McDonald's Restaurant in Zweibrücken

I've been to a lot of McDonald's but I have to say, I've never seen such friendly staff anywhere. It wasn't the fake friendliness that you show in sales, it came from the heart. The food was great, the fries were great still really hot. Thank you dear team in Zweibrücken at the outlet.

Been to many McDonald's, not just in Germany. But I've never had such nice service as here. I can only speak for one.

Had bad meat in the burger, was absolutely disgusting. The smell was really bad and let's not even get started on the taste. They first wanted to give us a new burger, but then we lost our hunger. Ultimately the money was refunded to us.

Very dirty place too dirty for my taste. Waste piles up everywhere, it's not good. The tables are greasy and dirty. People with the same cloth clean the chairs and mirrors in the toilets and I have seen them clean immediately after the tables where people eat. To vomit

I'm going to McDonald's again. Almost every time I am disappointed. The cheap stuff on offer there is now far too expensive. In addition, the burgers or buns always fall apart when eaten. The fries are mushy, the cola is mixed with dishwater and you either don't get a straw at all or you get these stupid cardboard things. At the drive-in counter you have to get used to the fact that 7/10 orders are simply wrong. The classics are missing sauces, wrong burgers, forgotten products. So basically anything that can be done wrong can be done wrong. Please close your branch.

Unfortunately you have to give one star... We were here on Saturday evening and only wanted 2 Mc Flurry, after we ordered at the terminal everything was canceled, the guests were told that you couldn't give out food if the terminal wasn't working, but it was food on trays. After about 15 minutes, the poor people this food was for could be found and the same food was packed up and handed out in slow motion...even though it had already been there for 15 minutes!! When the man on duty saw our receipt after another 5 minutes, he first rolled his eyes in annoyance and then made us our two half-full MC Flurries, which weren't even stirred. When we commented that it was only half full, we were simply wished for a nice evening. Staff prefer to focus on themselves rather than checking on customers. I felt sorry for every single person who went in there after us! I took a lot of time to write this review, just like the employees who were on duty that evening...

You don't have to go there at the moment. Several terminals are defective. Card payment at the counter doesn't work, the offer display is demolished, the pick-up number display hasn't worked for a long time, and carbonated soft drinks cannot be served. Unfortunately, you will only be told this after you have complained about your non-carbonated drink. The cleanliness is inadequate.

It was clean, the tables were wiped down and the friendliest employee I've ever seen at the Mc's was at the checkout. Unfortunately my fishnet fries were cold, otherwise everything was great.

The food itself couldn't be faulted. However, there would have to be negative stars for the cleanliness of the store. The whole place resembles a pigsty. The toilets haven't been cleaned for at least a day, no toilet paper, cigarette butts next to the sink (???), everything full of dirt. The carts for the trays were completely overcrowded. Not a single table was wiped, the floor was sticky like honey. The burger packaging looked as if the employee had changed the oil in his vehicle before preparing the burger. Disgusting!

Drive in counter impossible, you sometimes wait more than half an hour. Incompetent workers who don't understand what you want, ask 3 times and end up putting in the wrong thing.

McDonald's. Ordered via terminal, short waiting time, food was brought to the table. The service was very friendly and overall the place was clean. In my opinion recommended.

I ordered at the table using the app and of course paid. After 15 minutes I asked at the counter where my order was. I was then told that I had to report to the counter again after ordering. The paid order was then no longer in the system (you couldn't make food if no one was there). My order was only given to me as a gesture of goodwill.

The worst McDonald's I've ever had. The terminals don't work, the toilets are disgusting (the men's urinals are blocked and full). 25 min to receive 2 Sundays and 2 hot chocolates. No excuses and if I hadn't been complaining I would still be waiting. The chocolates were lukewarm and the block of powdered chocolate remained at the bottom of the cup. The carts for clearing the trays were full to bursting, we left our tray on the table. There were at least 10 employees however and other people complained because they had to wait too long for their order. Really bad from bad.

Terribly. The staff specially took away all the numbers. A bunch of people at the checkout, the screen with the numbers doesn't work. It took 27 minutes to receive the order from payment. It's just TODAY

They are here sooooo slow. Like there were 5 people totaly sitting, and they were doing my chili wrap for 20 minutes.

