Subway in München

Nice staff. But these vending machines are a disaster. The touchscreen doesn't work. I almost freaked out. Better not bother. It's also a bit unhygienic, considering that someone touches them first after scratching some part of their body. Then you eat with your hands. Delicious.

Wednesday, October 1, 2025: Open until midnight, according to the opening hours. When we arrived at around 11:20 p.m., we found the doors closed. The display was empty AND already cleaned, which is why I suspect they closed at 11 p.m. We saw an employee and pointed to the opening hours on the door – he just grinned at us and shrugged.

I'm very impressed with this Subway branch. It's clean and the authentic, delicious Subway sandwiches!

Well first of all I have to complain we made an order through Lieferando first nothing was updated for hours and then suddenly at half past twelve the food was delivered but only one sub although 3 were ordered a salad and cookies on top of that the receipt was torn off which means we got a completely different order unbelievable

There are no restrooms or they're locked, some ordering machines don't accept card payments, and others don't issue receipts. The cashier is rude and insists on speaking English, even though I've been speaking German to him the whole time. Note: If you don't order a toasted sandwich, they won't heat it up.

Parking is a bit tricky, but the food is good. And the staff are nice, too.

Disaster delivery costs €6, and then you have to wait another two hours. Never again.

I wanted to order at my machine, but unfortunately, this wasn't possible, so I ordered at another machine and paid in cash. Two days later, €23 was debited from my account, and unfortunately, no one answered the phone number. It's a shame, because the staff were really nice.

The worst Subway I've ever had in my life!!! The sandwich was good thank god but the welcome was awful!! A waitress without a smile and clearly annoyed by me for no reason who showed me the displays with disdain to make me understand that I should hurry up and tell her what I wanted in my sandwich. In the end I only took salad in it because I felt like I was bothering her so much... and the final blow she charged me for two sandwiches when I only asked for one and she only gave me part of the remaining change so I helped myself from her little change jar since she had decided to steal from me I did the same!! I ended up pointing out to her that she had charged me twice instead of once and asked me to tell her exactly how much she should give me back! You wonder if she really worked there?? She goes to collect the amount at the back, she was supposed to give me €5.65 but had €6, she puts down the €5 note and throws me the remaining €1 coin... It's really because I was hungry and I was only passing through Munich quickly, in any case the worst subway experience I've ever had in my life

The atmosphere is a bit informal, with touch screens for placing your order and card-only payments, so there's no human interaction with the staff serving you. The sandwich arrived with everything, and we loved it! We didn't order anything to drink—water is expensive in Munich—so we opted for a beer afterward!

Better music than most clubs in town

Naaa es gibt bessere und freundlichere subways in munich. I got in these one chicken teriyaki and chips a cold coke and a Snickers ok. The price is tha same but the freshness is here on ostbahnhof I will not one more go in. I'm done with ostbahnhof. I order next way a 🍕 pizza

The food was OK, not much topping. Especially the salad. I had vegan cheese chicken teriyaki, the meat was nice and juicy, but there was no cheese to be found! Service wasn't too quick, as everything was in a quick order system.

Ordered via Lieferando (cvr W67) With the 2:1 offer... I ordered the chicken teriyaki as usual as a 30cm sub, but they were supposed to deliver two... Price over €20! I only got one cold 30cm sub! This is a complete rip-off, people! On top of that, I couldn't reach them by phone because they immediately went to voicemail...

Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars. Never again. I'd rather starve. Received the wrong order, and it was way too late and freezing cold.

I feel so ripped off! My order didn't arrive until 1:40 hours later. The delivery time kept changing. We tried calling several times, but no one answered. The food was cold and wet. I didn't get the extra bacon. I expected more for €30...! Horrible!!! It's 12 o'clock at night and we're eating cold, wet food!!! The cookie is completely crumbled :(

For a dish that starts with chicken, there was unfortunately no sign of chicken. I don't know if they were just massively cutting corners or if something was mixed up. The 15 cm sub I ordered separately was also missing. Calls only go to voicemail, even the day after ordering. What a shame!

It was our first time at a Subway with ordering displays. Any questions we had were helped immediately, while the guys on duty carried on with their work professionally. Unfortunately, the ordering process was a bit difficult because the ordering display wasn't working properly. This was no problem for the guys. They were immediately extremely friendly and helpful and dealt with the problem with a calmness that was simply brilliant. For data protection reasons, I'm not mentioning their names, but we were at this Subway on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at around 8:30 p.m. A really big compliment to the two of you. Please keep it up, you're great. Many others can learn something from you. You will definitely be remembered fondly.
