Truly the worst McDonald's around. Horrible service and constantly forgetting and I CONSTANTLY repeat parts of our orders or mix them up entirely

Catastrophe 3 Burger and big reconcile 35 min.. after that I ask for my money back and they tell me that it is normal to wait so long.. CATASTROPHE avoid these workers

Long waiting times, half of the order is missing.

People be careful when ordering and paying via the app! The store tries to charge the order twice. At the McDrive issuing counter they claimed they couldn't see the payments. The guy then brazenly said that I should pay again and then I could contact McDonalds by email. I refused and showed several times that the amount had definitely been booked. The guy was beyond rude and became abusive. Slammed his window. After 5 minutes, my order was cheekily handed to me without a word. I felt like I had done something wrong. I then called my bank and the amount was definitely posted! The store, the employees and the service are an absolute disaster. I will also complain about this again to McDonalds Germany in Munich. Don't let the employees intimidate you into paying again, this is probably a scam to charge twice for the order. It's best to give this dubious McDonalds a wide berth! Another past experience with this McDonalds branch: The McDrive is always a disaster. I wonder why you actually pre-order if it takes just as long without pre-ordering anyway. Today the bird was shot down with 2 cars in front of me. I waited 25 minutes and then I had to explain again what I actually ordered. People closed the place. You just can't do it! You've ever heard that fast food means fast!

I was there for breakfast. Was a good selection.

This "fast food restaurant" is a complete disaster. Unfriendly, slow and if you point out something that's missing, you'll also be spoken to stupidly.

All in all, it's a mess, a burnt apple turnover, service is zero. 3 terminals out of 4 don't work. Waiting forever even though it was shown as ready for collection.

I don't know whether the employees are overloaded. But the “quality” is getting worse and potato wedges with sweet and sour dip instead of sour cream are an interesting taste experience. All in all, the owner should train his staff again. Be sure to check your orders, it often happens that something is missing!!

Ich bin seit zwei Jahren Stammkunde hier, aber leider ändert sich nichts. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten ohne Handschuhe – ich habe selbst gesehen, wie eine Mitarbeiterin die Zutaten für den Burger ohne Handschuhe mit den Händen anfasste. 🤢 Es wird nie ein Strohhalm zum Getränk gelegt. Kürzlich wurde meine Bestellung nicht vollständig ausgegeben: Die Pommes wurden vergessen, und wir mussten selbst danach fragen. Wir haben zwei Soßen bestellt, aber nur eine erhalten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, die andere Soße sei nicht verfügbar – aber wir haben dafür bezahlt! Man hätte uns wenigstens eine alternative Soße geben können. Es fehlt ständig etwas! Die Mitarbeiter reden laut miteinander, als würden sie sich gegenseitig nicht verstehen. Der Service ist wirklich schlecht, oft werden keine Servietten dazugelegt! Ein weiteres Beispiel: Wir waren morgens hier, um einen Kaffee zu trinken, und anstelle von Porzellantassen wurde der Kaffee in Einwegbechern serviert – offenbar, um das Geschirr nicht spülen zu müssen? Jedes Mal sind wir erneut schockiert. Der einzige Grund, warum wir hierher kommen, ist die Nähe zu unserem Zuhause, wenn es schnell gehen muss. Aber das Personal und der Service sind einfach miserabel! In general, we are surprised every time, it’s just convenient near the house when you want to eat quickly, but the service and staff are terrible!!!

Unfortunately the atmosphere seems very cute. Dirty tables and trendy floors. The fries were lukewarm and flabby. Chicken Mcnuggets not hot, but tasted okay.

Mcdonalds is just rubbish only when you need to eat something quickly without time and even then it always sucks.

Burgers were cold. Lots of staff running around haphazardly. Restaurant seemed dingy and tables not cleared and dirty. Which is also due to the clientele that frequents there, who don't give up their tablets. clear.

Of my mc plant nuggets, 2 out of 6 were animal. My intention behind the vegetarian diet is not that animal products are thrown away, but that animals don't have to die for me in the first place. Unfortunately, in this case, animals had to die for me 😥. I wasn't apologized for, but the product was exchanged and I received a free Coke, but unfortunately my dip was forgotten. No feedback on the matter at hand, so now one star. Still makes me very angry!

Incredibly bad service at mc drive. Everything was going well until I got to the second counter to pick up the food I ordered online. I parked on the side and waited for 20 minutes. After several attempts to remind the worker at the counter that we were still waiting for our food, he actually served 12 other cars that came after me. There was never a “sorry to keep you waiting” or anything else. My children and I were still waiting until I ran in angry. At that moment the worker came and simply handed the food to my children in the car without saying a word. I saw this and ran out because my child was calling for me. Well, packed up food to go home... next surprise. There were 2 nuggets missing from the 6 nuggets, all 3 fries were unsalted and soggy (and no, my walk home wasn't even 5 minutes, I live around the corner), and I don't want to talk about the one burger first... there were 2 ingredients missing . Terrible!!! I would prefer not to give them any stars but the employee at counter 1 was very friendly. This 1 star is just for him.

