Total unfreundliche Bedienung und Mann warte Ewigkeiten auf das Essen

Ich mag es halt nicht wenn etwas bezahltes fehlt und dazu der Hamburger nicht so schmeckt wie es sein müsste! Pommesteile aus der Tüte bereits raus geflogen! Mangelnde Sauberkeit mag ich auch nicht, insbesondere wenn fast jeder Tisch dreckig ist!

Meine 1200 Punkte sind weg , dann die in App gezeigte Produkte gibt's nicht für den Preis, Zahlung funktioniert nicht, die dort arbeiten können kein Deutsch aber für 5€ mc Fisch verkaufen....

Wurde komplett renoviert. Sehr lecker und frisch alles, gute und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter und generell bisher das Beste McDonald's Erlebnis. (Stand 16.06.2026)

Warum ein Stern weil ich nach dem Essen starke Bauchschmerzen bekommen habe und es hat mir nicht mal geschmeckt

War sauber und das Essen frisch und warm. Nichts hat gefehlt.

Ich war in meinen Leben noch nie in einem volleren McDonald’s als hier. Kaum ein Parkplatz oder Sitzplatz 🫠Mitarbeiter geben aber ihr Bestes aber einfach zu viel los

Habe hier gerade über 20 Minuten vergeblich auf zwei am Terminal bestellte Eis gewartet, während neben mir Leute ihre Bestellungen entgegen nahmen, die lange nach mir am Terminal waren. Hier nie wieder!

Ich müsste lange warten an der Kasse obwohl ich der erste, war personal unfreundlich

Ein Kinderfreundliches Mc Donald's, im Außenbereichen eine Kletterturm mit Rutsche.

Seit dem Umbau werden Menschen die das PC System nicht bedienen können, diskriminiert, denn sie werden nich bedient und hämisch beäugt. Ist das Inklusion und Gleichberechtigung?

Dieses ständige gepiepse aus der Küche würde mich als Mitarbeiter Wahnsinnig machen... Aber auch als Kunde ist es ziemlich übel und stresst. Ansonsten ganz nett hergerichtet und relativ schnell.

Generell bin ich mit McDonald’s sehr zufrieden. Das Essen schmeckt mir und der Service ist meistens freundlich und schnell. 😊 Ich möchte nur eine kleine, höfliche Anmerkung machen, damit das Erlebnis noch besser wird. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung hat das Glas gefehlt, das bzw. der eigentlich im Menü enthalten war. Außerdem habe ich nach einem Strohhalm gefragt und der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse meinte darauf etwas in die Richtung von: „Das kann man auch so trinken.“ Ich verstehe natürlich, dass es manchmal stressig ist, aber es wäre schön, wenn man etwas mehr darauf achten könnte, dass die Bestellung vollständig ist und freundlich mit den Kunden umgegangen wird. 😊 Trotzdem gehe ich weiterhin gerne zu McDonald’s und hoffe einfach auf ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei solchen Kleinigkeiten.

Teils langsamer Service mit längeren Wartezeiten Parkplätze in begrenztem Umfang vorhanden

Seit dem Umbau ist leider gefühlt alles schlimmer geworden, als Kunde steht man immer im Weg, wirklich durchdacht wirkt das neue Raumkonzept leider nicht. Es wirkt alles deutlich enger und ungemütlicher, früher wirkte alles deutlich offener und größer. Scheinbar wurde aber auch in der Küche einiges verändert, Bestellungen dauern mittlerweile viel länger als früher, egal, ob man zum mitnehmen oder hier essen bestellt. Auch im McDrive dauert es länger. Seit dem Umbau versuche ich es, diesen McDonald’s so gut es geht zu vermeiden.

Die Mitarbeiterin mit den roten Haaren ist nicht empfehlenswert sind hat gesagt dass wir denken das wir lustig sind aber dass sind wir nicht waren ihr Worte

Habe mir eine andere Soße bestellt, habe aber die falsche erhalten, schade!

Der Burger war kalt, die Pommes waren super und das neue Getränk war erstklassig.

Mehrere Fehler in einer relativ simplen Bestellung. Leider hier kein Einzelfall.

