Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und das Personal freundlich. Das Sandwich war echt lecker, ich hatte es mit Teriyaki-Hähnchen oder so ähnlich süß, und es war super. Es wurde auch schnell serviert.

Ich hatte leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung in diesem Subway. Der junge Mitarbeiter an der Kasse hat sich über mich lustig gemacht und mich ironisch behandelt, nur weil meine Bestellung einen kleineren Betrag hatte. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist absolut unprofessionell und respektlos. Bitte nehmen Sie dieses Verhalten ernst und unternehmen Sie etwas dagegen. Vielen Dank

Bei Subway stellt man sich seinen Wunsch-Sub einfach selbst zusammen – das geht fix, ist frisch belegt und schmeckt jedes Mal genau so, wie man es gerade haben will.

Dehish ist mega cool. Er blieb in der rush hour extrem herzlich und hat alles einwandfrei und schnell gemanaged. Bin sehr begeistert! Hätte ich nicht so gut hinbekommen wie er.

Das Essen ist gut. Es war unser erster Besuch bei Subway, und das blonde Mädchen hinter der Theke war ziemlich unhöflich; das Essen war gut, aber das Erlebnis war schrecklich.

Subway is usually a good choice for us – but this location really surprised us in a positive way and almost made the visit a little experience. We were nearby because of the Smyth's Toy Superstore and thought Subway would be a solid lunch option, as usual. But as soon as we walked in, we had the feeling that things were somehow better here than in many other branches. The food was exactly as you'd expect. Our subs looked great and tasted really good. The bread was perfectly baked, the vegetables fresh, and the cookies were a little highlight. Exactly what you hope for from Subway. My personal favorite thing, however, was definitely the service. The employees were not only friendly but also incredibly fast. We were almost ready to leave because we thought it would be way too crowded at lunchtime – and yes, it was crowded. But the speed was impressive. Thanks to their system – one person for the meat, one for the vegetables, one at the register – everything ran like clockwork. We ordered three sandwiches and were back on our way to the car in 5-10 minutes. I was really impressed. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and feels freshly renovated. Typical Subway elements, clean lines, pleasant colors, and the classic benches—everything feels inviting and tidy. Overall, this Subway is a really great package. Fast, friendly service, delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere. I was very satisfied with my visit and would recommend this location anytime if you want a quick, easy, yet really good meal.

Bei uns ist Subway eigentlich immer eine gute Wahl – aber dieses Lokal hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht und den Besuch fast schon zu einem kleinen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir waren wegen des Smyth’s Toy Superstores in der Nähe und dachten uns, dass Subway wie immer eine solide Mittagsoption ist. Doch schon beim Reingehen hatten wir das Gefühl: Hier läuft es irgendwie besser als in vielen anderen Filialen. Das Essen war genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Unsere Subs sahen super aus und haben richtig gut geschmeckt. Das Brot war perfekt gebacken, das Gemüse frisch und die Cookies waren ein kleines Highlight. Genau das, was man sich von Subway erhofft. Mein persönlicher Lieblingspunkt war aber ganz klar das Service. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch unglaublich schnell. Wir waren kurz davor zu gehen, weil wir dachten, dass es zur Mittagszeit viel zu voll sein würde – und ja, es war voll. Aber die Geschwindigkeit war beeindruckend. Durch ihr System – eine Person fürs Fleisch, eine fürs Gemüse, eine an der Kasse – lief alles wie am Schnürchen. Wir hatten drei Sandwiches und waren nach 5–10 Minuten wieder auf dem Weg zum Auto. Das hat mich wirklich begeistert. Die Atmosphäre ist modern, sauber und wirkt frisch renoviert. Typische Subway‑Elemente, klare Linien, angenehme Farben und die klassischen Sitzbänke – alles wirkt einladend und ordentlich. Insgesamt ist dieses Subway ein richtig gutes Gesamtpaket. Schnelles, freundliches Service, leckeres Essen und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch und würde diesen Standort jederzeit weiterempfehlen, wenn man eine schnelle, unkomplizierte und trotzdem richtig gute Mahlzeit möchte.

