I ordered a cheesburger there. The food came warm and was incredibly delicious. The driver was friendly. I recommend it.

We ordered a hot dog pizza and a Ringo Fire pizza, both of which were delicious. The salad was fresh and had a good amount of ingredients. The food arrived on time and was warm throughout.

Very tasty food, always delivered warm and fresh. I always enjoy ordering there, especially on Sundays!

We enjoyed ordering from Smiley's 8 years ago and have always done so. We basically order the same thing almost every time. Unfortunately, the quality has declined. I doubt the hygiene and that the salads aren't washed, as there was dirt in the salad at one point and now there are aphids in the salad. The first time, a new salad was delivered promptly. The second time, I didn't want the stress anymore. The drivers are friendly, though, and they're okay on the phone. Delivery times are often a bit long, but still bearable. Three stars because the rest of the food is otherwise good. We won't order from here again.

Very good as always. Snack rolls, pizza, or garlic baguette are always delicious. Especially with the pizza dip. I always pick it up, and it's always prepared quickly. (I wrote this two years ago.) Updated 2025: Still incredibly delicious and ready for pickup on time. Snack rolls are still my absolute favorite. + always good service. Thank you very much!

We've been ordering from Smiley's a lot lately, but today was definitely the last time. We found several long, blonde hairs on BOTH pizzas, and we didn't even notice some of them until we were eating them and had to pull them out of our mouths. No thanks, we really don't need that again.

Unfortunately, the food there isn't getting any better. Once you've ordered something there, the quality is declining. Although prices have understandably gone up, they're just cutting corners. They advertise discounts that don't work, and the food arrives late, cold, and not as ordered. The delivery drivers have so far been friendly, always eager to respond to requests—thumbs up. For now, we won't be recommending the pizzeria to anyone, and we won't be ordering from there ourselves.

An unfriendly manager who thinks they're superior to others can be a major problem for customers and employees alike. Smileys Pizza offers them the opportunity to identify and resolve the problem and change their behavior.

I ordered a Bakersfield pizza and it was by far the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. Everything was slapped on without any sauce and too much under the dough and the pizza was tasteless. I threw everything away after one slice. Sorry, never again. I wouldn't recommend this company.

We've been ordering from Smileys for years, but today I lost my appetite! My husband had pizza, which was great (hence the 2 stars), but my baguette was soggy, the salad was old, and the chicken fillet was gristly 😖 and that for a €12 baguette... no thanks! And I should also mention that when I wanted to share my experience online on the site, it wasn't possible either because the photo upload didn't work. I guess Smileys doesn't want any feedback after all 🤷‍♀️

I can't comment on the ambiance, as I always order through Lieferando. So far, all orders have been delivered within the specified time. The food has always been as described and always very warm/hot.

The first and last time! We placed our order for seven pizzas online in advance for a team event and scheduled a delivery time for lunch, as we had committed follow-up appointments. When the order still hadn't arrived ten minutes after the scheduled delivery time, I called and was treated very rudely and disrespectfully. There was no understanding or customer service at all. I was also told that if we weren't satisfied, I should simply order from somewhere else next time. We will definitely follow this recommendation! The delivery arrived 20 minutes later, and the food was generally okay.

I've tried it several times, each time it's been a huge disappointment, and it's gotten worse over time. Even simple pizza rolls have a terrible dough. 🙈

Absolutely unacceptable - never again. Our order did not arrive, although Lieferando incorrectly stated that it had been delivered. The fact is: According to the statement, the driver “didn't find the address” - but didn't think it was necessary to call us, even though the number was given. Instead, he just left again. That alone would be annoying enough, but the real low point came afterwards: When I tried to ask over the phone, I was hung up on three times - and when I finally got through, I was insulted by the employee on the phone. No accommodation, no apology - just disrespectful behavior across the board. If you want to save yourself trouble, frustration and insults, you definitely shouldn't order here. Customer service is obviously a foreign word here - as is reliability.

