You should check immediately what you order to take away. I had two burgers too few in the bag - it wasn't the first time. Unfortunately this time I only checked at home again. Apparently it's difficult to find good staff.

Last shop Staff incompetent and hardly any knowledge of German

So I'm reasonably happy with the food. But definitely not with the toilet, for example. Toilet not clean, toilet seat dirty and broken. If Burger King had sales, you could use other toilet paper. The cheapest toilet paper hangs there in one layer. As the owner of such a chain, I would be ashamed. I think the operator simply doesn't care about the customers.

Food was as ordered, complaint (cold fries) was dealt with professionally.

I tried the new Whopper, of course with cheese so delicious 😋

Forgot the cinnamon/sugar mixture with the churros again, unfortunately I only noticed it when we got home because we ordered the food to take away. Ruined my entire dining experience thanks for nothing.

The monitors are broken, the waiting time in the drive-thru is sometimes very long and I miss the time when you got something extra if you had to wait longer than 5 minutes. The onion rings are often cold and sometimes taste like they were from the day before

The food you have ordered should be checked as much as possible because most of the time something is missing or it is not what you ordered. If you want to take the food home, I recommend turning on the oven in advance because the food is cold.

Unbelievable waiting times, even when there is little going on. There are enough personnel and materials, but the coordination is a catastrophe. Quality of the food was okay as usual.

I never write reviews but I have to! I rarely go to Burger King anymore, the last 4-5 times the order was wrong EVERY TIME. The whopper Jr have different buns, the patty doesn't seem nearly as fresh as it used to and isn't even half as thick anymore. The burgers are no longer of any quality. That was the last time I spent money on crappy burgers from Burger King

After we waited more than 15 minutes for our tray (namely the 3 people at the counter were only looking at the screen). My husband’s Burger was not good… Again my husband had to wait. More than 40 minutes later, my husband still hasn't been able to eat! It is unacceptable.

Wow I was amazed by this burger king. The burgerking is different in the good atmosphere (10/10) food (10/10) staff (10/10) I enjoyed my time there. But after sitting for a long time, a Russian sitting on a bottle came up in front of me and wanted to make me a deep-woken build for a price that was far too high. I paid with my body or activity 👅 but otherwise deserves top 5 stars👍👍👍💪 💪

Big praise to Michael Rennert, since this person has been part of the team the shop has been running like it was 6 years ago, he shows how much he thrives on this job. He is fast and reliable, and always provides the best burgers and fries. Michael, we love you.

We were passing through and wanted something small to take with us. It was pretty quick on the drive, I didn't know you could get burgers that hot anywhere. Totally fresh, not soggy. The lady at the counter was also super nice. Other branches could learn a lesson here. Tip top

The Burger King is absolutely standard, there is actually nothing better or worse here than in other branches. Due to the high level of standardization, they are now all very comparable.

Basically like any Burger King, I like the food more than this other major fast food chain. What particularly struck me here was the friendliness of the staff. It makes a big difference when you are greeted with a smile. Otherwise, like every other Burger King, only clean!

Had to wait 40 minutes for it to be ready. Far too few staff. The food itself was good, just like Burger King is.

The food, we had the Kingbox of our choice to go 3 times, everything was freshly and deliciously prepared. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price-performance ratio for the food and drinks is ok, so we would be happy to recommend Burger King Zweibrücken.

The labeling of vegan products is absolutely not good and the selection was much better before the scandal! Generally no longer worth recommending.

Wow, Burger King, you have really good service staff. I waited 20 minutes for my food in the drive, when I told the employee that the waiting time was borderline, he just laughed and said it was busy.

Just had to correct my rating. Not included in 2 menus and fries ordered separately. Rip off? Or just sloppy. And again, stupid staff! You can't do anything except collect money. The restaurant scores with its proximity to the motorway. The food tastes like everywhere else and has been fresh on every visit so far. The toilets are usable. The staff is friendly, but sometimes a bit slow. Depending on the time, I advise against visiting the restaurant due to other visitors.

I've been standing behind 2 cars in the drive for 23 minutes and nothing has moved since I ordered. I think I can see that the two people in front of me are about to storm the shop :-D Placing an order is difficult because the employees probably speak a different native language and are working on learning the German language.

Also sorry, aber das geht gar nicht. Über 20 Minuten Wartezeit im Drive in für 2 Cheeseburger und eine Pommes? Hier auf jeden Fall. Und als Krönung waren die Burger kalt und die Pommes nicht gesalzen. Abstand halten von diesem Burger King, fahrt lieber zum nächstgelegenen Konkurrenten... Absolute Frechheit der Laden.

Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, allerdings ist das das dreckigste Restaurant das ich je gesehen habe! Es liegen Essensreste und Müll auf und unter den tischen. Der Boden ist klebrig und insgesamt alles sehr unhygienisch. Diese Filiale ist definitiv eine ohrfeige für die Burger King Kette.

Unfassbar wie lange dort eine Bestellung dauert.

...in zwei Menüs drei Fehler. Kartoffelecken anstatt Pommes, Whopper anstatt Doppel Whopper und ein Getränk vergessen. Ok, das fehlende Getränk hätte einem direkt auffallen müssen. Anscheinend muss man direkt in Drive In die Bestellung kontrollieren. Gutes Personal ist schwer zu finden.

Service ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Am Drive-In Bestelltermin wird nur genuschelt. Am Schalter wird von dem unfreundlichen Herrn nicht mal hallo gesagt. Streckt die Hand ins Auto ohne ein Wort wie viel es kostet. Nach der Bezahlung drückt er die Quittung an der Innenverkleidung der Tür fest. Als ich sagt ich will den Zettel nicht wirft er ihn ins Auto und sagt man solle fahren. Eine absolute Frechheit! Am liebsten null Sterne.

Wartezeit hat sich seit dem letzten Mal verbessert. Toiletten waren sauber. Allerdings war es im Restaurant nicht wirklich warm. Man musste die Jacke anlassen.

Das Essen war echt ok. Der Laden war unordentlich und dreckig. Auf vielen Tischen lag Müll und Essenreste. Auf dem Boden lag auch Müll. Mülleimer ist übergelaufen. Haben 25 Min warten müssen bis unsere 2 Personen Bestellung fertig war. Ist das Fast Food??? Kann man hin gehen, muss man aber nicht.

Also seit ein paar Wochen läuft da garnix mehr rund. Wenn ich in der Mittagspause durchs Drive in fahre und sich 20 min an der Autoschlange (die bis an die Tür reicht) maximal 2 Autos bewegen ist das einfach ne Frechheit!!! Das war jetzt das dritte Mal innerhalb kurzer Zeit in der ich meine gesamte Pause der Schlange am Drive in verbracht hab. Dringend Nachbesserungsbedarf. Mit euren alten Angestellten hat das doch auch geklappt??? Mit der gleichen Anzahl an Autos im Drive In! Update: inzwischen läuft es nochmal. Meist in man in 5-10 durch!

Der Laden war mal gut. Mittlerweile muss man hoffen dass die Bestellung vollzählig ist weil jedes zweite Mal gefühlt alles vergessen wird oder man muss 20-30 min warten weil das Personal entweder knapp ist oder die nicht in die Gänge kommen

Alles sehr gut. Einfache Bestellung, kurze Wartezeit, Essen warm und lecker. Restaurant und Toilette sehr sauber!

War abends unter der Woche dort bin gleich im Drive In drann gekommen. Essen war auch sehr schnell fertig also wie immer top. Denke wer keine lange Wartezeit haben will ist Abends unter der Woche gut aufgehoben.

L'attente fut relativement longue, et puis une fois celle-ci receptionnée, on s'est aperçu que les suppléments ajoutés aux burgers étaient oubliés, et étant français, ne parlant pas allemand, je vous laisse imaginer les explications pour faire comprendre qu'il manquait quelques chose aux sandwichs... Et puis en termes de cuisine, il n'y avait rien d'exceptionnel!

Ja jedem kann man ein Fehler passieren usw. Aber es geht mir mittlerweile aufs Geld, Nerven und meinem Hunger!!! Aber Einsicht von den Angestellten gabs trotzdem. Egal, find ich trotzdem frech.

Selten so einen kompetenten und zuverlässigen Mitarbeiter wie Lukas K. erlebt. Ausgezeichnete Arbeit und toller Kundenservice.

Essen und Service waren gut, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr. Zum Beispiel: die mittlere Portion Pommes bei einem Menü sind jetzt viel kleiner und der Big King sah auch kleiner aus.

Essen schmeckt gut aber was mich tierisch ankotzt ist ständig ist die Eismaschine kaputt. Meiner Meinung nach haben die einfach keinen Bock weil so oft wie die kaputt ist kann man das gar nicht mehr glauben
