Subway in Nürnberg

Employees are very unfriendly. As a customer you are laughed at and eyes are rolled. Customer service is a foreign word here. I don't pay 14 euros and can't even choose my own bread here? Are you crazy?!

Cookies are small and too hard, but otherwise really cool, but it's just the main station and you can already see some junkies

Subs are delicious, the staff was efficient and quick, and the subs still look good. Staff very nice, I come often :)

Classic case of increased prices and worse service. The fact that Subway in Germany cannot keep up with the US and UK is nothing new. But this subway has reached a new level. The employees are unfriendly and unmotivated. The only thing missing is that you have to apologize because you want to order or buy something. In addition, the prices are becoming more and more expensive and the covering is becoming less and less. As we all know, it's no longer surprising that people are saving on meat, but the fact that people are now skimping on salad is definitely reaching a new level. Subway has lost a lot of performance, which is a shame!

I once worked in the subway myself (for 3 years) unfortunately it doesn't look that clean. And especially the speed oven looks very bad. In my opinion the bread was not made properly. And it was simply laid down and left there for at least 3-4 minutes.

It's like they're forcing me to work, the men didn't even look at me, they just look at each other and smile because I asked for an extra sauce.👎

You should print out the coupons from the PDF, otherwise they cannot be used. What nonsense. I can also print it out 100 times and tear one off again and again.

For a vegetal sandwich, just bread and sauce. And the service just not nice and overwhelmed. Really disgusting. For this it’s better to go to Burguer King.

I was recently on the subway at the nbg train station with my daughter and grandson I wanted a Philly boss, but the employee couldn't speak a word of German... just put something in it, but forgot the rocket... My daughter's teriaki the meat was very hard.. My grandson then played with the door a bit and closed it, which wasn't a bad thing since it's a door that closes very slowly... but the employee still came running and complained to the little one... that doesn't work at all... the little one was very scared... I'll definitely never go there again... there's also a subway on Aufi 🤗🤷🏻‍♀️

Order made incorrectly. Nothing was corrected when asked. Totally wrong sandwich!!!

Never even think of ordering from this Subway. What a rude lady making the sandwich, looks like you have forgotten that you are being paid to do this job by the Subway PLUS we as customers also pay you. So next time bitte bitte bitte BEHAVE yourself missy. I order one thing and they give something and then they fight among themselves about this topic. What a nasty place. Looking at other reviews, makes me wonder if they are just lazy to work. Don’t take up a job then pls. Hmmm, anyway I have enough to stress and think about in life. Cheers to the rude lady!

I always liked Subway and the sub yesterday was actually very tasty... When it left me a few hours later, it wasn't that anymore. Thanks to this branch, I have now sworn off Subway in the future.

I had the worst experience today at the subway. The man, who was serving was very very arrogant without no proper behavior towards the customer, it was as if he was freely distributing the food. I left the store without buying anything. This is not the first time, I am visiting the Subway at Nuremberg bf, but the overall attitude of the people working there is not good. An intelligent and self respected person will not visit the store again.

I've visited countless subways in my life, but I don't think I've ever been served as unfriendly and listless as I was today. Starting with the ordering process, where I don't even know what the voice of the person taking the order sounds like, because communication was only done with the degree of eye rolling. Unfortunately, this customer-averse behavior continued into the payment process. Expected little and still disappointed, a shame...at least the taste didn't suffer

We've been waiting for over half an hour before loading after opening time. I'm a bit hungry tbh. Broski is inside, listening to music and taking way too long to sort everything out. I thought that if the opening time was 7:30, then it would open instead of starting to prepare something. Especially at this dirty train station where you don't want to be anyway and where there isn't even a non-paying toilet.

Today i visited subway and i ordered veggie sub but employee didn’t add veggie patty in my sub and when i go back and employee didn’t gave me any solution and behave rudely.

I had exceptional service from the lady working this morning. She was lovely and made a real effort to let me know what they had available and what was meat options etc. It was unfortunate that the customer after me had her order made wrong and so rudely came back into the store with such a negative attitude about her sub being wrong. the staff member certainly did not deserve that sort of attitude so early in the morning on her shift. I hope the staff member found something else to brighten her day.

The store is clean, the staff is very friendly and they respond to special customer requests.

Super shabby, everything was carelessly thrown into the sandwich and far too few ingredients were already put in, unfriendly staff, oven didn't work so the meat was warmed up in the microwave and when paying they said sry, the points system supposedly doesn't work, you couldn't collect anything now .

Once again only 1 type of bread available! 3 employees in the backstage area busy with their cell phones instead of serving the customers. Feedback claims the representation is incorrect. The worst subway I know personally. Then next time I'll eat something different. 🍔🥨🍟

The store was empty, 4 employees behind the counter and yet we were ignored for 10 minutes before we left the store. Apparently customers are not welcome and only interfere with the preparation of online orders. Then just do not.

We were there, the store was almost empty, there were 5 employees looking at each other and 1 lady was probably processing Lieferando deliveries, we were ignored for 10 minutes and then left the store!

The Subway branch actually looks clean, but the staff is absolutely unfriendly and rude. The food is typically Subway actually delicious. Some of the sandwiches are only half full.

In my sub, long black hair was just disgusting! In addition, none of the employees understand German, which means communication is virtually impossible... you have to point to the ingredients and what you want in them.

Very friendly customer service and also gives suggestions when asked about the best available. Also very quick in making the Sub. You can get you sub done in 5-10 minutes. No waiting time.

Unfortunately it was very difficult to talk to the employees or tell them what you wanted. Just a language barrier. Otherwise it was very tasty as usual

Ich habe über lieferrando 24 Cookies bestellt im Voraus bezahlt und was kommt 12 Cookies . Dann versucht man dort anzurufen geht keiner ran oder man wird weg gedrückt unverschämt einfach ohne Ende .

