Kentucky Fried Chicken in Fürth

We like the food quite well. Service wasn't great last visit. We ordered takeaway and made the mistake of not checking each package for its contents. We then had hot wings at home twice instead of just once, but there were no chicken pieces for the children. Order terminal was not working properly. We wanted to order at the counter and the employee said: Try it again at the terminal.

Very nice condition, friendly and tidy. Nice fast food restaurant, very clean. Food very freshly prepared, top top top 5 out of 5**** enjoy it

Now I was there in the morning and even then the food wasn't fresh! What's that supposed to mean?!
