I really always like to go to this Subway when I'm hungry. The best staff and lots of places to sit down.💯Food is always a 10/10 here too. I love it 🩷

On January 26th, 2025 at 6:22 p.m. Ordered 3 x subs and had 3 x coupons with a 50% discount. The seller (who barely understood German) always typed the vouchers differently so that the right price never came up. Then we weren't allowed to buy cookies because the approximately 20 cookies that were in the counter were ONLY for online customers. Service catastrophic!!! Afterwards I no longer had any appetite. Cannot recommend this branch to anyone.

Service prepared the sub quickly. Quality as always good for a fast food restaurant. Not much seating, but everything was fine.

I visit the store relatively regularly. This Sunday, September 29th, 2024, I found it a bit disgusting that the employee used the same disposable gloves late in the afternoon to prepare baguettes and to receive money. A guest in front of me also pointed this out to him but he didn't understand a word. I find KCK pretty disgusting - otherwise the store is really good

Ordered and everything was wrong. Wrong bread, 3 of the 5 ingredients ordered were missing. Exactly the same thing 3 months ago... ordered vegetarian and got meat and only partially refunded our money. So I can't order at all... I hope there will be an evening when I order and get what I paid for (already overpriced).

The employee at the counter couldn't utter a single understandable German word. Addendum: Also, management seems to insist that you have to show the free coupons PRINTED to get the discount. The last time that happened at McDonalds was 15 years ago! I was in this branch twice and twice it didn't meet the usual expectations.

Good location, but terrible service. The employees did not speak German or English. Communication was simply made at some point by just showing and being totally annoyed. In the end, the quality of the food was, as usual, top!

The employees hardly speak any German. Didn't understand the sub rewards and daily deals were also invalid even though it was signposted on the board??? And when you order, you're constantly being interrupted with something incomprehensible. Horrible experience I have ever had in a “fast food” restaurant. It took me 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich

There were many products not available including no gluten free bread Instead I was offered cheese oregano bread, which I find grossly negligent. And there's no sign of what's out, which is particularly annoying when the rest of the family has already ordered.

All are best quality and service . Staff are costumer friendly. I like love this Subway.

You can't offer hard, baked cookies. Subway cookies are known to be tender and soft, but you sell completely hard cookies. Bought 12 cookies for €10. If it didn't taste good, you can throw it in the bin. This subway will never learn. I'll leave hygiene and employees aside for now

In one word: catastrophic. For the second time, my gluten-free order was repeatedly delivered incorrectly. I specifically ordered gluten-free bread and paid almost €2 extra for it. Normal bread was delivered, which I am not allowed to eat for health reasons. The apparent incompetence and indifference of Subway employees when it comes to serious nutritional needs is beyond unacceptable. I will definitely not order here again.

We just ate very tasty chicken teriyaki sandwiches here. The two ladies were extremely friendly and very quick. There was a huge rush, but we only had to wait a short time. We will definitely come back here very soon!! ;)
