Die Portion fiel für unser Empfinden eher klein aus. Im Verhältnis dazu empfanden wir den Preis als hoch. Geschmacklich hat uns das Essen leider nicht überzeugt.

Essen schmeckt uns ganz gut. Service war diesmal gut. Bestellung wurde schnell und richtig zusammengestellt.

Alle Probleme rächen sich irgendwann, und schlechte Erfahrungen vergisst man nie, besonders wenn Kinder betroffen sind. Wir waren im Dezember 2016 bei Ihnen. Meine damals zwölfjährige Tochter wollte einen großen Eimer voller verschiedener frittierter Hähnchenteile. Ich kenne die Namen Ihrer Gerichte nicht. Warum auch? Ich habe mehrmals versucht, dem Kellner zu erklären, was wir wollten, und jedes Mal, anstatt „Sie möchten Menü XXX?“ zu sagen, kam nur ein „Möchten Sie YYY?“ oder „Möchten Sie ZZZ?“. Schließlich, in der Annahme, man hätte mich verstanden, bezahlte ich den angebotenen Preis, und wir bekamen überhaupt nicht, was wir bestellt hatten. Man muss Ihnen zugestehen, dass es clever ist, die Kunden im Voraus bezahlen zu lassen, aber es hilft nicht viel: Nächsten Monat feiere ich mein zehnjähriges Jubiläum in Fürth. Ich war schon oft bei Decathlon und in allen Geschäften in Ihrer Nähe, aber ich war seitdem nicht mehr in Ihrer KFC-Filiale und werde wohl auch nie wieder hingehen!

Frisch zubereitetes, heißes Hähnchen – besser als in jeder anderen Filiale im Raum Erlangen-Nürnberg.

Hier ist alles erstklassig ... Das beste KFC, in dem ich je war.

Eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir haben Essen für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind bestellt, aber eine komplett falsche Bestellung erhalten. Besonders wichtig war uns, dass das Essen für unser Kind nicht scharf sein sollte. Dies haben wir ausdrücklich erwähnt. Trotzdem bekamen wir genau das Gegenteil – scharfes Essen. Als wir das reklamierten, bekamen wir lediglich die Antwort: „Das ist doch nicht scharf“, obwohl es eindeutig scharf war. Ein solcher Umgang mit Kunden und das Ignorieren von Kundenwünschen sind nicht akzeptabel. Das Personal zeigte weder Freundlichkeit noch Professionalität. Stattdessen wurden wir sehr unhöflich behandelt. Außerdem haben wir weder Ketchup noch Mayonnaise zu unserem Essen bekommen. Erst nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, wurde uns eine kleine Portion Mayonnaise gegeben – und das offensichtlich widerwillig. Der Gesamteindruck war äußerst negativ: falsche Bestellung, Missachtung unserer Wünsche für das Kinderessen, schlechter Service und ein respektloser Umgang mit Gästen. Nach dieser Erfahrung habe ich nicht vor, dieses KFC-Restaurant erneut zu besuchen, und kann es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe leider die falsche Bestellung erhalten. Beim Kindermenü wurde ein falscher Burger geliefert, der sogar Chili enthielt – völlig ungeeignet für ein Kind. Auch der bestellte Saft für das Kind war falsch. Zusätzlich wurden zu den Pommes weder Ketchup noch Mayonnaise serviert. Das Essen hat uns insgesamt überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch, dass ich mich über die Fehler beschwert habe und nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung erhalten habe. Mein Fazit: Wenn ihr in der Gegend essen gehen möchtet, sucht euch lieber ein anderes Restaurant. So spart ihr euch Geld, Ärger und Enttäuschungen.

Of course, you don't expect to be in a high-end restaurant. But it's absolutely unacceptable that the tray-prep staff run around talking among themselves, pile the pre-prepared chicken (I've never seen anything like it) into a box, and then leave it on the counter to cool, waiting at least five minutes to add fries and drinks, ultimately serving inedible food. It's not that they have to rush, but a little respect for the customers watching them is in order.

