Best subway in Munich and very nice service

Bad service and just a stomach ache.

Subway, the people are very nice, very friendly, they are addictively nice, helpful

Ordered and everything was wrong. Wrong bread, 3 of the 5 ingredients ordered were missing. Exactly the same thing 3 months ago... ordered vegetarian and got meat and only partially refunded our money. So I can't order at all... I hope there will be an evening when I order and get what I paid for (already overpriced).

My chicken tandoori cookie and Philly Cheesesteak were very delicious and the staff were very polite.

Fresh and delicious food. The employees are nice and quick. They speak both English and German.

The employee at the counter couldn't utter a single understandable German word. Addendum: Also, management seems to insist that you have to show the free coupons PRINTED to get the discount. The last time that happened at McDonalds was 15 years ago! I was in this branch twice and twice it didn't meet the usual expectations.

Good location, but terrible service. The employees did not speak German or English. Communication was simply made at some point by just showing and being totally annoyed. In the end, the quality of the food was, as usual, top!

The employees hardly speak any German. Didn't understand the sub rewards and daily deals were also invalid even though it was signposted on the board??? And when you order, you're constantly being interrupted with something incomprehensible. Horrible experience I have ever had in a “fast food” restaurant. It took me 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich

There were many products not available including no gluten free bread Instead I was offered cheese oregano bread, which I find grossly negligent. And there's no sign of what's out, which is particularly annoying when the rest of the family has already ordered.

You can't offer hard, baked cookies. Subway cookies are known to be tender and soft, but you sell completely hard cookies. Bought 12 cookies for €10. If it didn't taste good, you can throw it in the bin. This subway will never learn. I'll leave hygiene and employees aside for now

In one word: catastrophic. For the second time, my gluten-free order was repeatedly delivered incorrectly. I specifically ordered gluten-free bread and paid almost €2 extra for it. Normal bread was delivered, which I am not allowed to eat for health reasons. The apparent incompetence and indifference of Subway employees when it comes to serious nutritional needs is beyond unacceptable. I will definitely not order here again.

We just ate very tasty chicken teriyaki sandwiches here. The two ladies were extremely friendly and very quick. There was a huge rush, but we only had to wait a short time. We will definitely come back here very soon!! ;)

First visit this afternoon (February 9th). Very well and quickly dispatched, with payment during preparation. Take part in actions. Much better than other Subways with snoring noses who can't find the coupons in the checkout or who don't take part in promotions at all. It's never been so quick and easy on any other subway.

Das personal ist sehr schnell und freundlich

subway hat deutlich nachgelassen. Die "Pommes-Wings" gehen leider garnicht und schmecken nach mikrowelle. Gutscheine sind nich kombinierbar und geschmacklich war auch schonmal alles besser.

Subway Sandwich ist wohl gleich Subway Sandwich, aber der Weg dorthin war etwas steinig aufgrund mangelnder Verständigung. Ich hätte meinen Job auch nicht ohne entsprechende Sprachkenntnisse. Vielleicht mal n Sprachkurs springen lassen ihr lieben

Mitarbeiter sprechen und verstehen sehr schlecht deutsch. Arbeiten nur nach Anleitung, fragen nicht ob getoastet oder nicht auch keine Nachfrage welche Zutaten man nicht möchte. Hören nicht zu! Sandwich keine 15 cm und sehr sparsam befüllt!!! Das kenne ich in anderen Filialen anders. Auf die Bestellung eines KidsPak kommt die Aussage, das haben sie nicht obwohl ich es in jeden Subway bestellen konnte, es wurde auch keine Alternative angeboten. Diese Filiale kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Sehr mangelhafter Service, Schade!

Insgesamt ok, aber kleine Hygienemängel Positiv: + Personal meist freundlich + Sandwiches werden gut, zügig und mit ordentlicher Große zubereitet +Toilette im UG vorhanden Negativ: - Leider Speisen in Vitrine oft nicht abbedeckt wenn keine Kundschaft (vgl. Bild). Deckel ließe sich leicht nach unten klappen. - Auch andere Speisen (Cookies, aber auch Nachfüllprodukte) stehen offen herum, was in Deutschland nicht dem Standard entspricht - Seifenspender im Herren-WC, trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation, nicht aufgefüllt (weder tags drauf, noch Woche drauf) - Ess-Tische werden nicht oft genug abgewischt, meist leicht schmutzig Bitte gerne als hilfreich bewerten, falls diese Rezension für Sie interessant war.
