I've never experienced anything like that! Me and my friends were hungry and wanted to eat something. We thought we would go to subway and it turned out: that was a mistake!! We ordered chicken garlic and got something completely different. My relative almost had to throw up and it doesn't look very hygienic inside either. Therefore 1 out of 5 stars.

Ordered for pickup at 8:15 p.m. At 8:25 p.m. the subs started to be occupied. Then no more salad and no more corn. Opening hours until 10 p.m. ... then all you get from the MA is: "It's warm because you waited so long". Hard to beat in terms of impudence.

I am extremely angry and disappointed with my visit to Subway! Upon entering we were greeted by a young woman behind the counter, who seemed more interested in her phone conversation than in us as customers. She had an earpiece in and was constantly on the phone. During her conversation, she asked us, in a blunt and disinterested manner, what we wanted, while she continued talking on the phone. It was so faint that we didn't even realize she was talking to us! No customer service whatsoever, nothing at all! The food was also ridiculously poorly served. It seemed like everything had been thrown in quickly without any care or attention. Bread was not baked properly, ingredients were half in and half off, and it didn't even look edible. I am definitely not used to this from Subway, normally you get good food and decent service here. I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to go here. This branch really needs to close if they continue this way. This is absolutely outrageous and I never want to come back here again! What a bad experience!

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. If I could I would. We were just sold completely soggy and inedible potato bites that were an absolute disgrace. They were lying there for what felt like 3 days. After we asked the young employee about it, he wasn't particularly interested. He also confirmed that these potato bites should not be sold to customers. But he also emphasized that the colleague doesn't speak German very well and that she should have warned the customer in advance. No compensation, nothing at all. Absolutely shabby action! At the end we also let him know that he should be happy to pass on this feedback. He answered completely arrogantly: "Feel free to complain to the boss, thank God he has no contact with him." I guess you don't need to add anything else to it. Stunningly simple. Nobody needs such employees.

Stay away - clear case for the health department, rude employee at that. Ordered two subs today, September 9th, 2024 at around 7:15 p.m., including potato bites. The bites were inedible. They looked as if they had previously been used to wipe the floor. Very squishy and not warm. When we complained about this to the young blonde employee after the meal, the incredible answer came: "Yes, we know that they taste bad. Unfortunately, the lady at the counter only speaks bad German, so she couldn't warn us not to order these things. " Putting something like that in front of customers is a disgrace. With the numerous bad comments, you can see that customer service is very important here. It's better to spend your money in branches where you are valued.

Such unfriendly employees, the lady obviously didn't enjoy her job. We were there as a family, we all wanted to order together, the lady was visibly annoyed. When a new customer came in, she simply ignored my husband's order and aggressively pushed our 2 subs into the oven. Pointing out that we weren't finished yet and one was still missing, she yelled at us, "I have to work." We thought we were in the wrong film when another colleague came and noticed the situation, she just said are you hungry or not?! Ridiculous, we left the store otherwise the situation would probably have escalated. I have rarely experienced something so incompetent and unfriendly. Please train the staff properly or teach them to behave in a friendly manner regardless of the job, as children already learn. But given the reviews so far, we're not the only ones who see it that way. Never See Again ;)

Sorry, but I've rarely eaten so badly. The food had just arrived, bread no longer fresh and extremely hard. Mesh potatoes totally cold, at most 6 mesh potatoes in there and they tasted like rubber. You couldn't eat it all! Paid so much to actually not have eaten anything!

This store actually deserves 0 stars! We have NEVER experienced such unfriendly service staff - and we travel a lot where things have to be done quickly! Please, thank you, hello, goodbye or God have mercy, even a smile seems out of place in this store. On the contrary: grumbling when we ordered, cheeky answers and a loud, impudent discussion about how we would like our sandwich. We were also refused further sauce and refused to accept the coupon. In the middle of the order, the employee simply disappeared for a few minutes and no one knew what was going on. This has never happened to us before. This store deserves a close look, especially in the service area!

