant based chicken, dass habe ich auch so erwähnt. Ich habe auch versucht zu kommunizieren, dass ich einfach die Nummer 2 auf dem Menü wollte, trotzdem wurde ich bei jeder einzelnen Zutat gefragt, ob ich die will. Am Ende wurde mir ein Chicken Sandwich berechnet, wo ich misstrauisch wurde. War dann also ein Sandwich mit Fleisch. Die A2 Mitarbeiterin hat dann übernommen und mir ein neues Sandwich gemacht mit dem Fleischersatz. Lobenswert von einem hygienischen Gesichtpunkt her ist, dass beim Anfassen der Zutaten Plastikhandschuhe verwendet wurden, mit denen, meine ich, nicht abkassiert wurde. Generell habe ich aber gemerkt, dass Subway mir zuviel kommunizieren ist für eine einfache Sandwichbestellung. Man könnte das ja lösen über ein Touch Terminal, wo man sich das vorher zusammenstellen kann, wenn man möchte. Ich persönlich habe mit Subway abgeschlossen, dass war mir viel zu stressig.

Ich war da zum ersten Mal und auch das letzte Mal. Die Mitarbeiter waren total unmotiviert und haben ewig gebraucht. Wir hatten zwei 30 cm Subs und es war wirklich nichts los. Der absolute Hammer war, aber als ich mit den Punkten zahlen wollte und mir die Mitarbeiterin sagte, dies sei nicht möglich. Ich persönlich hatte eher die Vermutung, dass sie nicht wusste, wie es geht oder einfach kein Bock hatte.

Die Qualität der Subs ist so, wie man sie kennt. Aber insgesamt wirkt es manchmal etwas chaotisch. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin war nicht gerade berauschend. Kurz vor Feierabend hat auch niemand mehr recht Lust zu arbeiten.

Subway located inside the mall in the lower floor to the ground. All the usual subway options were available. The staff was friendly. A lot of places to dine in not usually a crowded place. The snack nacho chicken was very average but also felt salty. Can be a place to have quick bites.

Subway Pasing - Arkaden Geschmacklich prima, frische Zutaten. Allerdings werden die Tische vermutlich nur 1x tgl gereinigt...🙈 Außerdem zu bemängeln: das Brot hat kaum Substanz und die Cookies werden immer dünner - bald kann man durch sie die Zeitung lesen! Schade, gibt bessere Filialen in München!

Im Vergleich zu anderen Subways teuer und man bekommt weniger Inhalt. Außerdem dauert die Zubereitung länger als bei anderen…

An diesem Tag waren die zwei Mitarbeiter einfach die Krönung von unfreundlich und genervt.

Es war ziemlich viel los was an einem Samstag ja normal ist. Die Famen vom Service haben auf Hochtouren gearbeitet und waren trotzdem nett. Essen war lecker wie immer.

War direkt in der früh da, kurz nach halb 10 Und habe nett gefragt ob sie schon offen haben(obwohl sie eigentlich schon um 9 Uhr öffnen sollten nach Google) würde direkt unfreundlich begrüßt mit einen Augenrollen und mir wurde gesagt das ich in 15 min wieder kommen soll. Bin also um 10 vor 10 noch nochmal hin und da hieß es wieder unfreundlich noch 10 min. Ein Stunde später öffnen und dann noch so unfreundlich reagieren.

Die Angestellten absolut langweilig und lustlos ... jede Frage ist zu viel. Danke nicht wieder!

Kenan ist der beste :) immer wieder gute Laune Super Sandwich Maker überraschend gut kann ich jedem nur empfehlen einfach nach kenan fragen und er zaubert dir das beste Sandwich auch in der Mittagszeit mega Leistung war jetzt öfters da und er meistert echt viel !
