ALEX Fürth in Fürth

The breakfast buffet at Alex is really recommended. The selection is large and offers something for every taste. I particularly liked the fresh rolls and croissants. But there is also no shortage of warm dishes. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages are always included. The price-performance ratio is also very good. You can help yourself to the buffet all morning long and always find what you're looking for. The staff is friendly and attentive. All in all, a successful start to the day.

We were here for a birthday brunch. The service was attentive and very friendly. The brunch leaves nothing to be desired.

The service is taking too long since we have been waiting for half an hour!!

I sat with my girlfriend for 15 minutes, we first waited a long time until we could order and then we had to wait another 15 minutes until we could order food. The waiters are very lazy and don't clear tables. They are in a bad mood so really service is a 1/10 We definitely have to hire new people, I come from the catering industry myself but I've never experienced anything like that, it's sad.

There was something for everyone. The fries were a hit.

Today for my birthday🎉 I wanted to do something special with my loved ones, so we went for brunch. The welcome was very warm and the service staff was very friendly. The brunch buffet was very rich and delicious, there was something for every taste.😋 My special thanks go to the magical chef Silvia.💞 Many thanks to the entire team for this lovely morning.♥️

My tarte flambée was cold and was quite dry as very little sour cream/creme fraiche was used. Service was relatively slow even though it was not busy. We had to wait another 15 minutes before we could pay.

We were their after-Kirchweih, great ambience, food very tasty, kitchen until 1 a.m. (Saturday), service friendly, cocktails outstanding, prices normal👍 The only negative thing was the toilet, but the restaurant can't help that if Kirchweih guests can't behave. I'll go have breakfast here 👌

Cafe Alex in Fürth is truly a gem! The ambience, the service and, above all, the quality of the food and drinks are excellent. It's definitely a place you'll want to visit again and again. I was at Fürther Alex for the first time on a Saturday evening. Very nice restaurant. Good selection, including vegan/vegetarian dishes. Fries were very fresh and tasty - dips too. Homemade iced tea is also delicious. The waiter with the curly hair is especially very accommodating. Very friendly. And a true master at the shaker. Coffee also very good. I even got an extra caramel cookie when I asked. Great! In my opinion, a better atmosphere than in the restaurant of the same name in Nuremberg. Definitely come here again! We recommend!

At the entrance it says: please wait, you will be assigned a table. Then you wait at the door and just want to drink a coffee. Outside! Inside, waitresses are constantly walking around. One of them with a telephone. After a really long wait and no outside service, I go in to the counter. A lady with a phone to her ear is lounging behind it while standing. I'm like: Hello, are you allowed to choose a table outside yourself or does someone come and show us a table. This lady shows me clearly with her free hand whether I can see that she is on the phone and ignores me by turning away! The facial expression was perfect. All that was missing was that someone would have asked me if I was too stupid to realize that. I politely declined and said goodbye loudly with a “thank you and goodbye.” I then went 30m further to a small café. There is still service. Greetings to this conceited lady. First comes service, then the telephone. And if a guest asks something, it's better to interrupt the phone for a moment and not shout at guests who have been waiting for a long time. But these days that's normal. And no, I don't want to get to know any of them, don't want to link to any sites... . I don't visit the store a second time and my money doesn't go to this chain. Thank you for the delicious coffee next door in the small, nice café with service thoughts! The lady's look was not only impudent, no, contemptuous! If that were my employee, tomorrow she would have the job in the kitchen doing dishes or cleaning after work but not in contact with customers.

Had brunch today from 9am. Had reservations, which wouldn't have been necessary at this time. Since the sun doesn't really become noticeable outside until midday, we sat in the well-designed interior. The staff was still rather underemployed at that time, so we didn't have to wait for anything. Everything was fresh and the rolls were even hot. The cappuccino was great and all the dishes, with the exception of the scrambled eggs, were good. The scrambled eggs were edible, but had an unknown seasoning on them that tasted unusual. I ate more of the salmon and the good bacon instead. The final coffee, which I waited 10-15 minutes for at lunchtime, was too bitter for me. The roasting is more like espresso, not crema. The waiting time was still ok, as the restaurant and the outside area had become increasingly full. Think about 60% occupancy. The staff was always friendly and correct. Gladly again (so early).