Wir haben vegetarisch bestellt und der erste Satz des Mitarbeiters war, ob er die Handschuhe wechseln soll, da er zuvor Fleisch in der Hand hatte. Das fanden wir sehr zuvorkommend. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und arbeiten hygienisch, wechseln oft die Handschuhe und erklären freundlich welche Zutaten zur Verfügung stehen. Insgesamt ein sehr positives Fast-Food Erlebnis

Was für eine Wendung! 👍 Ich war schon ein paar Mal dort, um zu essen, und komme fast täglich vorbei. Ich finde, sie haben sich mit der neuen Einrichtung und dem verbesserten Service wirklich sehr positiv entwickelt. Als ich vor fast acht Monaten das erste Mal da war, wirkte es ziemlich langweilig und unscheinbar. Das neue Falafel-Sandwich ist superlecker, meine liebste vegetarische Option auf der Speisekarte. Außerdem hat mir das italienische BLT sehr gut geschmeckt. Von den Keksen ist der Macadamia-Keks einfach himmlisch, und wir hatten Glück, dass sie uns am Freitagabend kurz vor Ladenschluss noch frisch gebackene Kekse brachten. Für ein leckeres und günstiges Essen ist das jetzt mein Lieblingsrestaurant in der Gegend.

Very, very delicious, good food

The Subway in the Euro-Industriepark pleasantly surprised me. The newly designed interior feels significantly more upscale than what you'd expect from many other branches. Bright, clean lines, tidy work areas, and an overall very well-maintained appearance create a comfortable environment where you're happy to linger rather than just rushing by. The cleanliness is particularly noteworthy. Both the counter and the seating area were spotless, which isn't always the case with a self-service concept. The staff is attentive and friendly, without sacrificing the relaxed atmosphere you expect from a quick lunch. Orders are taken promptly, special requests are handled without any fuss, and you can tell that a positive overall impression is a priority. The sandwiches themselves were sturdy, well-portioned, and freshly assembled. The ingredients seemed to be of excellent quality, the bread had the perfect texture, and the sandwiches stayed together even while eating. Overall, a reliable, pleasantly uncomplicated experience of a standard that you don't find everywhere. For a quick yet pleasant stopover in the Euro-Industriepark, this Subway location is a very good choice.

Well, this Subway experience was a pleasant surprise. Despite the heavy traffic, the place was clean and tidy. The ingredients and vegetables were also well-organized. The service was adequate. Unfortunately, the sandwiches weren't quite up to my usual standard. Nevertheless, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place 😊

A complete disaster!! I would never eat here again. I've been a customer for years, but a Subway that skimps on the filling, claiming they're only allowed 70g, yet leaves half the bread uneaten, is okay with them! And then the staff is totally unfriendly on top of it.

I specifically placed an order through the app so I only had to pick it up. Unfortunately, the lady was there to pick it up but was serving other customers. I find ordering through the app ideal for lunch breaks because it saves a lot of time, but unfortunately not in this case. I had to wait almost 10 minutes longer... Plus, I got the wrong bread, and it wasn't toasted.

I ordered 2x Chicken Terijaki via Uber Eats. I called them because they didn't put any corn or olives in it. What can you expect when the woman can't read or speak German?

Certainly not the largest or most modern Subway in Munich, but I've been going here with my son for a long time and I really enjoy it because of Mario. If you're lucky enough to have Mario make your sandwich, he's always polite and friendly, and he's there with his heart and soul. He's patient with my son (6) until he's picked out everything, even when the line is long, and he always has a smile. That's why, for me, it's the best Subway there is—as long as Mario's around. 🤗

Been going here for a long time. With the new team it is really the best Subway I know. From the quality of the food, to customer requests and friendliness to the speed, it is simply top. Other branches are welcome to learn a lesson here. If there were more stars I would give them out.

I was there on April 26th, 2025 around 6:00 p.m. and am absolutely thrilled with the entire team! All the employees were incredibly friendly, attentive and paid great attention to hygiene. I was particularly impressed when an employee asked me if he should change his gloves after working with meat - really professional! The others in the team were also extremely organized, helpful and worked in a good mood. As a customer you really feel welcome here. Thank you for the great service – I’ll be happy to come back!

Employees seem to be nice, but they have no sense of how to top a sub. The portion or amount of ingredients that go into the sub are far too small and savings are made. Unfortunately, sub only tastes like salad because the meat is stingy.

