Ich bin zu diesem Subway und nicht zu einem anderen wegen der positiven Bewertungen. Vorort wurde ich leider etwas enttäuscht. Das Brot war viel zu klein (sicherlich nicht mit Absicht, aber ohne jegliche Entschädigung). Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar freundlich, sprachen aber kaum deutsch weshalb ich beim Gemüse nicht bekommen habe was ich wollte. Die Einrichtung des Ladens war auch schon etwas älter. Für 4 Sterne habe ich mehr erwartet. Zu guter letzt stand an der Kasse ein Schild, und hier schließt sich vermutlich der Kreis: "Gratis Cookie für POSITIVE Google Bewertungen" solche Praktiken finde ich nicht gut!

Echt jetzt? Mitarbeiter sind zwar net, können aber kein deutsch. Essen war nicht essbar - Waffle Fries waren gebrannt und nur in ganz kleinen Stücken - sahen aus wie Reste anstatt was, was man bestellt und bezahlt. Sandwich war kalt obwohl getoastet. Deshalb war ich seit Jahren nicht mehr bei Subway - nie wieder.

Ich verstehe nicht, warum "footlong" bei den Subs 30cm ist, bei den Sidekicks dann aber nicht mehr... Wenn was yls footlong ausgewiesen wird - muss es dann nicht footlong sein? Außerdem: alle Technik nutzt nix wenn man seine Bestellung regelrecht einhämmern muss, damit das Display reagiert. Wenn sich dann noch drei Leute am Thresen im Weg stehen, ist das Chaos komplett. Und wenn die Anzeige, welche Bestellnummer fertig ist, sollten die Beschäftigten wenigstens wissen, welche Zahl sie rufen müssen.

Hier geht alles blitzschnellDas Personal ist wirklich herzlich und fix ich hatte fast das Gefühl, mein Sub wurde schon belegt, bevor ich wusste, ob ich Parmesan-Oregano oder Vollkorn will. Und Wünsche (auch nachträgliche) werden an der Theke freundlich angenommen. Wer beim Bestellen zwei Salatblätter verlangt, muss sich allerdings im Klaren sein: Die Einrichtung lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Sie ist spartanisch und klassisch Fast-Food-Kette. Man sitzt hier kurz, isst sein Meisterwerk und ist wieder weg. Für den schnellen belegten Boxenstopp.

I only go to this Subway in an emergency. The bread is often really dry/seems stale. And overall, the subs don't taste worse anywhere else. The place isn't nice either, and it takes forever to get your sub. I'm writing this while I'm waiting for a sub again. I've been waiting for five minutes already, and I'm going to start writing a short story here: "The Man with the Cold Sub" I've been sitting here for four minutes? No, five. My phone says five. I'm in this Subway that no one ever wants to be in, but you always end up here eventually, like a plane that misses the better airport at the last second. I just wanted to grab a sub quickly. Quickly. I should have known that "quickly" here is a concept from a distant galaxy. The air smells of toast, but in a tired way. Like a room where too many slices of bread have been hoping to get crispy again for too long. Behind the counter stands a young man with a look that says: I already did too much for too little yesterday. Next to him is a woman who seems to have been fighting the fate that landed her in this Subway since the beginning of her shift. I like them both. I'd extend their lunch break in a heartbeat if I could. But I can't. I'm just the man waiting. I'm writing this to keep from going crazy. Maybe I'm writing a short story. Maybe I'm already in the middle of it. The door opens, and a guy walks in who looks like he hasn't been excited about anything since 2014. He looks at the selection of breads as if he's making a difficult moral decision. "Do you have the whole-wheat bread fresh?" he asks. The Subway woman looks at him as if it's the most gruesome question of the day. "We have the bread we have." I think that's one of the most honest statements I've heard in weeks. I spend minutes eleven through thirteen analyzing the sounds of the toaster. That metallic clack, then the short whir. I try to craft a metaphor from it. The toaster as a symbol of modern man. Everyone wants to get hot, but no one is allowed to get burned. I jot it down in my notes. Maybe I'll call the story "The Toaster and Nothingness" later. Then something happens. A low murmur behind the counter. Two employees whisper, one disappears into the back. The other looks at my half-finished sub as if it were a complicated surgical procedure. I wonder if they're trying to figure out if they still have chipotle sauce or if the whole system is crashing. I watch him open the refrigerator, close it, open it again. A man lost among mayo and mustard. I start to fantasize. What if this Subway isn't a Subway at all, but some kind of limbo? A place where time dissolves. Maybe everyone who's in a hurry comes here to learn what patience means. Maybe there's an angel in uniform behind the counter, making sandwiches so slowly just so we finally start thinking about our lives. I look to my right: There's a woman with a laptop, probably a student, chewing her sandwich so thoughtfully, as if she's considering whether this is her path in life. Next to her, a man in work clothes, silently staring at his phone. We're all prisoners of the same ritual. Each of us is waiting for something: a sandwich, a change, a better week. I look at my watch. Fourteen minutes. I could get up now, but that feels like ending the experiment just before it gets interesting. So I stay. Character limit reached. Final result: Waited 20 minutes, bread was pretty dry, as expected.

