Frühstück immer frisch, guter Kaffee und große Auswahl....mit Bedienung am Tisch Immer wieder gerne

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und geben ihre beste Mühe, die Kunden zufrieden zu stellen und behalten in brenzligen Situationen stehts die Kontrolle und Übersicht. Das Ambiente ist ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Toiletten sind ordentlich und sauber. Ich komme immer wieder gerne in diese Filiale.

Sehr freundlich, Essen kommt in der Regel zügig,

Ein etwas älteres, aber sauberes Lokal. Die Atmosphäre ist überwiegend ruhig, und kleine Details wie die Blumen auf den Tischen machen es zu etwas Besonderem. Das Essen wird schnell zubereitet.

Alles immer super und wenn mal was vergessen wurde gabs immer eine Entschädigung :)

Das Essen kam wirklich sehr schnell.

Oft bekommt man nicht das was man bestellt, erst nach Kontrolle und Beschwerde wird es korrigiert. Das Eis (McFlurry) ist auch meistens nur halbvoll! Mitarbeiter wirken demotiviert und uninteressiert an deren Arbeit.

Essen muss man jedes Mal kontrollieren, dass man alles bekomm, zum Milchshake muss man extra einen Strohhalm anfordern, auf die (meisten) Mitarbeiter ist kein Verlass & der McFlurry ist meistens nur halb voll.

Ich habe 31 min auf meine Bestellung gewartet nachdem ich 2 mal nachgefragt habe Es is schon öfters vorgekommen das ich mehr als 10 min warten musste aber das heute war eine absolute Frechheit

2 Cheeseburger waren nur lauwarm, BicMac war kalt!!! Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen. Danke und NIE wieder!!!

Ich hab drum gebetet, ein Lamin mal zu kriegen. Die waren sehr respektlos und haben mir den Lena mal nicht gegeben und die haben mich danach rausgeschmissen, weil ich gesagt hab dass die mein, dass ich den Becher nicht bekommen hab

Fast Food für das man 20 min warten muss dann Pommes kalt , Soßen fehlen ! Wow also wirklich schlecht 6 Mitarbeiter sind vorne tätig, schaffen es aber nicht das Essen ordentlich aufzunehmen bzw. auch zu bringen !

An einem 32 Grad heißem Tag kein Eis zu haben ist schon traurig. Zum Glück muss ich hier nicht noch mal hin.

Ich habe ein McFlurry Magnum Utopia am Sonntag Abend bestellt, jedoch habe ich nach kurzer Zeit meine Bestellnummer nicht mehr an der Anzeige gesehen und einen Mitarbeiter angesprochen. Daraufhin hat er mich freundlich angelächelt und mir mein Eis ohne Diskussionen direkt gemacht und gebracht. Ich war positiv überrascht und habe mich sehr gefreut, dass das so einfach war und bin aus dem McDonald’s mit einem sehr positiven Gefühl rausgegangen. Obwohl viel los war und der Mitarbeiter auch alle Hände voll zu tun hatte, hat er sehr freundlich und kompetent gewirkt. Ich kann leider nicht genau sagen, wer das war, aber hoffe, dass er auf seiner Arbeit wertgeschätzt wird, vielen Dank!! :))

Sehr schöne Filiale mit immer freundlichen und fröhlichen Mitarbeitern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Tran vom Drive-In. Nie schlecht gelaunt, immer fröhlich und herzlich - superklasse! ❤️

Geschmack wie überall, Personal spricht kein Deutsch, es dürfte sauberer sein. Ambiente ganz ok.

Absolut unzuverlässig! Ich habe 45 Minuten vor Ladenschluss bestellt, in der Erwartung, dass diese Zeitspanne völlig ausreichend ist.(wohne 5 min entfernt) Stattdessen passierte ewig nichts, und dann – 10 Minuten NACH Ladenschluss – wurde meine Bestellung einfach storniert. Wenn man vor Feierabend keine Bestellungen mehr bearbeiten möchte oder kann, sollte man das System rechtzeitig schließen.

