I actually enjoy coming here, but what's happening here at the moment is that you have to wait 30 minutes or have to wait forever for toogoodtogo pickup because the employees have disappeared without a trace!

Enjoy your meal. Always looks fresh and tastes good. The employees are very nice, friendly and always open to additional requests or recommendations. Only 3 stars because the reader for the subway rewards never works or is never there when there are offers. Although the app shows you as a participating restaurant, you can never use the app if it really makes sense. I'm sure the store would be fuller if everything was as it should be. I actually only wanted to give 2 stars but I feel sorry for the employees. I think next time I'll drive a few kilometers further to the next subway.

The last few times the app and vouchers were not accepted because there was no scanner. Sub of the day doesn't exist for me. Prices are outrageously exorbitant. After many visits over the years, that was it for me, never Subway again.

Very bad service. None of the employees speak German and my food has been prepared incorrectly several times. The worst thing, however, was the last order, where I was served normal bread despite the extra charge for gluten-free bread!! Since I pre-order the food to take away during my lunch break, the error only became apparent when I was eating. Due to my intolerance it was absolutely not a pleasant experience! Highly unprofessional location!! You can do better 👎

Big sandwich. Expensive but good. A lot on it. You can decide for yourself what you want to have on it. I think it's been great since the beginning.

Bei den neuen Automaten kann man nur doppelten Käse eingeben. Wenn es zwei verschiedene sein sollen, wird‘s wieder „schwierig“. Musste zwei mal wieder in den Laden weil bei meiner Bestellung etwas vergessen wurde. Der Sub musste beim zweiten Mal neu belegt werden. Leider war dann gefühlt kein Eisbergsalat mit drauf und es war wirklich sehr sparsam belegt. Ziemlich blöd bei einem Veggie Delite! Weil mir das zu blöd war bin ich aber auch nicht erneut rein. Besser woanders versuchen oder gleich ein anderes „Restaurant“ suchen.

The subway is attractive and cozy, the food was very good. Unfortunately there was no tuna, which I found unfortunate as I would have liked to have had it on offer. But of course such things can happen. What I noticed about the service: The sandwich artists did their job well. However, the man at the checkout with glasses seemed a bit unfriendly and passive-aggressive. While I was on the phone, he told me that you don't have to hear everything he says, which I found inappropriate. My volume was quite reasonable and the place was currently full. After I ate, the man left the store, which makes me think he is in a higher position since he was just standing at the checkout giving instructions to the other employees. I felt sorry for the two employees behind the counter because you could tell from their faces that they were disappointed, especially since the store and the line were quite busy. I don't know how the store works internally, but in my opinion a team should always work together and avoid situations like this. I'm writing this review because the man has struck me as unpleasant several times. I will continue to eat there but will avoid the store if I see him at the checkout.

Bad... There's no other way to describe it. Had chicken teriyaki. It tasted really disgusting, so I threw it in the trash for half an hour and after two hours I had the diarrhea of ​​my life. Thanks for nothing💩

Food tastes good, but unfortunately it doesn't compensate for the disrespectful and demotivated behavior of the employees... Never written a review but unfortunately I can't help it here.

Coffee and food are okay (overpriced, but you know that at airports) and you sit nicely but all the employees are without exception unfriendly and even really rude to the guests. From rolling my eyes at the checkout when the woman in front of me paid with a €100 note, to the waitress who told a family that the child wasn't allowed to eat the food they had brought with them, DESPITE the parents' shopping. When we said that wasn't ok we were also shouted at. I would never go there again for that reason alone.
