The employee refused to accept a voucher from the app even though the branch is shown in the app as a “participating branch”. In addition, the employee covered the sandwiches with the same gloves (without tongs) and collected them - hygienically questionable... But the sandwich was well topped and tasted very good

Worst subway I know. The employee had to read the ingredients from the poster, the first bread was so old that he had to replace it and, despite the instructions, not everything was on the sub. When you pay, the Footlong suddenly costs almost €2 more than on the ad. When asked about this, they simply said “that’s what the cash register says, there’s nothing you can do about it”. It was €14.09, but it cost €15.99 - a disgrace. To top it all off, the employee was unable to return the bottle deposit. I have never experienced anything like it. This subway will never see us again.

Definitely, it doesn’t look like a Subway… the place is not truly clean, it is like still under construction and the preparation was just… poor. Less as possible of the ingredients and wrapped in the worst way..

I'm vegan and there were just pieces of meat in my sub. Very unhygienic in itself too.

Worst subway I've ever been to. Bread looked like it was several days old and was badly broken several times during "preparation", making it virtually impossible to eat the sub without losing half of the contents. The taste was so bad that after 5 bites I decided to throw it away instead of risking food poisoning, which I wouldn't rule out.

Food very tasty, the dark-skinned woman with blonde hair is very nice! I always enjoy going there :)

Terrible. Sandwich was pretty much all vegetables and the fries were terrible (just reheated in the oven). In addition, the service was unfriendly and judged the portions very poorly.

I do not know where to start. The table was completely dirty. Food residue and grease stains, so that you feel disgusting and extremely uncomfortable and doubt whether you should order take-away instead. So I decided to eat there with my girlfriend today so that the food wouldn't get cold. But the absolutely unfriendly employee made sure that we still got our food cold. It wasn't heated at all. After a complaint and a very laborious, unfriendly conversation with the employee, the sandwiches were half-heartedly warmed up again for 10 seconds, but of course they were completely cold inside again. We didn't even receive any documents and half of the ingredients were missing from the sandwiches we ordered The foul stench, the unaesthetic ambience and the bad-tempered, unfriendly employees give this store the rest. Conclusion: Everything is done wrong and badly here, what you can NEVER do wrong again.

I actually like Subway and haven't had any bad experiences so far. Today I was in this branch with my friend. The bar tables were dirty with lots of leftover food and sauce stains. The unfriendly service also leaves a lot to be desired - the order was not implemented correctly (half of the ingredients were missing) and the food was served cold. To top it off, after asking to reheat it, the waitress just rolled her eyes without an apology. A young man offered us new sandwiches but we never received them. Our sandwiches were listlessly put back in the oven -- end result: still cold... The meat in the sandwich was therefore undercooked and completely raw. This branch won't see me again. If the health department knew about the conditions... If there was a chance, this subway would get minus stars.

Mostly nice here but one employee burned my sub, a shame :(

Just ordered from Lieferando. Totally cold. Ordered Cola and then received Pepsi. Yes, you can live with it. But the sandwich with pesto even though I ordered guacamole. And it took a long time too. Not recommendable.

In short: - the employee 09.12 2:40 p.m. was unfriendly, packed the wrong biscuit (obviously revealing her lack of interest in not wanting to listen to the order) and, despite repeated requests to pay for everything on the menu, billed for all items individually and demanded more. It was dirty too. Kind regards to the trade inspectorate. Never again

Habe gestern zwei Subs bei der Mitarbeiterin Sanja bestellt, haben klasse geschmeckt und hat sie zügig zubereitet. Durch ihre offene und kommunikative Art im Umgang mit ihren Kunden sticht sie heraus! Kunde ist König bei ihr und das merkt man, vielen Dank!

Wurden von sanja bedient, kurz vor Feierabend hat sie uns mit einer guten Laune bedient. Sie hat wirklich schnell und sauber gearbeitet. MIT LÄCHELM IM GESICHT. Ich gehe ungern in einen Subway weil ich sonst unfreundlich bedient werde. Mega Erfahrung sanja verdient the bare minimum and more

Top Service, nettes Team, sauber und schnell.

Kenne diese Filiale schon seit meinem ersten Semester an der LMU in 2006 und es hat sich seitdem nicht viel geändert. In punkto Essen und Service ist das auch gut so, nur ist diese Filiale weiterhin nur auf Takeaway ausgelegt und zudem nicht klimatisiert: Respekt an die Mitarbeiter, daß die das grad so professionell aushalten, als Kunde bin selbst ich schon beim warten heute fast umgekippt bei diesen Temperaturen...

Der Laden wurde renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Der Mitarbeiter versteht sein Handwerk und konnte des weiteren mit nützlichen Tipps weiterhelfen (Zwiebel und Jalapeños schon vor dem Toasten auf den Sub geben).

An und für sich ist Subway spitzenklasse... Aber die letzten Lieferungen waren immer unvollständig, auch wenn es sich immer nur um Cookies oder Getränke gehandelt hat. Fakt ist: Sie wurden bezahlt und nicht geliefert. Zwei Sterne, mehr kann ich dafür nicht geben.

Sehr schnelle und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Essen war sehr sättigend und die Preise sind angemessen das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt sind die fehlenden Sitzgelegenheiten innen aber diese gibt es draußen somit optimal für den Sommer !

The sub was good and the restaurant was clean. The vegetables could be fresher and it would be nice if the process of making it was faster.

A 30cm-s szendvicsek nagyon kiadósak, és nem spórolnak a töltelékkel sem. Ami ott van és kéred belerakják, annyit amennyit kérsz belőle, csak bírja el a pofád! :D