Schnelles und freundliches Personal, frische Subs. Es sollte jedoch mehr auf die Sauberkeit der Tische geachtet werden. Zudem klebt der ganze Boden im Laden. Zum Ambiente im Hauptbahnhof muss man nicht viel sagen .

Was there 5 minutes ago bit in my 15 cm sub and the meat was frozen but had to catch my train so couldnt bring it back, also found a blonde hair (not mine) in the sub so shoutout to the blonde worker

Subway halt, aber sehr wenig Sitzgelegenheiten

Noch nie so eine korrekte Mitarbeiterin gesehen die einen Fehler von einem Partner (Uber Eats) geraderückt. Ich wollte eine Entschädigung und habe diese x10 bekommen. Unsere Firma bedankt sich für die Cookies! Ich bin sogut wie jeden Abend dort und werde wieder kommen. Vielen Dank! Alles Gute was man tut kommt immer doppelt und Dreifach zurück! ;)

Viele Zutaten nicht verfügbar. Mitarbeiterin Flucht vor sich hin und das Ambiente ist ganz und garnicht ansprechend.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und achtet sehr darauf das alles in Ordnung ist 👍👍👍 Bisher war jedes Baguette was ich dort gegessen habe geschmacklich und vom Frischegrad tadellos. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Es ist viel los. Die Subs sind sehr sehr mager belegt und 4,69 Euro für eine Pepsi ist schon sehr teuer.

Bei Subway im Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof gibt es solide Sandwiches. Man erhält die gewohnte Auswahl an Essen und Getränken von Subway. Der Service war schnell. Man hat sein Sandwich innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erhalten. Das war Top! Natürlich ist das Ambiente bei Subway aufgrund der Lage am Hauptbahnhof nicht besonders schön. Leider waren die Tische und Stühle/Bänke auch teilweise dreckig. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit im Laden wäre hierbei dringends angebracht. Falls möglich, würde ich hierbei jedem empfehlen außerhalb des Geschäfts sein Essen zu verspeisen.

Waren heute da, war sehr lecker, ging schnell und für ein Standort am Bahnhof auch günstig! Super! Grüße aus Stuttgart :)

Trotzdem der Laden proppevoll war ging es ratzfatz mit den Bestellungen, schneller und guter Service bei sehr guter Qualität. Hatte einen Italien B.M.T Footlong Cheese Oregano, war mega lecker. So muss das.

I actually like subways but i ordered vegan chicken teriyaki and it was not just the case that a few pieces of shredded cheese was on it I pretend for more than 50% probability i ate some real meat therefore i couldn’t finish my sub and i feel slightly bad now. Can’t trust the store.

Subway direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Das Personal ist freundlich, leider ist die Geräuschkulisse dort teilweise etwas laut, sodass man laut reden muss (sonst wird ggf. die Bestellung falsch verstanden und zubereitet). Auch wenn mehr los ist, bemüht sich das Personal, die Kunden rasch und freundlich abzufertigen. Obwohl der Laden ziemlich klein ist, gibt es dort Sitzmöglichkeiten. Preislich ist dieses Subway für die Lage direkt am Hbf ganz angemessen, wobei Subway allgemein schon recht teuer ist. Die Toasties als kleiner Snack für 2,50 € sind ein guter Snack für zwischendurch.

Hatte zur Lieferung nen Foot Long Chicken teriyaki und Cookies bestellt. Cookies lecker wie immer. Kann man absolut nichts sagen. Das Sub hat auch gut geschmeckt, sah aber lieblos zusammen gematscht aus. Die Soße war überall verteilt. Das hätte man mit etwas mehr Liebe zubereiten können.

Kompetente sehr flotte Leute, schnelle Abwicklung der Bestellung. Wir waren keine 5 Minuten in dem Laden. Fand ich super! Leckere Subs, gute Auswahl, aber mittlerweile auch hohe Preise. Für 1 Sandwich 10€. Kartenzahlung möglich, befindet sich gegenüber vom Lidl.

Manchmal wird man nicht richtig verstanden. Die Wartezeit ist gelegentlich lang. Und beim heutigen Besuch wurde mein Brötchen komplett durchgrschnitten und fiel beim anheben natürlich auseinander.

Absolute Frechheit! Dieser Subway ist nicht zu empfehlen. Am Geschmack liegt es nicht, sonder am Servie!! Da das Unternehmen Subway nur die Vorgabe gibt, dass alle Subs gleich aussehen müssen, geben sie nicht vor wie viel man auf einen Sub drauf tun muss. So war es dann, das man fein gehobelte Karotten sowie dünn geschnittene Paprika gefühlt abzählen konnte wie wenig mein Sub belegt wurde. Zu aller letzt war der Sub dann auch noch teurer als auf der Preisliste angegeben, was auf Nachfrage weshalb, einfach überhört wurde. Ich führe es leider darauf zurück dass es sich dabei um einen Familienbetrieb handelt, der leider zum Nachteil des Kunden, am belegen spart und die Preise selbst in die Höhe gestaltete. Diesen Subway werde ich nicht mehr besuchen.

Das Sandwich war so schön belegt und war so lecker! Ihr seit die Besten und die schlechte Gerüchte über das Restaurant sind meist genauso falsch wie die leute die sie verbreiten! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Superduper nice and friendly staff and owner!

Heute dort einen Sub bestellt. Leider waren die Verkäuferinnen nicht sehr freundlich und verstanden haben sie mich auch nicht. Wollte zum suB ein Menü haben und eine Tüte. beides laut genug gesagt und ich habe weder das eine noch das andere bekommen. Bin von Subway besseren Service gewohnt.