As always, excellent quality. We were able to watch for a long time as the gentleman prepared the sandwiches with incredible precision and speed. He arranged the tomatoes, cucumbers, jalapenos, and everything else perfectly symmetrically, and portioned the sauces perfectly without spilling anything. I've never seen such precise preparation before. At first, I thought they were being prepared for a photo shoot ;-) When you see something like that prepared in person, it's clear that you'll crave these sandwiches! I then asked him how long he'd been working at Subway, and he told me 15 years. So, all right, I thought. Thank you for the delicious food!

A good and solid Subway with nice and motivated employees. The subs are very well topped and always very fresh. I've never found stale bread at this subway. Unfortunately, drinks in cups have been abolished and replaced with plastic bottles, which I personally don't like. Apart from that, I'm satisfied and the cup thing is a minor thing.

Beware of scammers! They take orders via Uber Eats, but the delivery person then finds the door locked. A cumbersome refund process. Never again.

When we go shopping in the EU industrial park, we have breakfast at Sub.

Since you're no longer allowed to fill up the cups yourself and have to drink from the plastic bottle, we don't go there anymore. As long as no self-service drinks are refilled, never. I'd rather go to McDonald's!!!

The food at Subway is delicious, but recently Uber Eats stopped offering pick-up service and only offered delivery. This makes me a bit unhappy as I prefer to place my order on my phone and then pick it up at the store after shopping at the supermarket.

Always ice cold sandwiches & incompetent employees. No matter how many times I think it will be better this time, the employees surprise me with even more disappointments. You have to train employees how to top the sandwiches and how to deal with customers. That's really sad. You go to subway with a big appetite and you leave disappointed every time.

This subway is still the only one in the north of Munich. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't in the Suma Center and it closes at 8 p.m., so does Subway. Very small but clean. Experienced employees are of course faster than newcomers, but that's normal. Employees are friendly. I like the subs and am used to consistent quality. Special requests are usually not a problem. In terms of price, I think it's really high at the normal price, so you often think twice about getting one. If there are offers/vouchers, the decision is much easier.

Tastes like any other Subway. Was a customer for years, which I haven't been for several months now and only because of one employee who "apparently" had a higher position than the others, noticeable by his clothing. The problem was that he worked unhygienically, we stood in line where there were 3 people in front of us and we waited after our turn, but the employee still wore the same gloves since 3 customers after he touched meat, salad, etc He did so after a friendly request, visibly annoyed and we were then served in an unfriendly manner. Therefore unfortunately no recommendation

Subs were great. However, on each of the three visits it always took quite a long time to get there. Of course this is due to the fresh preparation, but when you think: Now a sub and you can already see 5 people waiting in line, you unfortunately lose your hunger in the queue

They have reduced the meat portions

Worse delivery ever.. I ordered a 23 euro sandwich with extra meat.. instead I received a sandwich with just some tomatoes and lettuce.. no meat at all

Essen an sich gut, komme theoretisch gerne. Nur leider kann das Personal den Andrang oft nicht bewältigen, es gibt ewig lange Schlangen und zum Schluss geht das Essen kalt raus, weil die Leute hinter dem Tresen nicht wirklich schnell oder gut zusammen arbeiten. Heute habe ich 35 Minuten in der Schlange gestanden bevor ich mich entschieden habe zu gehen, nachdem ich mitbekommen habe, dass viele der Subs der Kunden vor mir falsch belegt waren. Wirklich schade, hier sollte man an der Personal-Einteilung arbeiten!!!

Ich war mit dem Essen an sich mega zufrieden. Beim belegen der Sandwiches haben die Mitarbeiter aber ziemlich gespart. Sandwiches waren fast leer.

Super lecker, großer Auswahl, nettes Personal! Und man sieht vorab, was man isst!

Mit Abstand bester Subway. Mitarbeiter immer freundlich. Schneller Service, auch aufmerksam bzgl. Handling von Fleisch und Veggie mit den gleichen Küchenutensilien oder im gleichen Backvorgang. Immer top belegt und alles vorhanden, egal welche Brotsorte oder Extras wie Guacamole.

Super freundliche und schnell arbeitende Menschen hinter der Theke, die wissen, was sie tun. Der Rest ist Subway eben.

Innerhalb ner Woche zwei Mal da gewesen, beide Male wurde wirklich gut belegt, sowohl Fleisch als auch beim Gemüse. Ich hoffe dieser Service und diese Qualität bleiben so erhalten, so komme ich zukünftig gerne immer öfter.

Klassischer subway. Jedoch gibt es zur Mittagszeit einen großen Andrang, deswegen ist hier die Wartezeit sehr hoch.
