Disappointed again – please finally improve! Unfortunately, I've been given the wrong meat again and again - that just can't happen all the time. The sub was also completely messy again: the sauce ran out everywhere, the vegetables fell out, and the cut in the middle looked bad. It is better to pay more attention to such errors in the store. I hope that the team takes the criticism to heart and finally shows more care.

Parking is extremely difficult here! There is no restroom available, as clearly shown in photos and videos. There’s not even a place to wash or sanitize your hands. For the first time, I saw a Subway branch where the food counter is closed off, and the proper way of preparing and serving food that you’d expect from Subway is completely missing at this location.

Went Wednesday at 16:20 and they were closed :/

Ate two subs here, it was very tasty. You order at the machine and then get it very quickly. Unfortunately the toilet was broken. Otherwise everything was great, the person at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice salesperson and good, fresh subs, even though it was close to closing time 👍 Unfortunately, the new ordering terminals aren't that great; my order (two extra cheeses with mixed flavors) couldn't be entered. There's definitely room for improvement here. If you're going to use a terminal, please make it as flexible as the employee, which has never been a problem.

I just got an Italy BMT sub to eat at home. I was very surprised to see that ordering screens have now been installed and you can no longer see the sandwich being made. At home I threw the sandwich away after a few bites because the salami tasted strange and didn't look good anymore. Without the privacy screen I might have noticed this too, but of course not. It's a shame because something like this has never happened to me at Subway.

I went to the store at 11 p.m. and it took 30 minutes until I could order. Then of course there were no more cookies, ok that might be understandable at that time. I couldn't order a salad either, so of course I only had to order it to go because of the long waiting time - a catastrophic experience.

I was surprised that it had 4 stars, but if you write a sign saying: “free cookie for a good Google rating” then you don’t have to be surprised. I wouldn’t even eat this cookie for free again because, firstly, it was hard and secondly, you won’t get it the one you want and thirdly, the staff was so strange, we waited so long for just 2 cookies, I can't believe it, it's crazy, I'll never come back!
