Amazing menu, as always! The chicken is crispy, flavorful, and consistently satisfying. Quick service and great variety. Only downside: staff could be a bit friendlier. A smile goes a long way! Still, a solid spot for comfort food cravings.

It's always the same old thing. While other restaurants change, this one always stays the same, it seems to me. The food was good.

A disaster, usually less than a debut. I waited in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes. Absolutely out of control.

One of the worst KFC meals I've ever had. The fries were soggy, they stood on the counter for 6-7 minutes waiting for my Zingerburger. The burger was good. The mash and gravy were not quite hot, they had also been on the counter for too long. Not up to the standard I'm used to from KFC!!!!! It has to be better!!!

Fries were soft and mushy, the chicken was rather dry, the order was incomplete, and the cleanliness was mediocre. And: the "5 for 5" deal is posted all around the restaurant – but unfortunately, it's not available here...

Ordering through the app and eating in went smoothly. With coupons available through the app, it's worth a visit. The food was delicious. However, the store could be cleaner, and the restrooms were unfortunately out of soap. There's plenty of parking.

The quality of the food has declined significantly. German is difficult to understand. All in all, there have been better times. Therefore, unfortunately, only three stars in the overall rating.

I ordered 11 hot wings to go. There were 10 front wings and only one back. Half and half would be fair. But it's a disgrace that of the 10 front wings, 5 were extremely dry, meaning old. They shouldn't have been sold.

Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior – never again! We were treated extremely disrespectfully by an employee named Esameddin at this KFC branch – and for absolutely no reason. It was about two chicken burgers that we had ordered as normal. But instead of speaking to us in a friendly manner, we were immediately yelled at and humiliated – all because of an internal misunderstanding that later turned out to be his own fault. When asked his name, he even said only "James Bond" – a clear attempt to evade responsibility and ridicule us. This is completely inappropriate and outrageous. Only after raising his voice and accusing us inappropriately did he finally admit that the fault was his. As "reparation," he offered us a cup of chicken – we, of course, declined, because we didn't want a "gift," we simply wanted to be treated with respect. This behavior was an absolute imposition. Not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful, condescending, and embarrassing for a company like KFC. We will never enter this branch again.

My order was incorrect – two Krispies were missing. A member of staff tried to give them to me, but the employee who prepared our meal, named Essameldin, claimed he had already given them to me, took the food from my hand, and refused to listen even when I asked him to check it. He was not at all customer-friendly, did not treat customers appropriately, and was very mocking, laughing, grinning, and provocative. When asked his name, he simply laughed and said, "James Bond." In the end, it turned out that he had made the mistake, but he didn't apologize. Another employee apologized on his colleague's behalf and offered us a bowl of crispy chicken, which we declined – because customer service is more important to us than free products.

I counted a total of 10 employees, but only one was finishing four orders while I was inside. Great layout 👍 I ordered takeout, but it was prepared for dine-in. That's what happens when your mind is everywhere but at work.

I'm a regular at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. Wings are often missing from my orders, or the pieces are extremely small. In my last order (20 chicken wings to go), 12-14 of them were still raw. This is unacceptable and disappointing.

We were at KFC and wanted to order, but almost everything was sold out. The employee just said that if he had time, he'd turn off the items at the terminal... what's the point of that? Why are you even displaying products then? I had high hopes, but in the end, there was almost nothing. Just terrible.

I went to KFC for the first time today, and I don't need to repeat the experience. The hot wings were a bit chewy and gristly, the fries at the competitor with the golden M are crispier and tastier, and I even find the comparable burgers tastier there; I would have expected more from the poultry company. Besides, for the €50 I paid here for three people, I could have eaten more elsewhere...the price ultimately doesn't really match the quality and quantity. The service was okay...just fast-food service. The men's restroom smells terrible; maybe they should invest in a plumbing company.

On of the best KFC in Nürnberg area. Located in Fürth opposite to Edeka and other shopping complex. About 2 mins walk from nearby Decathlon. The staff was ok, the restaurant has sufficient outdoor,indoor sitting area. This place also has unlimited Pepsi fountain machine. The chicken felt fresh, well fried and optimum tempratuee consume. Only big negative was that this place has no free wifi in 2025 nor any charging plug for charge ur device.

Service was good, but the size of the wings is outrageous. We ate 4 of the 18 wings. You can see what's left in the bucket. This is a total rip-off. To make it look like the picture on the bill, there would have to be 50 wings in there. Some weren't even as big as my wife's finger. Is that only the case in Fürth? The three mosquito-shit things were with my burger.

For €15, you get nine mini hot wings, a small corn cob, and ready-made cabbage slaw, which is pretty cheeky. No more spicy chicken pieces either—you don't need to go there anymore.

You offer some good things in your app, but they're almost unavailable in almost every store! Either remove the products or offer them everywhere. Or rework your app. Revised: You're supposed to order at the terminal, but you don't get a receipt. You have to/should check the items when you take them out, as I've been missing something on several occasions!! KFC isn't what it used to be!!!!

The delivery person was super nice and friendly. But it doesn't help the restaurant when I order hot wings that are so over-seasoned, so hot they could have etched the plaster off the wall. And sometimes they're ridiculously mild. If they get it together, I can expect consistency at these prices!

I went to KFC today and there were three cockroaches in my food. And there was a whole nest of cockroaches under one of the tables.

I complained about a burger with all the ingredients wrong—lettuce, meat, cheese—and returned it to the employee. He said he would make me a new one, but it was the same burger, just in a different wrapper and without the cheese.

