I got a chicken fiesta sub with toasted Italian herb & cheese bread, but ordered a nacho chicken classic with Italian bread. I had to wait 25 minutes for this...

What used to take 3-5 minutes now takes what feels like 20-30 minutes with the terminals for self-ordering. This system makes sense if you have several employees (e.g. McDonalds or Burger King), but not with two employees. In addition, the terminals do not work properly because they close the selected option in the middle of the ordering process. Overall, a deterioration compared to the previous system without terminals.

I ordered here via Lieferando, terrible, I waited 2.5 hours for my food, no one answered the phone, once someone answered and hung up on me in the face without listening. Disaster

You order from vending machines here, which is basically a great idea. I ordered takeout and unfortunately received a different sub even though my order number was verified. I I got a different vegetable topping, bread, cheese and sauce... therefore only 1 star. This can be quite dangerous, especially for people with allergies, if you notice it too late.

The service was rarely as unfriendly and snotty as in this subway, even though it was completely empty. Even if there is a shortage of skilled workers, you should still expect a minimum level of politeness and manners. It was definitely my last visit there!

I ordered a wrap from the store with cheddar cheese and guacamole. There was no cheese or extra guacamole in it, but I paid for it anyway. Very annoying. Unfortunately, I was already home when I noticed it. Very annoying.

It's just a normal subway. I don't like the fact that you can now only order at the order terminals and can no longer say what you want on site like before.

First of all: I have been a customer of this branch for many years and have enjoyed eating there regularly. That's probably over now... Ordered two subs on March 10th (evening) (Italian BMT & Philly Beef). Recently, there is no longer any communication with the (previously always friendly) employees in this branch - orders are now placed via touchscreen kiosks (known from Mcdonald's & Co). In addition, a new wooden plate has been installed between the customer and the operator, with the result that you can no longer see what and how much is being used. Anyway, I took the packed subs home (2 minute walk) and to my surprise I discovered when I unpacked them: the previously well-filled subs are both an absolute joke. Unfortunately not a good one - the ingredients were more than sparse and the taste was far from what we were used to. Well, it was enough and I didn't worry about it any further... ...until the following morning, despite getting enough sleep, I not only woke up extremely exhausted, but also with a headache, a slight fever and nausea. When I had to throw up around 4:30 p.m. after a day of suffering and feeling bad, it was completely clear: this restaurant will never see me again! It should be said that I haven't had to vomit in >10 years and I really have anything but a sensitive stomach! I enjoyed being a customer in this branch for many years, but not only has the quantity apparently changed, but also the quality. Buy food there? Never again.

Recently you have to order at the upselling order terminal. Not only does this take forever and doesn't work properly because the touchscreens respond slowly or poorly, but it also makes the entire ordering process much more impersonal and unpleasant. It's never so crowded that it saves time. Absolute deterioration.

The subs are very good and the staff is very friendly.

Unfortunately, all the well-intentioned improvements are of no use if there is only one man behind the counter who can hardly keep up. Just one more person and you wouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for a sub.

Subway offers the best cookies and the service is very customer oriented. We can only recommend a visit.

Never seen such a good subway. Two very nice gentlemen served me. Everything went great, well documented, everything was understood and never asked more than once. Even the gloves that put meat on my friend's bread were changed because I wanted vegetarian!! Never seen anything like it. Everything was just great!!!

Sent a friend to pick up. Ordered a Philly Supreme ... Got something that was not even close. There were cucumbers that were not mentioned and I can't eat them. Plus tons of other veggies not mentioned in the receipt. There was no slice of cheese and the mozzarella was not melted. Worst sandwich ever. Barely eatable.

short, fat worker very very rude!

I was there twice within a short period of time a few weeks ago because I work nearby. On the first visit, after I wanted some fried onions on my sandwich, the employee mumbled "just put more on it." As an individual case, I wouldn't really care at all, but after I was there again after a few days and had to wait in line for half an hour because the two service ladies were too incompetent to deal with 2 customers and a Wolt driver because they didn't pick up the order properly. When ordering and paying, I showed my voucher for which I was actually supposed to pay half a sub and would have gotten a whole one. Yes, who would have thought that the service staff was also incompetent and made me pay the full price. I then had the invoice given to me and did the math myself and found that I had paid a little over €5 too much. Then I had to charge the lady at the checkout 3 times why it didn't work and after she figured it out I was told that they don't have a key for the checkout but now I can get half a sub again. So my number 1 get 2 voucher became a pay 2 get 3 voucher. Math wasn't necessarily my best subject at school, but I don't think that's such a great deal for me. It was definitely the last time you saw me in that subway.

Best sandwich I've ever had and fast food in general. I also ordered and usually when you order the quality drops significantly, but here it was still very good. Very friendly staff and the cookies are delicious as always.

After a misunderstanding regarding the EM2024 campaign and the associated coupons, Subway tried to clarify the situation within a very short time. Definitely a thumbs up for this. Otherwise, the branch is very clean and pleasant after the recent renovation. The quality of the food is also top! The service is fast and friendly, there is still a little room for improvement, but it is absolutely within the scope of what you can expect from system catering. You should try out the new sub-variants of the Signature Series. Only the new price structure (sometimes 13 to 15 € for a footlong) is slowly reaching sit-down restaurant levels. Overall, a recommended address.

My friend and I ordered here through Wolt. We ordered four sandwiches: - Subway Melt Philly Supreme -Sub Tuna - 2 teriyakis All well and good. Unfortunately my teriyaki sub didn't have any teriyaki... (see picture). The tomato was no longer the youngest and the cheese was missing too.. It's a shame because Subway is really tasty...

The sub has been completely renovated and is therefore in good condition. I would often like to see two people serving during prime time.