Very unfortunate. In general there is very little space at the buffet. There is no space to quickly put your plate down if you need some jam, for example. The fried eggs were not completely cooked. Protein should no longer be liquid in the catering industry. and the boiled eggs were just hard. A pity. It wasn't the first time with you and I actually know something different. I hope that what is written here is taken to heart.

30 minutes we waited, even after telling the waiter we would like to order they ignored us

We, a large group of 8 people, visited the restaurant yesterday. When we came in, no one greeted us because the waiters and bartenders were sitting outside on the terrace. We sat down independently and waited for a waiter who didn't come after waiting 5 minutes, so we looked for one outside and indicated that we would like to order. His statement was: "I'll finish smoking then I'll come to you"! An absolute no go! Highlight of the evening, there was a mouse running through the whole restaurant so hygiene is not a priority in this restaurant. We left the restaurant immediately Waiters who were still sitting outside on the terrace were approached and informed that there was a mouse running around in the restaurant, the problem was laughed off by the employees with the statement "if you have a problem with mice you should leave Fürth". So we will never use this restaurant again and will not recommend it to anyone!

Service is practically non-existent. You felt rather unwelcome or a nuisance. Then we realized that it wasn't going to work anymore and had a nice evening somewhere else without MICE.

Mice in the restaurant! The waitress sat together outside, completely disinterested, and saw guests go in. No getting up, no greeting. After 10 minutes, none of the waiters had gotten up. After the waiters showed no interest, a mouse who apparently lived in the kitchen made his way to our table to take our order. When we pointed this out to the waiters who were still sitting, they laughed at us. Incomprehensible.

But it doesn't help if you just eat a buttered bun with tomatoes covered in mozzarella. A pity

The table was very sticky, swinging a wet rag over it costs nothing and happens in seconds, but says everything about the service and management. 6€ for a spezi with lots and lots of ice, watery taste. 3.80€, a 0.25 l. Bottle of still water, not even a small slice of lemon. Wiener schnitzel was very crispy and there was no golden breading, but it was still edible. Wrap was filled almost exclusively with tomatoes, ok with Caesar wrap I don't expect a piece of Caesar in it, but then call it tomato wrap and I'll know what I'm getting. Sorry if I can't report enthusiastically about how great Alex is in Fürth, but you won't see me in there again.

Cool place to hangout with friends. The food is good and I like the coffee here. I like the Atmosphere. They have outdoor seating as well which is awesome in summer. All in all a great place in Fürth. Absolutely recommended.

First of all, it's quite expensive. A cocktail for at least 8 € may be seen as normal, but if it's almost only ice cubes, that's too much. Next it's dirty. We got there around 10 p.m. on a Saturday, not many customers inside (almost more outside). The floor was dirty, paper napkins and beer coasters lying on the ground, staff didn't care to clean it up. And we saw a mouse running around inside that knew exactly where to go and when. You can draw some conclusions from that. The seats and small tables are not actually comfortable, however, at least the music (house or something) was not too loud, so we could talk without having to shout. Staff was friendly though, no complaints about that.

Unfortunately it is very old and some of the furnishings are broken. Sat at the counter. Toilets for men and women were all broken. This left only the disabled toilet on the ground floor for the entire restaurant. Dirty, paper towels all over the floor, a toilet seat lying on the floor. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all!!!

The Alex in Fürth always has something good to offer. The selection of dishes is diverse and unlimited, there really is something for everyone. The breakfast brunch is always fresh and very tasty. Price performance TOP!

We received an absolutely friendly welcome with 🐕, we got a place where there wasn't too much going on and Milo had peace and quiet! We were asked several times if Milo wanted water ❤️ we were also asked about our situation. The selection at the buffet was crazy, we were very enthusiastic, everything you wanted was available 😋 the property itself was clean, warm and beautifully furnished! If we travel through Fürth again we will stop at ALEX!!! KEEP IT UP AND we wish you to endure this government crisis, you deserve it.

Actually quite nice, a bit dark. The service was nice, but not really attentive, you had to wait a long time until you were noticed. Food was okay, I think it was mostly convenience products, as a look into the open kitchen revealed. Conclusion: It's nice to sit with friends, have a drink and chat a bit, but if you're a little more demanding in terms of cuisine, this is the wrong place.

