I was there twice within a short period of time a few weeks ago because I work nearby. On the first visit, after I wanted some fried onions on my sandwich, the employee mumbled "just put more on it." As an individual case, I wouldn't really care at all, but after I was there again after a few days and had to wait in line for half an hour because the two service ladies were too incompetent to deal with 2 customers and a Wolt driver because they didn't pick up the order properly. When ordering and paying, I showed my voucher for which I was actually supposed to pay half a sub and would have gotten a whole one. Yes, who would have thought that the service staff was also incompetent and made me pay the full price. I then had the invoice given to me and did the math myself and found that I had paid a little over €5 too much. Then I had to charge the lady at the checkout 3 times why it didn't work and after she figured it out I was told that they don't have a key for the checkout but now I can get half a sub again. So my number 1 get 2 voucher became a pay 2 get 3 voucher. Math wasn't necessarily my best subject at school, but I don't think that's such a great deal for me. It was definitely the last time you saw me in that subway.

Best sandwich I've ever had and fast food in general. I also ordered and usually when you order the quality drops significantly, but here it was still very good. Very friendly staff and the cookies are delicious as always.

Staff had no idea, you have to explain your own voucher to them. In the end, they couldn't even undo their own obvious mistake. Apparently there is no one there who has permission. How can you leave such employees alone? By the way, I waited half an hour for a sub, with only one customer in front of me... brilliant performance.

After a misunderstanding regarding the EM2024 campaign and the associated coupons, Subway tried to clarify the situation within a very short time. Definitely a thumbs up for this. Otherwise, the branch is very clean and pleasant after the recent renovation. The quality of the food is also top! The service is fast and friendly, there is still a little room for improvement, but it is absolutely within the scope of what you can expect from system catering. You should try out the new sub-variants of the Signature Series. Only the new price structure (sometimes 13 to 15 € for a footlong) is slowly reaching sit-down restaurant levels. Overall, a recommended address.

My friend and I ordered here through Wolt. We ordered four sandwiches: - Subway Melt Philly Supreme -Sub Tuna - 2 teriyakis All well and good. Unfortunately my teriyaki sub didn't have any teriyaki... (see picture). The tomato was no longer the youngest and the cheese was missing too.. It's a shame because Subway is really tasty...

The sub has been completely renovated and is therefore in good condition. I would often like to see two people serving during prime time.

The employees should already be able to speak German or at least speak some English. You have to pay extra for the friendliness here. My advice to everyone. Better go to the nearest subway!

They had no baskets and I had to eat my sub on paper. The employee only spoke English but the sub was of course great.

Visit on February 14th at 4:20 p.m The employee said I should wait and scan the code. But then he apparently initiated the payment process before scanning. I received no points. I don't have any receipts to post later.

Der Laden ist super. Personal ist freundlich und man bekommt seine Sandwiches wie man sie will. Zudem sind sie recht schnell fertig.

Der Mitarbeiter wollte mich nicht reinlassen um 21:30 obwohl der laden noch 30 min laut Internet offen hatte

Ich finde denn Laden sehr Gut und Entspannt zum Essen und ist auch leicht zu erreichen mit denn Offentlichen Verkehr.

Die sandwitches waren wie immer perfekt allerdings könnte die Location etwas besser sein.

Habe mir den BBQ Rib einverleibt. War sehr deliziös und durfte sogar so viel Gemüse wählen, wie ich wollte. Also fazit: ganzes 30 cm Sub ballert zum Frühstück
