Subway in München

We brought our dog a couple of times and it was never a problem. Today, the owner kicked us out. I was sitting far away from everyone else,there was no issue. Won't be going there again. If you're not dog-friendly, put a sticker on your door and don't pretend it's the authorities forbidding dogs on your premises. German law allows it. Of course it's your discretion but your manager was beyond rude and you are inconsistent. Or put the outdoor seating back

I told my friend we were going to a restaurant with live cooking for our anniversary - she didn't think it was that funny... Food came quickly but was not delivered to the table. Drinks come in plastic bottles (environmentally good). Everything was great - but please returned the Subway card for the menu for €6.50.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction about an incident that I experienced in your branch today. When I visited your restaurant, I was served by an employee named “Henni”. When she asked me what I would like to order, I politely asked for a moment to make my choice. Instead, without asking, she prepared me a sub according to her own ideas, without taking into account my wishes or preferences. When I pointed out that I would prefer a different order, the employee reacted extremely unfriendly and disrespectfully. This type of communication and the lack of customer service do not at all meet my expectations of your brand and unfortunately have had a significantly negative impact on my image of Subway. I hope that you take this incident seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure respectful treatment of your guests in the future.

Very good food and despite the long queue you got the food quickly. Plus, you get full.

I ordered in advance so I didn't have to wait. Turns out had to wait 30 minutes in the store, only for the disgusting, sweaty salesman to no longer have the right bread and put the wrong cheese on it. Yeah, I wasn't paid, there wasn't any real cheese either because the bread was completely empty (2.5 hours before closing time) and there was nothing as an apology. It was a nice time

Very good Subway store I went to. Everything is freshly prepared and, even though the queue is long, it is processed quite quickly. The employees are friendly and don't clap the receipts on the Sandwitch listlessly, but rather with love. The toppings and sauces are always kept fresh and the workplace is always kept clean. Above all, I like that you can sit down in the shop and there is plenty of space for guests. The Sandwitch also taste very fresh and very tasty.

They forgot my drink and then refused to call me :) never again!

Still one of the "best" Subway branches in the area, but there have been much better ones. The quality and service is different every time. At least it doesn't get boring because it's a surprise package every time.

Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional! I ordered a 30cm teriyaki sub today (March 26, 2025) at Subway in Trudering, but what I was served was simply a disgrace. The blonde employee who took my order made me feel unwelcome from the moment she greeted me. According to my coworkers, this is no exception – she's obviously constantly annoyed and treats customers with a permanent "bored and frustrated look." After I politely asked for a little more meat in my sub – because I was hungry and had a long day at work ahead of me – she reacted not only unfriendly but also noticeably irritated. Her response that this was "standard" was not only unnecessary but also unprofessional. I expect that in a place where you pay almost 12 euros for a sub, the portions justify the price. And if that's not the case, you can sometimes be flexible, especially if the customer politely asks for it. Instead, I only received grumpy comments and a dismissive attitude. I'm not a customer who often asks for special requests, but what I was served here was a joke. The sub was barely topping, and the whole thing would have been better served on toast than on a 12-inch sandwich. The fact that my colleagues have complained about the same behavior several times shows that this wasn't an isolated incident. The service was simply rude, and for that reason, I politely declined the sub and left. Subway should seriously consider whether this employee is suitable for customer service. Anyone who doesn't enjoy their job should perhaps reconsider it instead of taking their bad mood out on the customers. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here, and I will definitely continue to Riem Arcaden in the future, where the service and quality are top-notch. Peace!

I ordered chicken teriyaki, a whole sub. I asked for my sub to be toasted longer but the meat was still ice cold. There were no more macadamia cookies and the tables were all full of crumbs and some with dried sauce stains. Unfortunately not very good.

Unfortunately, my last visit to Subway was a disappointment. There was no salad left, which is really bad for a sandwich restaurant. Additionally, there were no napkins, which made the whole experience even more inconvenient. What was particularly annoying, however, was that our valid vouchers were not accepted - without any understandable reason. Overall, a disappointing experience that I didn't expect.

I ordered via Uber Eats at 11:30 p.m., I can totally understand that it's late and you can't offer everything, but 3 cookies were missing and the two 30 cm subs that were supposed to be different were exactly the same and the basic meat was almost non-existent. Next time just cancel if something doesn't work and finish it or don't offer it at all, what's that... 34 euros thrown away. (I got 3.45 refunded)

Employees could easily be quicker, especially if there are two people working together. Tables are usually dirty, even when there is little going on. Unfortunately no salt and pepper.

The BMT I ordered was inedible and tasted spoiled... This borders on bodily harm and is absolutely unacceptable... The store should perhaps be inspected by the food inspection office...

ATTENTION: Not all vouchers from the Subway app work, which means that if things go wrong you stand at the checkout and then they tell you it's not the voucher and the voucher doesn't work with us! The staff only accepts the vouchers printed out; the PDF that you can download from the Subway website is not enough either. The paper dispenser in the toilet was empty. The food was delicious and the subs were well topped.

I've been visiting this subway for several years and today's visit was the first time I've been seriously disappointed. The food was normal and good as always but the service cannot be compared in the slightest. The two employees who took my order both understand almost no German and obviously had problems understanding what I wanted to order. In the end, the employee entered my order incorrectly into the terminal, which I only noticed after paying and was unwilling to change it or refund my money. Simply bottomless. The two of them also stopped selling cookies, even though the shop wasn't even close to closing. This visit was a complete disappointment, I wouldn't eat here again in the future simply because of the poor service. The atmosphere seemed slightly rancid.

Closes at 12:00 a.m. and there's nothing left to eat at 10:30 p.m

Thanks to Tanja & Co., this was once a great restaurant. There has been no salt, pepper or chips for weeks and months. Bread is not available in the evenings. Too bad.

Actually my favorite subway. It's always been very good so far. Most of the employees are also super nice. Unfortunately, it is becoming more and more common for the shop to be cleaned up half an hour before closing time or even earlier and no subs are sold at all or only to be taken away. In some cases it is simply completed before the shop closes. I understand if you want to finish work earlier, but then just change the opening times. Otherwise you go there and then have to go on to another subway.

I always like to go there when things have to be done “quickly”. The staff is very committed and friendly. Always tasty. 😊

Ordered from Uber Eat: The delivery was fast but items (cookies) were missing from the order. I got no answer when calling the restaurant several times. What is the purpose of being so fast when the order is incomplete ? What is the purpose of putting the restaurant number online when no one is answering the calls ? First and last time to order from this restaurant because I had the worst experience of ordering food online!

People, be careful not to get your money taken out of your pocket twice. Money for a sub was debited twice and there was no refund in sight because the employees there neither speak German properly nor understand how the cash register system works. The only answer you get is, I don't know what to do now. Thinking ahead and customer service seem to be a foreign word in this branch! I've never experienced anything like this before, debiting money from the customer twice and then that's just how it is. Incredibly bold this store and the employees! Kindness is a foreign word. But then they charge money for each extra slice of cheese even though all the ingredients weren't even there.

This subway WAS ONCE very inviting. Nice, motivated employees & good sandwiches. You can no longer eat there now. The last time there were two guys behind the counter, not understanding a word of German & slapping down the subs, no hello, no thank you, no nothing. They really don't have to develop systems for Microsoft there...Just do your job and be happy that you have one. I can advise anyone not to eat there.

I've been going here for 4 years and I have to say that it's the best subway I've visited in Germany so far, but I also have to say that it's probably also due to the staff. Very hardworking, quick, tidy and put in an effort with every sub. So hopefully the two twin sisters don't change restaurants ✌🏽