Hello community, On Friday February 14th, 2025 I ordered a Memphis family pizza with sucuk instead of chicken to pick up by phone. I was at the Edewechter Landstrasse location in Oldenburg punctually at the agreed time. My pizza wasn't ready because, according to the foreman, my order was lost. I should wait another 5 minutes so the pizza will be prepared quickly. Not five, but 12 minutes later the pizza was handed to me. €28.59. Sucuk was charged, Hänchen was not charged. No apology, no offer (e.g. drink) to bridge the waiting time. No extra option (drink, ice cream, pizza rolls or similar) for the inconvenience. Pizza was tasty but very clearly topped. Because of this negative experience, I cannot recommend Smileys Pizza Oldenburg!

Very good pizza, nice employees. Lots of choice for individual pizzas. I often order takeaway when I pass it on my routes, it's always pretty quick (~15 min.). But delivery always works well and quickly.

Waiting 1.5 hours for food when Lieferando says max. 40 minutes and then having to call twice instead of somehow feeling a service in the form of “Sorry, it’ll take a while”. The food was lukewarm and also a poor example of smileys in terms of implementation and appearance. Too bad.

I definitely won't order here again. It has happened several times that the delivery person simply throws the receipts into the hedge in my garden after delivery. I never really write reviews, but after being called stupid and physically attacked by the store manager at Smiley's yesterday I almost feel compelled to write a review. I've been a regular customer for two years and until yesterday I wasn't even satisfied with them, every time something was delivered (dip, chili or sause) or the pizza rolls were always burnt or I received a lukewarm pizza even though I only waited 5 minutes I live away from the store. I ordered a 38 Wisconsin pizza on Wednesday December 25, 24 but received a 28... then I called the store to report it, unfortunately I called three times in a row and no one answered for almost 3-5 minutes. The next day I ordered the same pizza again in size 38 and noted in the comment that I received the wrong size yesterday and please correct it! Of course, as always, the delivery came 90 minutes later and I didn't receive any compensation and my missing pizza wasn't included either. I then ask the driver what's going on - he immediately goes on the defensive and says to me, "I'm just the driver and have no idea," they can't read it, if you want to explain it you have to do it yourself go there. Then on Friday after work on the way home I walked past to ask how we would solve the problem - then the store manager immediately went on the defensive and said it was my own fault, why didn't I say that directly and said to me whether I am stupid. Since I didn't want to be insulted without reason, I of course confronted him, to which he and his employees reacted aggressively and physically attacked me. Later the police came and they filed a complaint on both sides. I hereby appeal to Smiley's main person, whoever that is or may be, to refund me my money for the pizza that I never received!!! I waive €0.0 IT'S MY MONEY! I will never order from Smiley's again and I certainly don't recommend them. I wanted to give zero stars

So we have been ordering from Smileys in Oldenburg for many years now and then... unfortunately we had to. As found today, both the radius and thickness of the pizza base have become significantly smaller. It's not possible, don't skimp on it, then it's better to ask for an extra €1 instead of indirectly saving costs, because in the end we won't be ordering from you anymore! Of course, word gets around and then it's the wrong strategy!

Delivered frozen, frozen, no-scratch muffins. If you try to clarify things over the phone instead of responding to criticism, you will still be ridiculed. Manager became loud and ended the conversation.

I ordered for the first time in Oldenburg. I think it's the last orders here. Point 1: When there are customers in the store, the service staff should pay attention to their choice of words and not shout at or insult each other. Point 2: The prices are set very high. Because of its popularity we decided to do it anyway, but unfortunately it wasn't worth it. A 25cm pizza (of which the edge alone has 3cm) for 12-15€ is simply not possible. Point 3: Unfortunately, the pizza doesn't taste good either. It's not bad, but there are MUCH better places in the surrounding area with MUCH cheaper and better pizza.

Ordered chicken wings, never seen anything so flabby. Really disgusting. The taste is really questionable. Tried two, then threw them away. Absolutely baa!

Simply a disgrace! I would prefer not to give a star at all. I live 5 minutes from the delivery service and have 2 hours!! waited for my order. The second time you called, you were pushed away because the number was already recognized. Strangely enough, you suddenly had someone on the phone with a different cell phone number. After the order arrived, it was also wrong! So never again for me!

