So in contrast to other fast food chains, at least the burgers here are fresh and tasty. That's why there are 5 stars. Otherwise it's nothing special. New to the Kochlöffel chain and this fast food restaurant are the order terminals. At least they are no longer living in 1980.

Very bad experience with home service. The delivery person didn't want to deliver my food even though it was very precisely located and specified, he was rude and gave the order delivered without me having received anything. I submitted the request for the money to the application and apparently they will refund me the money. But the restaurant should hire people who are more interested in completing their duties and who have a bit of kindness.

Like a cheaper McDonald's Prices: lower Burger: smaller and not quite as tasty Fries: better Chicken Nuggets: better (didn't think that would work either) In general, the portions are perhaps a little smaller but still totally sufficient. The decor is quite McDonalds-like but more comfortable

We actually always enjoyed visiting the Kochlöffel in our hometown of Fürth once or twice a week. Unfortunately there was new staff and we were left YESTERDAY evening, on Tuesday around 7 p.m. Treated EXTREMELY disrespectfully by 2 employees!!! (a fully bearded man & a woman, with a waist-length ponytail, both unmotivated and speaking very poor German) My partner ordered nuggets from the male MA and 1x fries with ketchup. Since he had forgotten to order 2 fries, I went to the checkout and subsequently ordered and paid for another fries with ketchup from the female MA. While we waited for the second fries, we ate. After about 10-15 minutes, my partner asked me whether the staff had forgotten our second fries. I said yes, but gave her a little more time because something like that can happen. There was good stuff going on. The responsible employee obviously didn't notice. Whether “forgotten” intentionally or unintentionally, I don’t know. Own We sat directly opposite the cash register. Since I was eating, my partner asked politely. In front of us, another couple got their fries with mayo. The male MA then yelled at him SO loudly and cheekily that the entire store looked at US and simply claimed that he had already given him the fries. Obviously not... He was visibly confused, didn't understand anything from the expression on his face, looked to the right and left. Instead of calling his colleagues who were at the back and asking for help, he started seriously arguing with my husband. My partner got tired of it and got angry. No sign of the female MA, who was her own fault and had overslept to give me my fries... Suddenly she came forward again and asked what was wrong. When giving out the tablet, according to my husband, she held it too tightly and thought she had to warn HIM: Chill out! My partner replies, visibly angry: Yes, but your colleague was so cheeky! She then: Be quiet and don't be so cheeky to him (HOW PLEASE!!??) Until then, I had remained calm because I was eating and as a customer you don't expect that forgetting a portion of fries can turn out like this (?!!). Then I intervened and loudly explained to her that her colleague misunderstood and was rude to my friend. I also reprimanded the male MA and said that he had misunderstood it and that the fries he had given out before were for other customers and ours were still outstanding. The female MA then said it was appropriate to say dozens of times cheekily to ME: YOU ordered, then YOU also pick up the fries (PLEASE WHAT!!?) Sorry, but that's it completely!! I was so angry at her audacity that I 1. forgot to remind her that SHE had forgotten the order and 2. what could she think of talking to ME like that!!! It's still a purchase = service!!! We PAID for the food and she makes ME or US wait for 10-15 minutes, prefers to go behind and come out sometime and then is NAUGHTY to the CUSTOMERS??? Instead of apologizing and doing their job!? I was pissed off and warned her twice: What do YOU ​​want now!? She didn't say anything back and didn't even have the decency to apologize for herself or her colleague. Instead, she and a colleague ran behind again to gossip (yes, we heard you all the way to the front!). The male MA ran out to clean the tables and avoided eye contact even as we passed him pissed off to leave the store. Employee interviews and respectful and attentive staff with B1 or B2 German skills are urgently needed here!!! I have been working at the EZH for a long time and am usually very understanding, especially when there is a lot going on. but yesterday in Kochlöffel Fürth was simply a BOTTOMLESS INSURANCE!!! We are still angry and horrified that our evening was ruined!!! 0 stars from us, NEVER AGAIN

I've known the cooking spoon for a very long time and was there again today and, as always, the food was delicious, nothing has changed in all these years. Everything I ordered today was take out was very happy with everything.

The employees here are all so incredibly nice! And the food tastes wonderful 👍

Delicious chicken Menu better than McDonald's

The food is always great and the shop is busy, but the staff is always friendly.

Chicken very dry and burnt. I saw with my own eyes several times when the employees and the boss took the pre-fried chicken out of the kitchen. Of course the chickens are then dry. They have to be brought up to temperature. No improvement in sight. Next time I'll post photos of the chickens here.

