Eating in: It's quick and tastes pretty good – the staff are friendly when they're not stressed (like at all fast-food restaurants). It's best to plan what you want on your sub beforehand, as they don't offer much advice (which is fine). The cookies are delicious, as always!

I've ordered from outside a few times, and every time it's a 50/50 chance whether you'll get your order if you're 18 or older. According to the employee I called today, the bread I ordered isn't there. Poor management is a major concern here. Since this wasn't the first time, whoever runs the place should simply order more bread instead of making customers wait 25-45 minutes before canceling their order. This was probably the last time I order from here in Fürth. From now on, I'll be in Nuremberg. 👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Only 5 stars because of the employee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ate at Subway today and was completely thrilled! The sandwich tasted really good – fresh, delicious, and exactly how you'd want it. I'd especially like to mention the employee: a younger guy with longer hair in a ponytail. He was extremely friendly, super helpful, and very quick, too. I've rarely experienced such positive service – you feel truly welcome as a customer. All in all: top-notch, I'll definitely be back!

Number 1: An order was placed before us (vegan teriyaki). The employee first threw meat on it, realized it was supposed to be vegan, and then scraped the meat off and continued using the dirty bread. Disgusting. 2: I ordered a Veggie Delight (€7.99 on the poster), and when I paid, it suddenly cost €10. I asked what that was all about when it said €7.99 on the wall. "Yes, that's the old price." I insisted on paying the advertised price, but it wasn't possible. We won't go there again. The employees were not only unfriendly but also barely spoke German. Absolutely impossible, and that only happened in the 10 minutes we were there. Much more likely to happen every day. Yuck.

Awful! Ordered through Lieferando, delivery time was an hour, which wouldn't have been so tragic. But the order was suddenly canceled on the specified delivery date. If you don't have the time or the inclination, you should cancel within 15 minutes and not at the time of delivery! That way the customer would have the opportunity to order elsewhere and wouldn't have to sit there with an empty stomach! That was a disgrace. Not recommended!!!

There are many Subway branches in Germany, a few are good, but some are really bad – like this one. The young man behind the counter was clearly overwhelmed: no table was wiped, the floor was dirty, and the drinks coolers were almost empty. The food tasted as always at Subway, and the ingredients looked fresh. It's a shame how Subway lets its branches deteriorate.

I have something to tell you today. I wanted to get two subs after work today. I waited in the shop for 45 minutes. There was a young Syrian in the shop. He couldn't speak much German and said shortly after 8:00 that there were only 7 loaves of bread left. When it was my turn, there were only 3. There was only wholemeal bread left, but among them were 2 with oregano. I asked him if he could have them. He then said to me coldly, "They're his, which he'll take home after work." Then I wanted to pay. I stood at the checkout for another 10 minutes because he didn't know what to enter into the register, he couldn't count money, and he spoke very little German. After an hour and 2 subs, I went home furious.

I went to Subway today, and it was a complete disaster. Upon walking in, there were only three types of bread to choose from – okay, not ideal, but not the end of the world. The employee had earplugs in, listened to music on YouTube the entire time I was ordering, and didn't take them out once. Communication was almost impossible, he barely spoke German, and you could really tell he had no idea what he was doing... the whole thing was just unpleasant. I ordered half a vegan teriyaki. He even repeated "vegan" – so I thought he knew what he was doing. Then I asked for cheddar cheese. But he had no idea which cheese was which – so he just slapped sliced cheese AND cheddar on it. I just said, "Just leave it on," because it was already messy enough. As I said, I wanted half a sandwich – but he made a whole one, then simply cut it in half at the end and left one half. The oven rang five times to let you know it was ready because he kept messing around on his phone. The vegetables were fine, but then the next problem arose: Almost all the sauces were gone – all that was left was yogurt and BBQ. He knew this too, because at first he just tried to close it right away without putting any sauce on it, but when I said, "Maybe I can get some more sauce," he reacted. He definitely had more sauce in the warehouse, but he just didn't feel like getting it. When I paid, he simply charged me twice for the cheese. Even though HE made the mistake! I didn't even want that cheese!!! I thought, okay, I just want to get out of here. I then took the sandwich to go and ate it on the go. As I ate it, the texture immediately struck me as odd – but I didn't notice right away because I assumed the employee knew what he was doing, especially when he repeated "VEGAN." I've been a vegetarian for over 12 years and I just can't remember what meat tastes like anymore. But my boyfriend tried it and immediately said, "That's meat." And yes – as soon as I saw the fibers, it was clear: This was real chicken and definitely not vegan. We drove back to the store, even though it was completely unnecessary. I confronted him directly, and his first reaction was simply, "Oh." No shock, no apology, just indifference. Later, he said he could give me the money back. First, he couldn't manage it, then he wanted to make me another one—as if I'd ever want to eat there again after something like that? He obviously couldn't even explain to his boss what happened. Because he speaks 0.3% German, how does anyone even get a job like that?? Anyways... In the end, I get €6.70 back—even though the sandwich should have cost €5 or so. The €1.70 was an extra charge for the cheese, which I didn't even want.... And then, man, I cry. He gives me a €5 note. AND THE REST, SERIOUSLY, IN 5 CENT PIECES!!!!!! Guys, I'm not kidding you!!!! So, I understand that people want to make their job easier, and I don't care if they wear headphones or listen to music, but all of this together was just too much... a complete nightmare. Please fire this guy IMMEDIATELY.

