A fast food restaurant like any other

I had a problem with the app, and they immediately offered me a solution and eased my worries with kind words like, "We're patient and we'll find a solution for everything." I'm thrilled and feel at home here!

Ordered at the drive-thru. The food was terrible. Old and cold. The fries were soggy, and the burgers had probably been sitting out for hours. Disgusting and stale!

Very friendly and everything fresh and delicious

Typical... you often have to wait longer than you should for your food, and communication is often difficult. Tables and chairs are rarely cleaned, so it's always a good idea to have wet wipes with you.

I went specifically for Hot Anna's bag, and then they didn't even have it. After complaining, they didn't even offer a replacement. There weren't enough terminals, and they were broken. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Unfortunately, things are forgotten all the time... today all the sauces were missing, and with the McShaker fries, only the fries came... We're talking about reading an order and packing the bag accordingly. Some people are apparently too unqualified even for that.

Order 1) Big Mac without sauce, without onions - also came without pickle, without cheese - with totally mushy iceberg lettuce 2) Salad without tomato - also came without pickle, and the mini portion for the price is unbelievably outrageous! 》 NEVER AGAIN! 》 NOT RECOMMENDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I can't recommend it. They put a half-eaten piece of meat on my Big Mac.

Dear McDonald's Team, I just wanted to say a quick thank you for the exciting guessing game with our order. It's always exciting to see which parts of the order actually end up in the bag and which don't. This time, the fries and nuggets were missing—classic treats. The subsequent discussion at the counter was particularly charming, asking whether we were absolutely sure something was missing. Sure, we're ordering for tens of euros, but the real thrill, of course, lies in cheating on the fries. It's only logical. By the way, this whole thing isn't a one-time experience—we're collecting these moments almost as diligently as loyalty points. In the past, you'd get a simple "Sorry" in situations like this. Now, instead, you're told that, of course, no one made a mistake. The missing nuggets probably disappeared on their own. Perhaps next time, alongside the burgers and drinks, there'll be a little bit of customer service in the bag—I'd even take it for free. Best regards

It seems like a very well-organized branch to me. The employees are friendly, fast, and it's clean, especially compared to other McDonald's branches.

After waiting forever and asking five times at the drive-thru, the food finally arrived. Breakfast and two drinks. The drink clearly showed signs of hygiene issues because there was something floating in it. I don't even want to know what it could be. The rest of the food will probably be thrown away now, too. You never know.

A branch is recommended. But the men's restroom: The nuts on the toilet lid need to be tightened again. They're dangerously loose. However, the floor of the toilet provides support – it's sticky and you can hear it when you walk.

Not recommended, Pasha Grill steals customers. Ali is not recommended. 10 times more expensive than Pasha Grill, so not recommended. Very bad food, very greasy, the food is badly cooked. That's why I'm giving it 1 star.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired at many locations, especially the sanitary facilities. This was also the case here.

Absolute rip-off! On our first visit, the cup lids weren't on tightly, resulting in spills all over the car. Now they forgot the sauces, there were no napkins, and instead of the regular McCrispy, we got a Spicy. When the number was read out, the lady couldn't say "297" and kept reading "296." It was barely busy, but still, lots of people asked for their food. 2 stars all the way.

If you're not particularly fussy about hygiene, you're better off at MC Drive than in the store itself. I'm disappointed with other McDonald's branches! Reason: The toilet floor is extremely sticky and should be cleaned better (wet and with less cleaning agent - too much cleaning agent can cause sticky floors or the wrong cleaning agent used). Because of this, I only bought a Coke out of necessity. Something urgently needs to be done!!! 🚨🚨🚨 The employee didn't know what to do with my comment - he just wasn't interested! 😡

Very big disappointment!!!!!! Coke spilled, cold food, and inadequate customer service! My last visit to McDonald's was unfortunately a huge disappointment. When I received my Coke cup, the lid wasn't properly attached, so the entire Coke spilled into my car as I picked it up. This left my seats, center console, and even my clothes completely soaked and sticky. When I addressed the issue directly, all they gave me was a few napkins – no apology or further assistance. This really annoyed me, as the mess was significant. Additionally, the burgers and nuggets I ordered weren't even warm enough. It was obvious the food had been sitting around for a while, which significantly diminished the enjoyment. Given the damage to my car and clothes, I would like to know who will cover the cleanup costs. Who can I contact regarding compensation? It would be helpful if the restaurant could communicate transparently about this. I hope that more emphasis will be placed on quality and customer service in the future to prevent such unpleasant incidents. to avoid.

