Snap Pizza & Burger in Oldenburg (Oldb)

I don't like to give bad reviews, but this pizzeria is not made for a quick meal. We waited 2 hours for our pizza. The service was nice and the pizza was still hot but we were still promised a delivery time of 55 minutes. Unfortunately, the pizza was a bit difficult to eat because the dough was hard. Topping was quite good.

2 liters of Fanta Ordered 1.5 liters. When I called, a rude, very incomprehensible man took the call and after a long discussion I had to realize that me and my 4 friends didn't have enough Fanta for our mixing. Once and never again. Even for it being so late, something like this is absolutely incomprehensible and a complete impudence!! Food tastes like frozen stuff from Aldi

I ordered 2 pizzas and a burger. Unfortunately the burger was forgotten (I'm still waiting for it). The pizza dough was barely done, the pineapple was missing from the Hawaiian pizza. The order came almost 1.5 hours late.

That was the worst meal I've ever eaten. The hamburger looked like someone had accidentally run over him. The bun was so dry I thought I was chewing on sandpaper. The meat was either a piece of old car tire or something that had been in the freezer for years. The cucumbers were soggy, the lettuce was brown, and the sauce? It tasted like someone had mixed ketchup with glue. And the pizza? An absolute disaster. The floor was so rubbery that I could almost use it as a bouncy ball. The cheese was probably plastic and wasn't even melted properly, and the tomato sauce... was there any on it? It didn't taste like anything. Even the frozen pizza from the discount store junk box would have tasted better. I would have preferred to eat an old cardboard box - it would have had more taste.

Of course, due to the Uber discount campaign, the food came late, which didn't hurt the taste of the pizzas at all! Hats off to you for being so friendly to your customers despite the stress! :-) Not exactly my chosen ingredients, but chicken instead of gyros is totally fine for me too. We received 2 burgers on a delivery order that looked and tasted exactly like microwave burgers from Aldi. The Chili Cheese Burger had no chili or cheese on it. There was simply nothing on our chili pizza. Just pizza bread instead of the filled pizza we ordered. As an apology, I was given a free Sprite. It was during the Uber Eats voucher week, but it's better not to deliver anything and cancel the order instead of this failure 😅

I ordered via UberEats, delivery time was scheduled for 9 p.m., after 80 minutes I had the order canceled because it didn't come, the delivery time wasn't updated and the restaurant didn't give me a call. I can only recommend picking up the food.

Order arrived in 1 1/2 hours. arrived too late and pizza was completely cold and salami tasted expired! What a shame to sell something like that 🤒

I ordered pizza there today around 8:15 p.m. Now it's 10:39 p.m. and we still haven't received any food delivery!!! Call useless! The line is now constantly occupied or you are pushed away. Never again!

I ordered 3 pizzas and 1 fries. The amount of fries (in the picture) was a disgrace for €3.50. They weren't even fully fried and were almost cold inside. The delivery took almost 2 hours with the promised 15-30 minutes and I was rejected on multiple calls with “yes, we're just getting ready”. The pizzas were at least hot, but firstly they all tasted different (dough thickness/cheese) and secondly none of them tasted tasty. Never again

Ordered and paid via UberEats. Nothing ever arrived. Nobody answered the phone either.

The food came on time and tasted good. Not quite 5-star good, but definitely delicious! The taste of the pasta sauce reminds me a bit of ready-made sauce, but that's just my personal impression, so of course I don't know whether convenience products were also used or just a spice that reminds me of it. But I found them delicious, in that way that the pasta dishes at snack bars are always kind of delicious. The portion was also really big, so you're almost full twice as much. The pizza didn't blow me away, but it wasn't nearly as bad as some of the reviews here say. You could definitely treat yourself. Especially given the opening times, this is the perfect shop if you come home drunk late in the evening and want to eat your fill.

The delivery person didn't come up and didn't bring cutlery as ordered. We could hardly eat anything.

We read the reviews in advance and were in the mood for pizza at around 12:00 a.m. I finished the Tonno Pizza so I wouldn't have to eat it again the next day. The garlic dressing was quite good. Regarding the pizza: the dough is rubbery and there is simply no taste. As the temperature decreased, the consistency got worse and worse. The ambience is somewhat reminiscent of a garage from a third world country. Difficult to describe. The employee was very friendly and tried very hard.