Today I ordered from KFC for the first time, and I have to say, the experience was disappointing. I ordered the Bites with fries and a burger with the same Bites. Considering the price, the quality of the food was more than inadequate. All the meat was so oversalted that we couldn't enjoy the food and ultimately couldn't even eat it. Regrettably, the entire order ended up in the trash—an unacceptable situation. We're currently moving, and since our new kitchen won't be ready until tomorrow, we were forced to resort to KFC in this emergency. But this experience has convinced me: never again. The money we spent was ultimately wasted, and we didn't even feel satisfied.

I think this shop is very good because all the employees are very nice. Also, the chicken is very tasty.

When you specifically mention at the counter that you want chicken thigh and drumstick pieces, and then find something else hidden underneath, that's outrageous. Train your staff better in customer service and teach them the parts of a chicken! When confronted about it, the guy suddenly can't speak German or English... That's completely unacceptable. But taste-wise, it's still the best in Nuremberg/Fürth.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with KFC now. The wings are just breading and the burgers are cold. The chicken is full of tendons and veins – not a pretty sight.

WARNING ABOUT UBEREATS. DO NOT ORDER ANY OFFERS THROUGH UBEREATS. KFC simply adds half the price to their 2 for 1 or discounted offers. This is systematic customer fraud. It's such a ridiculous joke, I don't even find it funny :D Check out my Zingerburger: If you spot any chicken, please let me know xD I don't even need to mention that half the order was missing. Luckily, Uber Eats is lenient in this regard. You certainly can't expect anything from KFC.

The food quality of KFC is good! The prices are reasonable!

In general, fast food is far too expensive these days. For €10 you get a meager meal; you have to spend at least €25 to get a proper meal, and you could just as easily eat in a normal restaurant for that price. As already mentioned, it's far too expensive.

The food was filling; we wanted to try it with our boys. The flavor comes from the deep-fried fat, which is a great flavor carrier, as well as the various spices, but a salad would have been nice too. It's a good option for a big appetite, but is it healthy? The staff was super friendly, thumbs up!

Ordered via Lieferando: I'm not usually one to write reviews. I've come to terms with the fact that the quality of the chicken delivery varies a lot, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's significantly worse. That's why I order very rarely. However, what I received today was abysmal. Visually, the various chicken pieces looked like they were from the day before: dark, smooth, dry, with very little breading. Nothing like the crispy breading you used to get. The breading on the largest piece of chicken, from the breast, looked like it had been soaked. I tried a larger piece of the breading separately, and it tasted like wet chewing gum with a disgusting aftertaste. The chicken pieces also looked like they'd been fished out of the trash. Very small pieces with hardly any meat. As I said, everything was terrible. The mashed potatoes included in the meal were only half the amount they used to be. The container was half full, and if you wanted a bite of mashed potato with every bite of chicken, you practically had to eat it in homeopathic doses. The taste wasn't the same either. Even the coleslaw tasted watery and didn't have the flavor you used to expect. The included drink wasn't chilled; the bottle had probably just been taken from a crate stored at room temperature. So, that was the last time I'll ever order from KFC. For €23, I can have an excellent meal at a good restaurant. And when you consider how incredibly careless, indifferent, and completely disrespectful they are to customer needs, not caring whether the customer is satisfied or not, you can imagine the hygienic conditions they operate in. As I said, I don't usually write reviews, and I've silently accepted inconsistent quality, but this delivery was the absolute limit of what was tolerable—simply disgusting! And when I look at the other 1-star reviews, it becomes clear that this is a group operating on their own without any management. This branch should be reported to the restaurant regulatory authority!

I've actually always loved going there since it opened back in the "American days," but what were they thinking, reinventing fries?!??? If I want seasoned potatoes or wedges, I go somewhere else; at a fast-food restaurant, I want regular fries! Not only are they now thick (like steakhouse fries), no, they feel like they've only been dipped in fat for a short time and are nowhere near as crispy as fries should be. And then all that seasoning 😡 KFC - please go back to proper fries, or even the last fans will leave (wherever they are 😂)!

A disaster. Chicken pieces were rock-hard and dried out. A lot of money for the trash. Unfortunately, it's inedible. They were probably from the day before and I assume they were fried again. The store was empty, and now I know why, and I'll never buy anything there again. Save your money, folks.