Positive: - The service was very friendly (both on site and on the phone) - It looked very clean in the store - Order was ready quickly Negative: - The TASTE of the pizzas. The pizzas ALL tasted extremely sweet. None had barbecue sauce or anything like that. The dough tasted so sweet. When it came to the topping, it was pointed out that the turkey/salami was smoked. That extremely smoked cutout combined with that sweet flavor had NOTHING to do with a SAVORY pizza. Shame about the money!!! They are absolutely not worth the money. Sorry

We've been waiting for our food for 1.5 hours. I've already called and asked, they just rudely said that the delivery was on the way, but without even asking what address or anything. Terrible service. Edit: 5 months later: I've ordered from Smiley's twice recently. Both times the pizza wasn't cooked properly. Today I waited an hour for a pizza that didn't have what I ordered on it. And ordering €1.20 for an ingredient and then not receiving it is cheeky. I now have to wait another hour for a (hopefully) real pizza.

We had the food delivered. The food arrived on time and tasted very tasty. We would be happy to order from there again.

Me and my girlfriend have probably ordered here 5 times and can only say that everything is great, the food tastes great, the delivery time is quick and the prices are okay. I can't complain about anything and I'm just happy that you can consistently eat so well here.

I just didn't like the food at all. The sauce on the pizzas tasted rancid and the base tasted way too much like yeast. The onions on my pizza were also still raw. The pizza wasn't warm either.

I had enough and called them They simply couldn't/wouldn't want to help me any further. Then I informed the main office. All I received was a formal apology and a voucher for €10 with a minimum order value of €20 There is no service The way the pizzas are prepared there is really weird, boogers and slime as a side dish are delicious

Food is good and comes before the stated time.

I am in favor of increasing the minimum order value again from €17.90. Here, 10€ was simply added. A simple small order within the city simply no longer makes sense. If you're single, it simply makes ZERO sense to order for €17.90. Who should be able to eat all that? The costs are constantly being increased but everything else is being saved. Card payment machines sometimes don't work and the driver has to come back 30 minutes later. You'll be rudely attacked on the phone if you want to ask a simple question. In order to get even fewer customers, I would increase the minimum order value to €50. then you can be sure that no one will want to order anymore.

Didn't buy a pizza, but I was very kindly helped with another issue!

Today I ordered via Lieferando and accidentally pressed pickup xD I called to change this, when the very polite and nice employee called back and explained to me that there were no drivers available at the moment, I then set off. All the annoyances about myself were addressed by the employee, whose name I unfortunately don't know, also on site in the branch. She said goodbye to me with a charming smile and very kind words. It's great that there are still such employees :) It's very rare to encounter such politeness. 5 stars in all respects!! And a nice greeting to them :)

Konzentriert auf Ghostkitchen, ganz klar, aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach und die sind immer lieb und freundlich. Ich empfehle anrufen oder Website, aber kein Lieferando, dafür müssen die extra zahlen, das muss ja nicht sein. Achja und es wird immer an den Selbstabholerrabatt gedacht, dann ist es echt super günstig. 😄

Über 30% der Online-Bestellung vergessen. Den Rest sollte ich telefonisch neu bestellen. Auf die Nachlieferung haben wir über 30 Minuten gewartet.

Die Umgebung war sehr grottig und dreckig. Außerdem war ein Hartplastikstück auf der Pizza.

Eigentlich waren wir immer sehr zufrieden, toll fanden wir auch immer die einzeln verpackten Saucen, gerade wegen der ersichtlichen Haltbarkeit. Heute war leider das Verfallsdatum auf meiner Remoulade schon 6 Tage abgelaufen ☹

