McDonald's in Fürth

One of the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever eaten. It was so filthy that you feel disgusted eating it. The Coke wasn't Coke, it was just plain water! The tables were dirty, the walls were dirty, and the floor was too! Disgusting, never again!

Unfortunately, the interior is unkempt and dirty, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Restrooms are really dirty, tables aren't wiped, and the food is mediocre.

When you order an ice cream with a double Oreo, you get fewer Oreo than if you order a single Oreo. This is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Paying cash at one counter and picking up goods at another 🤨. That's not something everyone automatically understands 🤔.

We came here especially for the current promotion... The only thing I really wanted to try was the Sakura Sprite - no longer available... Even though the promotion runs from August 7th to August 27th, and today is only August 18th... Very weak... Absolutely no-go.

It's too expensive, the food is way too small, the ice cream tastes like blood, and the ordering machine is broken. Only the mashed potatoes with sour cream are super delicious. I'd recommend it just for that dish... The rest is simply unbearable!!!

I think this is the only McDonald's where salt is a true luxury item, and they save a lot on it. When I order there, it's usually the same thing. And they almost always come with a Royal T.S. But it only tastes really good if the patties are seasoned. Only at this restaurant in Fürth are they only seasoned once out of every ten. I know everything has gotten more expensive...but saving on salt...good grief. Plus, the lines at the drive-thru are often so long that cars have to wait on the street, holding up traffic. They're definitely not the fastest employees...especially since they skip the seasoning step.

I ordered a wrap for 5.99, which I paid with a 10€ bill. I only got 4€ back, and they didn't give me a cent. Everyone made fun of me. The workers were inappropriate. I waited so long that I was sent away. That's why I wrote this review.

It was ok, fries were good and warm, burger was good, drink was good too except that there was too much ice in the ice tea, 3 are enough but there are 6 in it, well, I recommend the mc donalds, it is next to a train station and a road, very nice

Form your own opinion about almost empty containers. But be careful, excessive hygiene can cause your shoes to stick to the counter.

My friend first received too little change, and then, when he politely requested it back, he was treated extremely rudely and unfriendly and had to wait a long time, even though they weren't supposed to be busy. Terrible!

How was it here? What a question. Is it basically the same at every McDonald's, or are there significant differences?

I have to say, I rarely come here, and today I noticed something for the first time. Presumably, a team leader at the branch is responsible for not throwing our food messily onto a tray and handing it over, but stacking it up and very politely serving it to our table. We ordered two ketchups and wanted one mayo and one ketchup. The Asian waitress very politely swapped them.

Since the restaurant appears to be Russian-owned, the only people spoken at the back counter are Russian. Communication, like in my case, was almost impossible, especially when I had trouble paying with my cell phone.

We like McDonalds and go there again and again. I like to go to this McDonalds because they give good advice when ordering and respond to our wishes and questions. It is/was always clean there. The toilets are clean. The view is not special but we also know that we won't go to the Panorama Restaurant.

A child-friendly McDonald's, there is a small room inside to romp around, and outside there is a climbing tower with a slide.

It needs renovation. The outdoor area for the children is dirty.

Sometimes the toilets smell like weed and other eww stuff and the computers are extremely laggy too. McDonald’s is McDonald’s tho so it was tasty but yeah. The outside tables are super cool as long as you’re not ambushed by rabid rats.

Well, I don't usually do that because mistakes can happen...in the end, we're all human. BUT this is the fourth time I've ordered and paid for something extra, but only got the regular burger. 2 meats, 1 cheese and bacon...on top of a big Tasty. Anyone who knows the prices knows, and after the fourth time in a row, I've had enough. Plus, I had to wait another 20 minutes for it. So, for me, it was the last time I went there. Sorry.

They are simply zero orders, we waited for an hour and then they brought the wrong drinks and I paid extra for the sauce and forgot about it and the food was so cold it was standing there ready to be picked up even though I said I wanted to eat at the table, never again

Whenever you order here, something is always missing or wrong. When you ask, the only response is, "It's your own fault." Next time, I'd rather drive a few kilometers further to a different McDonald's.

