Subway in Nürnberg

I often go to different subways, but here the service is really big! The one employee who feels like he's always there is really friendly and happy to give you advice. You get the feeling that he loves his job and the sub tastes twice as good! Keep it up! 👍

The employee who was on duty on October 5th, 2024 was very polite and knew about all the menus and ingredients. Respect. This branch is quite large and quiet. You can eat with your family without any worries.

The employee at the counter was very bored because he had to work. He was very unfriendly and didn't prepare the food nicely. The side dish (very soggy and raw) was fries Not recommended!

Completely unfriendly service, she coughs into the food and the potatoes were raw. Our order only arrived halfway. We'd rather go somewhere else

After jumping on the trampoline in the neighborhood, this was the best place to eat late in the evening. The service was sensational. One of my daughter's friends has never been to Subway and was allowed to try everything there. That was perfect service. Next time we'll go there again and hope that the nice guy is there again.

This is my second review of a Subway restaurant in the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Basically, I appreciate this location: the employees are generally friendly, the location is quiet and the parking situation is ideal. The restaurant is also clean and attractively decorated. Unfortunately, there is a recurring problem that I mentioned in my first review and that negatively affects my overall experience. It is a particular employee that I have already noticed in the Subway branch on Hans-Vogel-Straße. The older gentleman with Asian roots is regularly unfriendly and seems disrespectful towards customers. This doesn't seem to be the only thing I notice, as other reviews also address his behavior (at the branch on Hans Vogel Str.) There is a lack of any friendliness, no “hello”, no smile. You feel really uncomfortable and have the feeling that you would rather leave quickly than order in a relaxed manner. In addition, the employee doesn't seem to know the range because he didn't know how a SubMelt is prepared. Luckily, a colleague named Leon noticed the error in time and intervened. Even when asked, the employee in question either does not respond or appears disinterested. There may also be language problems as he doesn't seem to understand German or at least doesn't respond to it. The question that arises for me is how such a language barrier can arise between customers and employees in a subway in Germany. Are the employees not monitored or trained? It is incomprehensible to me how someone with such behavior can work in a customer service job. Unfortunately, this one employee significantly tarnishes the otherwise positive image of this location.

Was at a client meeting nearby and took my break at Sub. Cleanliness 10/10 Staff 10/10 Food 10/10 Conclusion: It's been a long time since I've eaten a really good sub! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely visit the branch again!

Super friendly staff, nice facility

We were there with the family and for €40 each of us got a decent sub/sandwich - I would recommend Chicken Teriyaki to everyone, in my opinion it tastes best. In any case, download the app - recently there was also a small 15 cm sub for free with the large sub!!!

I would like to give a big shout out to the Subway branch. Both employees, who were on duty on the evening of August 26, 2024, were exceptionally friendly and courteous. It was obvious that the employee who served us was passionate about his job. Unfortunately, it is rare to find such dedicated and friendly staff, but this branch is lucky to have two such employees. Thank you very much for that – I’ll be happy to come back!

I always have a chicken fajita sub without cheese and would like to have a little more sauce on my sub. This has never been a problem at any subway in Germany. Only here they want to squeeze even more money out of the customer for the extra sauce. The fact that the cheese costs exponentially more than the extra sauce is unfortunately forgotten or ignored. There is also a high level of staff turnover with many inexperienced employees. You can simply assume that the sub has been cut too deep and will split open at the back and the entire contents will end up on the table or, even worse, on your pants. If you really want Subway, go to any subway other than this one.

the worst subway I've ever been on. Wait 45 minutes, then the sandwich is left until it is cold because there are problems with paying for the previous order. I will never come here again.

Just one unsure employee at lunchtime on a Saturday. The store was totally overcrowded. With every order, only one of the new Legendary Subs was prepared, which means every sub had double cheese, which is just too much for me. The sighting was also like a Turkish meat dumpling and not well mixed like it should be at Subway. It just tastes worse than Subway.

Haven't been to Subway in a long time. But now near the office a good alternative to the food trucks and canteens.

A subway that is often closed and has different opening times than those stated. I'm very disappointed because I've often found myself standing in front of a closed door during my lunch break. When I did find a restaurant that was open, the employees were very unfriendly and everything was just “clapped”.

