The prices at this cafe are very very high. A perfectly normal pretzel for €3.50. Even for airport prices, it's an absolute disgrace. The rest is just like an airport gate.

I understand, you have to make a profit. But the prices here are absolutely outrageous. In addition, the sandwich was rather average and to charge 8.50 for it (all the others also from 8.50€) is a complete impudence. To top it all off, there was an offer with a sandwich and soft drink for 10.90 instead of the individual price of around €12-13. When this was pointed out, the older lady reacted very unfriendly and reluctantly gave up the difference. A sorry? None. At the Next time in Nuremberg this shop will definitely be avoided.

This restaraunt / bakery is very convenient. When I have a trip starting from Dürer Airport I usually go to this place. Food is always amazing, I never had bad experience with it. Service is funny, caring and very nice. Atmosphere such as the location great too. The reason why this review is only 3 stars though is because of the prices. Inflation is high, yes thats a reason but I cant understand how people in future can afford something in the airport if they are not that wealthy. 1L Water bottle for 6$ ? That is a joke. Water should be affordable anytime anywhere and not overpriced. People are thirsty ! Especially on long trips. Not all people have the money to spend for Drinks for 3-10 $ and Food from 10 - 20 $.

Delightful airport bakery! Their chocolate croissants are flaky, buttery perfection, and pair wonderfully with a rich, creamy cappuccino. The service is fast and friendly, making it a perfect spot for a quick, delicious treat before a flight. Highly recommend stopping by for a pastry and coffee to start your journey on a high note!

The sandwiches were good here, but now recently the Quality has gone down hill. Totally overpriced and as other have mentioned, does not taste fresh

Quite apart from the fact that the airport prices for food/drinks are beyond reality, you can spend a nice time here and eat/drink well. The staff was very friendly, although there were a few technical problems with my voucher. All the products were fresh and really tasty and filling - while you were there you could watch the hustle and bustle on the runway... The many bad reviews here are NOT understandable to us.

Health hazard! Someone needs to urgently check the quality of their food before someone gets sick. All sandwiches look really old and the only other option would be a salad for 7,5 EUR, which was moulded! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone visiting Nürnberg Airport!

Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal, fint rum med stora och sköna sängar. Frukosten riklig och smakfull. Ett hotell vi verkligen kan rekommendera även om du inte ska med flyget från Nürnberg.

Went to brunch on Sunday. Prices have gone up quite a bit - like everywhere else - so not a minus point per se. Service was really great and food was delicious. But I was missing information about the individual dishes/foods. A small sign saying “Vegi/Vegan” and allergens would have been appropriate. The main courses were very meat/fish-heavy. Due to a spinach allergy, the only vegetarian main course was not possible for me, so I couldn't eat a main course. Otherwise great. Gladly again.

It is very outrageous for Marche to sell chocolate croissants left over from the day for 3.50 euros. In addition, the chocolate croissants were hard... This is very unscrupulous and disgraceful.

Great place to stay and wait for the flight. The decor is very pleasant and you can relax and watch the action on the runway. And best of all: super friendly employees.

Eine Übernachtung vor unserem Abflug war dieses Mal etwas enttäuschend. In dem Hotel wäre dringend eine zeitgemäße Umgestaltung angesagt. Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist sowieso unschlagbar

Super rude staff with no reason, I don't speak German but I would expect personnel working on an airport understand properly english so when she didn't understand the word "decaff" she just got mad and she decided just yelling at me. Overall, terrible service and overprice products.

Waren zum Flugzeuge gucken mit den Kindern am Nürnberger Flughafen. Sonntag Nachmittag gegen 16 Uhr. Es gab im gesamten Restaurant keine Karte mit Preisen bis auf zwei Eiskarten. Preise wurden aber auch darin nicht vollumfänglich genannt. Man konnte kein Essen bis auf Eis und vier oder fünf Sorten Kuchen bestellen. Für sieben 0,5l Getränke, vier Kugeln Eis und ein Stück Schokokuchen haben wir heute unglaubliche 42,90€ bezahlen "dürfen". Beleg siehe Foto. Dazu noch das Ambiente von anno 1990. Lediglich das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht. Der Hund bekam Wasser und niemand störte sich an den vier Kindern. Für sie gab es am Ende sogar noch kleine Schokotäfelchen. Aber alles in allem ein Erlebnis, dass wir so definitiv nicht mehr wiederholen werden. Die Preise sind einfach eine Frechheit. Die Intransparenz ein Unding und ein Lokal, das Sonntag am späten Nachmittag kein Essen anbietet, verdient meiner Meinung nach die Bezeichnung Restaurant einfach nicht. Wir sind mit vier hungrigen Kindern wieder gegangen um sie dann andernorts noch zu verköstigen. Da hilft die Freundlichkeit des Service dann aber auch nix mehr und bei den Preisen setze ich eine solches auch mit Verlaub schlicht voraus. Kein Wunder, dass das Restaurant quasi leer war. So bekommt man keine Kundschaft zu einem erneuten Besuch.