Also in meinem Leben war ich schon in zahlreichen Filialen (besonders mit meinen Kindern). Aber diese hier ist mit Abstand die sauberste und ordentlichste Filiale die ich erlebt habe. Inkl frischer Blumen auf dem Tisch ,einer ruhigen Atmosphäre und einer extrem freundlichen Mitarbeiterin welche umher geht und fragt ob bei den Leuten alles in Ordnung ist. In allen Punkten top !

Von mcdonalds erwarte ich qualitativ nicht wirklich viel zwecks essen. Aber seid dem umbau ist es auch noch unpersönlich absolut unübersichtlich und für persönlich nicht einladend

Ich habe 15 minuten lang auf 2 Pommes gewartet damit am Ende ein Mitarbeiter behauptet das ich nicht gezahlt hätte, aber ich habe bezahlt gehabt es handelte sich um ein Missverständnis aber das mir die ganze Zeit unrecht gegeben wurde ohne irgendwelche Beweise eigentlich mag ich McDonald aber ich habe heute wieder eine schlechte Erfahrung gesammelt

Lokal und DriveIn fast leer, trotzdem kam der Burger erst nach über 10 Minuten KALT auf den Tisch! (Tischservice) Die unfreundliche Dame irrte durchs ganze Lokal, bis sie meine Tischnummer fand Nur sehr wenige Parkplätze verfügbar!

Die Terminals find ich blöd mir wäre Bestellung an der Kasse lieber deswegen geh ich nicht mehr so oft wie früher zu MC Essen an sich nach wie vor gut

Ich habe 30 Minuten auf mein Burger gewartet

Leider ist es nach dem Umbau etwas frisch und zugig und wir mussten immer in Wintersachen essen. Das Essen ist auch nur lauwarm am Tisch angekommen oder kalt (Apfeltasche). Loben möchte ich die neuen Terminals, funktionieren super und schnell

Es war super dort etwas zu essen und der Umbau hat sich auf jeden Fall sehr gelohnt

Neu eröffnet, viele Kunden, leider keine Tischservice.

Das Personal ist wirklich super, das ist immer nett. Ich esse solche Fast-Food-Ketten heutzutage selten, aber manchmal ist es eine nette, schnelle Sache. Ich gehe aber in keine andere McDonald’s-Filiale als diese.

Wer McDonslds mag, dem wirds hier gut gefallen. Neu umgebaut. Bestellterminals endlich mit besserer CPU, die funktionieren ohne Verzögerung. Sonst auch alles top und sauber. Ich komme wieder!

Vor kurzem war ich kurz vor 24 Uhr am MC Drive hab ich mir 3 Hamburger MC Double Chilli Cheese und hab am Ende statt 4 nur 3 Burger erhalten. Gleich nach Kontrolle hab ich am Fenster geklopft und gebittet, dass Sie ein Burger vergessen haben. Keine 2 Minuten später kam die Manager, total unfreundlich und fachmännisch nicht geeignet für so ein Job und unterstellt mir, dass ich den Burger innerhalb von Sekunden gegessen habe und ich Sie betrügen möchte. Daraufhin hab ich direkt zurück gesagt, ich bitte Sie wie soll ich den des schaffen, vielleicht haben Sie ein Burger vergessen. Daraufhin die Managerin mit ein relativ agressiv genervten Ton, dass unsere Burger abgezählt werden und die Burger auf am Ende auf eine Waage landen um Gesamtgewicht zu messen. Daraufhin hab ich gesagt, ist die Waage geeicht Sie meinte jeden Tag wird die geprüft, ich meinte des ist unwirtschaftlich für ein Franchise Unternehmen weil die nach Stückzahlen gehen und im Enddefekt hab ich mehr bezahlt als ich bekommen haben. Ich würde wirklich verlangen vom Personalchef, dass die Mitarbeiter über ein erneutes Gespräch geführt werden für Kundenfreundlichkeit.

