The fries are not edible because they were so old. The burgers were also so old that the salad was completely soggy. The Burger King scandal immediately comes to mind... in my opinion, the health department should take a look there...

We were served on a Saturday evening by a woman named Vane. When we received our order, we noticed that soses were missing everywhere, then we asked where our soses were, then she made fun of us and told us that we had to order it separately even though it was for that purpose. She was very unfriendly and very incompetent. This woman charged 60 cents even though we had ordered it as well.

When things have to happen quickly

I was here with a friend. We ordered at 8:14 p.m. and received the food at 8:34 p.m., which was almost cold. 60% of the staff just stood around and laughed and messed up. There were so many customers waiting, two were chatting about the poor service. The only thing that was really cold was the cola and the rest was cold to lukewarm. Nothing was really warm!! In short, this branch was already a disaster and has not improved. Apparently they are taking advantage of the monopoly of being the only branch within a radius of several kilometers. To me this borders on laziness and fraud. Not to mention that the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. I don't know why the boss or the health department doesn't take action!! Sadly sad!

Some of the food was really bad, for example the nuggets were like rubber. It was also very dirty and there wasn't even soap or paper towels in the toilet. Burger King can generally do better.

Then my husband's collar exploded and he told the lady what he thought, just because she was incapable of putting the order together correctly and didn't want to look stupid next to her colleagues. She assumed that we should have gotten the burger and the fork even though that wasn't the case!!! She was super unfriendly then my husband also became unfriendly and wanted to talk to the boss, she then patted herself on the chest and said I'm the boss here even though that's not true, we know the boss! That was definitely the last visit there

Barger are not fresh. They cook lot in advance. Bun and petty dry. Test is not good. It's happened to me second time.

Burger King at its best. For me as a vegetarian it's the only fast food alternative. Find it good. The BK here is always clean, you rarely have to wait longer and I think the staff is nice.

The burgers were lukewarm when we got them. The lattice potatoes were carelessly thrown into the bag so that all the potatoes were spread out in the big bag. Basically a good Burger King branch. The drink selection disappointed us a bit. There was no apple spritzer or water for the children. A sugar-free alternative to soda, cola and iced tea would be very important! And the air conditioning was turned up so cold that the kids caught a cold. The children's corner is great! Balloons, for example, would be a great addition! If this could be improved, we would be happy to continue visiting :) thank you!

The branch has been modernized and has new furnishings and digital ordering terminals. It's always pretty clean too. Even when it's quite busy, it's quick and easy to place an order at the terminals and the food is ready quickly. Definitely a good Burger King branch that I have visited many times. I have seen some of the staff there for many years, which I see as positive.

Every time something is missing or wrong. You pay for a Big King and get a Whopper Jr. If you are overwhelmed by the simplest things, you should train your employees better or hire better ones.

Ansich schmeckt mir Burger King viel besser als sein direkter Konkurrent. Leider war mein letzter Besuch enttäuschend. Der Burger war nicht einmal lauwarm. Als ich dann meine Hände waschen ging, musste ich feststellen, dass das Waschbecken offensichtlich nicht wirklich gereinigt wird. Ob man von der Hygiene der Toilette auf die der Küche schließen kann, muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Nachtrag vom 04.01.2024: Das Essen war wieder lauwarm, hatte einen eigenartigen Beigeschmack und das Waschbecken sah wie bei meinem letzten Besuch aus. Somit hat sich das für mich erledigt.

Furchtbarer Laden, 20 min auf mein Essen gewartet. Bei 30 min Pause. Danke Burger King. So schnell nicht wieder.