Bad Mini portions (especially fries)

The quality at this restaurant has declined significantly. The wings were tiny and dried out, and the few fries they offered were soggy. The new fries are a disaster. The floor is sticky, and the tables are dirty.

The reality: • Hot wings: small as f***, barely spicy, but overly salty. • Fries: mushy, like after a long night in the rain. • Mashed potatoes: absolutely inedible – who came up with the recipe? • Burgers: half a portion of meat, half a portion of disappointment. • Positive: The apple spritzer was at least drinkable. Conclusion: If the Colonel were to stop by here today, he'd turn in his grave – and probably keep his "secret recipe" a secret again.

The food there is truly delicious, as you'd expect from a well-known restaurant. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. The on-site parking is also a huge advantage, as you don't have to worry about finding a spot. Overall, the restaurant is a great place for a quick and delicious meal. I'd happily recommend it.

Quite noisy and not ideal for parking. The exit is too narrow for larger cars, so you have to use the drive-thru lane. The food is generally good.

Drive In: It's sad to deliver such poor quality for such a high price...! The breading was almost completely missing, and I felt like the chicken pieces had been reheated... There was no sign of them being large or crispy... I wouldn't recommend buying them!!

Well, let me put it this way: there's plenty of room for improvement. Thinking ahead is a matter of luck. We ordered three meals. Part of it, a burger and a side dish, had already been placed on a tray to cool down as a precaution. After a few minutes, I tried to politely point this out to one of the extremely slow-moving employees. No luck, no German skills at all. Then I spoke to a colleague. The woman then grabbed the burgers, tossed them from one hand to the other – presumably to keep them warm – and then literally peppered them into the heat bridge. We finally lost our appetite for KFC when we were then asked to complain about the ice-cold fries. We were looked at like evil criminals. What are you doing, Strunz?!! It would be better to have a supervisor with some knowledge in the restaurant instead of leaving the whole crew to their own devices.

I knew that KFC in Germany is always a hit and miss, but our experience with this location truly surpassed everything. The first thing we noticed upon entering was the sticky floor. After ordering at the terminal, we went to the restroom, and in addition to the smell, the unhygienic state of the restrooms was very unpleasant. Furthermore, the restrooms look as if they haven't spent a single cent on maintenance in the last 20 years—even the faucet was wobbly. By the time we were both finished using the restroom, our order was ready for pickup—so full marks for service. The food, however, was truly terrible for the price. My wife struggled with nausea until the next day, I had excessive bowel movements, and our son had diarrhea. The French fries were mushy, as if they had been boiled in water, and the chicken pieces tasted so strongly of old grease that we only ate them because we were hungry. As a store manager, I would be ashamed to greet customers like that. And you have to pay for it, too. After this visit, I'm not sure I'll ever set foot in a KFC store again.

I usually enjoy visiting KFC and often choose it over trying other places, but unfortunately this location left me quite disappointed. The staff were unfriendly, and my experience was very poor. One staff member placed the wrong order on my tray, and when I pointed it out, he responded by carelessly throwing the food onto my tray. This behavior felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. As I could not see a name tag on his uniform, I took a picture and will be forwarding it to KFC so the issue can be addressed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as I would like to continue enjoying KFC in the future with the service quality it is known for!

By far the worst KFC I've ever known. The fries were soggy and lacking seasoning, the burgers were poorly cooked, and the piece of meat was barely half the size of the bun. The hot wings were a disgrace – really small, as others have described. I like going to KFC, but this place is a disappointment; I certainly won't be going there again! I've been going to KFC every now and then for many years. I understand that prices in restaurants have risen significantly in recent years. However, the fact that the portions at KFC are getting smaller and smaller is becoming increasingly annoying. For example, the coleslaw used to be served open in a bowl and was a decent portion. Now it's pre-portioned in a small plastic cup. The hot wings used to be large and meaty. Now they're mini, and six pieces disappear into a cardboard tray. I think that's a real shame, and I won't be coming here as often.

