This is supposed to be a joke, there's no more corn in the counter at 4 p.m. My chicken fajita has 5 grams of meat and you pay 10 euros for it. What went wrong with this chain?

I always come by. Even after years, always friendly, fresh and fast.

The store appears clean and tidy, the furnishings are modern. But what sucks is, on the one hand, the staff and, on the other hand, the quality and the way in which the ordered food is served. Eternal waiting including cheeky comments when you ask where your fast food is after 13 minutes. The tablet was then carelessly slammed onto the table... The burgers looked as if the box had been shaken after being packed.

The food is okay. Enjoyable. But we couldn't communicate so well because we don't speak German and they didn't speak English very well.. That's it.

A rip-off: The app states that the restaurant is one of the participating locations offering a deal. However, this was refused at the checkout with the reason: “The boss said we wouldn’t do that.”

According to Google, open until 10:30 p.m. Got there at 9:30 p.m. Locked...

I come sometimes and i really like the food and the staff are always nice. 👍

Biggest disaster!!! I waited a solid 40 minutes for 3 subs and the place wasn't even full... The 2 boys had more to do with chatting in Arabic and looking out the window than making sandwiches! I had 4 orders waiting and they all waited over 30 minutes! If I hadn't been forced to pay beforehand, I would have just left! But since Subway also switched to the completely stupid ordering tablets, the whole principle of the store is for you. Butt! And the one in Hechtsheim shoots the bird! I have never experienced such unmotivated and slow employees in a fast food store! If it wasn't so sad, it would have been hilarious how extremely indifferent the two of them were that everyone in the store was complaining! And that's after the store was closed for months and has now reopened not too long ago. You can close it straight away if it continues like this!

The best employees are funny and nice and the intern Leon does his job very well and the boss Arslan is the best man

Since they switched to Lieferando, it's been absolutely terrible. You walk in, supposedly with only two people in front of you. After 10 minutes, I've lost my appetite. And this is the third and, by the way, last time it's happened. I used to leave money here every day. If there's only one employee, don't take online orders. Or assign someone to do it. Awkward! Edit: I walked in once and it was completely empty. But the employee said it would take at least half an hour due to a large Lieferando order.

Dismal and listless staff as always

Ordered via Lieferando. Delivery took a long time. Food was terrible. Cold and muddy. 40 minutes after eating, the stomach no longer wanted to hold the contents. abdominal cramps etc. !!!Never again Subway!!!

I waited exactly 2:30 and my order didn't arrive and then it was canceled. Service 0

Rarely have I experienced such a bad Subway, the food was so bad and everything was cold. You can't tell anyone this... Please don't do this to yourself🙏
