Subway in München

Great location, always delicious and fresh. Best of all: super friendly staff 🙌🏻🙌🏻

We arrived at 11:30 PM and the staff were very unfriendly, even though they were still open for another half hour. The employees apparently didn't want to work. There are better Subways in Munich; avoid this one if possible. For service, I'd give it -5 stars.

My honest opinion is that the service is very friendly and the food tastes very good; the place is also very clean.

Food was good as always but the staff was unfortunately very unfriendly

Absolute cheek. Every day they say they don't accept vouchers. In the evenings, starting at 9 p.m., they hide their bread, saying there's none, even though there's still some at the bottom. Then, every now and then, they give out bread where they probably made the meat wrong for another customer, so they don't have to cut a new one. They don't even pay attention to what you want and hastily stuff something in even though you said you didn't want it, and they look at you annoyed as if it were your own fault. Awkward.

I was in Munich for Oktoberfest and visited this Subway branch. Despite the late hour, the conditions were perfect. The employee took plenty of time to give me suitable recommendations for both meat substitutes and sauces. Since I'm vegan, I thought it was great that she knew exactly what was suitable for me and what wasn't. I felt very well advised. I can absolutely recommend this branch!

Unfortunately, it's impossible to see who runs this branch, so this will only be a review. For some reason, the branch was always closed before the stated time. You couldn't order anything, regardless of whether you came at 10:30 or 11:45. The counter and all the food containers were empty, cleared away by the employees, and you were sent away. The branch and the employees are simply awful; I've never experienced anything like it! If you're an employee who doesn't enjoy your job, then you shouldn't apply for this position. Anyone who works there should stick to their working hours and fulfill their obligations! This store is simply a disgrace and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Unfortunately, the bread was hard, the counter wasn't clean, but the worst part were the employees! One of them listens to music on his AirPods and practically ignores everything you say, working with such a lack of motivation! And the other barely speaks German, asks what you mean, and yet does the exact opposite! Why she's asking? I don't understand. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it, and it's not the Subway standard you're used to.

I've always enjoyed eating here; it was always incredibly delicious. Unfortunately, that changed completely one day after I got food poisoning. Most likely from the chicken teriyaki. Apparently, they don't care enough about freshness here. On top of that, Subway never responded to my contact form, requesting at least a refund for the spoiled food.

We visited Subway around closing time—specifically, about an hour before the official closing time. Unfortunately, we felt anything but welcome during our visit. Service & Atmosphere: Shortly after entering the branch, a male employee repeatedly reminded us that we only had 10-15 minutes to eat our food on site—explaining that he would have to start cleaning soon. This statement wasn't just mentioned once in passing, but repeated three or four times—which left us with the impression that we were being "processed" as quickly as possible. Even though we were ultimately able to finish our meal in peace, the feeling of not being welcome remained palpable. As a customer, you expect respectful and service-oriented treatment—especially if you're still within the official opening hours. A reminder shortly before closing time would have been understandable, but this repeated emphasis felt more like a subtle request to leave quickly. Food & Availability: The quality of the sub was – as usual from Subway – good and the taste was okay. However, the cookie selection was very limited. Apparently, the selection wasn't replenished towards the end of the day, even though there was still plenty of time before closing time. For us, this is also part of a complete customer experience. Conclusion: Our visit to Subway left a disappointing impression. Not because of the quality of the food, but because of the way we were treated as guests. When you, as a customer, repeatedly have to listen to the feeling that you're no longer wanted, it takes away any of the fun of the visit. We expect more service orientation and, above all, appreciation – even right before closing time. Otherwise, we prefer to avoid such branches and resort to alternatives where you as a customer are welcome until the last minute.

We brought our dog a couple of times and it was never a problem. Today, the owner kicked us out. I was sitting far away from everyone else,there was no issue. Won't be going there again. If you're not dog-friendly, put a sticker on your door and don't pretend it's the authorities forbidding dogs on your premises. German law allows it. Of course it's your discretion but your manager was beyond rude and you are inconsistent. Or put the outdoor seating back

I told my friend we were going to a restaurant with live cooking for our anniversary - she didn't think it was that funny... Food came quickly but was not delivered to the table. Drinks come in plastic bottles (environmentally good). Everything was great - but please returned the Subway card for the menu for €6.50.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction about an incident that I experienced in your branch today. When I visited your restaurant, I was served by an employee named “Henni”. When she asked me what I would like to order, I politely asked for a moment to make my choice. Instead, without asking, she prepared me a sub according to her own ideas, without taking into account my wishes or preferences. When I pointed out that I would prefer a different order, the employee reacted extremely unfriendly and disrespectfully. This type of communication and the lack of customer service do not at all meet my expectations of your brand and unfortunately have had a significantly negative impact on my image of Subway. I hope that you take this incident seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure respectful treatment of your guests in the future.

I ordered in advance so I didn't have to wait. Turns out had to wait 30 minutes in the store, only for the disgusting, sweaty salesman to no longer have the right bread and put the wrong cheese on it. Yeah, I wasn't paid, there wasn't any real cheese either because the bread was completely empty (2.5 hours before closing time) and there was nothing as an apology. It was a nice time

Very good Subway store I went to. Everything is freshly prepared and, even though the queue is long, it is processed quite quickly. The employees are friendly and don't clap the receipts on the Sandwitch listlessly, but rather with love. The toppings and sauces are always kept fresh and the workplace is always kept clean. Above all, I like that you can sit down in the shop and there is plenty of space for guests. The Sandwitch also taste very fresh and very tasty.

They forgot my drink and then refused to call me :) never again!