Sehr lange Wartezeit auf einen Kaffee und ein mc Muffin über 17 Minuten das ist nicht normal…

Big tasty bestellt ohne bacon, trotzdem mit bacon bekommen obwohl angeblich gekennzeichnet das es ohne ist, es wird wahrscheinlich absichtlich bacon rein gemacht für die die kein Schwein essen, Vorsicht bitte die oder denjenigen sollte man auf der stelle kündigen liebes Mc Donalds Team dort

Also nach der Baustelle war ich jetzt 3 mal hintereinander dort beim Mc Drive es kann doch nicht sein das ich jedesmal 10-15 min warten muss für ein Café und 6 Pancakes .. Es sollte dringend etwas geändert werden …

Das Restaurant wurde kürzlich komplett umgebaut und etwas vergrößert. Die Belegschaft ist jedoch leider noch die gleiche und demensprechent dauert alles ewig, insbesondere der Tischservice. Da geht es selbst am Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof schneller...

Wir wollen was essen wir waren sowieso schon zu spät Schule und dann haben die irgendwelche Renovierungs arbeiten

Leider derzeit geschlossen (McDrive geöffnet), was nicht gut ausgeschildert oder ersichtlich ist. Die meisten Speisen und McCafé sind nicht im Angebot, und Toilette gibt es natürlich auch keine.

Also, ich war schon in bessere Mc Donald Restaurants. Das Personal unfreundlich, bei den Bestellungen fehlt grundsätzlich immer irgendetwas. Das Ambiente ist typisch Mc Donald. Ich denke das es auch nicht wirklich wichtig ist. Ach ja, bei meiner letzten Bestellung, war der Cheeseburger auch kalt. Naja, also ich würde dieses Restaurant nicht wirklich empfehlen.

Ein frohes Neues bei der Bestellung hatte die Mitarbeiterin nicht im Angebot! Unfreundlicher gehts nicht. Dann kann man gleich die Mitarbeiter durch nen Roboter ersetzen.

Wirkt alles bisschen dreckig und die Bestellungstafel funktioniert nicht so gut

Personal und Filialleitung sehr unhöflich, respektlos und leider etwas inkompetent. Essen kalt, Bestellung falsch, bezahltes Essen wird nur teilweise geliefert und sich geweigert das fehlende Essen zu bringen. Obwohl das Gespräch beendet wurde, wurden wir durch den Filialleiter telefonisch anschließend mit Anrufen belästigt. Eine ganze Weile später wurden wir noch einmal angerufen und man wollte uns das fehlende Essen liefern, wir haben dankend abgelehnt da die Erstattung zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits durchgeführt war

Super schnelles Team freundlich

Mitten in der Bestellung mit einlösen eines Coupon hieß es plötzlich "10:30 Uhr - kein Frühstück mehr" Ganz lapidar, das macht der Computer, da können wir nichts machen. Aber wenn ich den vollen Preis bezahle dann geht es. Frechheit

Nachdem meinem Partner mitten in der Bestellung gesagt wurde das die Zeit abgelaufen ist - der Coupon zwar eingelöst wurde aber er kein Frühstück mehr bekommt (außer erzählt den vollen Preis) wurde mein Frühstück mir mit abgelaufenen Produkten gegeben. Nicht zu empfehlen der Laden

Inkompetenz wie sie im buche steht. Von unhöflichen Service zu Bestellung falsche Sache und unvollständiger Bestellung ist alles geboten. Wenn man anruft das mehre Sachen fehlen wird man mit einem „ Dan müssen sie vorbei kommen und es sich abholen ansonsten ist das ihr Problem“…. Man erwartet nicht viel von einem Mc aber das ist sogar für ein Mc verdammt schlecht.

War ein sauberer McDonalds im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz

In the evenings, I occasionally grabbed a quick bite for dinner on my way home, usually via the drive-thru. From about 8 p.m. onwards, the outdoor area is often used as a hangout by teenagers who congregate around the ashtrays. However, the staff does little about this, which I've observed on every visit. Consequently, the outdoor area often appears untidy: there are many cigarette butts around the ashtrays, as most of the teenagers don't always dispose of their cigarettes properly. The staff gives a mixed impression. The employees fulfill their duties – but with different approaches and sometimes visible emotions towards the customers. Unfortunately, the food is often already cold when it's served or packed for takeout. Sometimes I've discovered at home that I received different burgers or sauces than ordered, or that something was missing (but wasn't charged). I can't comment on the cleanliness of the restrooms, as I haven't used them yet. Depending on the time of day, the dining area appears to be of varying cleanliness. Overall, I would like to see some employees display a more professional demeanor and a better attitude towards guests. Unfortunately, this problem is not unique to this establishment, but can be observed in many other service sectors as well.

