It can't be that I wait 21 minutes for my food and then it's cold! And the cashier is probably really bold because the receipt says 10:17 and 43 seconds even though I was the first to order at the drive-thru at 10:01! Do you no longer have any quality standards? Or is it just greed from the local operator?

Haven't been here for a while. The facility looks good. The new tortillas taste good too

My absolute favorite Burger King. Friendly staff, rarely long waiting times, and special requests are taken into account.

Best BK I've ever been to. Super friendly service, fries extremely hot and crispy, burger made to perfection. Just all around yumm. Rarely experienced.

Basically a good Burger King branch. The drink selection disappointed us a bit. There was no apple spritzer or water for the children. A sugar-free alternative to soda, cola and iced tea would be very important! And the air conditioning was turned up so cold that the kids caught a cold. The children's corner is great! Balloons, for example, would be a great addition! If this could be improved, we would be happy to continue visiting :) thank you!

Very expensive, significantly more expensive (approx. €7-8) than McD (3E+1 teenager). Unfortunately our food was only moderately warm.

The branch has been modernized and has new furnishings and digital ordering terminals. It's always pretty clean too. Even when it's quite busy, it's quick and easy to place an order at the terminals and the food is ready quickly. Definitely a good Burger King branch that I have visited many times. I have seen some of the staff there for many years, which I see as positive.

Very tasteful decor, top service. High prices but definitely worth every cent. We'll definitely be back!!!

It took 20 minutes for my food to be ready. The onion rings were lukewarm, the bacon we specially ordered was also only lukewarm and soggy. But at least the restaurant was clean.

Definitely a recommendation to get off the highway and stop here. The toilets and restaurant were clean, the food was fresh and hot. I've seen worse 1000 times at BK. Because only 2 people worked, it took a long time for fast food.

On my (whopper) burger there was lettuce, which you shouldn't call lettuce, because it was the sections of the lettuce (the white with green strung) and there were only small pieces, the sauce on the burger was apparently stale, since we all (3 people). ), had diarrhea and vomiting. The ice cream, for 2 euros 5 spoons? And oh wonder, the milkshakes were “sold out”. Never there again. In addition to the outdoor area, I don't think the floor has ever been at least cleaned up.

Disaster. Ordered 3 menus and a Jr. menu. Forgot 3x fries only in the Jr. menu were fries. Ordered extra nuggets. They were almost raw! Ordered extra chilli cheese nuggets, also almost raw!! I called and was supposed to get the fries after dinner. After the chilli cheese + normal nuggets I didn't go back because I completely lost my appetite. Really weak!

We were there in the middle of the night, so the food was ready very quickly and was as good as fresh Burger King food is. But the man at the counter was super nice, helpful and accommodating, something I've never had to this extent in any fast food restaurant!

Disgraceful seller! After I ordered my plant based menu, the salesperson replied “why plant based? You are a lion - not a goat." After the Wallraf scandal, Burger King of all people shouldn't make stupid comments about veganism. Next time I'll film the incident and post it online.

Price/performance no longer fits at all.

So BK no longer sees us, the burger is only lukewarm, the onion rings don't taste like anything, the breading isn't even crispy. And the milkshakes were a boring tasteless iced broth. Wrong sauce in the bag. And the employee also used his hands instead of his eyes to check what kind of nuggets were in the bag. For me that was it.

It's annoying that the dark-skinned cashier has repeatedly given me the wrong sauces and seems to have trouble taking my order correctly. Despite my complaints, she doesn't seem to understand German well either. Every time it's the same: often even food is missing from my order. I've had enough of it and won't shop there anymore.

The food and the staff were good but the drinks machine always had leftover Coca-Cola in the line. My Sprite is always colored and tastes like cola. I had to pour out a whole cup to get a clear sprite.

I'm really happy, the store has modern ordering screens, a freely accessible drinks dispenser, free toilets and some vegan burgers! In terms of taste, it's just like a Burger King, you can eat it.

Ordered food there via Lieferando. Of course, a large burger is missing, as is usually the case when you order in the store. (There are always three of us and we order two burgers per person, so it should be doable.) Complained about Lieferando 3 times, no response. Nobody answers the phone. For several hours no response, no refund, nothing.

Burger King, Fürth, Schwabacher Strasse. Just bored employees, absolutely desolate. Orders at the checkout or from the terminal take forever. At the checkout, you are ignored forever. And the pans were sometimes dry and hard. Some of the cheeseburgers were cold and the cheese didn't even run. Today the branch was one of the worst I've been to.

Mistakes are constantly, almost always, made in the drive-in. Unfortunately, you can't drive once without having to check your order. Burger King is currently simply much better than McDonalds in many areas. The sensory and tactile properties hit the taste buds much more than the often sticky burger buns and flabby (often only lukewarm) fries of the competition. If there were even better working conditions and decent pay - five stars!