I was there yesterday and I wanted to buy several hot wings to take away, they were very small and I only bought 5 portions, outside I noticed that a pretty young employee had packed up everything, including the thin wings and I gave it back to him. Absolutely outrageous! We ordered two vegetarian burgers and got two burgers with regular chicken, which we didn't notice until we got home. That's completely unacceptable :/.

Not recommended. Large fries, almost €5, were way too little. When asked if the quantity was right, a slight smile and a nod were given. Not good value for money.

I ate there yesterday. The food was delicious – the hot wings in particular were very well prepared and tasted excellent. Unfortunately, I had to eat my meal in a strong urine odor. The entire KFC restaurant smelled strongly of urine, apparently coming from the men's restroom. It was truly repulsive – having to enjoy such well-prepared food in such a odor is absolutely unacceptable.

In my opinion the best KFC in the Nuremberg area in terms of food. The staff is questionable. Three orders had been placed: two to eat in and one to take away (mine). The two to eat in were placed early and I had to wait for burgers from the kitchen. A young lady didn't even consider processing my order of three hot wings and three crispies that were already in the counter. Coleslaw and sauce were already laid out. She paced the counter for five minutes. A colleague who was working the drive-thru had to come and finish my order. Regardless of whether it's a system or laziness, I don't think it's good customer service.

KFC in a somewhat strange building and unexpected parking (there are plenty of lots behind the building), but the rest was great: the chicken arrived absolutely freshly fried, there were plenty of free tables and what I really wanted to highlight: one staff member was stationed in the customer area and relentlessly cleaned the tables, collected the waste left behind and tidied up the space. It was probably the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to.

I ordered a box of 24 Hot Wings today and got tiny wings, like a teaspoon. I thought there might be more wings, but they charged exactly 24 and 22 euros. I was just passing by. I also bought them somewhere else in Nuremberg, and the wings were twice the size of these little pieces. Total rip-off, never again from this store!

If you want to take your order with you on Hot Wings Day, you must check it beforehand as you will find some garbage pieces in the box as the group working on Tuesday saves the good pieces for their relatives and friends. This is very very shameful... all the workers look very dirty and it is sure that there is no boss or manager in this restaurant!!!!

The fact that I give two stars less is really not the restaurant itself, but rather KFC in general. The food and the staff deserve five stars, but the prices are completely overpriced. €4.50 for half an ear of corn with butter or €4 for a yoghurt cup full of coleslaw is simply ridiculous. I also actually came because of the €1 campaign, which was widely advertised on posters everywhere, but of course it was over after a short time. Maybe I just missed it, but the promotional period wasn't marked sufficiently on the posters for my taste. So: do some more marketing work and maybe try to keep the prices a little cheaper without using poultry that literally went through hell to end up on my plate. Then I'd like to come by more often. As I said: The review refers to KFC in general and not specifically to this branch.

The savings offers are getting smaller and more expensive and when you take the food with you it is sometimes already cold and you notice that the food has been there for a long time. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience today. The staff is extremely unfriendly and hardly talks to you even though you were simply asked whether you could order from the ladies and pay in cash - they just pointed at the order terminals while the ladies continued to hang around at the counter and make faces. The food (especially the fries) had been in the warming chute for some time and tasted accordingly. We haven't had such bad fries in a long time. When asked, there was only a shrug of the shoulders...the rest was unfortunately very careless and quite cold. It's a shame, we're not really used to that.

Unfortunately, KFC is completely behind when it comes to payment options! It is absolutely incomprehensible that an international fast food company like KFC still does not accept American Express cards. We live in the year 2025, and it should have long been standard to accept all major credit cards - just as many competitors do without any problems. I have experienced several times that customers had to laboriously search for alternatives at the checkout because they wanted to pay with Amex and were then disappointed. This is not only unfriendly to customers, but also bad for business. Why does KFC stick to this outdated payment system while others have long since moved with the times? If something doesn't change here soon, I'll think carefully about whether I'll continue to spend my money here or whether I'd rather go to a provider that takes modern payment methods seriously. KFC should urgently improve!”

The visit was a grab in the toilet. The salad on the Zinger was so small that we actually looked for it, it was dry and had zero taste. The wings were so small that even the fries were bigger and the salad was drowned in dressing and didn't taste like anything at all. We actually left the store hungry, even though we paid almost 30 euros. Even 1 star is still too much. It used to be better. Very unfortunate

Where to start!!!!! No napkins!! Although the food was freshly prepared, it was still lukewarm (including the brioche), the sauce was missing on a BBQ burger, it was dry, biting into the chicken was such an unpleasant feeling, the meat was just cold to lukewarm, how does that work??, employees seem like a mourning congregation, stressed even though there wasn't much going on in the store, it used to be really great, although it was renovated, but the rest of it was really dismantled, other branches can do that much better!

We like the food quite well. Service wasn't great last visit. We ordered takeaway and made the mistake of not checking each package for its contents. We then had hot wings at home twice instead of just once, but there were no chicken pieces for the children. Order terminal was not working properly. We wanted to order at the counter and the employee said: Try it again at the terminal.

I usually eat here often. But over time I noticed that the Crispies and Hot Wings had become really small. The food is usually older and not fresh. You have to be lucky to get fresh food. The employees were often rude to me and were a bit cheeky. I order an extra 0.5l cup and then they still give me 0.3l cup because I can refill it. Now I was there in the morning and even then the food wasn't fresh! What's that supposed to mean?!

It's no longer what it once was. Very expensive and only disposable dishes and cutlery.