The subway is right next to a gas station, which really spoils the ambience. The door at the entrance is difficult to open. And the employees only speak the words they need to work. The food was still delicious, all in all nothing to complain about other than the points mentioned.

An Indian lady and another lady with short black hair. Outrageously rude and had no idea what they were doing. Neither lady had a smile on her face and didn't say hello. How can they hire people like that? This is absolutely unbelievable to me. I didn't feel very comfortable with this experience. I don't care what you're going through, you have to be nice to people, especially at work. The whole time I was unhappy and uncomfortable with the way they worked. The customer service was terrible. You must be optimistic and have a smile on your face in every workplace because that makes customers feel good. Subway, please do better with the people you hire!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this Subway location. They advertise a promotion in collaboration with Lidl Plus, but when I visited the branch my voucher was simply not accepted. This is not only extremely frustrating, but also misleading advertising. According to Section 5 UWG (Law against Unfair Competition), it is forbidden to deceive consumers by providing false or misleading information. So if Subway advertises with a voucher, they have to accept it, otherwise it is clearly deceiving customers. I hope that Subway quickly resolves this issue and ensures that all stores act consistently. Until then, unfortunately I cannot recommend this location. Very disappointing!

I have ordered food here many times and each time something was missing from my sub and the additional requests are not always taken into account. If an ingredient is no longer available, you can clarify this with a quick call - but that doesn't happen. What I find worst is that the food always arrives cold because the driver obviously doesn't read the directions and instructions that I specifically enter and therefore arrives much later. You can watch him drive in circles for 15 minutes during the previous delivery using the live tracking (feel free to discuss this with Lieferando). And to top it all off, there is a long hair in the cold sub that greets you when you unpack the food. Strangely enough, things like this never happen when you're there (missing ingredients and hair in the food). I'll probably pick something up or eat there again in the future. It's faster, warm and hairless.

This is now the third time I've visited this Subway restaurant, each time several weeks apart, and every time I experience the same thing. Positive? Not at all. A remarkable phenomenon occurs in this store, especially if you enter it after 9 p.m. Despite the official opening time until 10 p.m., Subway sandwiches are no longer served after 9 p.m. because the toaster machine supposedly stops working at that time. The chairs are already up and the staff starts cleaning at 9 p.m., even though the store doesn't close until 10 p.m. And that happened not just once, not twice, but three times. Are you crazy? And I'm not talking about entering the store 5-10 minutes before closing time. I understand that the staff may not feel like working there, but it can't be in the store owner's interest to stop making sales an hour before closing time just because the staff don't feel like working there anymore. I wouldn't be writing this review if there wasn't something else: the audacity with which the employees lie to their faces and their disrespectful behavior towards customers is an absolute disgrace! Ingo should spend less time in his holiday home and instead focus on getting his shop in order.

The service is impossible, we ordered, apart from the fact that one thing about the topping was right, everything else was completely ignored and was absolutely not edible for us (unfortunately, 90% of the topping consisted of things we don't like + the sauce wasn't tasty either) , we were called about the bread because the one we wanted was empty, but the new choice was still ignored. We then called them and wanted to have what we ordered and finally paid for delivered, then they just said that they can't change anything and just hung up. We are really disappointed!!! €16.50 per sub + delivery costs and then you don't even get what you ordered. The service actually deserves 0 stars.

Es wurde im Voraus zum abholen bestellt, bei Ankunft stellte sich heraus dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet war und nichts vorbereitet war. Das Personal war bemüht zwischen anderen Bestellungen zur Mittagszeit schnell hinzubekommen. Essen war wie von Subway erwartet, sauberer Laden, wie o.g. bemühtes, freundliches Personal. Subway gefällt mir schon.. allerdings denk ich mir immer.. seit Jahren hat sich nichts geändert.. also es gibt manchmal über die App Aktionen die vorübergehend verfügbaren Special subs.. da spielen dann nicht alle sub-Läden mit weil jeder franchise kann für sich entscheiden. Oder die Preise sind anders in fast jedem Laden..und und und. Das einzigste ist ausgerechnet bei diesem Subway-Laden das fast jeden Monat anderes Personal drin ist. Und das finde ich irgendwie auch nicht so toll weil es sind teilweise Schüler Studenten oder sind der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig.. Ich mein man kann für das Personal das Entgelt etwas anheben und vernünftig verhalten damit man an Stammpersonal besitzt. So hoffe ich auch das der Laden weiterhin noch hier bleibt weil es auch eine gute alternative für Fast Food ist.

