I find the food average. Only the fries are good. The tray carts are full; we should think about making space and emptying the trays from the carts. The condition of the restrooms is terrible, with missing door handles. Toilet seats in poor condition.

€14.95 for a double Whopper meal? Really? For that amount, you can eat really well at some restaurants... and not this crappy fast food.

I recently went to Burger King in Zweibrücken and was completely satisfied! The staff was super friendly and attentive, the order was quick, and everything was freshly prepared. I was particularly impressed by the juicy burgers and crispy fries. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant, perfect for a quick meal between meals. I'll definitely be back!

Disastrous service at the drive-thru. The employee didn't say hello or goodbye. They didn't give change. The straw was missing from the drink, and I got the wrong food afterward.

The team is clearly understaffed. The store is often messy and cluttered. Orders are regularly incomplete or incorrect.

⭐ (1 star) Dear Burger King Team, I recently visited this branch and unfortunately have to say that the visit was disappointing. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Most of the tables were littered with crumbs and food scraps, and in the more than 40 minutes we spent there, not a single employee came to clean the tables. The tray waste bins were also completely overflowing, as you can see in the photos. This caused guests to start leaving their trays on the tables. The branch wasn't even particularly busy, so I can't explain these conditions. I found the restrooms particularly bad – the cleanliness was also lacking there, as the attached pictures show. I ask you to tell the cleaning staff that the visible dirt urgently needs to be removed more effectively. (A little tip: you can clean the sink with Pink Stuff Paste or chlorine.) I hope Burger King Germany notices this situation and takes measures to restore the branch to a clean condition. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this branch at this time.

We ordered at the restaurant. Another group sat two tables away from us. They received their order, unwrapped the burgers, and attacked them. They then told an employee that it wasn't their order. The employee took the tray of opened burgers and went to the front, looked briefly, resealed the burgers, and then brought them to our table. We said we'd like fresh burgers, not ones that had already been served. She then said, "That's no big deal." What? There are hygiene regulations in Germany! We received new burgers, but we watched as the burgers, which had already been opened and were already at two tables, were then put into a bag for the drive-thru and handed out. Disgusting, never again!

All in all, it was okay. The staff were a bit unmotivated, the shop and outside area were quite dirty, and the food wasn't freshly prepared.

This is the place to go if you want to be yelled at. We wanted the weekly special burger. They only asked for our number. Okay, I'll download the app and order using the requested number. I still have to pay more. The employee said I didn't give them a number. I showed him the app with the burger I wanted, and he said he had to enter three different numbers. Not my problem 🤷‍♂️ I was about to ask for the manager. Sure, they're just doing their job, but a little friendliness isn't too much to ask for. Besides, the burgers were ice cold and there was so much mayo on them that it all leaked out. And you can save yourself this pre-written answer, always the same to reviews. Just improve the service, and you'll have satisfied customers, not just 3-something stars!!!

The best food in Zweibrücken, I come here more often now

The floor in the restaurant was dirty. It was sticky to the floor. The food, hamburger meat, was bad and smelled bad. The churros were soaked with grease and had a strange, rancid taste. I ordered the food to go and threw it away at home. Not recommended.

The health department will be informed!!! Unbelievably horrible!! Unimaginably bad conditions!!! I've been going there for years; it was actually the best Burger King. I went there yesterday with my wife and ordered two plain cheeseburgers, two hamburgers, a regular cheeseburger, and two hamburgers without mustard and without pickles. The man on the intercom barely understood German, and after five minutes another man came on the intercom. They told me to pull over and my order would arrive. My order was given to the driver in front of me. After a brief conversation, he brought the order to our car because he was just going to the front to complain to the manager. Then, on the way home, I noticed that a plain cheeseburger was missing, even though it was on the bill. To top it all off, my wife and I had stomachaches all night and could barely get off the toilet. After 20 years, they have absolutely lost me as a customer.

It's the slowest fast food place I've ever been to, drive-thru or not. Two customers in the store and it takes 25 minutes for an order. Absolutely unacceptable. The floor is ALWAYS sticky, as if it's been cleaned with iced tea. Two stars is really very lenient.

This location always gets the order right they've never forgotten anything, you can see they work well together, we usually get take out, only a sauce packet missing here and there other than that , you can tell they are managed well. After 5 years of being a regular customer (about 2-3 times a week), someone finally managed to take my order correctly and pack everything completely. I was shocked. Kind regards to the (new?) gentleman from the drive in with the pigtail :) (3 stars because the orders are always not completely packed. The sauces are always missing. If the new gentleman continues to work, I will change the rating to 5 stars.)

After years I thought we could give Burger King another chance! So disappointing, we order at the machine with the number then wait and strangely enough the customers who all order after me get their orders before me. So many young men at the front of the bar and you get the impression that no one gets anything done!!! I feel sorry for the money I spent there, cold bad burgers, the fries look old and cold. Disappointing! My visit to this branch was a complete disaster. I ordered a large portion of fries and was shocked at how tiny the yield was for the price - an absolute disgrace! And if that wasn't enough, the fries were cold too. The absolute highlight of the horror was going to the toilet. The door could hardly be closed, the door handle was hanging down and the condition of the toilet seat was simply disgusting and anything but hygienic. This visit was a total disappointment. I definitely cannot recommend this branch!

Very good the self service machines worked perfectly and has. Many languages, the service on the other hand very slow, more than 20 minutes waiting for something to take away and very clean bathrooms.

We ordered a double king bacon, a bacon cheese whooper and a classic whooper. Double King bacon and whooper bacon cheese very good, classic whooper a little dry. I've been a customer for years, there have always been ups and downs but the last 4 times have been a disaster. The waiting time was always between 25 and 40 minutes, today it was 35. It was busy, but there were also a lot of staff there. After 30 minutes the boss came and it turned out that no one wanted to take our order. It was probably too much. We got a cheeseburger for free, but that doesn't help after 14 hours of work. The staff step on each other's feet in a completely uncoordinated manner, the shop is very dirty and there is also a lack of politeness. At home then the next thing, 1 burger cold, 1 burger completely mushy, 1 burger wrong and one completely missing. So my desire is gone here, I won't leave any more money there.

So I'm reasonably happy with the food. But definitely not with the toilet, for example. Toilet not clean, toilet seat dirty and broken. If Burger King had sales, you could use other toilet paper. The cheapest toilet paper hangs there in one layer. As the owner of such a chain, I would be ashamed. I think the operator simply doesn't care about the customers.