I think it's a shame that no honest opinion is posted here. I've been to this branch a few times and it wasn't as traumatic as described here, my experience there was very good.

The branch manager was rude and treats customers (and also colleagues) very disrespectfuly.. i left without buyin food cuz of his attitude .. when he got furious when i wanted to alter my order.. All customers should be treated with respect..

MC Chicken Classic costs 5.79 and Chicken Burger costs 2.29!!!!!

Actually a good McDonalds. Haven't had many negative experiences yet. But the disposable packs are still a real mess. McDonald's is a restaurant. All restaurants in Germany have plates and cutlery. Except McDonalds (and a few other exceptions). Particularly bold: If you want to use reusables, you also have to pay for it. Deposit or not. Nobody expects you to be a role model in sustainability. But at least getting to know the status of a restaurant is probably the least.

Standing in the drive for 20 minutes when there's only one car in front of you, the food is lukewarm, and there's no hello or goodbye.

If you read recent reviews, I was lucky to enjoy a somewhat slower, standard service here. The ordering process is completed on the touchscreen and brought to the table. It took a while but everything was freshly prepared. I always only order from McDonald's using coupons because otherwise the price is too high for the service.

If there were 0 stars I would give 0. I've never seen anything so unfriendly. I remarked something and you're being laughed at.

It's just closed.... The main thing is that you can order in advance via the app.... The young people hanging around don't help the ambience either....

As the others say, the dirtiest McDonald's ever. The toilets are always filthy and everything is covered in pee (gentlemen), there is usually no paper. The tables are usually greasy. We have the food brought to the table and two out of three meals are missing something and it's really annoying to complain about it. Today we wanted to go back (unfortunately it's the only one on our way - but we just wanted to get some ice cream) and it's dark and the branch is closed at 11 p.m. Maybe the health department was there now...

The worst McDonald's I've ever entered. The terminals are crazy. The employees are completely overwhelmed (even though there wasn't much going on). The store manager is just shouting. You wait for what feels like an eternity to receive your food. The highlight of the culinary excursion was the cleanliness. The toilet was a DISASTER totally filthy. The women's toilet certainly looked the same. And the clearance carts were overflowing with rubbish.

Wait 20 minutes for a cold burger - Poor hygiene - since you can still eat from the pinpad at the drive thru counter despite repeated requests, I don't want to know what the hygiene is like in the areas that the customer doesn't see. Improvement desired.

Ordered online and picked up. The fries were hard and soaked in grease. Inedible. The Big Mac was ok. The 20 MacPlant were extremely hard and dried out. Inedible. Guys, what's this supposed to mean? Do you no longer have customers that you have to reheat ready-made food in fat again and again? It was a shame about the money, everything went into the bin. A year ago I gave it 5 stars. Today I was able to experience first hand how disgustingly this store is run! I recently bought a chicken burger there. It was a burger and it was meant to be taken away. The young woman at the counter either forgot that or she thought it was nonsense, I don't know exactly. She wasn't really excited about packing the one burger. Afterwards I wanted to go to the toilet for a moment. The entrance area wasn't really dirty but wasn't clean either. The devices for dry hands, hadn't seen a cloth in a long time. But that's kindergarten compared to the cabins. There was something stuck all over the walls. But the surprise was in the bowl in which you are supposed to relieve yourself. A huge pile. There was something in cabin 2 that didn't belong there. Kp what it was. I saved myself number 3. I threw away the chicken burger. Because well, everyone can guess why. I accepted that I had to go to the toilet but didn't go. To describe the situation correctly. The drive wasn't full and neither was the store. Yes, it's Sunday but if 2 employees can clean the tablets then that's fine. Let's take a look in the toilets.

I ordered from Mcdrive and the burgers were cold I ordered extra fries when I noticed but later realized I didn't have any!!! Ice cream was half full Very bad !!!!!!

There's just one thing I'd like to get rid of. Please wipe yours better if you don't just wipe half the table but completely and maybe not all the tables with a cloth without washing it out at once, otherwise everything is great

We often order there and out of 10 orders, 2 or 3 of them always forget something. Sometimes a burger, sometimes a sauce, sometimes fries, sometimes the drinks. Very unfortunate. In terms of food, everything is good, except that every now and then we get burgers or fries that have been left out for a long time. But the staff is definitely friendly.

Food is always the same, what should I rate? But since the new unemployment office system (take a number and stand there stupidly) the speed has been really slow. And no, that's not because of the employees, who seem to me to be very motivated, but unfortunately completely overloaded during peak hours.

Very rude staff, don't listen carefully at the drive in. Wanting you to pay for food that you didn't order and have us throw it away. If you tell customers to speak more carefully, how about just listening more carefully before becoming aggressive? Very bad staff!

To take away very often and always wrong burgers or older burgers that have been standing there for hours and then also unfriendly and the best is on Sigmundstrasse if you park there for longer than 2 hours you will get a 30 euro ticket so leave money there and because you had a long conversation and parked there for 2 hours cost 30 euros 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Basically it's like any other McDonald's. There are terminals for ordering. You print out a receipt and pay at the checkout. There are parking spaces and a drive-thru for drivers. The bus stop and S-Bahn station are nearby, just a 5-minute walk.

