I ordered through Lieferando and have never had one or two such bad subs before. Soggy and soggy, lettuce wilted, sauce looked wrong and really disgusting. I couldn't eat them.

The service was really disappointing! I asked for my cookies to be reheated, this simple request was initially denied and then grudgingly granted. When I received my bag of cookies afterwards, I realized that I had been accidentally given chocolate cookies even though I had ordered the light ones. When I reported the error, I was bluntly told that the cookies could no longer be sold because they had already been warmed. However, this is not my fault, I did not issue the wrong order after all. What shocked me most, however, was that I had already put my hands in the bag and there was still discussion about reselling the cookies. This is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable! In such a case, the health department should be contacted. The sad climax was the extremely unfriendly management, for whom compliance with internal rules seemed to be more important than basic hygiene standards. A behavior that deserves absolutely no understanding.

We were traveling on a Sunday, in a hurry and wanted to grab a quick sub before our subway arrived in 9 minutes. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a big mistake. The food preparation was incredibly slow - so slow that we missed the subway and had to wait forever for our food. The employee was constantly on his cell phone and hardly responded to our questions. When he finally took our sub, he did so extremely sparingly and with a visibly annoyed attitude when asked. On a positive note, the Taco Meat Sub tasted surprisingly good. Nevertheless, I will avoid this subway in the future. I don't want to support such a work attitude, especially since the shop was pretty dirty and there was an unpleasant smell in some corners. Overall, a frustrating experience that definitely doesn't make you want to come back.

Ordered via Lieferando, after 1.5 hours two mushy subs arrived that were still missing the toppings that were paid for. You feel ripped off and cheated! Why aren't such staff fired?! Unfortunately I have to give one star to comment here! It's -10 stars from me!!!! Better go to McDonald's

Wanted to eat here for lunch today. I told the gentleman behind the counter my order. After this was ignored twice despite contact, and the customers after me seemed to be more important while I was there, I simply left. If you don't feel like doing your job, just go home. Very easy ! Thank you for this shitty treatment of the customer.

I had lost my driver's license two days earlier at the pick-up station. I then checked out all the starting points where it would have been possible. However, I found little willingness in the shops to help me. When I was about to give up, I also spoke to the staff at Subway. The first employee didn't know anything, but a colleague rushed over and said something had been dropped off here. In fact, it was my lost driver's license and all of the employees were happy with me that I had it back. The loss would have caused me a lot of trouble and expense. So a big thank you to the whole Subways team at Aufsessplatz 💐

Very busy place in the afternoon and also in the evening. Good customer service and you need to be a bit patient to get your order. Suitable for takeaway, you have places to sit but it's very busy and surroundings are too noisy all times. This is located in a busy junction with trams, busses and traffic always. Easily accessible with public transportation and a bit difficult to find a parking place .

Pure impudence. It was ordered via Uber Eats, three 30 cm subs, of which only three 15 cm subs arrived. Extra requests/preparation requests were simply completely ignored/overlooked. Fries tasted like they were peeled, cut and thrown in. Normally fries should be crispy and warm, but these felt like they had been fried in water. Probably just thawed frozen goods without any further processing. Sandwiches weren't particularly well topped either, let alone well presented. At least our Uber Eats delivery person was quick and we were refunded the full amount after complaining. I already knew that Subway wasn't a particularly competent fast food restaurant, but after this incident, I won't even consider ordering there again.

This store is an absolute disgrace. Whether ordering or picking up. Extremely long waiting times, even when there is nothing going on and no one is in the store. If you call to ask when delivery will be delivered, no one answers, even if you call multiple times! Actually quite clearly 0/5 stars for service. There's no need to say anything about the ambience. Sit up place.

Is a participating restaurant for vouchers. The first time: “Sorry, vouchers have to be printed out, you can’t use the app”. The second time: "You can't even print it out." Where should I get the vouchers from then? Why are voucher campaigns even carried out? To scare away customers? I ordered meatLESS chicken teriyaki via Wolt. I have had this meal many times before, as I follow a vegan diet. After a bite or two, I realized that it tasted wrong. I looked closely at the chicken, and it was the real kind. You could tell because it has strings of fat, and pulls apart differently. I am so upset that I have accidentally eaten chicken. I will never trust subway again.

