It is very great for fast food when time is limited. It is the perfect choice as it provides many different meals to suit all tastes. I personally prefer eating their Chicken box, which is wings of fried chicken, nuggets, and curry sauce. I advise you to try it, you can see it in the attached pictures.

A rip-off: The app states that the restaurant is one of the participating locations offering a deal. However, this was refused at the checkout with the reason: “The boss said we wouldn’t do that.”

This shop is simply a disaster. Ordered through Lieferando, delivery was supposed to take an hour, 1.5 hours later, still not there! You wait in vain for food, you call them, hahaha funny, but they answer the voicemail! NEVER AGAIN, this snotty shop! Doesn't even deserve a star!

The shop exudes the unadorned charm of a location in Beirut in the 80s: bare walls, flanked only here and there by a lonely refrigerator or a sign, give you the feeling of having just moved, despite the fact that the shop has been around for years. You could call the service 'rustic', but 'rustic' would probably sue you for defamation of reputation. The containers with ingredients are peppered back and forth carelessly and the orders are processed with almost socialist apathy. Preferably everything without eye contact. Only the result - a delicious, fresh sub - can make the customer forget all of this in an instant. Unfortunately, that remains a pious wish, because the first bite is reminiscent of old ship's rusks and suggests that the bread was either baked the day before and/or has been re-baked at least once since then. The diarrhea the next day puts the eerie crown on the whole thing. Having been an enthusiastic Subway customer for 20 years, this was the first time I had a really bad meal here.

I often go to this subway to quickly grab something for myself. Unfortunately, the current visit has reached the height of disappointment. Staff: Unfriendly, no eye contact, no greeting, putting together the subs is very difficult and you already regret not going somewhere else at this point. When paying, the employee simply leaves the cash register before finishing without saying a word and, as with the greeting, not even a “thank you” or goodbye… The communication is catastrophic!!! You can clearly feel the lack of motivation on the part of the staff when you place your order. You then wish that it would be over quickly and that you could leave the store again. Cleanliness: There is also a lot of catching up to do on this topic. The counter looks very untidy and the ingredients on display don't look inviting. Nevertheless, I took my food with me and the result tasted exactly how I felt in the store. Just disappointing. As already mentioned, I come here very often because this store is the closest subway in my area. It's a shame how the branch has developed negatively over the years. In the future I will definitely avoid this branch and choose an alternative. Very unfortunate :(

The new woman was very unfriendly. She sent us out (yes, sent us out, not asked us out!) without giving a real reason, and she spoke in a very unfriendly and disrespectful manner! That's just not acceptable! We didn't even get in properly! Supposedly, there were too many customers, but everyone who lives in Cuxhaven knows that the subway is full of customers between 1 and 2 p.m., but there were only two girls there, and two of them had already paid. Such unfriendly staff is just not acceptable, even if you're having a bad day, you shouldn't take it out on the customers!

I was extremely annoyed today. Pros: Staff friendly, store clean. Con: I ordered half a sub for my little daughter, topped with... just salami. The way children are. Next to the salad there were lattice fries, my daughter asked if she could have 2-3 pieces on her sub (there was nothing else on the sub). The employee's answer: Yes, that's possible, but then he would have to charge the checkout for a bag of fries. That is a decision by management. Now let's be honest: you're charging for a whole bag of fries because a small child wanted three lattice fries on his sub, where otherwise there was no salad or anything on it????? Really now??? You're kidding yourself with this. To think about: A satisfied customer comes back. I definitely won't come back to the store because of three fries (because I just think that's rude). Do the math for yourself: Was it worth getting a bad review + losing a customer because of THREE fries? You know for yourself, I won't go to this store anymore. By the way, greetings to the management.