Only problems every time! This time the absolute crowning glory! Ordered a Whopper, the burger that was actually included in the bill was a much more expensive one. And in the end we didn't get the whopper either. Ice cream was given out incorrectly and to make matters worse, it was charged twice even though it was only ordered once, the other burgers Gouda Lover were a joke, you can't look for Pattie! Last time bk

I have to say I like going to Burger King but this bk tasted really good the man gave it to everyone. Child was very sweet and was nice to everyone even though there was a lot going on. The table was dirty and a lady came and cleaned it immediately. :)

The wrong burger is served every time, it's no fun. Either do the job properly or leave it alone, please.

Every time something is missing or wrong. You pay for a Big King and get a Whopper Jr. If you are overwhelmed by the simplest things, you should train your employees better or hire better ones.

Burger King like everywhere else, out of 100 times eating it, it was disgusting once, otherwise it's fine.

Grill war kaputt gab nur fritirtes

Ansich schmeckt mir Burger King viel besser als sein direkter Konkurrent. Leider war mein letzter Besuch enttäuschend. Der Burger war nicht einmal lauwarm. Als ich dann meine Hände waschen ging, musste ich feststellen, dass das Waschbecken offensichtlich nicht wirklich gereinigt wird. Ob man von der Hygiene der Toilette auf die der Küche schließen kann, muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Nachtrag vom 04.01.2024: Das Essen war wieder lauwarm, hatte einen eigenartigen Beigeschmack und das Waschbecken sah wie bei meinem letzten Besuch aus. Somit hat sich das für mich erledigt.

Furchtbarer Laden, 20 min auf mein Essen gewartet. Bei 30 min Pause. Danke Burger King. So schnell nicht wieder.

Sehr schnelle Service und immer vollständige Ausgabe der Bestellung. Die ganze Lokalität ist sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, ist immer hilfsbereit.

War immer zufrieden mit den Service und Essen in Fürth Schwabacher Straße

Mal wieder gut gegessen. Aber die Wartezeit ist extrem Lang. Und bei der Kontrolle der Tüte, fehlt was. heute alles bestens (24.11.23)

Ein normales Burger King von der Einrichtung und dem Sortiment . Mir schmecken die Burger super und besser als bei der Konkurrenz. Das Restaurant ist Sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Der beste Burger King in den ich gerne gehe. Ich und paar freunde gehen Regelmäßig in diesen Burger King Nachts und sind noch nie entäuscht gewesen. Nettes und professionelles Personal, lange Öffnungszeiten und sauberer Innenbereich sowie ein kleiner Außenbereich. Doch das beste ist das uns so oft entgegen gekommen wurde, ob ich nach einem Kaffee statt einer Cola gefragt habe obwohl dieser nicht in meinen Menü enthalten ist, ein Dessert erhalten habe obwohl am Terminal alle ausverkauft waren oder wir sogar länger Im Store bleiben durften obwohl dieser schon geschlossen hatte. Immer wieder gerne :)

Ich habe kein Burger 🍔 gegessen weil in Burger drive muss mann zu lange warten, dann haben wir Chicken Nuggets und pomes in laden schnel bestellt und weiter fahren,und wir waren noch immer schneller als die anderen die vor uns ins Burger 🛻drive bestellt 🍔

Ist okay, mal ist es sauberer und aufgeräumt, manchmal nicht so. Die Burger waren immer genau so wie man es von BK erwartet. Die Außenanlage könnte in den Sommer Monaten etwas schöner sein (begrünungen) aber sonst, geht schon. Personal ist immer freundlich gewesen.

Es hat sich in der letzten Zeit personaltechnisch zum positiven entwickelt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Leider gibt es Punkteabzug wegen Sanitaranlagen. Kein Seifenspänder und wackeligem Wasserhahn.

Oh, weh. Pro: es war abartig voll, die Mitarbeiter waren trotzdem sehr nett Kontra: dreckig...alles hat geklebt... hatte echt Panik mir irgend einen Magen-Darm-Virus einzufangen....mein Burger war zwar lecker, aber von der Temperatur her echt grenzwertig (kalt!!!) Denke Mal, die haben wie überall zu wenig Personal...also, liebe Chefetage...stellt Leute ein, auf Dauer lohnt sich kaputtsparen nicht! Mitarbeiter welche der deutschen Sprache mächtig wären zum Beispiel...aber ich weiß ja, dass wäre politisch nicht korrekt und wir alle möchten das ja auch so...okay, ich nicht...bin deshalb bestimmt ein gaaaaanz schlechter Mensch. Mir egal, da ich bestimmte Mindestvoraussetzungen für mein hart verdientes Geld erwarte. Hier ist noch gaaaaanz viel Luft nach oben!!!! Waren nochmal da, es war wesentlich weniger los und der Service besser... trotzdem waren die Burger nicht heiß und die Verständigung größtenteils auf Pantomime beschränkt! Personal war nett und bemüht, aber manchmal reicht das halt nicht....🤔🤷🏼

Bestellsystem etwas umständlich

Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal welches immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist. Hervorzuhebend ist außerdem dass ein FREE REFILL-Getränkeautomat zur Selbstbedienung angeboten wird. Dies stellt heutzutage eine Ausnahme bei Burger King dar.