Ich mag Subway, ich mag die meisten Mitarbeiter hier und dass man gemütlich und in Ruhe ein bisschen sitzen und essen kann. Zur Mittagszeit oft sehr voll und abends ist öfter mal was alle gewesen, aber das verzeihe ich bei dem Preis (gerade mit der Subway-Karte) gerne. Und im Vergleich zu anderen Subways wo ich war kommt man sich hier als Gast und nicht als Störung vor und ich bekomme meine Sachen tatsächlich geduldig so belegt wie ich sie will. Edit (9.9.20) Abwertung auf 4 Sterne. Keine Subcard mehr, nur noch den App-Punkte-Sammel-Quatsch und viele neue Mitarbeiter im Lauf der Zeit, die alle auch sehr bemüht, aber leider auch sehr oft sehr überfordert sind. Nicht mehr die bisherige Herzlichkeit, daher nur noch ein Standart-Subway, was ja immer noch die meisten Ketten übertrifft ;)

Subway bin ich anders gewohnt! Schon zu Beginn war ich erschrocken über den Zustand des Lokals. Der Boden, die Tische sowie die Theke waren verdreckt mit Krümeln, Essensresten und schmutzigen Servietten. Das schien den Angestellten aber nicht sonderlich zu interessieren, denn über die Tücher die auf dem Boden lagen, wurde einfach drauf getreten. Die Auswahl an Brot war ziemlich Mau - Es gab nur zwei Sorten. Auch das bestätigte sich bei den Zutaten und Saucen - die ständige Aussage „Ist zurzeit Aus“ macht nicht gerade Freude wenn man am Ende trotzdem sehr viel Geld zahlt. Als wir an an einem der sehr schmutzigen Tische Platz nahmen, mussten wir leider beobachten wie sich die Mitarbeiterin, sich immer wieder mit bloßen Fingern, über die Cookies her machte, welche zum Verkauf standen. Der Sub selbst war an sich nicht schlecht, vllt etwas zu gut gefüllt was das Essen erschwerte, da ständig alles rausfiel und das Brot dadurch anfing zu durchweichen. Erneut würde ich die Filiale aber nicht mehr besuchen weil es einfach viel zu wenig Auswahl an Broten und Saucen gibt und Hygiene nicht wirklich ernst genommen wird.

Essen ist typisch Subway, allerdings wie ich in den letzten Tagen bemerkt habe bei unserem “Stammessen” knapp 18% (27,66€ in Nbg, 32,61€ in Fürth) teurer als der Subway in Nürnberg! Dazu ist die Auswahl an Gemüse und oftmals auch Soßen doch schon früh am Abend deutlich eingeschränkt. Ich werde also künftig wann immer möglich nach Nürnberg geben - da zahlt sich nämlich auch der zusätzliche Weg schnell aus! Der Service im Fürther Subway ist leider wirklich stark davon abhängig wer da ist - von unzumutbar bis super ist da alles dabei. Das Ambiente ist meist eher etwas dreckig und zum Händewaschen muss man auf die Toilette auf der komplett anderen Seite der Tankstelle laufen. In Kombination - und da spielt eben auch der Preis rein - in Summe 2 Sterne.

Ich gehe hier nicht so oft Essen, aber es schmeckt jedes Mal gut. Ich habe die letzten beiden Male eine 6-er Packung Cookies gekauft, diese scheinen mir von gestern zu sein. Ich habe insgesamt leider nur 4 Sterne zu vergeben. Das Essen war gut, die Bedienung war leicht überfordert, aber durchwegs freundlich. Es wurde alles frisch zubereitet und hygienisch war nichts zu bemängeln. Die Filiale schließt jedoch offenbar schon früher, da wir um 21:20 Uhr die letzten Kunden waren und nach uns alle rausgeschickt worden sind, mit der Begründung, dass geschlossen ist. Das finde ich sehr ärgerlich, da Kunden womöglich extra zu dieser Filiale fahren und diese dann geschlossen ist.

