It's just a subway. Food tastes like everyone else's. Employees are friendly.

Everything great!!! Please reintroduce Subway of the Day!!! It would be great 😉 Even with the children's menu, don't cut the bread at the top and throw some of it away, that would be better 😉 Why throw away food? Otherwise everything is fine 👌 we like to come here regularly 😉 The waffle fried are delicious too! There are great new products. I was able to redeem my points today. Service is great 👍 thank you 🙏

The food was actually good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. One blonde employee in particular was rude and made it clear that she didn't want to do anything. She even rolled her eyes while taking the order.

People, be careful not to get your money taken out of your pocket twice. Money for a sub was debited twice and there was no refund in sight because the employees there neither speak German properly nor understand how the cash register system works. The only answer you get is, I don't know what to do now. Thinking ahead and customer service seem to be a foreign word in this branch! I've never experienced anything like this before, debiting money from the customer twice and then that's just how it is. Incredibly bold this store and the employees! Kindness is a foreign word. But then they charge money for each extra slice of cheese even though all the ingredients weren't even there.

This subway WAS ONCE very inviting. Nice, motivated employees & good sandwiches. You can no longer eat there now. The last time there were two guys behind the counter, not understanding a word of German & slapping down the subs, no hello, no thank you, no nothing. They really don't have to develop systems for Microsoft there...Just do your job and be happy that you have one. I can advise anyone not to eat there.

I've been going here for 4 years and I have to say that it's the best subway I've visited in Germany so far, but I also have to say that it's probably also due to the staff. Very hardworking, quick, tidy and put in an effort with every sub. So hopefully the two twin sisters don't change restaurants ✌🏽

DO NOT order food from this Subway. We ordered from Wolt. They made wrong subs for us and then they did not make new ones or give a refund. They literally do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Unacceptable. Stay away from this place.

Great Subway very fresh everything

Wouldn't go at lunchtime. I wanted to get something to eat around 1:30 p.m. today, but the store was closed. The staff sat inside and had a leisurely lunch break, while around 10 people stood outside in front of closed doors, even though it was supposed to be open all day. Nobody responded to knocks and you were ignored.

Have been here a few times, everything was actually great. Today, August 6th, 2024, we stood in front of closed doors at 9 p.m. Both online and on the door it says open until 11 p.m. The employees who were cleaning everything just waved their hands from inside and unfortunately couldn't tell us why the shop was already closed. We drove here specifically... it's a shame...

Didn't have to wait that long, subs are super tasty and made quickly, for the price the food is super tasty. Would recommend!

Subway was already closed at 9:00 p.m. on a Tuesday evening, even though it was advertised until 11:00 p.m. No sign as a notice or anything else. Staff ignored several people at the door. I usually come here regularly, but now I'm going somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I moved away from this subway last year, but especially since I now have more to do with other Subway branches in my new place of residence, I have to leave a review and praise this location. It's always a super nice atmosphere; You can tell that the employees like each other and enjoy their work. The staff is well trained and always prepares the sandwiches perfectly. There is no sloppiness and they are never slow. A highlight among the subways!

For me, Subway is still the best of the fast food restaurants because you can see how everything is freshly prepared. But the friendliness of the employees at Kreilerstr. 216 unfortunately getting worse from visit to visit. When it was my turn to order and then unfortunately I realized that there were no more red onions and I asked how this could have happened (it is not a rare plant) I was only told that I could have looked at it beforehand to see if everything was there or not. Since there has been a Subway in Munich, it has never happened to me that something wasn't there. You could also inform your (paying) customers about this with a simple note at the beginning of the counter. This is what we call customer loyalty with service. But apparently you have to be happy that someone is behind the counter and you shouldn't expect any service despite the constantly rising prices.

I ordered something from this subway. Unfortunately, 2 out of 5 subs didn't reach me. I'm aware that the Lieferando driver (maybe) can't do anything about it. But when I called several times (8 times in an hour) and no one answered, I drove there. (Please note that collection was not possible and I had to pay delivery costs) The people working were not aware of any errors and were neither friendly nor spoke the German language for such a conversation. Very unfortunate and unacceptable. The other three were still fresh and good. But something has to change sustainably with the employees and the suppliers.

I always enjoy fresh, custom-made sandwiches and salads at this Subway branch. The staff here is particularly friendly and the atmosphere is always clean and inviting. A perfect choice for a quick and delicious meal I would 100% recommend this branch because you get friendly staff and fresh food here.

As usual for Subway, everything was freshly prepared. The queue when ordering was also processed very quickly. The subs were fresh, tasted good and I was particularly impressed by the relatively new submelts. The employees were all very friendly and just as motivated. The restaurant itself is well maintained and offers enough space for guests. The only thing is that finding a parking space is a bit difficult.

Unfriendly lady (blonde, tall/full stature, a little older and worn out by life) at the front of the counter, doesn't even ask what you want, processes the orders bluntly according to "standard". In another subway I know that you are asked which side dishes and sauces or extras you would like. And the poor hygiene is the final straw for the store: the tables were full of crumbs and grease stains, making you feel really uncomfortable and preferring to avoid contact with them completely. In any case, the customer is king does not seem to be the business philosophy here.

Delicious and quick to prepare!

We happened to drive past this subway. When we came into the store we were looked at strangely. The blonde woman at the counter was very bored, didn't have gloves on and her fingernails were too long for the catering - just disgusting. The hair also hung around unkempt. When the sandwich came out of the oven, we weren't asked what we wanted on it - everything was just slapped on it. The sauce was a lump and poorly distributed. Food was good, service not. Never here again… It's a shame because Subway is actually really great.
