👌I've been ordering TunaSub for months. I'd say it's the best TunaSub in Germany! My colleagues could learn a thing or two from it.

Unfortunately, the fries were rock-hard and bone-dry, and the ingredients in the subs were completely mixed up...

I think the cashier was trying to scam me. I had two separate orders with friends, which I wanted to pay for together. The total should have been €35. I paid €50 and got a change back. At the time, I hadn't really thought about it because I was otherwise occupied. I went to the restroom. When I came out, the cashier (with a dark complexion) said I had to pay for the second order because he had forgotten to do it earlier. It seemed very strange to me, as all I could remember was that I had already paid a large sum. My friends immediately pointed out to me that it couldn't be right. I went and, foolishly, actually paid. I couldn't understand the bill either, since I hadn't received a receipt. Stupid of me. After some thought, I went over and pointed out that something must be wrong. In no time, he had two €20 bills ready and handed them back to me, saying he'd made a mistake. Of course, I can't say for sure whether this was intentional or unintentional.

I hope this will ever improve... Half a sub used to fill me up. Today not even a whole one was enough! There was so little topping on the salami, three slices paper-thin that I could hardly taste it. But 30 cm for just under 20 euros?!?! And a display like at McDonald's, you can't see how much is being put on it or whether my extras are being added. Overall, the worst thing I've eaten in a long time, not even getting full for that much money, I'd rather go somewhere else. It's a shame, I always liked Sub Way, but it's not worth it anymore.

Thanks to cost-cutting measures, you've now lost a loyal customer. You pay almost €10 for a 30cm sub and there are only half as many vegetables on it as there were a few years ago. That's probably why they introduced screens, so you can't see how your order is being prepared. It should be normal to get the same proportion of vegetables in every bite and not just bite into bread at the end because they only put three slices of cucumber or tomato on the bread. My mouth is burning because they used the wrong (too hot) sauce. I used to work at Subway myself and I'm extremely disappointed. Normally they put 6 slices of cucumber and tomato so you get the same proportion in every bite. Definitely a downgrade!!!

Unfortunately, my visit to Subway at Goetheplatz was very disappointing. Despite clear communication, my order was prepared incorrectly twice. I paid for additional ingredients, but I didn't receive anything – a complete no-go. My companion also received a cookie that was obviously no longer fresh. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and in retrospect, I would have preferred to keep my money. Neither the quality nor the service was up to scratch here.

I got a chicken fiesta sub with toasted Italian herb & cheese bread, but ordered a nacho chicken classic with Italian bread. I had to wait 25 minutes for this...

What used to take 3-5 minutes now takes what feels like 20-30 minutes with the terminals for self-ordering. This system makes sense if you have several employees (e.g. McDonalds or Burger King), but not with two employees. In addition, the terminals do not work properly because they close the selected option in the middle of the ordering process. Overall, a deterioration compared to the previous system without terminals.

I ordered here via Lieferando, terrible, I waited 2.5 hours for my food, no one answered the phone, once someone answered and hung up on me in the face without listening. Disaster

You order from vending machines here, which is basically a great idea. I ordered takeout and unfortunately received a different sub even though my order number was verified. I I got a different vegetable topping, bread, cheese and sauce... therefore only 1 star. This can be quite dangerous, especially for people with allergies, if you notice it too late.

The service was rarely as unfriendly and snotty as in this subway, even though it was completely empty. Even if there is a shortage of skilled workers, you should still expect a minimum level of politeness and manners. It was definitely my last visit there!

I ordered a wrap from the store with cheddar cheese and guacamole. There was no cheese or extra guacamole in it, but I paid for it anyway. Very annoying. Unfortunately, I was already home when I noticed it. Very annoying.

It's just a normal subway. I don't like the fact that you can now only order at the order terminals and can no longer say what you want on site like before.

First of all: I have been a customer of this branch for many years and have enjoyed eating there regularly. That's probably over now... Ordered two subs on March 10th (evening) (Italian BMT & Philly Beef). Recently, there is no longer any communication with the (previously always friendly) employees in this branch - orders are now placed via touchscreen kiosks (known from Mcdonald's & Co). In addition, a new wooden plate has been installed between the customer and the operator, with the result that you can no longer see what and how much is being used. Anyway, I took the packed subs home (2 minute walk) and to my surprise I discovered when I unpacked them: the previously well-filled subs are both an absolute joke. Unfortunately not a good one - the ingredients were more than sparse and the taste was far from what we were used to. Well, it was enough and I didn't worry about it any further... ...until the following morning, despite getting enough sleep, I not only woke up extremely exhausted, but also with a headache, a slight fever and nausea. When I had to throw up around 4:30 p.m. after a day of suffering and feeling bad, it was completely clear: this restaurant will never see me again! It should be said that I haven't had to vomit in >10 years and I really have anything but a sensitive stomach! I enjoyed being a customer in this branch for many years, but not only has the quantity apparently changed, but also the quality. Buy food there? Never again.

Recently you have to order at the upselling order terminal. Not only does this take forever and doesn't work properly because the touchscreens respond slowly or poorly, but it also makes the entire ordering process much more impersonal and unpleasant. It's never so crowded that it saves time. Absolute deterioration.

Unfortunately, all the well-intentioned improvements are of no use if there is only one man behind the counter who can hardly keep up. Just one more person and you wouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for a sub.

Subway offers the best cookies and the service is very customer oriented. We can only recommend a visit.

Never seen such a good subway. Two very nice gentlemen served me. Everything went great, well documented, everything was understood and never asked more than once. Even the gloves that put meat on my friend's bread were changed because I wanted vegetarian!! Never seen anything like it. Everything was just great!!!

I find the Subway app particularly practical, with which I can place my order in advance - this saves time. Whether for pickup or with a delivery service, Subway at Goetheplatz offers a reliable and delicious option for anyone looking for a quick and fresh sandwich. I can only recommend it!

Sent a friend to pick up. Ordered a Philly Supreme ... Got something that was not even close. There were cucumbers that were not mentioned and I can't eat them. Plus tons of other veggies not mentioned in the receipt. There was no slice of cheese and the mozzarella was not melted. Worst sandwich ever. Barely eatable.