The food was cold and the drinks were warm. I had the wrong one and the lamp outside flickered so badly that it gave me a terrible headache.

I can't recommend this place as a birthday location at all. It is advertised on the Internet that the decorations are provided and there is a cake - if you order one in advance. We pre-ordered this, reserved it for this day and had it confirmed again the day before with the exact number of people. When we arrived we were asked if we had reserved and that was it. No decorations, no cake, no presence. We just got the room. We had to do everything else ourselves. We had imagined something different🤷🏾‍♂️

I ordered a McCrispy and specifically requested it be prepared without iceberg lettuce. Unfortunately, the McCrispy arrived with iceberg lettuce. I then called McDonald's customer service to explain the problem. The employee I spoke to said he had checked the order himself and couldn't find any errors. When I pointed out that the lettuce was obviously included, he explained that he had double-checked the order and that I must have been mistaken. I even offered to send a photo of the incorrect order as proof, but he refused. Unfortunately, the communication wasn't very friendly, and the employee even said, "I don't want to say you're lying, but I double-checked." I found this statement very rude and unprofessional. After speaking with his colleague, he said they would send a new one. I then offered to send the burger as proof, but he refused to do that either. Long story short, the service isn't really that insightful and they don't really want to help you either.

Been there 3 times. 3 times something was missing. Two times the fries and the last time the burger in the Happy Meal. But hey, you can easily overlook a burger like that. And no, I take take away and definitely won't drive back 30 minutes to complain immediately. If I had the time at that moment I wouldn't abuse myself with FAST food.

Terrible. You order a Big Mac without cheese, pickles, onions and you get everything. And then you tell the manager and he just takes it away and all the flavor stays on the meat and the bun, so I threw it all away and I'm never going there again. Josef and the manager should stop themselves.

Today everything was great again. Bigmacs really fresh, the fries are really crispy and nice and salty and the apple turnover is hot like a volcano. I was completely satisfied at 11 p.m. And the waitress at the window was German. This is very rare.

Well, it's a McDonalds, the order was typically a bit fiddly for MC (I don't understand why you can still only redeem one voucher per order, when more money in the transaction is ok). But everything was delivered super quickly. It could have been a little cleaner, but good it was after 8 p.m. on a holiday day. There was definitely something going on there.

We were here on the weekend of September 24th. There was hardly any waiting time to order and it didn't take long for us to receive our order. The food was very fresh and tasty by McDonald's standards. I have rarely experienced that. One of the best branches I've eaten at. The service was friendly and the shop and toilet were clean. Keep it up!

I will never go to this McDonald's again, I'm actually a very insensitive person, but the evening I was there wasn't normal. The one employee had southern dark brown hair on Thursday September 5th, 2024 at 11 p.m. I drove around in, I ordered something at the front of the second window, I just wanted a hamburger and the employee, sorry, there is a car behind them, they can buy a drink but for hamburgers I would have to go to the drive-in again and it was dead pants inside, sorry but a drink can sell it to me and hamburger net what's the point in that? I've never seen anything so unfriendly and disrespectful so I'd rather go to other McDonald's and take a detour rather than go to them again.

The McDonald's in Fürth offers, as you would expect from the chain, food of the usual quality. The burgers and fries taste as expected, and the menu selection leaves nothing to be desired. What was noticeable negatively, however, was the cleanliness in the restaurant. Some tables had not been cleared and the floor appeared dirty in places. Overall, the McDonald's in Fürth serves its purpose for a quick bite, although the experience could be significantly improved with more cleanliness.

