Subway in München

Das Subway in der Silberhornstraße ist wirklich ein sehr guter Ort, wenn man frisches und leckeres Essen möchte. Die Sandwiches schmecken immer gut, die Zutaten wirken frisch und man kann sich alles genau so zusammenstellen, wie man es mag. Besonders angenehm finde ich, dass der Laden sauber ist und eine entspannte Atmosphäre hat. Was den Besuch aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die beiden Mitarbeiter dort. Beide sind immer freundlich, gut gelaunt und sehr aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und merkt, dass sie Spaß an ihrer Arbeit haben. Auch wenn es mal voller ist, bleiben sie ruhig und kümmern sich schnell und freundlich um die Kunden. Der Service ist insgesamt top und genau deshalb komme ich gerne wieder. Es ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich, so nett bedient zu werden. Außerdem ist die Lage in der Silberhornstraße sehr praktisch und gut erreichbar. Wer ein gutes Subway mit freundlichem Service, frischen Zutaten und angenehmer Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Klare Empfehlung!

Ein “bomboclaat” Subway wie er im Buche steht! Mitarbeiter immer bisschen schwierig mit deutsch dies das aber ich war bei 10 Besuchen im Jahr stets zufrieden. Bestelle niemals das “Freddy fazbear Menü”!!

In der Filiale gibt es anscheinend niemanden der lesen oder schreiben kann. Man bestellt zwei für eins bei Uber Eats und bekommt nur eins geliefert und ans Telefon geht natürlich keiner ran.

Das war das schlechteste Subway-Essen, das ich je gegessen habe. Der Koch hat das Essen zubereitet, als ob er es mir kostenlos geben würde. Es gab nicht einmal einen Teller zum Essen im Restaurant. Ich werde nie wieder hingehen und kann es absolut nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Ich habe die falsche Bestellung erhalten. Als ich angerufen habe, um das Problem zu klären, hat der Mitarbeiter keinerlei Verantwortung übernommen und einfach aufgelegt. Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht vom Service. So ein Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell. Ich würde diesen Ort nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte ein gutes Erlebnis bei Subway. Das Essen war frisch und gut zubereitet. Das Sandwich hat köstlich geschmeckt und meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiter waren höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Bedienung war schnell und effizient. Das Restaurant war sauber und gepflegt. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Kein Danke, keine Verabschiedung, Online-Bestellungen haben hier quasi immer Vorrang und man wird erstmal eine Weile wortlos stehengelassen bevor sich der Mitarbeiter an einen wendet.

Die beste Subway-Filiale der Stadt!!!

Ich kam gegen 22:00 Uhr mit dem Rad, habe ein Sandwich bestellt und bekommen. Als ich es dann aber essen wollte, hat man mir nicht erlaubt es im Restaurant zu essen, obwohl noch bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet war. Stattdessen hat man mich bei Minusgraden auf die Straße geschickt, wo ich mein Sandwich im stehen und in Saukälte essen musste. Unmöglich. Da gehe ich nie wieder hin.

Gleichbleibend hohe Qualität und stets frische Zutaten. Ich kann dieses Subway-Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Der Subway ist im Vergleich die man so in München kennt, meiner Meinung nach in den unteren Rämgen anzusiedeln. Ich war vor 3 Wochen dort, es hat mich ein asiatischer Mann bedient; auf den Hinweis dass der Schinken in der Schale schon leicht weiss/grün ist und er mir bitte keinen auf den BMT packen soll, meinte er nur: „oo.. ja ok“. Es wurde die Schale weder entfernt, noch kam das Angebot von hinten frische Ware zu bringen. Ich kenne die Filiale seit Jahren da quasi bei mir um die Ecke, es war/ist/und bleibt in Vergleich zu anderen Subway Restaurants unterer durchschnitt, weshalb ich die Filiale auch meide, schade weil sie eigentlich ganz in der Nähe ist. Was aber hier ständig gemacht wird, es werden vom Inhaber fleissig schlechte/wahrheitsgemäße Rezensionen auf Google gelöscht.

Haben jetzt öfter per Wolt bestellt. Jedes einzelne Mal war irgendwas falsch oder hat gefehlt. Wie zB heute der Cookie. Trotz Hinweis wurde manches nicht beachtet. Ich bestell nicht mehr

Diese Subway-Filiale ist wirklich eine Enttäuschung. Offenbar kennt man hier weder die eigenen AGBs noch fühlt man sich verpflichtet, sich daran zu halten. Gutscheincoupons, die offiziell gültig und klar geregelt sind, werden einfach kommentarlos abgelehnt – ohne nachvollziehbare Begründung. Statt Kundenservice bekommt man hier lediglich Schulterzucken und Ausreden serviert. Wenn man sich nicht an die eigenen Bedingungen hält, ist das nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern schlicht respektlos gegenüber den Kunden. Für mich war das definitiv der letzte Besuch. Es gibt genug andere Filialen, die wissen, wie man mit Kunden umgeht und Verträge einhält.

