Disaster, no kindness, the cheeseburger was awful, dry.

There were 4 long hairs in the burger that my wife had to pull out of her mouth and then threw up. Extremely disgusting and a waste of money!!!!!

It's such a shame. I come here often, but there's no ice left in the vending machine when the outside/inside temperature is 38 degrees. That would never happen in the company's home country, unthinkable!

We've been to Burger King on Schwabacher Straße in Fürth several times. The food tastes good and is what you'd expect from Burger King. Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while for our order on our last visit. Especially at the drive-thru, you should check your order immediately – there have been instances where something has been missing. The staff seems attentive, but not particularly engaged. It's particularly busy during peak times, so you'll need some patience. On the positive side, the tables inside were always cleared – which gives a well-maintained impression. Overall, it's okay, but there's room for improvement – ​​especially in terms of service and speed.

Unfortunately, the bell ringing when an order is ready can cause hearing damage. Update: Products with coupons are generally not available here. Veggie selection is also crap.

Mr. Ali at the checkout is a very nice person and we were served very friendly by him.

I was here with a friend. We ordered at 8:14 p.m. and received the food at 8:34 p.m., which was almost cold. 60% of the staff just stood around and laughed and messed up. There were so many customers waiting, two were chatting about the poor service. The only thing that was really cold was the cola and the rest was cold to lukewarm. Nothing was really warm!! A sugar-free alternative to soda, cola and iced tea would be very important! And the air conditioning was turned up so cold that the kids caught a cold. The children's corner is great! The branch has been modernized and has new furnishings and digital ordering terminals. It's always pretty clean too.
