The last few times the app and vouchers were not accepted because there was no scanner. Sub of the day doesn't exist for me. Prices are outrageously exorbitant. After many visits over the years, that was it for me, never Subway again.

Very bad service. None of the employees speak German and my food has been prepared incorrectly several times. The worst thing, however, was the last order, where I was served normal bread despite the extra charge for gluten-free bread!! Since I pre-order the food to take away during my lunch break, the error only became apparent when I was eating. Due to my intolerance it was absolutely not a pleasant experience! Highly unprofessional location!! You can do better 👎

Big sandwich. Expensive but good. A lot on it. You can decide for yourself what you want to have on it. I think it's been great since the beginning.

I can only confirm. Very tasty and better than the Subways I knew. The lovely waitress was very accommodating and immediately responded to all my requests. Absolutely recommended, 6 stars👍🏼👌🏼

Very clean and the staff was very friendly!

Yesterday we arrived at closing time and they greeted us very happily and friendly. Not to mention that we entered with umbrellas, leaving everything wet. It's nice that people who work serving the public are so empathetic and their service is so warm.

Fast and good service, friendly staff. Prices are okay. Everything is prepared in front of you and you decide what goes on it.

Unfortunately, all vouchers are not honored here. Unfortunately, I have to adjust it because the employees threatened me, which is a shame, never again

Of all the Subway branches I have visited so far, this one impressed me the most. I particularly noticed a friendly employee with tattoos - she was extremely helpful, attentive and did her job really well. There should be more dedicated employees like this!

In their defense, we actually ordered our subs just before the store closed, we were late, but nevertheless the meat tasted like rubber and had probably been there for a while ^^ the people were also relatively unfriendly, although I don't expect that much from fast food - I still like going there, there's a cinema inside, the experience is even better during the day anyway.

Rarely experienced such a bad subway. When I look at the other reviews, the bad ratings seem to be consistent - urgent action should be taken here. The employee was so unmotivated that you almost felt guilty about disturbing him while he was sweeping. No hello, no goodbye. Every question about the sub's topping seemed like an accusation. The bread was cut so messily that it tore. The subs were not folded properly, so a lot of things fell out while eating. He asked several times because he wasn't listening properly. The colleague was very friendly, but couldn't speak German. No problem for us as we speak English. May be a barrier for other guests. She seemed unsettled by her unfriendly colleague. The restaurant is dirty in the customer area. Crumbs and leftover food everywhere on the tables and floor. There wasn't much going on - so there was probably time to clean up. Too bad!

Unfortunately the worst Subway visit I've ever had. An employee (presumably the cleaner) sat at the table, watched extremely loud videos and had her bare feet on the table - absolutely unhygienic and unprofessional. The rest of the staff was unfriendly and didn't welcome us at all. Instead, there was constant talk about the end of the day and the feeling that we should leave quickly. We were even told straight away that they would close as soon as we finally left. I've never experienced anything like this! Definitely my last visit to this store.