Visited at 12:00 noon on May 8th. A man in charge of hamburgers in the kitchen was making bread and patties with his bare hands. The lettuce from my Big Mac spilled on the kitchen table, so I used my hand to wipe the table and let the lettuce fall onto the floor. After that, he made the next burger with his bare hands. I heard that McDonald's has high hygiene standards. Is this restaurant making fun of the customers who come to eat there? If it were a normal company, it would be subject to an audit.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and waited 9 minutes and 17 seconds for all the customers who came after me to be served! Burgers were cold & dry! I threw it in the trash!!! I could have just eaten the burgers, the rest of them were rubbish!!! And it’s free!

The food was fine, but... they spilled a Coke while serving the dish and I had to apologize, they didn't provide ketchup or napkins, the TV showing the numbers doesn't work and the worst thing... I go there with my friend every two days and we still haven't received anything for free. HORRIBLE!!!!

Good experience with small defects I was here for lunch on March 31st at 12:00pm and overall it was a good visit. The food was fresh and tasty, and the wait was minimal - a big plus, especially at lunchtime. The staff were mostly friendly and attentive, which made the stay pleasant. Some employees seemed less committed, but overall the service was fine. The offers were clearly visible and clearly signposted, which made the selection easier. The children's play area is a nice addition and is in acceptable condition. A negative point, however, is the cleanliness of the toilets and the lobby. The floor was dirty and the toilets definitely needed more attention - a known McDonald's problem. Overall a good fast food experience with little room for improvement in hygiene. I'd love to come back!

I was just at the branch and I'm really wondering what the employees are thinking about, or if they're even thinking about anything at all... There was no mayo on the fries, maybe there was just ketchup... but the fries were missing once, too, which must have been the ones that would have had the mayo! But there was no dressing for the salad either, whatever... and let's not even talk about the 6-pack nuggets that were missing, along with the sauces... Guys, check your orders when you order takeout!!! If I weren't so lazy, I'd go right back and give the lady a pair of glasses to read her orders. 😡

Well, McDonald’s. However, some of my orders were ruined here and at certain hours inside you think you are in the cafeteria of a support facility for behavioral problems.

A culinary experience in a class of its own! My Big Tasty Bacon was apparently on a diet - just a slice of cheese, sauce and meat, the rest? Probably disappeared into the parallel world of good service. The cola? A masterpiece of water treatment so diluted that even homeopaths would applaud. And the McRibs? Minimalism in its purest form – meat and sauce, nothing else. They probably thought I should bring my own vegetables. All in all, a fast food experience that really impressed me - in the worst possible way. 1 star because 0 is unfortunately not an option!

I don't know why a McCafe was introduced, but this is the second time we've been not served there and very discreetly ignored. I also really don't like this rigid concept that McDonalds now has and will now avoid McDonalds in the future.

Wieder einmal waren wir hier und auch heute wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Wir wählten am Terminal einmal quer durch die Speisekarte und konnten tatsächlich schmackhaftes Essen serviert bekommen. Besonders gut war die Erdbeeschnitte und die veganen Chicken Nuggets. Der Preis ist OK für diese Qualität und dem netten Service am Tisch. Gerne mal wieder!

Once again we were here and today we were not disappointed. We chose from the menu at the terminal and were actually served tasty food. The strawberry slices and the vegan chicken nuggets were particularly good. The price is OK for this quality and the nice service at the table. Gladly again!

I've had to wait forever here several times, for example today it took 20 minutes for four burgers. Super unfriendly staff. Today a colleague asked an older lady if this order was ready, she replied no, I forgot. That was my order. No apologies and no hello and goodbye. Absolutely cheeky

3 hours before closing you could only order takeaway and the table numbers were simply taken away. When I asked if I could get a table number, the aggressive response was that it was only possible to order take-away at the terminal, but you could eat inside. 7% VAT instead of 19%. The nuggets were raw, red and frozen on the inside and completely soft on the outside. Employees don't speak German! Got raw nuggets again after complaining. High risk of salmonella, be careful here! Some things here should be checked by the authorities!