I tried ordering via Uber, but even though two drivers tried to pick it up, they couldn't. After over an hour, I changed the order to "pickup" and drove there. When I arrived at the store, the employees were sitting inside chatting with (presumably) friends. As I walked in, they informed me that they were already closed. I asked for my order anyway and was "very politely" snapped at by the employee that they didn't have any and if they did, they would have already canceled it (which I could see in the app that this wasn't the case) and that I should leave. My boyfriend received the same response from them in a similarly rude manner. Ironically, during the entire interaction, an Uber driver came for an order that he also didn't receive. In the end, we didn't get any food and the order was never canceled. Over an hour later, Uber Eats support had to take care of this for me.

The tables are very dirty, the drinks aren't refilled, the shelves are empty, and the display is incredibly dirty. It can't be true. I've ordered from Subway twice already, and each time I had to wait 30 minutes to almost two hours, not even to be told by the restaurant itself that they couldn't accept my order (you have to contact a driver each time to tell you this). This has happened twice in a row now!!! When you try to call, no one answers, and then you have to pay a cancellation fee even though it's not even your fault. The restaurant should be ashamed, and something should be done about it.

Outrageous – Subway should seriously consider revoking its license! I'm absolutely stunned by what I experienced on three consecutive days at the Subway branch at Hans-Vogel-Straße 55 in Fürth. And this isn't an isolated incident; it's clearly a system. For three days in a row, I was there between 1 hour and 30 minutes before the official closing time – more than enough to order a sub. And what did I hear? "There's no more bread, we're not making anything else." No "sorry," no alternative offer, no accommodation – simply fobbed off. Yesterday and today were the absolute climax: There weren't even any cookies left, and instead of a friendly explanation or minimal customer service, I got just a bland brush-off. That's not how you treat customers – and that's not how you run a franchise! I now have the strong impression that the employees or franchisee systematically want to finish work early and deliberately stop selling after a certain time – even though the store is still open according to the opening hours. And this is precisely my biggest problem: Subway as a brand promises a consistent experience – no matter which branch. And what I experienced here is the complete opposite: customer-unfriendly, unprofessional, and damaging to business. I'm sure the management of Subway Germany would NOT tolerate this behavior if they knew about it. It damages the reputation of the entire brand. A franchisee like this should lose their license, because this behavior is no longer an isolated incident, but a deliberate disregard for the Subway brand and its customers. Subway Germany: I urge you to investigate this matter. A store cannot and must not be run like this. I was a regular customer for years – but what happened here really upset and disappointed me. Customer loyalty? Zero. Appreciation? None. When I go to a Subway restaurant as a customer, I expect freshness, friendliness, and reliability. We were there today after a long time. What can I say - the other reviews are spot on. Staff were overwhelmed and had no interest in customers. It didn't look inviting either. Rather dirty, which I'm not used to from other Subways. We backed out of the store when I saw the gray salami/ham and the general cleanliness. It could have been the lighting ;) but it wouldn't be worth a try. Conclusion: 10 minutes of waiting for nothing.

My mother urgently needed to go to the toilet. The man in the gas station said that Subway has the keys to the toilet. When I called, they discussed where the second one was and said I could pick up the second one myself.... Except for the taste, it varies a lot from time to time, as new staff are always overwhelmed and untrained. The app often says that the branch is taking part and on site an employee shows us that the boss writes something like "we won't do that" in their WhatsApp group chat. That can't be the case for a franchise and customers. cannot be expected. Depending on the staff, they are sometimes friendly, sometimes annoyed. There was once an employee who had her cell phone on the salad counter while she was working and was watching a series on it. The other colleague admonished her, but she didn't seem to care. Apart from the subs and cookies, we don't like anything else there. The wedges, for example, were completely soggy and unseasoned. Not recommended and prices are now way too expensive. We only go there because the next better subway is miles away and we prefer it to McDonalds & Co.

It was our favorite branch, simply because there aren't many left. But even that needs to be reconsidered. We were there a week ago on Monday, a woman and a man were standing behind the counter. The lady was constantly coughing, we didn't think anything of it. At the end when she was collecting she suddenly had a mask on, strange, really! Anyway: we had to repeat each ingredient 5 times because neither of us really understood what we wanted. The two spoke to each other in their local language, I have no idea whether they were gossiping about us, but it seemed like they were. It also shocks me that Subway doesn't care much about fresh ingredients anymore. That's exactly what I've always loved about you! But for a few weeks now you've been finding dried-out brown lettuce in this branch and all the other ingredients seem to be on display for days. It's a real shame how your own demands change. At the table next door we saw a young couple, all we could hear was how they were discussing that it was a disgrace what you were getting for your money here. The two gentlemen who left the store without buying were also appalled by the work ethic and the freshness of the ingredients. You really have to think about whether Subway still offers the freshness they promise. Likewise, you pay a lot of money to order onions and in the end you have 3 small pieces of onions on your sub. Despite mentioning “I would like more onions!” But what the gentleman didn't understand.

