Burger King in Fürth

Barger are not fresh. They cook lot in advance. Bun and petty dry. Test is not good. It's happened to me second time.

I would like to give 0 stars! Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience at Burger King today, we were there as a family with three children and had an e order for over €60. When our order was at the table, we noticed that the whooper was missing on the receipt but it was there, so my husband went to the lady at the checkout and pointed it out to her, then she said what we did with the burger... I then said what should we do with it, we didn't get one, she looked at us in complete disbelief and then gave me the whooper We didn't get a fork for the salad either, so I asked my husband to go back to the checkout and said sorry, can I please have a fork, then she said, quite impudently, what did they do with the other fork... Then my husband's collar exploded and he told the lady what he thought, just because she was incapable of putting the order together correctly and didn't want to look stupid next to her colleagues. She assumed that we should have gotten the burger and the fork even though that wasn't the case!!! She was super unfriendly then my husband also became unfriendly and wanted to talk to the boss, she then patted herself on the chest and said I'm the boss here even though that's not true, we know the boss! That was definitely the last visit there

Burger King at its best. For me as a vegetarian it's the only fast food alternative. Find it good. The BK here is always clean, you rarely have to wait longer and I think the staff is nice.

Went to the drive in and took something with us. The lady at the microphone wasn't very friendly. Seemed very bored and uninterested. Ordered Big King xxl menu. The burgers were lukewarm when we got them. The lattice potatoes were carelessly thrown into the bag so that all the potatoes were spread out in the big bag. The onion rings were hot, but totally soggy and didn't taste good. Very unfortunate.

It can't be that I wait 21 minutes for my food and then it's cold! And the cashier is probably really bold because the receipt says 10:17 and 43 seconds even though I was the first to order at the drive-thru at 10:01! Do you no longer have any quality standards? Basically a good Burger King branch. The drink selection disappointed us a bit. There was no apple spritzer or water for the children. A sugar-free alternative to soda, cola and iced tea would be very important! And the air conditioning was turned up so cold that the kids caught a cold. The children's corner is great! Balloons, for example, would be a great addition! If this could be improved, we would be happy to continue visiting :) thank you!

The branch has been modernized and has new furnishings and digital ordering terminals. It's always pretty clean too. Even when it's quite busy, it's quick and easy to place an order at the terminals and the food is ready quickly. Definitely a good Burger King branch that I have visited many times. I have seen some of the staff there for many years, which I see as positive.

Very tasteful decor, top service. High prices but definitely worth every cent. We'll definitely be back!!!

I called and was supposed to get the fries after dinner. After the chilli cheese + normal nuggets I didn't go back because I completely lost my appetite. Really weak!

Burger King, Fürth, Schwabacher Strasse. Just bored employees, absolutely desolate. Orders at the checkout or from the terminal take forever. At the checkout, you are ignored forever. And the pans were sometimes dry and hard. Some of the cheeseburgers were cold and the cheese didn't even run. Today the branch was one of the worst I've been to.

Ordered food there via Lieferando. Of course, a large burger is missing, as is usually the case when you order in the store. (There are always three of us and we order two burgers per person, so it should be doable.) Complained about Lieferando 3 times, no response. Nobody answers the phone. For several hours no response, no refund, nothing.

Burger King is currently simply much better than McDonalds in many areas. The sensory and tactile properties hit the taste buds much more than the often sticky burger buns and flabby (often only lukewarm) fries of the competition. I have to say I like going to Burger King but this bk tasted really good the man gave it to everyone. Child was very sweet and was nice to everyone even though there was a lot going on. The table was dirty and a lady came and cleaned it immediately. :)

Every time something is missing or wrong. You pay for a Big King and get a Whopper Jr. If you are overwhelmed by the simplest things, you should train your employees better or hire better ones.

Grill war kaputt gab nur fritirtes

Ansich schmeckt mir Burger King viel besser als sein direkter Konkurrent. Leider war mein letzter Besuch enttäuschend. Der Burger war nicht einmal lauwarm. Als ich dann meine Hände waschen ging, musste ich feststellen, dass das Waschbecken offensichtlich nicht wirklich gereinigt wird. Ob man von der Hygiene der Toilette auf die der Küche schließen kann, muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Nachtrag vom 04.01.2024: Das Essen war wieder lauwarm, hatte einen eigenartigen Beigeschmack und das Waschbecken sah wie bei meinem letzten Besuch aus. Somit hat sich das für mich erledigt.

Furchtbarer Laden, 20 min auf mein Essen gewartet. Bei 30 min Pause. Danke Burger King. So schnell nicht wieder.

Sehr schnelle Service und immer vollständige Ausgabe der Bestellung. Die ganze Lokalität ist sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, ist immer hilfsbereit.

War immer zufrieden mit den Service und Essen in Fürth Schwabacher Straße

Mal wieder gut gegessen. Aber die Wartezeit ist extrem Lang. Und bei der Kontrolle der Tüte, fehlt was. heute alles bestens (24.11.23)

Ein normales Burger King von der Einrichtung und dem Sortiment . Mir schmecken die Burger super und besser als bei der Konkurrenz. Das Restaurant ist Sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Der beste Burger King in den ich gerne gehe. Ich und paar freunde gehen Regelmäßig in diesen Burger King Nachts und sind noch nie entäuscht gewesen. Nettes und professionelles Personal, lange Öffnungszeiten und sauberer Innenbereich sowie ein kleiner Außenbereich. Doch das beste ist das uns so oft entgegen gekommen wurde, ob ich nach einem Kaffee statt einer Cola gefragt habe obwohl dieser nicht in meinen Menü enthalten ist, ein Dessert erhalten habe obwohl am Terminal alle ausverkauft waren oder wir sogar länger Im Store bleiben durften obwohl dieser schon geschlossen hatte. Immer wieder gerne :)

Ich habe kein Burger 🍔 gegessen weil in Burger drive muss mann zu lange warten, dann haben wir Chicken Nuggets und pomes in laden schnel bestellt und weiter fahren,und wir waren noch immer schneller als die anderen die vor uns ins Burger 🛻drive bestellt 🍔