I ate here for the first and last time today, I'm so pissed off by the staff, I lost €10 from my pocket and then the staff member said is it yours, I said yes and he just put it in his pocket when I asked him about it he I don't look at the cameras for €10. I don't recommend you come here, I've had really bad experiences here.

Within 3 months I ordered takeaway food for 3 adults (3 BicMäc menu) for the 3 grandchildren (3 HappyMeal) and every time half was missing, when I complained the cashier was very unfriendly. Can happen but not 3 times.

We had something to eat there on a Friday evening. In my opinion, the touch panels are very slow, which makes ordering quite annoying. The food was ready averagely quickly and also prepared averagely. The toilets could have been a little cleaner.

Wahrscheinlich aufgrund der starken frequentierung eine der schmutzigeren Filialen. Die Tische sowie der Boden darunter meist einwenig schmuddelig. Bei größeren Bestellungen fehlt meistens etwas, weshalb es sich empfiehlt sofort nach Erhalt alles genau zu prüfen.

War Abends da.Drive in komplett voll bis auf die Straße. Innen war es ebenso voll. Leider wurde die Bestellung vergessen.Wurde aufgerufen und als ich hinkam nichts da. Es wurde sich entschuldigt und schnellstmöglichst neu zusammengestellt. Leider durch das ganze Chaos der Mitarbeiter fehlte ein Burger und stattdessen gab es Chicken Nuggets. Beim BIC MÄC wurde die soße abbestellt,war aber drauf. Leider wurde es zu spät bemerkt,da ich to Go gewählt habe. Im Restaurant hab ich in der kurzen Wartezeit ebenfalls noch von 2 weiteren falschbestellungen mitbekommen. Der Boden im Küchenbereich war mit Pommes und anderen Zubehör übersät.Es wurde aber regelmäßig nach kurzer gekehrt. Lierando und die übrigen Lieferdienste werden bevorzugt behandelt,was ich sehr unfair finde. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit,aber gegen so eine Menschenmenge leider überfordert. Parkplätze vorhanden,aber bei dem Ansturm nur mit Glück zu bekommen.

Meine Bestellung wurde an der Tafel als abholbereit angezeigt obwohl nur der Zettel auf dem Tablet lag. Und die Tische können auch zwischendurch mal abgewischt werden.

McDonalds wir mögen es und gehen immer wieder hin. Gerne zu diesem McDonalds, weil man dort gut bei der Bestellung beraten wird und auf unsere Wünsche und Fragen eingeht. Es ist/war immer sauber dort. Die Toiletten sind sauber. Die Aussicht ist nicht besonders aber wir wissen auch das wir nicht in Panorama Restaurant gehen.

Es war ganz nett aber die Jugendlichen dort benehmen sich unter aller Kanone.

Essen ist teurer geworden durch die Energie Preise ist und bleibt aber halt Fast Food. Parkplätze sind vor dem Geschäft Ambiente okay da am Wochenende abends nicht mehr so viel los ist. Ich finde die Stiftung von Ronald McDonald ganz gut.

Direkt an S-Bahn und U-Bahn. Am Rande einer Industrieanlage. Großer Parkplatz und Freigelände direkt an der Würzburger Straße.

Wir haben ein Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Es hat 30 Minuten gedauert! Auch als ich sah, dass meine Bestellung nicht auf dem Bildschirm erschien und die Leute gingen, beschwerte ich mich und sie hatten es verloren!!!! Sie kamen später mit der Bestellung zurück, entschuldigten sich und gaben uns 3 Eiscremes. Aber es herrschte große Unordnung, die Bestellungen stapelten sich (ich habe 13 auf dem Bildschirm gezählt) und niemand schien dem Personal Ruhe und Organisation zu geben. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen. Schade um das Image von McDonald's.

Also ich muss das jetzt Loswerden. Was ist mit den burger Brötchen passiert? Die schmecken seit kurzen garnicht mer nach burger. Beim big mac sind die Brötchen dunkler und bei denn classics meint man darauf wurde Lack überzogen so glänzen die. Richtig komischer Geschmack. Und seit einiger Zeit die Mayonnaise und Ketchup. Einfach nur pfui und künstlich. Hat jemand auch solche Erfahrungen gemacht? ? ?

Schlechter Service👎 ständiger Personal Wechsel & dann verstehen die Mitarbeiter einen oft kaum. Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig...hier gibt's auf jedenfall einiges das man verbessern kann.

Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt aber hintnach war mir etwas Übel entweder war die Portion wo ich gegessen habe zu viel oder das Fett von McDonalds war schuld. DiePreise bei McDonalds sind inzwischen auch ganz schön Teuer geworden die Sauberkeit im Restaurant ist und war ganz okay .

Normales Mc Donalds mit den Burgern die es überall gibt sauber und nettes Personal. Ich mag die chilli Nuggets