Amazing menu, as always! The chicken is crispy, flavorful, and consistently satisfying. Quick service and great variety. Only downside: staff could be a bit friendlier. A smile goes a long way! Still, a solid spot for comfort food cravings.

Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior – never again! We were treated extremely disrespectfully by an employee named Esameddin at this KFC branch – and for absolutely no reason. It was about two chicken burgers that we had ordered as normal. But instead of speaking to us in a friendly manner, we were immediately yelled at and humiliated – all because of an internal misunderstanding that later turned out to be his own fault. When asked his name, he even said only "James Bond" – a clear attempt to evade responsibility and ridicule us. This is completely inappropriate and outrageous. Only after raising his voice and accusing us inappropriately did he finally admit that the fault was his. As "reparation," he offered us a cup of chicken – we, of course, declined, because we didn't want a "gift," we simply wanted to be treated with respect. This behavior was an absolute imposition. Not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful, condescending, and embarrassing for a company like KFC. We will never enter this branch again.

My order was incorrect – two Krispies were missing. A member of staff tried to give them to me, but the employee who prepared our meal, named Essameldin, claimed he had already given them to me, took the food from my hand, and refused to listen even when I asked him to check it. He was not at all customer-friendly, did not treat customers appropriately, and was very mocking, laughing, grinning, and provocative. When asked his name, he simply laughed and said, "James Bond." In the end, it turned out that he had made the mistake, but he didn't apologize. Another employee apologized on his colleague's behalf and offered us a bowl of crispy chicken, which we declined – because customer service is more important to us than free products.

I counted a total of 10 employees, but only one was finishing four orders while I was inside. Great layout 👍 I ordered takeout, but it was prepared for dine-in. That's what happens when your mind is everywhere but at work.

We were at KFC and wanted to order, but almost everything was sold out. The employee just said that if he had time, he'd turn off the items at the terminal... what's the point of that? Why are you even displaying products then? I had high hopes, but in the end, there was almost nothing. Just terrible.

One star deducted because they no longer serve spicy chicken pieces. Now it's only two stars because the wings are getting smaller and smaller. The price is going up. Very bad combination. I hardly go to KFC anymore. WHAT A PITY

I went to KFC for the first time today, and I don't need to repeat the experience. The hot wings were a bit chewy and gristly, the fries at the competitor with the golden M are crispier and tastier, and I even find the comparable burgers tastier there; I would have expected more from the poultry company. Besides, for the €50 I paid here for three people, I could have eaten more elsewhere...the price ultimately doesn't really match the quality and quantity. The service was okay...just fast-food service. The men's restroom smells terrible; maybe they should invest in a plumbing company.

On of the best KFC in Nürnberg area. Located in Fürth opposite to Edeka and other shopping complex. About 2 mins walk from nearby Decathlon. The staff was ok, the restaurant has sufficient outdoor,indoor sitting area. This place also has unlimited Pepsi fountain machine. The chicken felt fresh, well fried and optimum tempratuee consume. Only big negative was that this place has no free wifi in 2025 nor any charging plug for charge ur device.

Overall, it's okay, the food tastes good. Unfortunately, there are no baby changing facilities. 👶🏻

Service was good, but the size of the wings is outrageous. We ate 4 of the 18 wings. You can see what's left in the bucket. This is a total rip-off. To make it look like the picture on the bill, there would have to be 50 wings in there. Some weren't even as big as my wife's finger. Is that only the case in Fürth? The three mosquito-shit things were with my burger.

For €15, you get nine mini hot wings, a small corn cob, and ready-made cabbage slaw, which is pretty cheeky. No more spicy chicken pieces either—you don't need to go there anymore.

You offer some good things in your app, but they're almost unavailable in almost every store! Either remove the products or offer them everywhere. Or rework your app. Revised: You're supposed to order at the terminal, but you don't get a receipt. You have to/should check the items when you take them out, as I've been missing something on several occasions!! KFC isn't what it used to be!!!!

The wings are extremely small and cold even when you eat there.

The delivery person was super nice and friendly. But it doesn't help the restaurant when I order hot wings that are so over-seasoned, so hot they could have etched the plaster off the wall. And sometimes they're ridiculously mild. If they get it together, I can expect consistency at these prices!
