Unfortunately, an order was delivered completely incorrectly and a pizza could not be eaten due to the ingredients (incorrectly) packed on it.

The food tasted very good. It was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The delivery service worked excellently and the food was delivered very nicely. The food was still warm/hot. I can only recommend Grottis. Keep it up. Thank you.

I ordered here today but the food wasn't as good as it was rated. This duck shopsey wasn't good at all and after eating it I had a stomach ache and felt bad. Disaster!!!!!

Update May 6, 2025: New record: ordered at 5:02 p.m., delivered at 6:58 p.m. 2 hours delivery time is already tough. Baguette lukewarm and wobbly because it was soggy. Why doesn't anything change in the store? And why is it still there, with delivery times like these? I still hope that something changes. Update January 29, 2024: Waited 90 minutes and then the baguette was soggy. Totally soggy and only lukewarm. Unfortunately, Quick has only slowed down in recent years. The delivery time is unbearable because the last 6 times I haven't received delivery in under 70 minutes. Sorry, but that's it for me. I've been ordering the same baguette for over 20 years because it's simply delicious. Unfortunately, Quick has declined in recent months. Not in the quality of the product, but in the delivery. Yesterday I had to wait another 80 minutes. Delivery times of 60 to 90 minutes are now normal. Of course, it sometimes happens that the baguette is no longer quite hot. Then the moisture from the topping penetrates the bread and it becomes “wobbly”. Hopefully something will change in this regard, because I don't want to be without this baguette in the next 20 years. For those who are interested: baguette with ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and creamy herb sauce ;-) Update 04/04/22: Price increases of more than 15% compared to my order from 5 weeks ago. I find that really steep just because the flour has become more expensive, because the other ingredients are hardly affected by the general price increase.

It was the most disgusting thing I have ever ordered, it was cold, raw and when I called it said it was normal, I know. Not sones normal, the food is not fully cooked. I will never order there again. I can't recommend it either. It was disgusting. I have never had such a bad meal