Ich liebe Alex Fürth! Der Service und die Servicekräfte sind super Kann Allerdings nur vom Wochen Personal Vormittags sprechen. WE und Nachmittag war ich bisher noch nicht

Wir haben uns spontan entschlossen hier zu speisen. Die Portionen waren grad gut genug um satt zu werden. Als wir bezahlen wollten, wiederholte die Bedienung unsere Bestellung zum Abgleich. Bisher gut. Die männliche Bedienung kuckte mich seltsam fragend an, als ich sagte, dass es bei dem Preis so bleibt und es so passt. Ich dachte, die Preise sind inkl. MwSt und Bedienung.....??? Sonst geb ich immer Trinkgeld, aber den fragenden Blick nach dem Trinkgeld fand ich schon sehr frech fordernd. Ich habe dann sozusagen unfreiwillig das Trinkgeld gegeben. Sowas ist mir im Alex bei den anderen Bedienungen noch nie passiert. Und wir waren schon öfter im Alex.

Von der Konsistenz her hätte ich eher auf Leberkäs getippt .... mir ist schon klar, dass man für 14.90 keine Premium-Qualität erwarten kann, aber das war einfach nur mies.

Leider hatten wir eine extrem schlechte Erfahrung. Wir hatten Burger bestellt, das Patty war zäh und voller Knorpel und ist in Sauce ersoffen. Davon abgesehen bestellten wir einen Brotlos Burger und fragten, ob dann etwas Salat dabei sei, was bejaht wurde. Was dann kam war bodenlos. Zum einen war es der falsche Burger (kein Spiegelei, kein Bacon, und Gewürzgurken) zum anderen war auf dem Teller Sauce, dann ein patty, eine traurige Tomatenscheibe und mehr Sauce. Kein Salat, kein Topping und das für einen Preis über 14€. Natürlich sagten wir der Dame Bescheid und sie versicherte uns, dass der richtige Burger kommen würde. Nach 20 Minuten - wir alle anderen waren fertig mit Essen, kam der brotlos Burger - und wieder ohne Salat und wieder der falsche! Unser Geduldsfaden war gerissen, ich ging zur Bedienung und sagte, dass wir den falschen Burger in Ermangelung von noch mehr Zeit zwar essen würde aber ob sie den dann von der Rechnung nehmen kann, was bejaht wurde. Als wir zahlten wollte, wurde uns gesagt, dass Sie uns ein Getränk storniert haben aber nicht den Burger. „Das“ so sagte sie uns „dürfen Sie vom Chef aus nicht.“

Guter Sonntagsbrunch mit ausreichender Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen. Leckere Warmgetränke. Etwas kleiner als das ALEX in Nürnberg. Gefühlt auch weniger Angebot beim Brunch.

Waffeln waren gut und mit dem Apfelkompott sehr lecker. Der ChaiLatte war Pulverig und die Heißschokolade war leider kalt. Der Service ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Die Getränke wurden zu erst vergessen und kamen dann falsch am Tisch an. Insgesamt für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt!

Großer Brunch mit viel Auswahl. Service bemüht sich, ist aber unterbesetzt.

Silvester!!!!! haben Online reserviert war ein Fehler bekamen den Platz in der Ecke ( Zugang Behindertentoilette) fühlte man sich wie auf dem Abstellgleis. Essen geschmacklich gibt es Nachholbedarf ( Gewürze) Organisation am Buffet lies auch sehr zu wünschen übrig, erst Wartezeit auf Besteck und Teller und längere Wartezeiten beim auffüllen des warmen Buffet, Bedienungen waren total überfordert aber stets freundlich. Musik war auch Geschmacksache!!!! Fazit Preis Leistungsverhältnis war dieses Jahr nicht zufrieden- stellend.

Das Essen war gut und frisch aber die Teller und das Besteck waren leider dreckig und fettig. Die Inneneinrichtung des Restaurants ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Mobiliar, sowie die Speisekarten waren verklebt und abgenutzt. Wir haben Verständnis dafür, wenn das Restaurant voll ist und man etwas länger warten muss aber wir, sowie Gäste die kurz nach uns kamen, wurden leider komplett übergangen. Es scheint so, als wären alle Mitarbeiter überfordert. Es wurden erst die Tische abgeräumt und nach ca 20 Min. konnten wir dann bestellen - Leider fühlten wir uns als Gäste nicht wohl. Wir werden daher nicht mehr wieder kommen.. Schade.

