So actually everything is much better than MCD or Burger King. You can have your sub filled the way you want. Nice atmosphere, new style. It's great.

Typical Subway. As always, I was happy with the chain.

Food cannot be rated because we were sent away with the note “still closed” at half past ten (opens at 9) The employee apparently didn't feel like working so early.

Food as always very good, staff could be friendlier. One had the feeling: "Help, customer is threatening to place an order"

Haven't been there for a long time. And immediately knew why. Yesterday 2 p.m. was actually a time when there should be a lot going on...not in the Zweibrücken subway. Yawning emptiness and a listless employee who probably felt disturbed by my visit. When I asked about the sub of the day, I was rudely told that it no longer existed. Then the lady gave me a flyer with the words: this is the only thing available. Okay, then I picked some of it. Suddenly when I paid, the price was double because I had ordered a large sub and not a half sub. I ordered the sub from the flyer, nothing more and nothing less. The lady angrily threw half the sub into the trash can. This is how service works in the subway. Keep it up. Afterwards, there was a loud conversation about me with 3 other employees. Lots of staff for little service. Unprofessional in front of the guests anyway. That was my last visit. It's a shame because the food is good.

Went there last night and were warmly welcomed and served even at 9:55 p.m. We were even able to eat there, which made us very happy

Unfortunately, the staff for nicotine consumption/breaks is right at the entrance. This doesn't make a good first impression for me. Is there no break area that is not visible to the guest? Otherwise, the food was good as always but in the upper price category.

It was always delicious, eaten there almost every day. It had already been a ritual for me as an ex-soldier.

My personal opinion: The rolls are too dry and so tasteless that they could be replaced with a slice of toast. It also annoys me every time you order a ready-made BBQ sub from the menu and am constantly asked what you want on it. Until you get through each layer, the same, in my opinion unnecessary, program keeps replaying: You: What kind of bun do you want? Me: What's normal about the BBC... She: (Looks at the map) Normal? Me: YES, just like you offer the BBQ there. This then continues with the meat as if I wanted salami or cheese on it... No, just like it's on the menu. Finally, this culminates in the question... You: Which sauce? At this point I want to shout in annoyance: What do you think I want to put on my f...ing, sh...ing BBQ sub?!? I probably want yogurt dressing on the damn barbeque sub! --- And then I just ask the question: What else do you do with the (emphasis) BARBEQUE sub? While I'm getting my BBQ sauce, I know why I'm only a customer once every 5-10 years and then avoid the store just like StarBucks. When I order a McRip from MCDoof, I just get it without having to go through the ingredients list in detail! But I promise to come back soon as soon as all the other Fastfoot chains go bankrupt!

Satisfied with this subway for years. But yesterday (May 24th) a relatively young guy worked there and was anything but friendly. He was very annoyed with the customers and his employee because she apparently wasn't fast enough for him. He gave snippy and annoyed answers to all the customers who were there and thereby ensured that I wouldn't come back. A pity

All in all it was good. Relatively good service. You always have to wait because it is freshly prepared. The potatoes were nothing... very wobbly and not crispy

The food was delicious, but the employee was very stingy with the ingredients. You could have easily put twice as much on it. It's an absolute no-go to be so stingy given the high price.

The friendliest staff I've ever had at a Subway

Scheint wohl hier zur Routine zu werden mit der schlechten Qualität. Man merkte schon zunehmend je nach Mitarbeiter wie die Qualität in der letzten Zeit schlechter wurde. Wir wurden gestern allerdings als regelmäßige Kunden auch endgültig vergrault. Sparzwang des Unternehmens oder Druck vom Franchisegeber ? Das Brot war so trocken, das hätte ich noch nicht einmal Enten gefüttert. Der Schinken ranzig und vertrocknet. Es wurde an allem gespart und es war eiskalt. Scheinbar hat man genug Laufkundschaft von der Autobahn, dass man es sich erlauben kann so eine Qualität anzubieten.

Egal welchen Subway wir ausprobiert haben, der in Zweibrücken ist und bleibt der beste !

Besuch der Filiale mit Schlemmerblock. Personal war neu, etwas verpeilt aber freundlich. Essen war für mich persönlich das schlechteste Fastfood ever. 2 große Sub Menüs mit einmal Potatoes für 19.10 Euro .