Teurer geworden, keine VIP-Karte mehr, die Leute verstehen einen nicht mehr hinter der Theke+Plexiglasscheibe (ich weiß, das ist eine notwendige corona maßname) und das personal ist zunehmend unfreundlich. Ich nehme an das ist eine Folge des stetigen Mitarbeiterwechsels bzw. der Überlastung derer, die schon länger da sind. Schade eigentlich, bin früher gern hier her gekommen.

Wirklich schrecklich, online steht der laden öffnet um 9:00 trotzdem wurden wir weggeschickt und erst um 9:45 reingelassen. Mitarbeiterin achtet garnicht auf Hygiene teilweise lagen Cookies in dem Gemüse! Mitarbeiterin hat uns nicht begrüßt sondern ignoriert und hat uns kaputte cookies verkauft (6 cookies gekauft 3 halbe & 3 ganze bekommen) Keine Freude an der Arbeit, essen war nicht exquisit. Trotzdem 2 Sterne da die Mitarbeiterin ganz okay aussah

Also ich war gestern das erste Mal überhaupt in einem subway und muss ganz ehrlich sagen der Mitarbeiter mit den schwarzer Haaren und krasse bart war richtig nett hat mir sogar nen cookie Geschenk. Ich hab gesagt ich kenne mich leidet nicht gut aus da ich das erste mal da bin, er hat mir direkt geholfen. Hat mich gefragt ob ich schaf esse, weil das zu chicken teriyaki gut passt. Hat auch perfekt gepasst bester mann🤝 Wenn ihr den kündigt spreng ich den laden. 👊👌 Top Erlebnis.

Die meisten Mitarbeiter haben gar keinen Bock. Die Zutaten in der Theke sehen oft angetrocknet aus. Bei einem Besuch vor zwei Jahren ist eine Maus an unserem Tisch vorbei gerannt.

Absolute Lieblings Fast Food Kette. Egal wie oft ich hingehe, ich werde selten enttäuscht. Preise sind auch angemessen, da es ja wirklich alles frisch zubereitet wird. Der letzte Stern fehlt, da es tatsächlich ein 50/50 ist, welcher Mitarbeiter dich bedient, was sich häufig dann auf Zubereitung des Subs und Freundlichkeit im allgemeinen auswirkt. Sonst aber ein Top Laden!

Das Essen war an sich okay aber Personal/Inhaber waren leider leicht unfreundlich und ziemlich lustlos/gelangweilt, sodass man sich leider schon unwohl gefühlt hat. Ich habe Verständnis an einem Freitag Nachmittag aber man könnte trotzdem etwas freundlicher sein.. Das hat leider den Gesamteindruck negativ beeinflusst. Die Frage was auf's Brot drauf soll ging zack zack. Hat sich als Kunde stressig angefühlt als wäre man bei ner mündlichen Abfrage in der Schule. Das Sandwich war lauwarm bis fast schon kalt. Geschmacklich aber in Ordnung, hat mir an sich geschmeckt. Hätte aber noch besser geschmeckt, wenn es warm gewesen wäre. Preislich ist es ziemlich teuer für das was man bekommt. Von einem halben Sub wird man nicht satt und ein ganzes belegtes Brot kostet fast 10€. Kann man mal ab und zu machen aber dann in einem anderen Subway.

Dirty, smelly, food was cold and still expensive, corn on the cob was old and disgusting. Service staff unmotivated. I never experience anything different at Kentucky right now, no matter where. Was the last visit.

Today for my birthday🎉 I wanted to do something special with my loved ones, so we went for brunch. The welcome was very warm and the service staff was very friendly. The brunch buffet was very rich and delicious, there was something for every taste.😋 My special thanks go to the magical chef Silvia.💞 Many thanks to the entire team for this lovely morning.♥️