I went to Subway during their Oktoberfest promotion where it said on the front door that if you wore traditional clothes, you’d get a free cookie. I showed up dressed for it, but the employee told me I wouldn’t get the cookie anyway. On top of that, the sandwich sucked, which made the whole experience disappointing.

I think the cashier was trying to scam me. I had two separate orders with friends, which I wanted to pay for together. The total should have been €35. I paid €50 and got a change back. At the time, I hadn't really thought about it because I was otherwise occupied. I went to the restroom. When I came out, the cashier (with a dark complexion) said I had to pay for the second order because he had forgotten to do it earlier. It seemed very strange to me, as all I could remember was that I had already paid a large sum. My friends immediately pointed out to me that it couldn't be right. I went and, foolishly, actually paid. I couldn't understand the bill either, since I hadn't received a receipt. Stupid of me. After some thought, I went over and pointed out that something must be wrong. In no time, he had two €20 bills ready and handed them back to me, saying he'd made a mistake. Of course, I can't say for sure whether this was intentional or unintentional.

I hope this will ever improve... Half a sub used to fill me up. Today not even a whole one was enough! There was so little topping on the salami, three slices paper-thin that I could hardly taste it. But 30 cm for just under 20 euros?!?! And a display like at McDonald's, you can't see how much is being put on it or whether my extras are being added. Overall, the worst thing I've eaten in a long time, not even getting full for that much money, I'd rather go somewhere else. It's a shame, I always liked Sub Way, but it's not worth it anymore.

Thanks to cost-cutting measures, you've now lost a loyal customer. You pay almost €10 for a 30cm sub and there are only half as many vegetables on it as there were a few years ago. That's probably why they introduced screens, so you can't see how your order is being prepared. It should be normal to get the same proportion of vegetables in every bite and not just bite into bread at the end because they only put three slices of cucumber or tomato on the bread. My mouth is burning because they used the wrong (too hot) sauce. I used to work at Subway myself and I'm extremely disappointed. Normally they put 6 slices of cucumber and tomato so you get the same proportion in every bite. Definitely a downgrade!!!

Unfortunately, my visit to Subway at Goetheplatz was very disappointing. Despite clear communication, my order was prepared incorrectly twice. I paid for additional ingredients, but I didn't receive anything – a complete no-go. My companion also received a cookie that was obviously no longer fresh. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and in retrospect, I would have preferred to keep my money. Neither the quality nor the service was up to scratch here.

What used to take 3-5 minutes now takes what feels like 20-30 minutes with the terminals for self-ordering. This system makes sense if you have several employees (e.g. McDonalds or Burger King), but not with two employees. In addition, the terminals do not work properly because they close the selected option in the middle of the ordering process. Overall, a deterioration compared to the previous system without terminals.

Das Subway in der Silberhornstraße ist wirklich ein sehr guter Ort, wenn man frisches und leckeres Essen möchte. Die Sandwiches schmecken immer gut, die Zutaten wirken frisch und man kann sich alles genau so zusammenstellen, wie man es mag. Besonders angenehm finde ich, dass der Laden sauber ist und eine entspannte Atmosphäre hat. Was den Besuch aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die beiden Mitarbeiter dort. Beide sind immer freundlich, gut gelaunt und sehr aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und merkt, dass sie Spaß an ihrer Arbeit haben. Auch wenn es mal voller ist, bleiben sie ruhig und kümmern sich schnell und freundlich um die Kunden. Der Service ist insgesamt top und genau deshalb komme ich gerne wieder. Es ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich, so nett bedient zu werden. Außerdem ist die Lage in der Silberhornstraße sehr praktisch und gut erreichbar. Wer ein gutes Subway mit freundlichem Service, frischen Zutaten und angenehmer Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und das Personal freundlich. Das Sandwich war echt lecker, ich hatte es mit Teriyaki-Hähnchen oder so ähnlich süß, und es war super. Es wurde auch schnell serviert.