I placed an order at 1am. And the service was really great. I received my order in 25 minutes. And it was still hot and delicious. Unfortunately, I only know that from a few people. Thanks again for the pizza sauce on the house!

Great store. Don't understand the negative reviews. Had a 40cm pizza with 4 free ingredients. Perfect for around €15-16. With us I would pay €21-22 for it! The pizza was well topped. Maybe I would have liked more broccoli. It was also super tasty. Also my friend's salami mushroom pizza. The opening times are from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. ( Lieferando times). We then pre-ordered and received our pizzas around 10:20 p.m. Regarding the negative reviews, I feel like they are people who don't have the knowledge that there are different types of pizza. Not all pizza is overly fatty. There are also thin pizzas. Some with a real edge and some like this with an implied edge. There is nothing bad quality about it, just ignorance. I love thin pizzas, but I also like to eat ones with a thick dough base. Both completely awesome and not bad. It's a shame that reviews often have to suffer from ignorance and poor information...

Bad atmosphere, from bad food to employees threatening customers, everything is represented.

Called and tried to order 9 different pizzas. After the 6th pizza, the gentleman on the phone says that this order is too complicated for him. I should kindly order from Lieferando. Said and done. Pizzas were cold and dry. Conclusion: It's nice that you can still get something there at night, but it has to be better.

I've never had such a bad pizza before, so I can just get a frozen pizza and it's better. There was hardly any tomato sauce on it and it was pretty dry.

The schnitzel I enjoyed was a culinary masterpiece that captured my taste buds immediately. Tender meat, crispy breaded and perfectly seasoned, melted on my tongue into a real culinary delight. Accompanied by crispy fries and a fresh salad, this schnitzel was an unforgettable culinary experience.

Best food ever. I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. I have ordered from them several times and have always been satisfied. The food and staff are always good and friendly. I pay a lot more with others and wasn't always satisfied. Keep it up

Among other things, I ordered a pizza (Pizza sunrise) Leaf spinach, chicken breast, garlic and creme fraiche...and I also ordered chicken breast. 17.50€ What came instead... Pizza Salvatore With ham, champions, garlic, olives and onions... I HATE OLIVES... €14.90 Not only that I was looking forward to the actual pizza and something else came WITH OLIVES... So I PAID MORE for something I didn't want...

Unfortunately, our experience with Snap Pizza & Burger was disappointing. Although our order of €80 was delivered on time, products worth €6.50 were missing. We immediately informed the driver who promised to deliver the missing items. We also addressed the problem in a phone call with the boss. After waiting 35 minutes (with a journey time of only 9 minutes), we called again to see if there were any problems. However, this was unsuccessful with my displayed telephone number. A new call with a different number was then successful (?) Unfortunately, we were suddenly told on the phone that we had no knowledge of an incomplete order and that the kitchen was already overloaded. It was suggested that the missing products be supplied with the next order. This was not a satisfactory solution for us as the payment had already been made in advance via PayPal. The conversation ended abruptly when we insisted that the problem needed to be resolved. Based on this experience, we probably won't order from this company again, especially since the quality of the food was already very poor. We hope for appropriate clarification and are available to answer any further questions. You know my phone number because you knew exactly which number you didn't want to answer.

Impudence, food dry and tasteless. This store can apparently overcome the physics constraints of poor quality. If a pizza with a diameter of 32cm comes in a 31cm box. Just embarrassing Do you need to know...

Wow!! We ordered. A pizza and a burger menu. My food has never been to me so quickly!! Mega delicious pizza, nice warm burger and delicious fries!! Tip top everything!! We will order again!

Too expensive compared to their prices

The pizza is wonderfully rubbery. Pack of 3 good and cheap Pizza is a delicacy on the other hand and costs a 6th. Luckily they also burned the part and used cheese that I wouldn't even take as a gift. Fries are accordingly. Outstandingly extraordinarily labyrinthine. Fortunately, they rounded off their experience by needing twice the delivery time. General 0/10 avoid at all cost.