How was it here? What a question. Is it basically the same at every McDonald's, or are there significant differences?

So awful! Watch out for hair in the Bürger! I've rarely seen anything so disgusting, and so brazen on top of that! I complained, and the employee laughed at me and didn't even apologize for the incident. This is already the fourth time hair has been found in the Bürger.

We ate from here a couple of times and it was alright. We always check the order in order to see if anything is missing or if the wrong food is given. They forgot to put the toy in the happy meal once and gave us the wrong type of fries, but other than that, everything was alright every time.

Second time there, and once again the order is wrong. For example, you order an extra patty, the special request note is on the package, but inside is just a regular burger. Overwhelmed staff don't know what you ordered. My advice: If it's busy, double-check your order. I'm just disappointed.

The quality of service has improved. Everything is back to normal.

We were there this morning, and I have to honestly say I've never experienced such friendly and courteous employees at a McDonald's as I did here! Absolutely fantastic service! 🤗

Picked up an online order for four people. A different system for packing these orders is ABSOLUTELY needed. Once again, a burger was missing. This time it was a Royal TS. Pack each meal individually if you don't have it in mind. Due to the high demand, I was only able to quickly scan the order in the drive-thru parking lot this time. Now I'm home, it's obviously too late. This is the fourth or fifth time this has happened.

Indoor order for five items, 26 minutes wait time. Completely unacceptable.

One of the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever eaten. It was so filthy that you feel disgusted eating it. The Coke wasn't Coke, it was just plain water! The tables were dirty, the walls were dirty, and the floor was too! Disgusting, never again!

Unfortunately, the interior is unkempt and dirty, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Restrooms are really dirty, tables aren't wiped, and the food is mediocre.

When you order an ice cream with a double Oreo, you get fewer Oreo than if you order a single Oreo. This is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Paying cash at one counter and picking up goods at another 🤨. That's not something everyone automatically understands 🤔.

We came here especially for the current promotion... The only thing I really wanted to try was the Sakura Sprite - no longer available... Even though the promotion runs from August 7th to August 27th, and today is only August 18th... Very weak... Absolutely no-go.

It's too expensive, the food is way too small, the ice cream tastes like blood, and the ordering machine is broken. Only the mashed potatoes with sour cream are super delicious. I'd recommend it just for that dish... The rest is simply unbearable!!!

I think this is the only McDonald's where salt is a true luxury item, and they save a lot on it. When I order there, it's usually the same thing. And they almost always come with a Royal T.S. But it only tastes really good if the patties are seasoned. Only at this restaurant in Fürth are they only seasoned once out of every ten. I know everything has gotten more expensive...but saving on salt...good grief. Plus, the lines at the drive-thru are often so long that cars have to wait on the street, holding up traffic. They're definitely not the fastest employees...especially since they skip the seasoning step.

They made my Mc Crispy with the burger bun from a small cheeseburger. 🫩 I've never been so disappointed with Megges 💔🥀

I ordered a wrap for 5.99, which I paid with a 10€ bill. I only got 4€ back, and they didn't give me a cent. Everyone made fun of me. The workers were inappropriate. I waited so long that I was sent away. That's why I wrote this review.

It was ok, fries were good and warm, burger was good, drink was good too except that there was too much ice in the ice tea, 3 are enough but there are 6 in it, well, I recommend the mc donalds, it is next to a train station and a road, very nice

Form your own opinion about almost empty containers. But be careful, excessive hygiene can cause your shoes to stick to the counter.

My friend first received too little change, and then, when he politely requested it back, he was treated extremely rudely and unfriendly and had to wait a long time, even though they weren't supposed to be busy. Terrible!

I have to say, I rarely come here, and today I noticed something for the first time. Presumably, a team leader at the branch is responsible for not throwing our food messily onto a tray and handing it over, but stacking it up and very politely serving it to our table. We ordered two ketchups and wanted one mayo and one ketchup. The Asian waitress very politely swapped them.

Since the restaurant appears to be Russian-owned, the only people spoken at the back counter are Russian. Communication, like in my case, was almost impossible, especially when I had trouble paying with my cell phone.

