Ate kebab there today. Cheaper than anyone else in the area. Everything tastes OK. Nothing to complain about. Well filled and really tasty. Gladly again 😃🔥‼️👍
So the owner who is always there is by far the unfriendly and conceited kebab seller I have ever experienced... You can't make a kebab with even less love.
Service: incredibly bad, arrogant, conceited
Food: far below average/just dirt
Local: Well, okay, the regular drink at the two slot machines is annoying (it's part of the inventory and is there every day)
Super great! The team is super friendly. The food is freshly prepared and special requests due to food intolerances were no problem at all. We'd love to come back!
ATTENTION ISLAMOBILE! And definitely not halal meat!
Not recommended!
I was at the kebab shop “Bei Kaynak’s” on campus with two friends and asked the completely normal question whether the meat was halal, since it was my first time there and I couldn’t know. The employee immediately reacted very rudely and aggressively, made absurd accusations at me and claimed that I was supposedly eating meat somewhere else that was not halal - which is neither true nor relevant.
My friends, who are not Muslim, still wanted to order something, to which the employee said "Muslims are not supposed to eat/order here" and ignored them. This behavior is simply unacceptable, disrespectful and discriminatory.
I definitely do not recommend this store, especially on a campus where diversity and respect should be important. Customer friendliness looks different!
Ordered there online for the first time today. Food was inedible for us (far too spicy). Which wasn't noted anywhere on the menu. We described the problem on the phone.
All they said was “The chef always cooks everything spicy, you have to say you don’t want anything spicy!”
The driver was absolutely unfriendly and aggressive. We've never experienced anything like this!
Never again thank you!
I happened to look into your shop at night and saw a mouse running around. That shouldn't be the case in a restaurant. I'm still considering informing the health department.
The new funky bowl in Limbecker Platz is located on the lower floor, right at the entrance to the shopping street, so it's easy to find :)
The employees were very nice and the service was very quick, despite the fact that the store has only been open for a few days. Overall, the food was tasty, but the portions were just a bit small. In my opinion, you can do something for €12.5. Nonetheless, there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from, so there is something for everyone.
You can eat on site or take the food away.
The ordering terminal is also positive if you don't want to order directly at the checkout 🤝
Rating of the breakfast offer on Mother's Day-Sunday. Two stars for the consistently friendly staff and the very good coffee - but that was about all the positive aspects. We had breakfast here several times "before Corona" and this time we were absolutely disappointed. Contrary to the current information on the homepage, there was no fresh orange juice (previously for self-squeezing), no salmon (nor any other fish), the fried vegetables consisted exclusively of champions and a glass of Prosecco was only brought to us after we asked twice. When we paid, we had to pay 25 euros instead of 22 euros for this breakfast. After referring to the homepage, we were charged the old price. Although there were clearly a lot of guests here for Mother's Day, nothing special was set, just a napkin and cutlery lying a bit carelessly on the tables. Overall, a disappointing visit, we won't be coming back for a while; I mentally rejected a big birthday breakfast party. Too bad.