Leider schlechte Auswahl für Allergiker (glutenfrei). Und das an so einem Ort, wo viele Menschen gibt.

Personal freundlich und bemüht! Die Tischen waren sauber! Der Kaffee war jetzt kein Highlight! Er war in Ordnung, nicht schlecht aber auch nicht gut! Die Breze war gut, ist ja aber nicht schwer (werden fertige Teiglinge sein)! Das der Preis zu hoch ist, scheint daran zu liegen, dass im Sicherheitsbereich nicht mehr ist! Besser vorher zum Rewe to go und vor den Kontrollen Speisen :)

Sauberkeit an den Tischen lässt zu wünschen übrig und über die Preise reden wir erst gar nicht....

Für eine Nacht noch auszuhalten ansonsten wirklich nichts besonderes. Personal spät Abends derart unfreundlich, sodass ich hätte eigentlich wieder gehen müssen (O-Ton: IMPFAUSWEIS!!!). Zimmer alt und im 90er-Style. Von A bis Z einfach nur renovierungsbedürftig. Zwei Sterne für den super schnellen Zugang zum Terminal gegenüber.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and both times my stress has been reduced just by being so close to the airport. Literally 30 seconds to departures (and covid testing) which is exactly what you want at 4am! Can’t comment on food as I haven’t eaten there but the downstairs bar always has a friendly atmosphere. Staff are great - always available with a smile and ready to help. Room is functional; clean, bed is comfy enough, shower has hot water and TV Works! Very quiet considering how close it is to the runway. Mac Donald’s and mini supermarket in airport if you need food/ essentials (3-4 min walk). Airport departures screen in lobby

Food is decent and staff was friendly but the prices are too steep. Despite the lack of alternatives air side, I think the rather small focaccia sandwich is not worth 7.20€. Other items were similarly (over)priced.

Heute wieder einmal ins Mövenpick Hotel Nürnberg Airport eingecheckt. Wieso frequentiert man wohl ein Flughafenhotel? Diese Tatsachen scheinen den neuen Eigner - der französischen Hospitalitywüste Accor - vollends fremd zu sein. So gibt es schon mal um 20 Uhr nichts mehr zu essen und ausser einer schmierigen Schenke des lokalen Aero Clubs, die von einem überforderten Migraten betrieben wird,besteht rein gar keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit. Aber damit nicht genug! Frühstück gibt es erst ab 7 Uhr! An einem Flughafen! Wo Gäste 2 Stunden vor Abflug einchecken müssen! Ja gibt es denn hier keinen Abflug vor 10 Uhr früh? So etwas ist eine bodenlose Frechheit und Geringschätzung des Gastes! Dazu erlaubt man sich noch das mit COVID-19 zu begründen! Ist COVID-19 auch schuld wenn es Dienstag in einer Woche regnet? Ist man nicht einfach zu faul und der Gast einem sowas von egal? In unserem Fall bedeutet dies einen harten Tag Arbeit ohne Frühstück! Leider ist diese Mövenpick - welches wohl in absehbarer Zeit ein Ibis sein wird - keine Ausnahme! Sämtliche von mir in letzter Zeit besuchten Mövenpick Hotels sind seit Accor nichts als ein Schatten ihrer ehemals tollen Vergangenheit. Schade!

Stets freundliche Bedienung. Auf Frische wird hier groß geschrieben. Preislich liegt das Niveau im üblichen und vergleichbaren Rahmen von Flughäfen.

Ich hätte gerne eine Butterbreze gehabt die waren aus. Es waren genügend Brezen vorhanden und die Dame wollte ein Stück Butter dazu mitgeben da sie zu faul war diese zu streichen und es stand sonst niemand an. Sie hatte also reichlich Zeit und wenn ich schon 5,50€ für ein belegtes Brötchen ausgebe dann will ich auch dass es frisch zubereitet wird

Service und Freundlichkeit ist Super! Aber die Vielfalt und die Qualität der Speisen (Sonntagsbrunch) hat meiner Meinung nach etwas nachgelassen. Toller Ausblick auf das Vorfeld vom Airport wenn man einen Fensterplatz bekommt.