After I ordered my happy meal at 1:40 a.m., after an extended wait, the doors were locked promptly at 2:00 a.m. and the words: “I locked it, it's your own fault if you order so late, if you don't tell me stay here” stop me already across the room as an extremely unfriendly and disrespectful acquaintance. However, when I finally got my happy meal, I not only had to be content with the fact that everything was cold, but that, to my surprise, all the doors were actually locked. When this message spread to several customers, all of whom had been waiting for their food for a long time, the question increasingly arose as to whether this was actually correct. However, if you leave this as it is, after several polite requests to open the door there was no reaction, which is why the mood among the already angry customers continued to decline. After the previously mentioned employee finally decided to respond to the extremely tense and annoyed customers' requests to finally be allowed to leave the restaurant, I had to find out for myself how to say: "Are you still okay?"... “It’s your own fault if you think you have to be the last customer” and “you drunken dirty pig” was said goodbye. I then decided not to dwell on these comments any further as the actual goal was still just the happy meal. To my regret, it was in extremely poor condition. Unfortunately, this behavior of employees towards customers and the poor condition of the food occur more often here. It doesn't matter whether the food is cold or the nuggets are incomplete or you simply get the wrong one. All in all, it is therefore only recommended in extreme emergencies. In general, however, you should avoid this place.

Food tastes good, but take care of your crappy app. Every time the online order hangs in your app and therefore the order is not visible. It's always a drama because of it! If I order and pay online, the technology and your system should be so advanced that when I'm there to pick it up, the order is visible, my goodness!!!!

We were here shortly before 8am. Everything was clean, service was friendly and attentive, I've rarely felt so comfortable at McDonald's. Gladly again.

I only went drive-in, but it's a shame that you no longer get a straw with your drink. You buy something to drink to take away and you don't even get a straw anymore.

Today I was eating there with my son, he had a Big Tasty Bacon Menu and the sauce from the hamburgers was rancid, I couldn't eat it, I went to the staff and told them if they could give me others, the boss said NO with one strange smiles on his face, not friendly and not once apologizing or trying to see if he liked the sauce as badly as my son did, I tried it myself and couldn't eat it! I'll never go there again that's why the shop is empty because the food tastes so bad!

McDonald's, what can you say :D I drive through the drive-thru regularly and the staff is always very nice and friendly, the food comes out hot and you can save a lot with the app!

Order was incomplete. Instead of my 2 cheeseburgers there were 2 Trolli gummy bear cheeseburgers inside.

If you order takeaway, check your bags/goods. Went there today with my wife to order takeaway. Came home and discovered that the chicken cheese box worth €10.79 had not been packed. This is also how you can collect your money. Something was missing from delivery orders. That's why we were there in person today and ordered take away but even that doesn't work.

Basically it's like any McDonald's. Walk to the stop is approx. 10 minutes. The toilets are clean and it is warm enough to stay there even in colder weather. Terminals for ordering are available. You print out a receipt and pay at the checkout.

Food and economy absolutely fine. Staff sucked. You're insulted, treated like an idiot and feel like you've broken in.

War gestern um ca.18:00 Uhr(MC Drive) da erstens hab zwei Doppel Chili Cheese Berger und ich hab eins bekommen auch eins bezahlt 3,69€ ich hab gedacht sind im Angebot aber das eine das ich bekommen habe war Kalt hat bestimmt mehr als 15 min dort gestanden ohne Geschmack ohne Nix und Personal (eine Junge Man)war unhöflich.

Nicht sehr sauber dort. Tische schmutzig, Toiletten stinken. Beim Essen am Tisch wurde wieder mal etwas vergessen. Kein Entschuldigung oder überhaupt ein Wort des Service Mitarbeiters. Essen war frisch zubereitet.

Heißes Essen, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr aufgeräumt.