Leider war die Qualität nicht so wie erhofft, wir mussten sehr lange warten bis wir uns Getränke bestellen konnten. Und auch zum zahlen mussten wir erhebliche Zeit warten. Mit dem Auffüllen der Speisen hat man sich sehr lange Zeit gelassen ,die warmen Gerichte standen wahrscheinlich schon ziemlich lange. Der Preis war ordentlich hoch! Wir werden es nicht nutzen.

Super Ambiente..... Wahrscheinlich an diesem Tag schon zum Morgen leider zu wenig Personal und deswegen längere Wartezeit auf Bedienung und der derauffolgenden Bestellung..... trotzdem im Ganzen war alles ganz Gut 😉

Personal ist bemüht, mehr nicht. Die Speisen sind , wie in der Systemgastronomie allgemein gültig ,bei weitem nicht ihr Geld wert. Wer z.B. Burger essen will, soll lieber zu Burger & Friends gehen. Dort gibt es Qualität. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

Bier war lecker und der Kaiserschmarrn auch

Wir waren zum Frühstücksbuffet dort. Die Auswahl war reichlich, aber manche Sachen sollten doch überdenkt werden, wie zum Beispiel die Rühreier die einfach nur matschig und glibberig waren. Die Reinigung der Tische kann man da auch etwas fragwürdig, da sie sehr klebrig waren. Das Personal war freundlich, dennoch sollte sich mehr um die Gäste gekümmert werden und nicht so viel mit den Kollegen gequatscht werden.

Ein schöner Treffpunkt wenn man Familie oder Freunde treffen mag. In der Speisekarte wird jeder etwas finden. Servise sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend.

Leider leider hat das Unternehmen ALEX in Fürth seit ich beim letzten Besuch vor 4 1/2monaten nichts da Su gelern was betrifft Organisation!!! Bezug Ausgabe der Getränke. So was für unqwalifiesiertes Fachpersonal hinter dem Tresen.Betrift eine bestimmte Dame.Auser unorganisiert und Chaos am ihre Arbeitsplatz, Betrifft auch freundlichkeit gegenüber Gästen.Es gibt noch Gastrolle bei RTL Serien, Frauen hinter Gitter.Oder ein Arbeitsplatz hinter die Kulissen ohne Restaurant Publikum.Sonst ein Lob an ihre Kollegen im Service und dem leckeren Essen.

Neue Speisekarte, wesentlich moderner, war auch sehr lecker. Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das einzige: Bitte Holztische erneuern oder beschichten (Lack, Epoxidharz, etc ..)

Vorneweg für die Damen im Service ein großes Lob! Super freundlich. Essen war lecker aber leider lauwarm. Restaurant ist leider in die Jahre gekommen, könnte mal aufgepeppt werden. Bei der Sauberkeit hapert es leider auch.

Freundliche Bedienung und schneller Service

Eigentlich darf man nicht mehr hingehen. Der Service ist so schlecht da könnte man den auch ganz einsparen und als SelfService machen. Und dass man kein besseres Personal bekommt würde ich so nicht gelten lassen. Ob Brauhaus, Humbser oder andere - da geht es ja auch. Vielleicht muss einfach ein Euro mehr bezahlt werden …

Netter, zuvorkommender Service. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man kommt gerne wieder. Das Frühstück dort ist wirklich super

Der Service und die Atmosphäre ist sehr gut, alledings werde ich, ein Stammkunde seit vielen Jahren, nicht mehr das Alex besuchen, da die Preise im letzten halben Jahr für Fürth einfach zu schnell nach oben gegangen sind. So zahle ich jetzt für ein alkoholfreies Weizen 5.00 Euro, was definitiv zuviel ist, wenn man bedenkt, dass man noch Trinkgeld geben will. Auch der Ceasarsald mit Hühnchenbrust kostet jetzt € 17.40 und das ist selbst für mich, finanziell gut aufgestellt, zuviel. Schade!