Sehr Respektloser Service, habe um 01:10 bestellt telefonisch und um 02:21 bekomme ich den Anruf mein Essen würde vergessen. Was ein unfähiger Service !!! Mir wurde sogar vom Laden abgeraten aber ich wollt dem ganzen eine Chance geben, aber jetzt versteh ich wieso !

Habe dort nun schon mehrfach bestellt, schmeckt jedes Mal einwandfrei, zu gutem Preis und schnell geliefert. Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

habe mir da ein Thunfisch Baguette bestellt und Pizza Brötchen das Baguette war total eingeweicht und kaum belegt die Pizza Brötchen waren einfach eine Pizza mit Tomaten Soße wo ich das gefühlt hatte das es von Supermarkt war und die Lieferzeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig im guten und ganzen nicht zu empfehlen nie wieder mehr

Die schlechteste Pizza ! Die Pizza war wie eine Tiefkühlpizza . Die Pizza kam kalt an und der Belag schmeckte nur nach Tomatenmark .Meine Magarita Pizza schmeckte nach nichts . Die Pizza Brötchen waren keine richtige Pizza Brötchen sondern eine Pizza nur mit Tomatenmark . Richtig schlechte Pizza

Super liebe und gute Fahrer das Essen schmeckt eins a sehr zufrieden und weiter zu empfehlen

Die 6 Pizzen wurden um 2:20 Uhr mundwarm und bereits geschnitten geliefert, was ich sehr begrüße. Das war dann auch schon das beste an der Pizza. Beim öffnen der Umverpackung stößt einem direkt der Bukett von einem Hauch von Nichts entgegen, weil danach schmeckt sie auch. Angefangen am Teig, welcher durchaus auch als Adilette durchgehen würde und scheinbar der örtlichen Sauna entnommen wurde. Die Konsistenz ist atemberaubend gummiartig. Wir hatten Margherita und Funghi bestellt. Das kam alles wie bestellt an. Der Käse war wie die Hartschale eines Insekts dicht angeschmiegt an der merkwürdig gewürzten Tomatensoße und hat damit der Pizza eine plastikartige Panzerung gegeben. Die Pilze waren irgendwie und auch nicht das Wahre. Da ich fett bin habe ich die Pizza natürlich trotzdem gegessen lol

Ich weiß nicht wie die einige Kommentare zustande kommen, meine Meinung nach die Pizza schmeckt sowie eine Pizza Schmecken soll und die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr nett.

Personal total unfreundlich. Bekamen keine Tüten für die Getränke und Burger. An den Pommes war gar kein Salz und die Hawaii-Pizza war zwar mit Käse übersäht, aber kaum Schinken und Ananas drauf. Der Chickenburger war gut.

Ich weiß nicht wieso diese schlechte Bewertung zustande gekommen ist, aber ich kann sagen dass ich einfach schon mit einer Großen Magharita gut bedient bin. Mag den Laden auch wegen der Öffnungszeiten. Keine schlechte Erfahrung bisher gehabt. Liebe Grüße, A.B.

Haben um kurz nach 2Uhr angerufen und der sehr nette Herr hat trotzdem unsere Bestellung aufgenommen. Ist ebenfalls zwischen 30-40 min. schon angekommen. Werden sicherlich erneut dort bestellen. Die Pizza kann ich nur unbedingt empfehlen :))

Der beste Pizzeria in Oldenburg

Nach fast 90 Minuten Wartezeit und der ganzen schlechten Googlebewertungen waren wir ziemlich skeptisch. Aber das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt. Entweder haben die anderen Kunden um 01:00 Uhr nachts eine 5 Sterne Küche erwartet oder das Feedback wurde sich zu Herzen genommen. Wir waren mit unserem Mitternachtssnack sehr zufrieden. Unser Lieferant war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Eine Entschuldigung am Telefon für die lange Lieferzeit wäre schön gewesen, aber im Endeffekt auch nicht zwingend notwendig.

Der beste Pizza in Oldenburg! Super lecker, immer schnell geliefert und nettes Lieferpersonal! Verdient mehr als 5 Sterne 🤩

Das letzte mal mega gut und heute nach langer Wartezeit ist das Essen kalt angekommen... und dann noch verbrannt ... nach Anruf wurde mir statt neue Lieferung ein Gutschein von "10€" versprochen mal sehen ob ich diese überhaupt bekomme.