We like McDonalds and go there again and again. I like to go to this McDonalds because they give good advice when ordering and respond to our wishes and questions. It is/was always clean there. The toilets are clean. The view is not special but we also know that we won't go to the Panorama Restaurant.

It needs renovation. The outdoor area for the children is dirty.

Sometimes the toilets smell like weed and other eww stuff and the computers are extremely laggy too. McDonald’s is McDonald’s tho so it was tasty but yeah. The outside tables are super cool as long as you’re not ambushed by rabid rats.

Well, I don't usually do that because mistakes can happen...in the end, we're all human. BUT this is the fourth time I've ordered and paid for something extra, but only got the regular burger. 2 meats, 1 cheese and bacon...on top of a big Tasty. Anyone who knows the prices knows, and after the fourth time in a row, I've had enough. Plus, I had to wait another 20 minutes for it. So, for me, it was the last time I went there. Sorry.

They are simply zero orders, we waited for an hour and then they brought the wrong drinks and I paid extra for the sauce and forgot about it and the food was so cold it was standing there ready to be picked up even though I said I wanted to eat at the table, never again

Whenever you order here, something is always missing or wrong. When you ask, the only response is, "It's your own fault." Next time, I'd rather drive a few kilometers further to a different McDonald's.

Visited at 12:00 noon on May 8th. A man in charge of hamburgers in the kitchen was making bread and patties with his bare hands. The lettuce from my Big Mac spilled on the kitchen table, so I used my hand to wipe the table and let the lettuce fall onto the floor. After that, he made the next burger with his bare hands. I heard that McDonald's has high hygiene standards. Is this restaurant making fun of the customers who come to eat there? If it were a normal company, it would be subject to an audit.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and waited 9 minutes and 17 seconds for all the customers who came after me to be served! Burgers were cold & dry! I threw it in the trash!!! I could have just eaten the burgers, the rest of them were rubbish!!! And it’s free!

The food was fine, but... they spilled a Coke while serving the dish and I had to apologize, they didn't provide ketchup or napkins, the TV showing the numbers doesn't work and the worst thing... I go there with my friend every two days and we still haven't received anything for free. HORRIBLE!!!!

I was just at the branch and I'm really wondering what the employees are thinking about, or if they're even thinking about anything at all... There was no mayo on the fries, maybe there was just ketchup... but the fries were missing once, too, which must have been the ones that would have had the mayo! But there was no dressing for the salad either, whatever... and let's not even talk about the 6-pack nuggets that were missing, along with the sauces... Guys, check your orders when you order takeout!!! If I weren't so lazy, I'd go right back and give the lady a pair of glasses to read her orders. 😡

Good experience with small defects I was here for lunch on March 31st at 12:00pm and overall it was a good visit. The food was fresh and tasty, and the wait was minimal - a big plus, especially at lunchtime. The staff were mostly friendly and attentive, which made the stay pleasant. Some employees seemed less committed, but overall the service was fine. The offers were clearly visible and clearly signposted, which made the selection easier. The children's play area is a nice addition and is in acceptable condition. A negative point, however, is the cleanliness of the toilets and the lobby. The floor was dirty and the toilets definitely needed more attention - a known McDonald's problem. Overall a good fast food experience with little room for improvement in hygiene. I'd love to come back!

Well, McDonald’s. However, some of my orders were ruined here and at certain hours inside you think you are in the cafeteria of a support facility for behavioral problems.

Food took over 20 minutes and there was no one in front of us and no orders that had to be made first were the only ones in the store

A culinary experience in a class of its own! My Big Tasty Bacon was apparently on a diet - just a slice of cheese, sauce and meat, the rest? Probably disappeared into the parallel world of good service. The cola? A masterpiece of water treatment so diluted that even homeopaths would applaud. And the McRibs? Minimalism in its purest form – meat and sauce, nothing else. They probably thought I should bring my own vegetables. All in all, a fast food experience that really impressed me - in the worst possible way. 1 star because 0 is unfortunately not an option!

I don't know why a McCafe was introduced, but this is the second time we've been not served there and very discreetly ignored. I also really don't like this rigid concept that McDonalds now has and will now avoid McDonalds in the future.

Very friendly staff and the food you order is prepared quickly. Understandably, it may take a little longer at peak times with many guests.