Bad staff, harassment by young people and orders are forgotten or not even made, despite being paid. Just sad!

Having never been there, looking at directions doesn't necessarily mean you're going there.

The restaurant has declined significantly. It's very dirty and lately there have been more and more characters hanging around who don't eat, who don't eat, and who bother guests. Apparently the staff doesn't care. You can take your food with you if all the seats are occupied.

You should always check your order at this McDonalds. Instead of a chicken burger you get a cheeseburger without what is said, an entire menu is missing or the sauces are completely forgotten. Also very often get a cold burger. The selection at this McDonalds is also limited and very often e.g. the BigRösti Spicey was not available for selection in the app.

Not for the first time very dissatisfied. Burger not even lukewarm, lattice potatoes cold. The service seems totally overwhelmed. The rooms make a dingy impression. (We were there around 11 a.m.). The floor was dirty, the glass front was completely smeared. Don't think the dirt is from the same day. Toilets weren't exactly clean and there was often no soap. I thought the staff checked the toilets several times a day. At least that's what it says on the notes in the toilet. Conclusion: A lot of things urgently need to be improved.

A McDonald's as you know it, always busy, you can order at the counter, via the app or at the ordering columns.

I am completely satisfied with the employees and the service. If there is a problem, it will be taken care of. Every effort is made to ensure that the teenagers behave well. Anyone who overdoes it will fly. I think it's totally fine too. So I can't say anything bad about the Golden M. I think it just depends on how you approach the employee.

People be careful when ordering and paying via the app! The store tries to charge the order twice. At the McDrive issuing counter they claimed they couldn't see the payments. The guy then brazenly said that I should pay again and then I could contact McDonalds by email. I refused and showed several times that the amount had definitely been booked. The guy was beyond rude and became abusive. Slammed his window. After 5 minutes, my order was cheekily handed to me without a word. I felt like I had done something wrong. I then called my bank and the amount was definitely posted! The store, the employees and the service are an absolute disaster. I will also complain about this again to McDonalds Germany in Munich. Don't let the employees intimidate you into paying again, this is probably a scam to charge twice for the order. It's best to give this dubious McDonalds a wide berth! Another past experience with this McDonalds branch: The McDrive is always a disaster. I wonder why you actually pre-order if it takes just as long without pre-ordering anyway. Today the bird was shot down with 2 cars in front of me. I waited 25 minutes and then I had to explain again what I actually ordered. People closed the place. You just can't do it! You've ever heard that fast food means fast!

This "fast food restaurant" is a complete disaster. Unfriendly, slow and if you point out something that's missing, you'll also be spoken to stupidly.

I don't know whether the employees are overloaded. But the “quality” is getting worse and potato wedges with sweet and sour dip instead of sour cream are an interesting taste experience. All in all, the owner should train his staff again. Be sure to check your orders, it often happens that something is missing!!

Ich bin seit zwei Jahren Stammkunde hier, aber leider ändert sich nichts. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten ohne Handschuhe – ich habe selbst gesehen, wie eine Mitarbeiterin die Zutaten für den Burger ohne Handschuhe mit den Händen anfasste. 🤢 Es wird nie ein Strohhalm zum Getränk gelegt. Kürzlich wurde meine Bestellung nicht vollständig ausgegeben: Die Pommes wurden vergessen, und wir mussten selbst danach fragen. Wir haben zwei Soßen bestellt, aber nur eine erhalten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, die andere Soße sei nicht verfügbar – aber wir haben dafür bezahlt! Man hätte uns wenigstens eine alternative Soße geben können. Es fehlt ständig etwas! Die Mitarbeiter reden laut miteinander, als würden sie sich gegenseitig nicht verstehen. Der Service ist wirklich schlecht, oft werden keine Servietten dazugelegt! Ein weiteres Beispiel: Wir waren morgens hier, um einen Kaffee zu trinken, und anstelle von Porzellantassen wurde der Kaffee in Einwegbechern serviert – offenbar, um das Geschirr nicht spülen zu müssen? Jedes Mal sind wir erneut schockiert. Der einzige Grund, warum wir hierher kommen, ist die Nähe zu unserem Zuhause, wenn es schnell gehen muss. Aber das Personal und der Service sind einfach miserabel! In general, we are surprised every time, it’s just convenient near the house when you want to eat quickly, but the service and staff are terrible!!!

