The worst Subway I've ever been to in my life!!! The sandwich was good thank goodness but the reception was terrible!! A waitress without a smile and clearly annoyed by me for no reason who shows me the displays with disdain to make me understand that I must hurry up and tell her what I want in my sandwich. In the end I only took salad in it because I felt like I was annoying her... and the final blow she charged me for two sandwiches even though I only asked for one and she only partially gave me back the remaining change. so I used her little coin jar since she had decided to steal from me, I did the same!! I ended up pointing out to her that she had billed me twice instead of once and asked me to tell her how much she should give me back exactly! Makes you wonder if she really worked there?? She goes to collect the amount from the back; she was supposed to give me €5.65 but had €6, she puts down the €5 note and throws me the remaining €1 coin.... It's really that I was hungry and that I was only passing through Munich quickly, in any case the worst subway experience I've ever had in my life.

Poor hygiene when preparing sandwiches. They use the same gloves when they count money... they make sandwiches without changing them... please change the gloves when you prepare sandwiches. Please don't use the same gloves for making food and counting the money.

I've been there many times but the man who worked there this evening urgently needs training or another job!!! The eye eats with a grain of salt but doesn't interest him, just throw everything on the bread eat or die in the motto paper was pressed into the bread when wrapping both sides actually didn't want any paper in the sub a catastrophe really!!!!!!! Unfortunately the children were still awake and it was already late otherwise I would have driven back. I work in the catering industry myself, I know what I'm talking about, sadly

Great subway that I know is cool in the summer and the service is nice

The staff was rude. When you order chicken on a sub that supposed to to fill up the scooper it wasn’t even half filled. So I decided to just get a 6in instead bc of the lack of meat. And even then I had to tell him he need to fill the scooper up all the way. The person he did after me he gave them plenty of meat. The service was bad.

The waitress was dishonest, I paid 20 euros for a 12 euro sandwich and only got 5 euros back! She took a 3 euro tip without informing me and then fled back to the kitchen. This is no different from robbery. I hope staff training can be strengthened. This waitress gave me a very bad experience! May dishonest people be severely punished and pay the due price for their actions

Really tasty Subway and good service

First of all, I'm a big subway fan and eat there regularly! I've eaten at subway all over Germany but this branch was by far the worst ever. Bread old Operation confused The counter is a mess as if it were carnival in the salad bar Sub inedible toppings, everything fell out, sauce all along the side of the bread A really sad overall situation!

My first visit to Subway gave me a taste

I love subway but this subway is the worst subway in entire Germany. Reasons 1- lettuce color changed to pink that means it is not more eatable 2- bread was not fresh but I didn't like was small black color flying insects on the salad. 3- most important attitude of staff is so bad that they don't even talk to you straight, the guy there he just took my order before I ask for more details he started addressing the next customer when I asked I m not done then he said sorry not now after this customer you can talk. Really, I came first and placed an order so it is his job to serve me first until I m done but this attitude made me say that don't go this subway ever. I suggest looking for other nearby subways or other alternatives but avoid this. I think this is the problem with some subway that they hire or allow immature students to work there without checking their customer managing skills. The repo of companies goes down because of this.

Bye Bey. That was the last time I was at Subway. The service has become very, very bad. The service is very unfriendly and not at all helpful. You as a customer are not treated in a friendly manner but are also allowed to listen to something. The love involved in preparing the individual subs is loveless and people still clap on them. The ladies and gentlemen should go to a training course and learn how to be friendly towards a customer. The new subway concepts are completely wrong. It's a shame but I won't visit this country again. I will have the app and my data deleted.

I had dinner there with my sister. My sister had a question about the new Daily Deals. But your question could not be answered. When we ordered we weren't treated very kindly. I had a vegan menu. Otherwise I was always asked whether I should put on new gloves (I wasn't). The bread was left in the oven for far too long. In my case the wrong sauce was put on it, even though I specifically pointed to the sauce I wanted (I left it like that). There is also no toilet in the branch.

Ordered via Lieferando, according to the app, the food was delivered but never arrived. Tried to call Subway where the order was placed, but the voicemail went straight to voicemail. Food was already paid for. This borders on fraud. Never ordering there again. Ask for money back.

Good service, food tastes great

I am writing this post after 3 bad experiences at this store. Whenever I have been there the staff has discriminated me in terms of quantity and my requests. Today was the heights of disrespectful behavior from them which made me write this post, I ordered a Furious Chicken Footlong and the lady (assuming she was Turkish from her dress) there put chicken like it was gold or something, really horrible quantity. I thought maybe that's the amount for a footlong here but after me there were some Germans ordering the same thing and the quantity of chicken was almost triple than what she gave me. When I asked them about this, they the guy at the counter was behaving like I was some kind of freak! I am getting fed up now with this kind of discrimination! I am not looking for any sympathy through this post but it should be an eye opener to all the expats!

Absolutely great, by far the best subway in the city. Fast and friendly service, even when the store is overrun with customers. Subs taste very good and the employees are extremely nice. Big praise especially to the sandwich artist Gori, who makes every visit that much better. A really rare friendly Subway employee who doesn't skimp on ingredients and makes every sub even better than it already would be. I love coming here whenever I'm nearby.

This is the best subway in Munich - Centrally located near the main train station/Stachus - Take part in all activities. App points, great vouchers, and daily deals. Only 3 others in Munich do this, but they are further out. - Sandwich is always well topped (not so stingy) - The staff are all very nice. Especially Sipan and Gori (?), but actually everyone. - Processing is faster than other subways (not so slow) - This subway has another advantage, but you can only find it out if you go there. ;)