Seeehr lange Wartezeiten. Essen leider halb kalt und war schon viel zu lange gelegen. Spielzeug war ausdrücklich gewünscht, musste dann nochmal getauscht werden, weil es das Falsche war. Bürger vergessen. Es gibt einen Zettel, anhand dessen kann man alles nochmal kontrollieren. Personal wirkte wenig ambitioniert. Wobei ich nur diesen Moment nehmen kann, ich weiß nicht, wie der restliche Tag des Personals aussah. Aber es geht auch besser, das ist mir klar. Vielleicht klappt es ja beim nächsten Anlauf.

Ich warte auf mein Essen seit über 20 Minuten. Meine Freunde haben schon längst fertig gegessen. Das war der erste und letzte Besuch hier.

Machen Ihre Preise wie Sie wollen mc Smart Menü statt 4,99 euro verlangen die 5,99 Euro ,und das bereits 4 mal . Eine E Mail wurde mit Quittung selbstverständlich an Mc Donalds weiter geleitet. Dies nennt man auch Bereicherung

Letzter Dreck! Jeder macht mal Fehler ,aber es kann nicht sein dass immer wenn ich dort bin, eine falsche Sache bekomme oder etwas vergessen wird. Und wenn mann seinen Job nicht richtig macht dann hat man dort auch nix zu suchen

Die Küche kommt mit der Anzahl der Bestellungen nicht hinterher. Wir haben eine halbe Stunde auf einen normalen Big Tasty und Pommes gewartet.

Ist halt ne Fastfood Kette. Die Preissenkung wurde auf dem Papier an die Kunden weiter gegeben. Nur die Grösse der Produkte wird immer kleiner. Der Filet-O Fisch ist ein Witz. Das Interieur ist tw stark beschädigt. Bestellungen werden verwechselt und durcheinander gebracht. Und wenn man einen Mitarbeiter anspricht, gibt es Diskussionen.

Essen war frisch und schnell zubereitet. Ambiente, Tische waren nicht gereinigt. Service war gut, obwohl es ab und zu Sprachverständigungs Schwierigkeiten gibt.

Hässliche Einrichtung. Fürs Kind gab es erst auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen das gewünschte Spielzeug. Uns wurde einfach ein Buch mitgegeben, obwohl gar nicht gewünscht.

Waren gestern mal wieder da und wurden positiv überrascht! Super schneller Tischservice, später hat sogar jemand nachgefragt ob alles passt und alles da ist. Das Restaurant machte einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Dafür ein großes Lob! In der Vergangenheit war manches nicht so toll, scheinbar wurde da nachgebessert. Weiter so!

Die heißeste Apfeltasche aller Zeiten! Perfekter Shake!

Es war ein sehr guter mc,donalds die Mitarbeiter haben auch gefragt ob alles gut ist.

Essen geschmacklich okay, aber leider öfter kalt. Die Portionen sind ziemlich klein, was man von McDonald’s zwar kennt, besser macht es das aber nicht. Wartezeiten sind in der Regel gut und die Tische größtenteils sauber. Personal ist neutral und korrekt, weder besonders freundlich noch unhöflich. Insgesamt in Ordnung, aber mit Luft nach oben.

Bin nicht der Mega Fan von McDonald's, er war gestern sein Lob wert. Bestellt am terminal, Bestellung kam zum Tisch, schnell und Freundlich. Klo mit Bezahlung, muss aber gut und ordentlich sein.

It always tastes delicious, but the toy included with the Happy Meal is often wrong or missing. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Never again! I was blinded by the glowing advertising and visited McDonald's for the first time in years. Even when it's not busy, the staff is hopelessly overwhelmed. Although the tablets have labels indicating the individual items in the order, they can't even deliver four (!) items completely. The Big Tasty is a botched, glued-together burger with an estimated internal temperature of about 10°C (i.e., cold). The fries are completely unsalted. A silver lining: Diet Coke... yay... I pressed the right button. Ultimately, though, it's my own fault. Why didn't I drive a few kilometers further and go to Burger King, as usual? Conclusion: No distance is too far to get a decent Whopper at Burger King.

Things moved along quite quickly; for 10 p.m. the McDonald's was well-attended, with many older people meeting to chat, and few young people.

And yet another incomplete takeaway order. Three burgers with fries and two nugget packets, all without sauce. I actually went back this time and was compensated with an ice cream... So annoying!

The place was almost completely empty; I waited nearly 30 minutes for a coffee, two chicken burgers, and a cheeseburger. The staff seemed completely out of sorts, like they were giving me sleeping pills.