We ordered Tom Menu and Hamburger Royal Cheese Menu and a few more. We were not served any of the fries offered on the menu. Unfortunately the order was opened at home and there was no desire to return it. Very disappointing.

The food was actually as usual, but unfortunately it took over 15 minutes between ordering and eating. The tables were dirty and the clearing station was overcrowded! Overall, there is a lot of room for improvement!

Complete catastrophe. The cheeseburgers are always cold. We then complained about it, also because the cheese was still completely raw and didn't melt. Then we got new cheeseburgers and they were cold again and the cheese didn't melt. The employee then seriously said that this was normal and that this was the “new process” and that this was how the cheese looked. Rarely have I heard and eaten something like this. Hopefully they close this branch.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed once again because the order we picked up at MC Drive was wrong. It's especially bad when you order nuggets and then have to explain to your child at home that there aren't any because someone isn't doing their job properly. It's audacious that when you get an offer of two for one, you only get one. You can still pay. All in all very annoying and very disappointing.

Your regular McDonalds. 4 star because the bathroom was clean, actually the place overall was clean. And staff friendly and efficient.

Hatten über Tischservice für 4 Personen Essen bestellt. Trotzdem es eigentlich nicht zu voll war, mussten wir 2mal nachfragen gehn, wo das Essen bleibt. Nach knapp einer halben Stunde wurde uns dann endlich das Essen an den Tisch gebracht. Dabei fehlte dann ein Getränk und alle Soßen komplett. Diese hatte ich auf Anfrage natürlich anstandslos bekommen. Das Essen war auch nicht mehr richtig heiß. Selten in einem mc Donalds so viel Konfusion gesehen.

Für ein Fast-Food Restaurant sind in meinen Augen 10 Minuten zu lange um sein Essen zu bekommen. Stellenweise auch sehr unfreundlichen Personal.

Trotz das wir das Essen an den Tisch gebracht bekamen, waren die Burger höchstens lauwarm.

Der Burger war nicht gerade gestapelt, die Pommes waren kalt und schwammig, die Cola schmeckt nach Wasser mit Zucker gemischt, also war das Gesamtpaket perfekt. Genau das wonach ich gesucht habe. Lieben wir. Ein Schmackofatz.

Leider war der Burger mehrfach jetzt kalt! Organisation ist schrecklich, dir Mitarbeiter sind bemüht aber dennoch ist das Essen kalt und trotzdem bekommt keiner das schnell hin wie man es in einem Fastfood Restaurant bekommt eigtl. Schade das die Filiale so chaotisch ist. Und das mir nach den Burger schlecht war ist schon ein Schock, man kennt ja von den Wallraff reportagen von der Konkurrenz gewisse Dinge über die nicht eingehalten Hygiene was das entsorgen der Lebensmittel geht, nach Ablauf des vorgegeben Datum! Ich hoffe das mc das einhält und mir nicht schlecht war, weil das dort auch nicht getauscht wird!!!!!!!!!

Mc. Donald halt wer den Geschmack gern hat.. aber ansonsten billiges Essen und teuer bezahlt..

Dieses McDonalds ist sehr besucht Manchmal werden im Drive through die Soßen vergessen und mit den Servietten sind sie auch etwas zu sparsam. Aber ansonsten alles gut

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Was etwas ungeschickt ist, dieser McDonalds hat ein McCafe, aber bestellen muss man am normalen Schalter. Das ist aber nicht am McCafe Tresen vermerkt. Ist vielleicht jammern auf hohem Niveau, mich hat es gestört. Ansonsten nix zu meckern

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Toll ist der Touchscreen im Tisch mit Spielen für Kinder.

Bei meinem Double bigmac ist mir mein Wackelzahn rausgefallen und ich hab ihn dann mitgegessen weil ich es nicht bemerkt habe aber es war lecker

Super clean (including toilets), not too busy and quick service. Chips crispy and good with sweet chilli sauce, burgers hot and put together well. A pleasant stop. The people serving even smiled.

Essen ist typisches McDonald's essen. Kann man nicht viel zu sagen. Mit der Ordnung ist es etwas schwierig aber das Team gibt sich Mühe. Bei gutem Wetter muss man sich bewusst sein, dass der Parkplatz und auch die Globus Tankstelle/ Waschstraße ein Hotspot für die Car Szene ist. Einer der vielen 'Sehen und gesehen werden' Plätze aber die sind alle handzahm. 🤭😅
