Unfortunately the dürüm isn't really tasty, the sauce is really bland so I won't eat it anymore

We go there regularly and we are always absolutely thrilled! The food selection is great and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. The fries in particular were an absolute hit – perfectly seasoned and super juicy! The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. It's the perfect place to grab something delicious quickly without sacrificing quality. I can highly recommend this fast food joint! Thank you for the great food!

The meat is disgustingly abnormal. I have a stomach ache so I have to stay at home on Saturday!

The taste is okay, but not a highlight either. Staff is always friendly. *Update*: For the second time in a row I specifically ordered veal and still got chicken. If you don't say anything about it you'll always get chicken anyway. So service is very bad - as far as I'm concerned, veal makes it more expensive if that's the problem.

We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant. The food was excellent, the service extremely attentive. The outdoor play area was particularly nice and the children had a lot of fun. An all-round successful visit – we would love to come back!

You have to repeat yourself, especially with longer orders It's quite tedious to repeat yourself. Don't give the impression that someone is listening and someone is really interested in who wants to leave money there right now and who doesn't. There is also a discussion afterwards about what you ordered and what you didn't. I'll avoid this shop in the future because I'm really wasting my time ordering from people who don't care about my order and don't want to leave any money behind. There are plenty of restaurants nearby that are twice as good. Next time I'll go there!

Always large and fresh portions, and great value for money

Out of necessity 1 star because otherwise no review is possible! Ordered today. The order was supposed to arrive within 60 minutes, after 1 1/2 hours we were told on the phone that the order would now be packed and delivered. After another 25 minutes without delivery and further lies, we were told that they felt overwhelmed with the orders. After another 10 minutes the food finally arrived! No problem, just let me know and don't lie! As a small compensation, €10 was credited back to us. Unfortunately, in retrospect, that was far too little! Order was totally cold, pizza wasn't baked through, let alone had the right ingredients on it! This was definitely the last order for us!

They don't even deserve one star. They're incredibly unfriendly, they make such faces that you're afraid to ask for what's served. They call themselves a restaurant, but you have to pick everything up yourself, their tables were so sticky, I didn't know that you even had to wipe the tables. They only tell you after you've paid that there are no more soups and turn them into some starters that were so dry so we don't get the money back. The food, well compared to the other Turkish restaurants, is the biggest rubbish. For €16 a few pieces of chicken, ridiculous. Only people who have no idea about Turkish cuisine go there. We asked him to pack something, you can guess three times. We had to pack it ourselves. DISGUSTING SERVICE, RUDE and and and. You call yourself a restaurant, you are a self-service snack shop.