Lately, it takes forever to get your food, no matter how busy it is. We're avoiding this McDonald's now and going to the McDonald's at the hospital.

Quite modern, plenty of parking, usually very quick service. The staff could be a bit friendlier at times. Just your average McDonald's ;)

Very long wait and unfortunately the food was already cold.

Both burgers were carelessly thrown together and lukewarm, the cheese wasn't melted, and the meat was dry. The fries were lukewarm. Dessert was brought to the table without a word or even a "please." The apple turnover was also lukewarm. The ambiance could be cleaner. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the food has been rather poor and the staff grim and almost rude. At least the restrooms are very clean and smell fresh.

"Unfortunately, the Fürth McDonald's no longer accepts cash. I find this a shame, because many people consciously choose to pay in cash, out of habit, for privacy reasons, or simply because not everyone always has a card or smartphone with them. For me, cash remains a matter of choice in everyday life. It's a pity that McDonald's is taking this step." As far as I'm concerned, the Fürth McDonald's is no longer an option.

Employees constantly mark orders on the display as "ready/pickup" even though they aren't ready, presumably to manipulate some efficiency statistic. This leads to chaos, especially when it's busy, and nobody knows whose order is actually ready or when.

Food is often forgotten, something I've noticed not only at my own place but also at McDonald's itself. It doesn't matter whether you eat in or take it home. I've even received the wrong burgers in the correct packaging a few times... they just don't seem to learn. The service is okay, although I absolutely dislike the way they gossip about colleagues in front of customers; witnessing it is embarrassing enough...

Dirty cutlery is being handed out at McCafé. Even when it's replaced, it's not put away but back in the cutlery drawer. Nothing's happening, but there's an endless wait.

This is a wrap with mango. Look what they gave me. No tomato, nothing at all. When I spoke to the manager, he brought a different wrap; I threw the old one away. A veggie kebab is better, though.

I have never experienced such a bad telephone service. The man who answered was annoyed, disrespectful, and told me never to call again. I do not recommend this McDonald's.

Best McDonald's in years. I was asked if everything was okay and if there was anything they could do. What McDonald's has that? The music was good, the new hot sauce was awesome, and the lime chili powder was even better. The food came super fast and was hot, a must after every trip to Ikea.

Yesterday, October 18, 2025, around 6:00 PM, I experienced sheer chaos. A 25-minute wait for a to-go order, an incomplete order, completely overwhelmed and unhelpful staff blaming each other in front of customers, and nonexistent leadership. Added to that: - Food was cold - Restaurant floor completely covered in grease stains - Garbage stations completely overflowing I can only hope that the franchisee quickly gets things in order.

Waited half an hour for food, then got crispy bacon instead of Mc Crispy. Just threw it away. Never again!

A fast food restaurant like any other

I had a problem with the app, and they immediately offered me a solution and eased my worries with kind words like, "We're patient and we'll find a solution for everything." I'm thrilled and feel at home here!

Ordered at the drive-thru. The food was terrible. Old and cold. The fries were soggy, and the burgers had probably been sitting out for hours. Disgusting and stale!

Typical... you often have to wait longer than you should for your food, and communication is often difficult. Tables and chairs are rarely cleaned, so it's always a good idea to have wet wipes with you.

I went specifically for Hot Anna's bag, and then they didn't even have it. After complaining, they didn't even offer a replacement. There weren't enough terminals, and they were broken. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Unfortunately, things are forgotten all the time... today all the sauces were missing, and with the McShaker fries, only the fries came... We're talking about reading an order and packing the bag accordingly. Some people are apparently too unqualified even for that.

Dear McDonald's Team, I just wanted to say a quick thank you for the exciting guessing game with our order. It's always exciting to see which parts of the order actually end up in the bag and which don't. This time, the fries and nuggets were missing—classic treats. The subsequent discussion at the counter was particularly charming, asking whether we were absolutely sure something was missing. Sure, we're ordering for tens of euros, but the real thrill, of course, lies in cheating on the fries. It's only logical. By the way, this whole thing isn't a one-time experience—we're collecting these moments almost as diligently as loyalty points. In the past, you'd get a simple "Sorry" in situations like this. Now, instead, you're told that, of course, no one made a mistake. The missing nuggets probably disappeared on their own. Perhaps next time, alongside the burgers and drinks, there'll be a little bit of customer service in the bag—I'd even take it for free. Best regards

After waiting forever and asking five times at the drive-thru, the food finally arrived. Breakfast and two drinks. The drink clearly showed signs of hygiene issues because there was something floating in it. I don't even want to know what it could be. The rest of the food will probably be thrown away now, too. You never know.