First time!! And definitely last time too!! Never again !! Unfortunately the staff was very rude which prompted me to write this review!! The food wasn't good, nor was the packaging of the goods in the 2 Burger Box. I find it very sad because I've only heard good things about the chain, so there won't be a second time!! Furthermore, the food was by no means fair to the price!!

Attention to all vegetarians: Here, after confirmation from the saleswoman, fries and chicken wings are fried in the same fat. This probably applies to all other vegetarian options too. So unfortunately there is nothing for vegetarians to eat here. Greetings from the 90s.

The Kochlöffel is a nice fast food restaurant in a good location in the center. The service people were super nice and quick, the chicken was fresh and juicy, very tasty. We particularly liked the cleanliness of the store. Absolutely OK in terms of price, especially if you want to take advantage of the special offers.

The three of us ate at Kochlöffel today. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it as much as we had hoped. For the money... 33 euros for the three of us, too expensive

Update: War mal wieder Abends in der Filiale in Fürth, nach dem Gym. Hähnchen, Portion, Geschmack perfekt und Personal schnell und freundlich. Sehr gut. Wer Hähnchen mag, geht am besten dorthin. Man bekommt ein sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis, Das Hähnchen empfinde ich als sehr preiswert.

Für ein Fastfood Restaurant viel zu lange Wartezeiten Das Personal scheint deutlich überfordert zu sein

Nettes Personal, Hühnchen super gegrillt, Innenraum sauber.

Ein halbes Hähnchen; viel zu trocken, Haut zu dunkel, leicht schwarz. Wenn ihr kein Hähnchen.machen könnt, wer dann. Pommes lassen auch zu wünschen übrig, viel Geschnipsel. Da muß ich nicht mehr sein.

Eigentlich mag ich kein Fast Food. Hier mache ich ne Ausnahme. Kleines FF-Restaurant mit ein paar Tischen draußen in der Fußgängerzone. Neben den üblichen FF werden auch Grillhähnchen und auch Bäcker-Brötchen angeboten. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Nicht die übliche Hektik, die sonst so in diesen Restaurants herrscht.

Restaurante de comida rápida situado en la principal calle de la ciudad. Entre su oferta tiene hamburguesas, patatas fritas, pollo asado, Currywurst y Bratwurst. El personal es muy amable y aunque no hables alemán, van haciendo esfuerzos para mostrarte las diferentes opciones de la comida que ofrecen. Tanto la parte de dentro, como la de fuera, están muy limpias y el mobiliario es muy cómodo. Tienen una terraza con varias mesas donde sentarte a observar el tránsito de gente. El precio de las salchichas es inferior a 4 euros y las bebidas no alcoholicas tienen un precio de alrededor de 3.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, essen kommt, schnell, lecker und heiß. Alles super. Seit vielen Jahren mal wieder dort gewesen, hab mich wohlgefühlt, alles sauber. Der Filialleiter ist gedanklich schon immer dort.

Das Hähnchen schmeckt Sehr lecker. Jedoch war es diesmal zu trocken.

Ich als Rollstuhlfahrerin,komm dort gut ins Geschäft rein ,Personal ist nett und hilft mir... Essen geht so ,bin nicht mehr zufrieden .... Hähnchen waren nicht durch und pommes kalt ...

Kochlöffel heißt eigentlich, dass dieser noch selbst geschwungen wird. Vielleicht war das früher einmal so. Heute gibt's hier schnelles Essen auf die Hand. Ob Burger, Pommes oder Grillhähnchen- für alle ist sicher etwas dabei. Für den kleinen Geldbeutel gut geeignet. Zentral gelegen und super nettes Personal, die das Essen auch noch servieren.

Kochlöffel kenn' ich auch aus Ulm. Nette Leute, jederzeit preiswertes und gut schmeckendes Essen. Gepflegte Räumlichkeiten...

Personal freundlich, das Essen ist nicht so der Hit.

Ob die chicken kross Burger oder des gigala es ist immer lecker 😋 und wenn ihr Nicht mehr in Fürth seid dann würde wirklich was fehlen weiter so werde immer höflich bedient Danke schön

Diesmal leider schlechter Service, der Tisch war unsauber auch die Toilette. Die waren einfach überfordert.

Zu viel Chaos beim Bestellen. Habe nur die Hälfte meiner Bestellung erhalten und es war nichtmal eine Gabel dabei... Schmecken tut es wenigstens

bisher einen Hamburger und ein halbes Hähnchen dort gekauft ...im Vergleich zum BKing und MAC war der Hamburger durchaus Sehr Gut. Das halbe Hähnchen wollte ich zuerst noch mit jemanden teilen, war aber so gut, dass ich es lieber selbst gefuttert habe. Wenn man die Rezensionen hier liest, schon komisch. Hab ich nur Glück gehabt??