Of my mc plant nuggets, 2 out of 6 were animal. My intention behind the vegetarian diet is not that animal products are thrown away, but that animals don't have to die for me in the first place. Unfortunately, in this case, animals had to die for me 😥. I wasn't apologized for, but the product was exchanged and I received a free Coke, but unfortunately my dip was forgotten. No feedback on the matter at hand, so now one star. Still makes me very angry!

Incredibly bad service at mc drive. Everything was going well until I got to the second counter to pick up the food I ordered online. I parked on the side and waited for 20 minutes. After several attempts to remind the worker at the counter that we were still waiting for our food, he actually served 12 other cars that came after me. There was never a “sorry to keep you waiting” or anything else. My children and I were still waiting until I ran in angry. At that moment the worker came and simply handed the food to my children in the car without saying a word. I saw this and ran out because my child was calling for me. Well, packed up food to go home... next surprise. There were 2 nuggets missing from the 6 nuggets, all 3 fries were unsalted and soggy (and no, my walk home wasn't even 5 minutes, I live around the corner), and I don't want to talk about the one burger first... there were 2 ingredients missing . Terrible!!! I would prefer not to give them any stars but the employee at counter 1 was very friendly. This 1 star is just for him.

I think it's a shame that no honest opinion is posted here. I've been to this branch a few times and it wasn't as traumatic as described here, my experience there was very good.

The branch manager was rude and treats customers (and also colleagues) very disrespectfuly.. i left without buyin food cuz of his attitude .. when he got furious when i wanted to alter my order.. All customers should be treated with respect..

MC Chicken Classic costs 5.79 and Chicken Burger costs 2.29!!!!!

Actually a good McDonalds. Haven't had many negative experiences yet. But the disposable packs are still a real mess. McDonald's is a restaurant. All restaurants in Germany have plates and cutlery. Except McDonalds (and a few other exceptions). Particularly bold: If you want to use reusables, you also have to pay for it. Deposit or not. Nobody expects you to be a role model in sustainability. But at least getting to know the status of a restaurant is probably the least.

Standing in the drive for 20 minutes when there's only one car in front of you, the food is lukewarm, and there's no hello or goodbye.

If you read recent reviews, I was lucky to enjoy a somewhat slower, standard service here. The ordering process is completed on the touchscreen and brought to the table. It took a while but everything was freshly prepared. I always only order from McDonald's using coupons because otherwise the price is too high for the service.

As the others say, the dirtiest McDonald's ever. The toilets are always filthy and everything is covered in pee (gentlemen), there is usually no paper. The tables are usually greasy. We have the food brought to the table and two out of three meals are missing something and it's really annoying to complain about it. Today we wanted to go back (unfortunately it's the only one on our way - but we just wanted to get some ice cream) and it's dark and the branch is closed at 11 p.m. Maybe the health department was there now...

The worst McDonald's I've ever entered. The terminals are crazy. The employees are completely overwhelmed (even though there wasn't much going on). The store manager is just shouting. You wait for what feels like an eternity to receive your food. The highlight of the culinary excursion was the cleanliness. The toilet was a DISASTER totally filthy. The women's toilet certainly looked the same. And the clearance carts were overflowing with rubbish.

Fast food restaurant with friendly service

Wait 20 minutes for a cold burger - Poor hygiene - since you can still eat from the pinpad at the drive thru counter despite repeated requests, I don't want to know what the hygiene is like in the areas that the customer doesn't see. Improvement desired.

The employees cannot handle their own ordering system: numbers are shown as ready for collection even though they are not even being prepared. Customers who then want to pick up their orders are grimly turned away. Waiting time far too long. Cleanliness in the restaurant and outdoor area needs improvement.