2 Sterne für das gute Krisenmanagement vom Filialleiter - ansonsten wären es 0 Sterne in dieser Bewertung. Wir hatten eine große Bestellung vorbestellt. Diese wurde auch richtig aufgenommen, allerdings bekamen wir trotzdem nicht das was wir bestellt hatten. Potato bites innen drin noch kalt, Salat für 6€ bedeckte gerade so mit viel Mühe den Boden der Box (kein Käse drin obwohl bestellt und 1 Hand voll Eisberg...). Wir wurden freundlich auf die "Rationierung" die bei Subway vorgeschrieben wird verwiesen, allerdings kann dies hier kaum der vorgegebene Rahmen sein. Wäre sonst wirklich ein schlechter Scherz. Die Subs teils mit genau 3 Stücken Fleisch, keine Guacamole drauf obwohl bestellt, das nächste war dann komplett ohne Soße, usw... Naja gut, so kann man sich natürlich auch Firmen die schon oft dort für den Mittag bestellt haben vergraulen. Sehr schade. Wir haben uns dann dazu beschwert und wurden wenigstens sehr kompetent und freundlich aufgenommen.

Egal ob man nach St. Ingbert oder Zweibrücken Bzw. Bexbach fährt. Subway ist Subway. Mach weiter so

Das Restaurant ist ausreichend groß und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf das Geschehen ringsherum. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Habe das neue Chicken Tandoori ausprobiert. War sehr lecker. Man kann wie immer aus allen Zutaten und verschiedenen Brötchen (Subs) wählen. Die Sanitären Anlagen waren sauber. Es gibt Papier und keinen Lufttrockner. Getränke zum Nachfüllen scheinen durch Flaschen ersetzt worden zu sein.

Alles sauber und super freundliche Mitarbeiter! Weiter so!

Schön klein und gemütlich. Sind direkt drann gekommen.

Die Subs waren wieder lecker und das Personal freundlich. Leider gibt es nur noch Getränke in Flaschen und nicht mehr in Becher zum nachfüllen. Auch sind die Preise mittlerweile viel zu teuer. Wir haben für ein Sub und einen Sub in Menü knapp 25 Euro bezahlt. Vorher hat das keine 17 Euro gekostet.

Wir waren heute mir unseren beiden Kindern da und wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Auch geschmacklich richtig gut. Absolut zu empfehlen.

A quick food spot on the highway. Finding subway is not so usual in this locality specially on highway, and this is right on spot. I was sceptical to try here as I don’t have good opinion on the taste of European subway, but this one is an exception. They maintained good real taste. People were very helpful and gave enough time to choose. Maintained cleanliness in the space and food counter. Fresh bread.

Nach einem Tag gemeinsamer Aktivitäten mit Freunden in Zweibrücken, war meiner Familie und mir nicht mehr nach Kochen zumute und die Restaurantwahl fiel am 15.04.23 auf das dortige Subway. Was Fast Food anbelangt, ist Subway einfach eine recht gesunde Option, was ich sehr schätze. Das dort an diesem Tag tätige Team tat einen tadellosen Job und beriet meine Familie und mich umfassend und kompetent, so dass wirklich jeder sein Essen so bekam, wie es ihm/ihr am besten schmeckt. Das war mir ein kleines Trinkgeld wert. Gut gefällt mir das Sitzen in der Filiale auf den gepolsterten Sesseln am Fenster. Ist gemütlich. Wer über ein "Schlemmerblock"-Gutscheinbuch der Gegend verfügt, kann im Gültigkeitszeitraum auch einmal vergünstigt (2 Menüs zum Preis von 1) im Subway Zweibrücken speisen, so wie ich bei o.g. Gelegenheit. Denke, ich schaue in absehbarer Zeit wieder vorbei, wenn mich dort der Hunger packt.

Wie auch mein Stamm Subway in Frankenthal gut und freundliches Personal. Eines war überraschend und gut, es gab im Gegensatz zu Frankenthal noch Smoky Chicken 😋. Immer gerne und in letzter Zeit sehr oft zu Subway.

Nettes Personal , saubere Toiletten und leckeres essen .

Diese Filiale ist leider sehr schmutzig gewesen. Schade, da vergeht einem der Appetit.

Das Essen ist wirklich gut ... wenn man die richtige Mischung für alles findet. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, der Preis allerdings ist schon heftig.

Lecker wie immer. Leider war die Hölle los und es waren nur 2 Leute im Dienst.

Ich muss mal wieder ein Lob dalassen. Die Jungs, die uns gestern bedient haben, denen war nichts zu viel. Mit meiner Frage wurde ich nicht stehen gelassen und dieser neue Sub mit den 3 Käsesorten war richtig lecker. Wir gehen hier sehr gerne hin, denn die Mitarbeiter sind unheimlich nett.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, meine Familie ebenfalls. Das Personal arbeitet präzise nach den Wünschen des Kunden und ist stets freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut gepflegt & das Essen hat super lecker geschmeckt. Ich kann diesen Subway nur absolut empfehlen :)