Am Terminal bestellt und dann erstmal 20 Minuten gewartet. Wir haben zwar vor Ort die Anzahl der Burger geprüft, zu Hause dann aber bemerkt, daß einer der Burger nicht der bestellte war. Offensichtlich muß man also vor Ort das auch noch prüfen. Da ist auf jeden Fall noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Es ging ein bisschen chaotisch zu. Der Zulauf an Kunden war für Donnerstag aber wahrscheinlich mehr als gewöhnlich. Toiletten waren aber sauber. Dafür war der extra Bacon (2€) genauso lätschig wie die Onion Rings (2€).

Ich habe fast 20 min auf meine Bestellung gewartet und dann war das Essen nicht richtig warm. Das hat nix mit Schnellrestaurant zu tun. Die Tische waren dreckig und nicht abgeräumt .

Herren Toilette mit defekten Wasserhahn. Da will man sich die Hände waschen kommt der Wasserhahn entgegen. Und die SB Terminal haben keine Quittung. Wird auch nicht nachgefüllt nachdem man es angesprochen hat. Und allgemein immer wenn ich da bin sieht es sehr unhygienisch aus. Tische sind oft dreckig mit Krümel.

Bin wieder aus dem Laden gegangen, weil wir nicht bedient oder angesprochen worden sind, obwohl wir direkt an der Kasse standen. Anscheinend soll man nur noch über die Terminals bestellen...

Essen ist stabil, Trinken ist nachfüllbar, was sehr geil ist. Mehr Auswahl bei den Getränken, vorallem bei den Zero Getränken wäre nice, daher -1☆ Ansonsten kann man sich ned beschweren

Unterirdisch. Ich war allein im Restaurant und wurde nicht bedient! Immer Hinweis auf des Onlineshopping Teil. Neee mach ich nicht !!!! Ich konnte ja nicht wissen das der Nette Mann weder Deutsch noch Englisch spricht. Naja Bürger kalt , Salat welk . Ich komme einfach nicht mehr her!!!!!! War vor 10 Jahren um Welten besser hier. ( Meine Erfahrung )

Werde immer freundlich bedient und konnte noch nie übers Essen meckern

Wenn der Einkauf komplett ist , dann freuen wir uns immer , inzwischen wissen wir genau wann wir nach prüfen müssen und wann nicht ! Meistens gute Qualität echt nervig ubd ekelhaft wie heute wir kaufen Nuggets und 1 Cheeseburger, Nuggets perfekt aber der Cheeseburger leider dsd unter Brötchen wieder hart und der Burger fast kalt , das nervt !

Nette Bedienung! Nur musste sie eine neue Mitarbeiterin einarbeiten. Ging voll schief. Diese hat alles in eine Tragetasche gepackt. Meine Bestellung inklusive. Dann wurde alles wieder ausgepackt. Weil 2 Bestellungen vermischt wurden. No big deal ! Mein Burger leider auch. Ich habe 2x nachgefragt, ob alles in meiner Tüte sei. Ja ja. War's natürlich nicht! Mein Burger war nicht dabei. Mein Kollege hat mir einen von seinem Essen gegeben. Am Ende haben wir beide nach kurzer Zeit Durchfall bekommen. Nie wieder Burger King. Sorry.

Das Essen war für einen BK ziemlich gut, leider hat es zu lange gedauert, weil der Andrang recht groß war und dafür zu wenig Personal vor Ort, entsprechend war es auch um die Sauberkeit und die Tablettrückgabe bestellt.

Burger-King, 90763 Fürth, Schwabacher Str. 298 Am Autoschalter (19.08.2021 um 14:30 Uhr) eine größere Bestellung gemacht über 25.- Euro. Leider fehlten die bezahlten Pommes (zum Glück das billigste Teil) :-) Auch die Zwiebelringe waren leider ungenießbar, alt und strohtrocken. Das ist nun das zweite Mal, dass ich in dieser Filiale eine bezahlte Position nicht bekommen habe. Aber bestimmt jetzt das LETZTE MAL ! Wollte mich eigentlich nur tel. Beschweren, aber da geht absolut keiner ran !

Es ist eine stressige Zeit und ihr macht einen tollen Job. Danke dass es noch Burger zum essen gibt und ihr euch noch traut arbeiten zu gehen. Weiter so
