Burger King in Fürth

Warning! The burgers were raw!!! Since children were eating them, I'm not amused. Despite repeated inquiries, there was no response or reaction. Absolutely outrageous!!! Not only wasted a lot of money, but also risked their health. Disgusting and pathetic, especially since they haven't even addressed how something like this could happen!

I just don't like Burger King. The fries were too soggy and I don't like the taste of the meat patties.

Plant-Based Big King XXL was excellent.

I ordered a Wopper today specifically because of the Christmas tree ornament promotion. When I picked up my order, I unfortunately didn't see a display or slip of paper with my order number, nor did I hear the employee speak to me (I was keeping a 1.5-meter distance). I only found out about it after asking. After checking the bag containing my Wopper, I was disappointed to find that it didn't even contain a Christmas tree ornament. Again, I had to ask. I felt misunderstood by the employee's initial reaction and was disappointed. He eventually got one for me, but it had to be retrieved from the back warehouse. Furthermore, the Wopper (to go) was only lukewarm, and the onions had already fallen off the sides. All in all, today was not a pleasant experience at BürgerKing.

Ordered food at a restaurant for 50 euros. Then I brought the tablet to the table and realized that a few things were missing. I went back to the cashier to ask, and instead of giving me the missing items (1 order of fries, 2 containers of sauce, and a toy), the woman started arguing with me. For that money, I could have ordered a pizza for delivery.

The staff are inadequately trained, and the equipment is outdated. This is regrettable given the excellent location of this branch. No substantial improvement has been seen for many years.

I am stunned by my experience at this restaurant today. Despite clearly stating that I absolutely cannot eat tomatoes due to an allergy, I received my burger with tomatoes. Had I not noticed this in time, it could have had serious health consequences for me, in the worst case even requiring hospitalization. For context: Businesses in Germany are obligated under the Food Information Regulation (EU Regulation No. 1169/2011) to provide accurate information about allergens and to respect special requests from customers. My personal experience today gives me the impression that this diligence is not taken seriously here. In addition, my food arrived ice cold, another point that I find completely incomprehensible. From my perspective, it seems as if some employees didn't understand my instructions properly or didn't want to understand them. After this incident, I seriously question how such a business can continue to operate without problems under these circumstances. This restaurant is definitely off my list for the foreseeable future.

I went there with my colleague. He had crispy chicken and I had a meal deal. It took 20 minutes and it wasn't particularly busy. The wait time was outrageous.

Everything was filthy, tables hadn't been wiped, and the tray cart was full despite hardly any customers. The staff were chatting amongst themselves, as several older employees had been visiting, and every other order was wrong. I was there for two hours and witnessed it all firsthand. The toilet floor was sticky; they probably use cola to mop it. I'm definitely not going back there. It's a really bad branch.

I ordered chili cheese fries, but there was hardly any sauce on them. When I asked about it, the employee said it was a lot of sauce – but honestly, I thought it was pretty minimal, and it's always like that. The taste is okay, but more sauce would really improve the whole thing.

Non-fast food. The food simply takes too long. If you're unlucky, you'll even end up sitting at one of the sticky tables. It didn't even feel like it was busy, but the staff were calm and you waited 15 to 20 minutes for your burger, which then arrived lukewarm because it had been sitting in the display. The sticky tables were disgusting.

Dear Sir or Madam, Today I ate at the branch at srot 814, Schwabacherstrasse 5 90762 Fürth See attachment. For me, this isn't a Zinger Burger. It has barely any lettuce or mayonnaise on it, plus the small chicken part that counts as a burger topping. Recently, I was at another branch, and there was twice as much chicken on the burger. The same goes for the chicken part: either the marinade isn't on it, or it looks like it's been eaten before, and above all, as if the Zinger Burger was also missing half the meat, perhaps due to cost-cutting measures. We were very dissatisfied. The prices are a joke compared to before. And the food doesn't taste as good as it used to. What a shame...

We've been to Burger King on Schwabacher Straße in Fürth several times. The food tastes good and is what you'd expect from Burger King. Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while for our order on our last visit. Especially at the drive-thru, you should check your order immediately – there have been instances where something has been missing. The staff seems attentive, but not particularly engaged. It's particularly busy during peak times, so you'll need some patience. On the positive side, the tables inside were always cleared – which gives a well-maintained impression. Overall, it's okay, but there's room for improvement – ​​especially in terms of service and speed.

Mr. Ali at the checkout is a very nice person and we were served very friendly by him.

I was here with a friend. We ordered at 8:14 p.m. and received the food at 8:34 p.m., which was almost cold. 60% of the staff just stood around and laughed and messed up. Barger are not fresh. They cook lot in advance. Bun and petty dry. Test is not good. It's happened to me second time.

Basically a good Burger King branch. The drink selection disappointed us a bit. There was no apple spritzer or water for the children. A sugar-free alternative to soda, cola and iced tea would be very important! And the air conditioning was turned up so cold that the kids caught a cold. The children's corner is great!