I am regular customer in subway . I met many people working but today when i came only 1 girl was woking . There were many customers also so many orders were there . The way she handled everything alone was so good. In such a busy environment she had smile on her face and was handling everything with care . It was around 5:30-6 pm on 4th of September . Glad to see such a hardworking girl!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Here’s the full story so you know what you’re walking into. I ordered from this Subway during a “buy 1 get 1 free” offer. I made sure to add a clear note in my order about the free sandwich so it wouldn’t be forgotten, plus I ordered a second, different sandwich. Order arrived 30 minutes later — only 2 sandwiches total (one missing). The ones I did get were terrible: cold, sloppy, and clearly end-of-day leftovers thrown into bread. Called immediately at 22:00 — no answer because they’d already closed. The next day, I called around since Munich has many Subways. Two different employees from this branch denied receiving any order after 21:00. When I checked the Deliveroo receipt, it was indeed THIS store’s address. I drove there in person. First reaction from the cashier: “If you didn’t like what you got, I can’t do anything.”. For the missing sandwich, he tried to push the blame on Deliveroo, saying I must have entered the order wrong (I didn’t). Only when the manager intervened after I explicitly asked to talk to him, did they agree to make the missing sandwich — with the manager dismissively saying he had “more important problems” than one customer’s complaint and sandwish. While preparing the sandwich, the cashier still made snide remarks telling me to “check the app next time,” implying it was my fault. I had to put him back in his place telling him, in front of other customers, that the real issue was them taking people’s money, lying on the phone, and refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. Final words to them: “Don’t worry — there won’t be a next time.” If you value honesty, food quality, or even basic respect, avoid this place.

The food is delicious. But the rest of the food isn't good at all. The service leaves a lot to be desired (ingredients forgotten, etc.), and it's also more expensive than other branches (a meal with chips and a drink costs €3.50 instead of the usual €2.50). So, it's better to go to a different branch.

I am writing this review as someone who has worked in fast food and also as someone who has ordered from other Subways. However, this one disappointed me greatly in terms of both the cleanliness of the premises and the service received. The employees were not at all friendly during my visit on Friday evening, July 11th. I don't think they even greeted us when we came in. The first one was not at all focused and was throwing ingredients haphazardly into my sub while continuing to talk to her colleague as if we weren't there. When I asked her nicely if she could redo my sub before getting too far into the process, she started to justify herself instead of simply admitting that nothing in the presentation was appropriate so far. I asked my partner's opinion and to look at what my submarine looked like when it came out of the oven to be sure that I hadn't exaggerated and he told me that indeed, it was complete nonsense and bad advertising on their part. We actually preferred to go have dinner elsewhere that evening. I worked in customer service for a long time and this kind of behavior seems completely inappropriate to me, especially since I know that I demonstrated good faith on my part.

Best Subway in Munich and very tasty food

This particular Subway really surprised me in a positive way! The ingredients were super fresh, the bread was crispy, and everything was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The staff was very friendly, patient, and served with a smile. The restaurant was also very clean – you immediately feel at home. I'll definitely be back and can only recommend this Subway!

Ordered takeout. Very good quality. Good value for money. We come regularly. A better alternative to McDonald's and Burger King. Vegan subs are also available, a selection of breads and toppings, and a wide variety of sauces are available. The staff is friendly and understands everything. There's rarely a long wait. The last time I ordered I waited 2/5 hours for the food

I can't rate the food at all because I was just about to order something, but the nice lady was busy preparing an order! Everything is understandable up to this point! But I don't think it's good to not even greet the guest! You can say hello, it takes a while to place your order, but keeping quiet is not okay! As a husband, it's not your fault if you have to work on a public holiday! Sorry but the employee gets paid from my and every sales from the guest but today's staff will never understand it. On January 26th, 2025 at 6:22 p.m. Ordered 3 x subs and had 3 x coupons with a 50% discount. The seller (who barely understood German) always typed the vouchers differently so that the right price never came up. Then we weren't allowed to buy cookies because the approximately 20 cookies that were in the counter were ONLY for online customers. Service catastrophic!!! Afterwards I no longer had any appetite. Cannot recommend this branch to anyone.