Garšīgi salāti ar pastu, iceberg salātiem un kaltētiem tomātiem, tiešām ar baudu apēdu. Ir dažādas smukas sviestmaizes, piem., ar daudz salami u.c., dažādi silti un auksti dzērieni. Ļoti laipna, draudzīga pārdevēja. Un arī vieta super patīkama- ērti galdi, krēsli, skats pa logu uz lidmašīnām. Cenas dārgas, taču- Lidosta! Un Nirnberga!:)

Para ser un restaurante de aeropuerto está bastante bien. Género de calidad y servicio rápido. Aconsejable para quien está de viaje y quiere comer algo bueno.

Sehr schönes Ambiente auf beiden Etagen. Nette freundliche Bedienungen.. das Essen teuer, der Salat war welk und braune Blätter, das Steak kein 25€'wert. Die Suppe 4,90 sehr gut, dazu das warme Brot, prima. Die Lendchen hart, der Speck und die Kartoffeln nicht kross.Einmal im Jahr kann man dorthin aber besser sind Themenabende.

The sandwich over here was the worst I ever had in Europe. They were frozen with dry bread which taste bad and with very little meat and some green leaves for namesake. Also it's 5.6€.

Staff is not very friendly but food is nice and prices are relatively cheap for airport. Nice view of the airport and the landing and taking off planes.

Waren hier Freitag Abend zum Essen. Es gab spanisches Buffet. Ansonsten gab es nur eine kleine Auswahl aus der normalen Speisekarte. Der Service war sehr gut. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Wir hatten einmal Buffet und ein Essen von der Speisekarte. Die Auswahl beim Buffet war reichlich und das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Essen von der Speisekarte war auch sehr gut. Preis- Leistung ist beim Buffet echt gut. Das andere Essen war im Vergleich teuer.

Brunch Buffet. Große Auswahl, schmackhaft, äußerst freundliches kompetentes Personal-. Preis angemessen.

Der Rahmen ist eher angenehm, mit einem schönen Blick auf die Flughafenpisten. Schöne Tische, alles sauber, kundenorientierte und schnelle Kellnerin. Ich kam aus Frankreich mit Verbindungsflug, hatte Hunger. Als Vegetarier nahm ich eine orientalische-Auberginen-Pfanne. Dazu als Nachtisch Obst mit Eis. Insgesamt 19 € in nur 45 mn. Kann nur dieses Restaurant sehr gut empfehlen.

If you are not willing to spend 15 euro on a stale sandwich and supermarket orange juice which is sold as “fresh” (which seems to be the common airport food these days) then Mövenpick is a good alternative. Never spectacular, but quick service and a nice view on the runway of the airport

...und davon sollte man halt ein bisserl mitbringen, wenn man den Weg hier "nach oben" zum Essen eingeschlagen hat. Die Auswahl auf der Karte ist OK - einige Alternativen, aber doch überschaubar. Essen ist gut - Steak und der empfohlener Wein dazu harmonieren wirklich prima mteinander. Preise sind moderat - das ist aber auch dem Umstand geschuldet, hier auf dem Flughafen mit prima Blick auf die Startbahn ein exklusives Ambiente beim Essen zu bieten.

Hier zahlt man wirklich für den Namen. Ein kleines Stück Kuchen fast 5.- Euro, das ist unverschämt. Das Essen ist hier leider oft auch nur lauwarm, kommt leider sehr geschmacksneutral an den Tisch und um Salz und Pfeffer muß man dann auch noch extra bitten. Zumindest der Service ist schnell und freundlich, aber zum Essen empfehle ich, einen Stock höher zu Terminal 90 zu gehen, da stimmen Preis und Leistung

I stayed overnight at the airport hotel for business travel, and walked to the movenpick restaurant for dinner. I ordered the pork medallions. The pork was undercooked. The potatoes were mushy and smothered in a tongue-burningly salty brown sauce. The salty sauce-covered apple slices were topped with a slice of iridescent bacon (yes...you read that right—rotten bacon on top.) The waitress seemed like a nice person, but after I sent back the meal I had to wait almost 20 minutes to pay for my water. If o had to do it all again, I would try the other airport restaurant or bring food from a gas station.