Since when can I not have my sub topped with whatever ingredients I want at Subway? Chicken teriyaki with guacomole doesn't work? I point to the board at the top, it says Extras, no, it doesn't work And before that you have to wait 20 minutes because there are 3 people waiting in line in front of you? Thanks for the bad mood

Unfortunately service was very slow. Daily deal was rejected on the grounds that the branch was not participating. However, this was still possible a week earlier. Requested SubMelt was also rejected because “there was a lot going on right now and there was only one oven.” However, the oven was neither in use nor did another guest order a SubMelt. The icing on the cake was that I ordered “The BBQ Master” from which! free of charge ! Caramelized onions are included. These were supposed to cost €1, even though all the signs said the opposite. A colleague then wanted to order a salad and was rudely referred to the Asian restaurant in the next building "if you really want a salad". This is my last visit to the branch, and my colleagues won't be eating here again either. The service is unfriendly and obviously ignorant/overwhelmed or just plain lazy.

So, if the woman doesn't feel like making the new sandwiches, she should stay at home, that's rude. Otherwise standard subway

A few weeks ago you could still get a BBQ sub with rocket here. Unfortunately it hasn't been possible for about 2 weeks since the rocket is probably only available for Signature. In other restaurants this isn't a problem. It's a shame that the service has deteriorated so much

The two girls are totally overwhelmed. I have the feeling that my hearing is bad...the order was improved several times and then everything went cold.

My first Subway and visit to a branch. Clean and groomed. The 2 employees (husband and wife) were very friendly and nice. Price performance also good.

The staff here are absolutely unfriendly. The sub was in the oven for a maximum of 10 seconds. We were also bullied even though the employee misunderstood something. Everything was very unloving, no hello, no goodbye. Preferably 0 stars.

I ordered via Lieferando. On the Legendary Teriyaki Sub you had to look for the meat and sauce with a magnifying glass. There was also no melted cheese on it. The Classic Sub was also significantly underoccupied. In addition, the sauce and cheese were missing and the wrong cookie was delivered. After calling on site, unfortunately there was no response whatsoever. There was simply nothing more said. We don't order here anymore.

I ate here as a break on a long car journey. It was super tasty and the cashier prepared our SUBs very tasty. It was very clean and there were enough seats available

Very unfriendly employees. Especially the Asian man and the Eastern European woman. Then there’s the fact that you can’t redeem coupons with them. I paid just under €21 for 2 basic 30cm subs even though you can get 2 30cm menus for €17 at any subway.

Supposedly open from 9:30 a.m., but you can only eat from 10:30 a.m. because the bread still needs to bake for an hour. There is also no goodwill, the employees are unfriendly. Do not accept coupons.

I love subway but unfortunately the staff in this restaurant are very unfriendly and are overwhelmed when asked if you can add 2 more slices of cheese. On my last visit there were only 2 different types of bread and I asked how long it would take. There was a snippy answer to this. Some time later I just wanted to inquire about the status of the bread, but the employee was immediately overwhelmed and tried desperately to get the bread out of the mold. I said that I could wait a little longer. Then she gave me a half-crushed piece of bread. When I wished you a nice evening, I only got an unfriendly look back.

The employees seem to have little desire for customers. The food is put together really carelessly. Before the SUB is finished, the payment will be made. If you have an extra request, it will not be accepted even though you would pay extra for it. Definitely NOT another recommendation!!

I'm a regular at Subway. But this was my first time here. I got my wrap without lettuce and without cheese?!!! Actually only with meat and I didn't even get a discount!!! Outrageous!!!!

Once again only Sprite is available as a drink in the refrigerated section. Onions and whole grain bread are usually sold out in the evening. Sandwich toppings are very economical, but prices rise monthly!

Very, very nice ladies as employees. The sub was prepared quickly. Not to be disturbed even in the lunch rush. I'll be back.

Big praise to today's competent employee. There were around 15 customers on site and he served everyone on his own without letting himself be disturbed. Definitely coming back!

Als ich rein kam, war kein Kunde da. Die 2 anwesenden Mitarbeiter sind erst mal wortlos gemütlich aufgestanden, Hände gewaschen. Alles sehr gemächlich. Man hätte die währenddessen besohlen können. Irgendwie machte es den Eindruck "Oh man, Kundschaft, na gut dann steh ich halt auf." Dann (nach ner gefühlten Minute) beim Brot endlich das erste Wort (und erste Blickkontakt): "Welches Brot?" Begeisterung, dass endlich Kunden kommen, schaut anders aus. Sehr unpersönlich. Als ich dann fragte, ob ich den Coupon aus der App 2x einlösen kann, erst mal fragenden Gesichter und dann die Antwort, dass sie da nicht mitmachen. Bin dann wieder gefahren, ohne was zu kaufen. Sowas lustloses.

Schöne moderne Filiale. Es werden aber nicht die Gutscheine aus der Subway-App akzeptiert. Das ist den Betreibern natürlich unbenommen, kostet aber Google-Sterne. Und Kunden, wie mich. Die Dame hinter dem Tresen war zu allem Überfluss uninteressiert an allem.