Ich bin Stammkundin und absolutes Gewohnheitstier, bestelle immer online, aber nicht bei Lieferando. Mir schmeckt es, sonst würde ich nicht immer wieder bestellen. Aber was mir nicht gefällt, sind bisweilen die Lieferzeiten und Unehrlichkeiten. Man kann die Länge der Lieferzeiten immer nach den Fahrern bemessen. So gibt es die wirklich guten Fahrer, bei denen auch die Lieferungen vollständig und richtig sind. Und dann sind da noch die anderen , bei denen immer viel los ist, die eine Zutat vergessen haben und die die Schuld der Küche, dem Verkehr oder sogar mir geben. Und ertappt man sie der Lüge, so sind sie wenig einsichtig. Keine Ahnung, wie oft der Käse vergessen bzw. die Darreichungsform verwechselt wurde, und das bei nur 2 Varianten. Und heute dann der Hinweis auf die Lieferzeiten, dass ich diese ja hätte wissen können. Auf meine Anmerkung, dass man nirgendwo auf Verspätungen hingewiesen wird außer auf die Standardzeiten, wurde wieder zurückgerudert. Ich mag nicht angeschwindelt werden! Heute ein letztes Mal bei Smileys bestellt, dieses Mal telefonisch, da noch ein Betrag offen stand. Statt der bestellten Pasta Bolognese (Rocky Mountain) habe ich Pasta Gran Canyon erhalten. Die Dame am Telefon hat sich entschuldigt und mir eine Nachlieferung angeboten, die für mich zu spät käme. Traurig, aber wahr, so macht das Bestellen keinen Spaß mehr, und ich als Stammkundin verabschiede mich nun endgültig.

Ich kann so einige negative Bewertungen nicht wirklich verstehen.... Die Pizzen sind immer super lecker und alle Salate frisch und knackig.😋 . Auch die Preise sind wirklich ok -bei der Qualität ! Wenn möglich holen wir die Bestellung ab - so haben wir schnell das Essen auf dem Tisch.

Essen ist ok , human mit den lieferkosten. Leider sehr teuer mit den Produkten und mittlerweile sind wir aus dem Lieferumfang raus . Sie liefern nicht mehr zu uns . Und wir wohnen exakt 7,4 Kilometer weit weg sprich 8 min Entfernung .

Ich bestelle nur sehr selten Essen und habe mich dem entsprechend sehr darauf gefreut, jedoch waren die veganen Wraps die hier ankamen ungenießbar. Aus irgendeinem Grund schmeckten sie als wäre eine Art Reinigungsmittel darin gelandet. Ich habe sie nicht aufgegessen, war aber wegen des hohen Preises wirklich enttäuscht. Die Lieferung war schnell, die pizza hat auch geschmeckt.

Der Ring of Fire ( mit dem Pizzadip) ist mein absoluter Favorit, aber auch die Pizzen schmecken unglaublich gut. Ich wurde noch nie enttäuscht und durch die Vorbestellung, kommt mein Essen auch immer pünktlich. :)

Sehr leckere Pizza und Produkte Vom Preis her sehr teuer, aber dafür passt die Pünktlichkeit, Service und vom Geschmack her sehr gut. Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben, dafür aber Qualität bekommen. Gerne wieder. 👍😊

Die Pizza war sogar sehr gut, vom Geschmack her kann man nicht meckern. Aber finde es bisschen komisch das wenn man 8 Pizzen bestellt mit einer Lieferung das da 9 Pizzen ankommen wir deutlich mehr zahlen mussten und dazu uns das auf 3 Rechnungen geschrieben wurde und wir somit auch 3 mal lieferkosten bezahlen mussten. Erste und letzte mal bestellt!!

Alter; ihr braucht 90 Minuten an einem Freitag Abend!? NEUNZIG!!?? Ich würd' gern abbestellen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Bestellung wurde frisch zubereitet und kam auch zügig. Das einzige, was für meinem Empfinden, Verbesserungswürdig ist, dass die Kartonagen der Pizzen NICHT in dem Raum sein sollten, wo man essen kann. Das macht eher so ein " ich esse meine Pizza im Lagerraum" Feeling. Dafür ein Stern Abzug.

Wir bestellen schon seit Jahren bei euch. Leider lasst ihr immer mehr nach. Es wäre zb schön wenn man sich eine wunschpizza zusammenstellt, das die Zutaten UNTER dem Käse wären. Der Käse war auch schon mal mehr...