I've never experienced anything like that! Me and my friends were hungry and wanted to eat something. We thought we would go to subway and it turned out: that was a mistake!! We ordered chicken garlic and got something completely different. My relative almost had to throw up and it doesn't look very hygienic inside either. Therefore 1 out of 5 stars.

Ordered for pickup at 8:15 p.m. At 8:25 p.m. the subs started to be occupied. Then no more salad and no more corn. Opening hours until 10 p.m. ... then all you get from the MA is: "It's warm because you waited so long". Hard to beat in terms of impudence.

I am extremely angry and disappointed with my visit to Subway! Upon entering we were greeted by a young woman behind the counter, who seemed more interested in her phone conversation than in us as customers. She had an earpiece in and was constantly on the phone. During her conversation, she asked us, in a blunt and disinterested manner, what we wanted, while she continued talking on the phone. It was so faint that we didn't even realize she was talking to us! No customer service whatsoever, nothing at all! The food was also ridiculously poorly served. It seemed like everything had been thrown in quickly without any care or attention. Bread was not baked properly, ingredients were half in and half off, and it didn't even look edible. I am definitely not used to this from Subway, normally you get good food and decent service here. I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to go here. This branch really needs to close if they continue this way. This is absolutely outrageous and I never want to come back here again! What a bad experience!

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. If I could I would. We were just sold completely soggy and inedible potato bites that were an absolute disgrace. They were lying there for what felt like 3 days. After we asked the young employee about it, he wasn't particularly interested. He also confirmed that these potato bites should not be sold to customers. But he also emphasized that the colleague doesn't speak German very well and that she should have warned the customer in advance. No compensation, nothing at all. Absolutely shabby action! At the end we also let him know that he should be happy to pass on this feedback. He answered completely arrogantly: "Feel free to complain to the boss, thank God he has no contact with him." I guess you don't need to add anything else to it. Stunningly simple. Nobody needs such employees.

Stay away - clear case for the health department, rude employee at that. Ordered two subs today, September 9th, 2024 at around 7:15 p.m., including potato bites. The bites were inedible. They looked as if they had previously been used to wipe the floor. Very squishy and not warm. When we complained about this to the young blonde employee after the meal, the incredible answer came: "Yes, we know that they taste bad. Unfortunately, the lady at the counter only speaks bad German, so she couldn't warn us not to order these things. " Putting something like that in front of customers is a disgrace. With the numerous bad comments, you can see that customer service is very important here. It's better to spend your money in branches where you are valued.

Such unfriendly employees, the lady obviously didn't enjoy her job. We were there as a family, we all wanted to order together, the lady was visibly annoyed. When a new customer came in, she simply ignored my husband's order and aggressively pushed our 2 subs into the oven. Pointing out that we weren't finished yet and one was still missing, she yelled at us, "I have to work." We thought we were in the wrong film when another colleague came and noticed the situation, she just said are you hungry or not?! Ridiculous, we left the store otherwise the situation would probably have escalated. I have rarely experienced something so incompetent and unfriendly. Please train the staff properly or teach them to behave in a friendly manner regardless of the job, as children already learn. But given the reviews so far, we're not the only ones who see it that way. Never See Again ;)

Sorry, but I've rarely eaten so badly. The food had just arrived, bread no longer fresh and extremely hard. Mesh potatoes totally cold, at most 6 mesh potatoes in there and they tasted like rubber. You couldn't eat it all! Paid so much to actually not have eaten anything!

This store actually deserves 0 stars! We have NEVER experienced such unfriendly service staff - and we travel a lot where things have to be done quickly! Please, thank you, hello, goodbye or God have mercy, even a smile seems out of place in this store. On the contrary: grumbling when we ordered, cheeky answers and a loud, impudent discussion about how we would like our sandwich. We were also refused further sauce and refused to accept the coupon. In the middle of the order, the employee simply disappeared for a few minutes and no one knew what was going on. This has never happened to us before. This store deserves a close look, especially in the service area!

The subway is right next to a gas station, which really spoils the ambience. The door at the entrance is difficult to open. And the employees only speak the words they need to work. The food was still delicious, all in all nothing to complain about other than the points mentioned.

We actually just wanted to have a beer after the church fair. But we received such a wonderful welcome and were even given aioli and bread – so delicious! Even though we were the last guests, we felt incredibly comfortable and will definitely be back!

Good spot for a pleasant lunch - quiet, despite of being next to a big shopping area, parking area can be used. Very good service and good food quality, prices were accordingly. Also, everything was sparkling clean. Overall a good option to keep in mind 👍

Super relaxed. We had brunch there and it was good value for money. Don't expect a luxurious atmosphere since it's still a chain restaurant, but it really didn't disappoint. The matcha was unfortunately awful :( but if you skip that, you can definitely have a relaxed brunch there :)