Was gut, schnell, sauber und freundlich. Einer der besseren Subways.

Super nette Mitarbeiter, vor allem im Mittagsgeschäft. Die Damen arbeiten die Schlange schnell und liebevoll ab. Essen ist immer lecker und frisch. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder. Der beste Subway in der Umgebung!

War heute Nachmittag dort und hatte mir einen Italien Sandwich machen lassen. Und noch einen Kaffee dazu. War eigentlich ganz lecker.Was mir aufgefallen ist,war das der Schinken an den enden total eingetrocknet war.. Hab nichts gesagt weil ich echt Hunger hatte weil ich bis dahin noch nichts gegessen hatte. Auf alle Fälle sitze ich jetzt Zuhause mit Magenschmerzen und ich denke der Gang zur Toilette wird mir nicht erspart bleiben.. Also ich würde das Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen. Preislich auch sehr teuer geworden. 1 ganzer Sub fast 10Euro. Werde definitiv nicht mehr dort hingehen.Gibt bessere Subways.

Mehrmals dort gewesen, es wird leider nicht besser. Wenigstens war der Essensraum sauber. Klos gruselig, Essen naja...

Die junge Dame war alleine im Laden, was bei den 3 Gästen vollkommen gelangt hat, es gabe leichte Sprache Hindernisse die wir geschafft haben und Sie war jederzeit sehr freundlich..

Nachdem es zwischenzeitlich chaotisch war, liefern die letzten beiden Besuche zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.

Sehr schöner sauberer Subway. War dort während meiner Pausenzeit, hatte also nicht allzu viel Zeit. Trotz überfüllten Laden haben die sehr netten Damen die Bestellungen schnell abgearbeitet, sodass ich noch in Ruhe essen konnte. Geschmeckt hat es dann auch noch 👍🏻

Der Sub war mega 😊 Laden ist sauber, toller Außenbereich mit Parkmöglichkeiten.

Es war gut aber nicht überragend, Service absolut unmotiviert, schön aber dreckig.

Erstmal kurz zum Essen. Da gibt es nicht viel zu bewerten. Die Erwartungen werden hier von der Qualität her erfüllt. Was die Quantität angeht, muss ich mich den anderen Rezensionen anschließen. Es ist eine Subway-Filiale inmitten eines Industrie-/ Gewerbegebiets. Es liegt auf der Hand das um die Mittagszeit ein entsprechender Andrang herrscht. Auch nach Wochen sehe ich keine Verbesserung, es sind immer zwei Mitarbeiter an der Theke, völlig überlastet und die Schlange geht bis raus vor die Tür. Inakzeptabel und Geschäftsschädigend. Bin schon öfters umgedreht und hab mir woanders was geholt.

Leider kann man für den Service keine 0 Sterne vergeben. Die Dame hatte scheinbar kein Interesse an ihren Job so eine unmotivierte Kraft sieht man selten. Das schreckt ab werde da nicht mehr hin gehen

Essen eigentlich immer gut aber der Service lässt jedesmal zu wünschen übrig. Personal komplett unmotiviert und desinteressiert. Ambiente wirkt kalt und uneiladend.

Essen ist super, Ambiente passt auch bis auf die etwas dreckigen Tische. Das Personal ist allerdings unterirdisch. Super unfreundlich, bekommt den Mund nicht auf und zieht nen Gesicht wie 3 Tage Regenwetter. Zusätzlich schläft sie beim Arbeiten fast ein. Da hat man eigentlich gleich wieder Bock zu gehen…

Wir waren gestern mal wieder in diesem Subway. Das Essen schmeckt super und das Gemüse wirkt sehr frisch. Wir wurden nun schon oft von Lars bedient, der sehr freundlich und professionell wirkt. Für mich der beste Sub in Nürnberg.

Waren schon öfters dort... Qualität ist absolut in Ordnung. Das Personal ist aber jedes mal absolut gelangweilt und desinteressiert... Auf Nachfrage,was es z.B. für Soßen gibt wird schon fast wiederwillig geantwortet....

Fahrrad Parkplätze wäre sehr wünschenswert, .

Ambiente ist halt wie bei allen Subway,aber eines ist anders. Die Damen dort sind sehr freundlich und halten das Restaurant sehr sauber. Komme gerne wieder.

Die Cookies waren viel zu lange im Ofen. Hab bisher noch nie so trockene cookies bei Subway gegessen. Schade :(

Sub war gut. Zutaten im Buffet sahen teilweise etwas angetrocknet aus.

Personal macht einen leicht überforderten eindruck obwohl wir nur zu dritt rein kamen aber sonst ganz okay. Vielleicht nur nen schlechten Tag gehabt.