Es schmeckt wie Subs schmecken sollen, allerdings hatten die Mitarbeiter:innen das Arbeiten nicht erfunden. Diese waren sehr sehr langsam. Sicherlich ist das Schicht abhängig. Mehr Sterne gibt es, sobald die Erfahrung besser wird.

Ich gehe hin und wieder mal in ein Subway,wenn nichts anderes geöffnet hat. Und nur dann. Die Baquettes die man dort bekommt sind ja nicht so übel,doch wenn man die Sosse drauf hat kann man sie vergessen. Alles wird zu Matsch,und die Sosse läuft einem über die Finger. Ich hab versucht ohne so eine Schweinerei auszukommen,habe es aber nie geschafft. Deswegen meide ich nun diese Art des Essens. Ist ja schön dass man sich selbst die Zutaten aussuchen darf,doch wenn dann alles auf dem Brot liegt ist die Schweinerei vorprogrammiert. Muss nicht sein.Für dieses Geld bekommt man auch richtiges Essen auf dem Teller,mit Messer und Gabel.

Die Bedienungen waren echt nett. Auch um 20Uhr war noch die volle Breitseite der Beläge zu haben! Es ging alles reibungslos und flott! - kommt aber hier bei dieser Filiale auf die Mitarbeiter drauf an. Ansonsten ist es im Lokal extrem warm ohne Klimaanlage oder Lüfter/Lüftung. Daher werde ich mich niemals zum Essen hineinsetzen. Einen Außenbereich hat diese Filiale auch nicht!

Seit einigen Wochen verschlechtert sich diese Filiale deutlich. Immer fehlt etwas - Zwiebeln, Fleisch, Salatschüsseln (!), Brot oder auch die Möglichkeit, mit der Karte zu zahlen. All das ist schade, denn der Sbuway hier schmeckt unter allen Nürnberger Filialen am besten. Aber momentan schlittert die Filiale gerade noch an der Katastrophe vorbei. Den zweiten Stern gibt es für die - in der Regel - sehr guten Subs.

Die 2 Herren, die heute gearbeitet haben, fanden es cooler, sich zu unterhalten, anstatt ein wenig Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu haben. Wow, es war einfach nur schmutzig. Und hätte ich es meinem Kind nicht versprochen, wäre ich direkt umgedreht. Sauberkeit vor allem in den Saladetten (jeder Kunde sieht es) sollte das Mindeste sein.

Zwar eine Kette aber überraschend war es wirklich sehr lecker. Alles frisch direkt ins Brötchen. Leider gibt es nur Cola, Fanta, Sprite und einen zuckersüßen Tee. Aber das Essen ist absolut in Ordnung. Nur die Location ist nicht so der Hit, man kommt sich vor wie in einer Bahnhofshalle

Laut meiner Tochter und Enkelin (8 jahre), sie haben ihre Punkte von der App in eines halbes Sandwich verwandelt, die netteste und freundlichste Bedienung (weiblich)die sie je in einem Subway erlebt haben. Geduldige Erklärungen und auch ausführlich! Meine Tochter kam aus dem Subway mit den Worten: Wow wow wow einfach Hammer. So was freundliches hab ich ja bei Subway noch NIE erlebt" Die Rede ist hier von der Filiale am AUFSESSPLATZ. Mein Tip: Geht hin und probiert es aus!

The unfriendly female employee and the overall service were a disaster. In my opinion, it ruined the taste of the food. The menu for two, which was actually calculated to cost €19.99, was suddenly €29.99, with the explanation that I would have liked extra cheese, even though there was no mention of a price increase. Unfortunately, I can't reply to the owner's message, but here's my comment: The extra cheese was simply added on top, and no one asked if it was included, and yet you can tell the guest that there should be a price increase. In my opinion, management should provide training for the franchise owner and employees on "how to treat customers."