I was staying in the movenpick hotel across the road and decided to try this for dinner just to get out of the hotel. It’s decent for airport food but over priced for what it is. Not a huge selection. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Service was good.

Don't expect a fantastic restaurant at an airport but due to my meeting finishing early I had 4 hours to wait. Food service ambiance..... it's got it all. And a very high quality malbec to add to the experience!

We found this airport clean, easy to move in, the people at the information desk were very helpful and every information is clear and simple. Very easy to travel to the city centre using the U2 line of the underground. Good storage facilities (and not expensive) in the car park just across the street. The only negative was our breakfast: we arrived at about 7 in the morning and decided to have breakfast at the bar just in front of MacDonald's. It was a very "interesting" experience!! The lady didn't speak English (yes, she works at the airport!!), I speak a bit of German but her problem seemed to be the number of people in our group: we were 8, too much to handle!! She was extremely rude and spent the whole time complaining as if she were doing us a favour! Not nice at all!

This is a satellite operation, located in the airport, of the hotel restaurant. The double espresso I had was very good; so was my wife's yoghurt. More expensive than the nearby McDonald's, but also more appealing.

Could not fault this lovely restaurant in any way. Very good food at reasonable price. Service was ok. Would definitely come back.

Had a chance to have lunch here, as were staying at the Movenpick Hotel which is bang opposite the airport. The restaurant itself is very modern with a lovely food choices. They even have a kids menu and brought over some coloring sheets and pencils to keep my son entertained.

Close to airport, well connected and clean Service is very friendly but can be inconsistent bartender on day 2 was excellent and could work at the Connaught bartender on day one did not know how to mix a martini and then charged me the training one Service on breakfast was excellent and so was food and the experience whilst buffet breakfast you could order made to order items Main restaurant closes at 20.00 which is too early but you can order some food at the bar, their beefsteak tartar is excellent Rooms are clean and spacious enough but it can be sen that is was made in the 90 s and could do with more than a lick of paint- whilst condition and maintenance is fair it can be said that some items like towels show their age What is nice and appears to have had a more recent makeover is the gym/ sauna which is nice a great experience and has flexible opening I do not understand why in winter you have to access this hotel through a side door in the fire staircase and signposting to this could be better If I had to stay in the area again would return

The food was good and quite reasonably priced. It took a while for anyone to notice that I was waiting to be seated which was poor considering how quiet it was and then there were delays in taking my order and getting the bill. My dessert order was also slightly wrong. I was under no time pressure but not sure I would bother with this restaurant if I was waiting to catch a flight

Located one floor up before passport control is the Moevenpick restaurant in Nuremberg Airport. Lovely restaurant, peaceful, wifi, electrical sockets and excellent food. Very reasonable prices for an airport restaurant.

Rooms are OK but if you have an early or late flight, this is the place to stay. Breakfast is great and the rooms are clean... what more do you need to know?

Every time we are passing through or even stopping for woirk, this is the place we love to stay. So close to the airport and easy to public transportation as well. They do everything right here from start to finish and well worth the stop...

My husband & I stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel at Nürnberg Airport for one night on 04/10/15. The reception staff pointed out they had a restaurant on the 1st floor of the airport so we nipped across to Departures 2 & got the escalator up...

value for the price is poor, to be honest + midges were constantly flying around my bread and wine and personal didn't speak English as good as expected

They do a lunchtime buffet that I just missed that was 21.50 euros per person. Seemed a reasonable selection from what I saw as they were clearing it away. Salmon, rosti and mixed veg for lunch filled a gap. Nothing special. Better than plane food!...

You can never go through the Nuremberg airport and not eat at this restaurant. They encourage everyone to sit along the windows that overlook the runway and it is just too much fun watching the daily operations of the inner workings of a modest European...

Excellent service, friendly staff. We arrived at 10 am, our rooms were not ready. The receptionist promptly upgraded us to a superior room that was immediately available. A bliss after a Ryanair flight leaving Stansted at the crack of dawn. Clean, decent size modern rooms.

Decent selection of breakfast options, although busy at all times, as lots of airline crew stay at the hotel (it's just across the street from the airport). Good value.

The Movenpick hotel is directly across the road from the airport terminal. The restaurant is on the first floor in the actual terminal building itself. I had a steak here and it was excellent. Everything was well cooked and good quality. The staff were friendly...