A branch is recommended. But the men's restroom: The nuts on the toilet lid need to be tightened again. They're dangerously loose. However, the floor of the toilet provides support – it's sticky and you can hear it when you walk.

Not recommended, Pasha Grill steals customers. Ali is not recommended. 10 times more expensive than Pasha Grill, so not recommended. Very bad food, very greasy, the food is badly cooked. That's why I'm giving it 1 star.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired at many locations, especially the sanitary facilities. This was also the case here.

Absolute rip-off! On our first visit, the cup lids weren't on tightly, resulting in spills all over the car. Now they forgot the sauces, there were no napkins, and instead of the regular McCrispy, we got a Spicy. When the number was read out, the lady couldn't say "297" and kept reading "296." It was barely busy, but still, lots of people asked for their food. 2 stars all the way.

If you're not particularly fussy about hygiene, you're better off at MC Drive than in the store itself. I'm disappointed with other McDonald's branches! Reason: The toilet floor is extremely sticky and should be cleaned better (wet and with less cleaning agent - too much cleaning agent can cause sticky floors or the wrong cleaning agent used). Because of this, I only bought a Coke out of necessity. Something urgently needs to be done!!! 🚨🚨🚨 The employee didn't know what to do with my comment - he just wasn't interested! 😡

Very big disappointment!!!!!! Coke spilled, cold food, and inadequate customer service! My last visit to McDonald's was unfortunately a huge disappointment. When I received my Coke cup, the lid wasn't properly attached, so the entire Coke spilled into my car as I picked it up. This left my seats, center console, and even my clothes completely soaked and sticky. When I addressed the issue directly, all they gave me was a few napkins – no apology or further assistance. This really annoyed me, as the mess was significant. Additionally, the burgers and nuggets I ordered weren't even warm enough. It was obvious the food had been sitting around for a while, which significantly diminished the enjoyment. Given the damage to my car and clothes, I would like to know who will cover the cleanup costs. Who can I contact regarding compensation? It would be helpful if the restaurant could communicate transparently about this. I hope that more emphasis will be placed on quality and customer service in the future to prevent such unpleasant incidents. to avoid.

I can't recommend this place as a birthday location at all. It is advertised on the Internet that the decorations are provided and there is a cake - if you order one in advance. We pre-ordered this, reserved it for this day and had it confirmed again the day before with the exact number of people. When we arrived we were asked if we had reserved and that was it. No decorations, no cake, no presence. We just got the room. We had to do everything else ourselves. We had imagined something different🤷🏾‍♂️

I ordered a McCrispy and specifically requested it be prepared without iceberg lettuce. Unfortunately, the McCrispy arrived with iceberg lettuce. I then called McDonald's customer service to explain the problem. The employee I spoke to said he had checked the order himself and couldn't find any errors. When I pointed out that the lettuce was obviously included, he explained that he had double-checked the order and that I must have been mistaken. I even offered to send a photo of the incorrect order as proof, but he refused. Unfortunately, the communication wasn't very friendly, and the employee even said, "I don't want to say you're lying, but I double-checked." I found this statement very rude and unprofessional. After speaking with his colleague, he said they would send a new one. I then offered to send the burger as proof, but he refused to do that either. Long story short, the service isn't really that insightful and they don't really want to help you either.

Been there 3 times. 3 times something was missing. Two times the fries and the last time the burger in the Happy Meal. But hey, you can easily overlook a burger like that. And no, I take take away and definitely won't drive back 30 minutes to complain immediately. If I had the time at that moment I wouldn't abuse myself with FAST food.

Terrible. You order a Big Mac without cheese, pickles, onions and you get everything. And then you tell the manager and he just takes it away and all the flavor stays on the meat and the bun, so I threw it all away and I'm never going there again. Josef and the manager should stop themselves.

Today everything was great again. Bigmacs really fresh, the fries are really crispy and nice and salty and the apple turnover is hot like a volcano. I was completely satisfied at 11 p.m. And the waitress at the window was German. This is very rare.
