Subway in Nürnberg

Wenn man zum ersten mal dort ist, wird man gut beraten und bekommt erklärt wie das ganze System funktioniert. Das hat uns sehr geholfen. Frisch aufgebackene Brote und frische Zutaten. Dass es nur vom Konzern Pepsi die Softdrinks gibt, gehört wohl dazu. Schade, da alles mit Süßstoffen ist. Der Gastraum ist Imbiss-typisch schlicht, aber man sitzt ganz bequem. Die Sauberkeit ist i.O.

Außer das man bissle länger wartet ist es oke.

Ich war zu Fuß in der Filiale in der Neumeyerstraße, um mir was zu essen mitzunehmen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse teilte mir jedoch mit, dass keine Brote mehr verfügbar seien und sie mir daher nicht weiterhelfen könne. Daraufhin habe ich über Uber Eats bei derselben Filiale bestellt und mein Essen wurde mir bereits 20 Minuten später geliefert. Für mich ist dieses Vorgehen nicht nachvollziehbar und lässt auf mangelnde Organisation oder fehlende Motivation schließen. Ich bitte darum, diesen Vorfall intern zu überprüfen und entsprechende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, damit so etwas künftig nicht mehr vorkommt. Edit: Bestellung kam zwar an jedoch nicht die richtigen Artikel 😂

The worst Subway we've ever had. No decent selection of ingredients, sauces, or buns. Three-quarters of an hour before closing time, you'd expect them to be restocked. Is this a problem with the concept or with the employee on the evening of December 28th? Feedback appreciated. Chipotle sold out. Whole wheat bread sold out. Corn sold out.

I've been a regular customer at this Subway for a long time and have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is always very friendly and attentive; you immediately feel welcome. The ingredients are consistently fresh and of high quality, which you can taste in every bite. There were only four customers in the store, but I still had to wait over 30 minutes, and then I gave up in frustration. I actually had a voucher, but since the employee was already completely overwhelmed preparing two subs I'd ordered online, I threw away my voucher and got something else. According to the official opening hours, the branch is open until 10:30 p.m. However, everything was already closed at 9:50 p.m. and there were no employees on site. As a customer, you rely on the stated times – especially if you deliberately want to eat something shortly before the store closes. If you want to close earlier, this should be communicated transparently and the opening hours adjusted. Otherwise, it seems like you're deliberately alienating customers. For an international franchise like Subway, I expect reliability and service – I experienced the exact opposite here. I hope the management of this location takes the criticism to heart, consistently adheres to the opening hours, or at least honestly adjusts them. Customer friendliness looks different.

I was there last night at 8 p.m., and everything was already closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 10:30 p.m., and the employees were smoking outside. I was there today and there weren't even any onions or pickles, which was very disappointing for the price.

It was my first time at this branch. The friendly employee, Viki, prepared the sandwiches very quickly and efficiently for the customers. The food was also delicious. Every branch would love to have such a server.

The price is absolutely justified, and given the current minimum wage, it's actually too cheap. After a 25-minute wait, 2.5 sandwiches were served. Using the rule of three, I was able to calculate that one sub takes 10 minutes. That translates to 6 subs per hour. Assuming, say, an employee's gross salary of €15, that's a gross employer's salary of approximately €20 per hour, so €3.66 of the €10 footlong is personnel costs for preparation. I'm no economics expert, but I still think the profits have been significantly reduced. Nevertheless, I'll end my post now because it's my turn after a mere 32 minutes.

We waited 30 minutes for our sub and noticed that: - The employee had no motivation, spoke rudely to the other customers, and was completely overwhelmed. We waited over 30 minutes for our sub. Ordering is possible at the terminal, and the service is very friendly. No long wait times, and the food is open early.

It is a Subway branch in the middle of an industrial/commercial area. It is obvious that there is a corresponding rush at lunchtime. Even after weeks I don't see any improvement, there are always two employees at the counter, completely overloaded and the line goes all the way out the door. Unacceptable and damaging to business. I've turned around several times and gotten something somewhere else.

I was recently at a Subway restaurant and was served by Leon - and I have to say, I have rarely experienced such excellent service. Leon was not only incredibly friendly, but also showed a real sensitivity to customer needs. Unfortunately, I heard that he was put down and even yelled at because of a small “mistake” – a little too much sauce on the sandwich. It is truly unfortunate when such dedicated and customer focused staff do not receive the recognition they deserve. Rather, such employees should be encouraged and supported because they make a significant contribution to making a visit to the restaurant a pleasant experience. A big compliment to Leon - his friendliness and service are exemplary and should in no way be downplayed. I can only recommend everyone to let their positive demeanor convince them

After jumping on the trampoline in the neighborhood, this was the best place to eat late in the evening. The service was sensational. One of my daughter's friends has never been to Subway and was allowed to try everything there. That was perfect service. Next time we'll go there again and hope that the nice guy is there again. We recently organized a catering at Subway on Neumeyerstrasse and it was just great! A very big thank you goes to the employee Leon, who accompanied us through the entire process. Two people work on a customer. One occupies and the other bills, so the customer has to do two things at once. Chaotic. If you use a mixture of two sauces it costs extra. I don't know that from before. Do not accept coupons. Items are placed loosely on the counter to be taken away. After paying I asked for a bag. This is my second review of a Subway restaurant in the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Basically, I appreciate this location: the employees are generally friendly, the location is quiet and the parking situation is ideal. The restaurant is also clean and attractively decorated. Unfortunately, there is a recurring problem that I mentioned in my first review and that negatively affects my overall experience. It is a particular employee that I have already noticed in the Subway branch on Hans-Vogel-Straße. The older gentleman with Asian roots is regularly unfriendly and seems disrespectful towards customers. This doesn't seem to be the only thing I notice, as other reviews also address his behavior (at the branch on Hans Vogel Str.) There is a lack of any friendliness, no “hello”, no smile. You feel really uncomfortable and have the feeling that you would rather leave quickly than order in a relaxed manner. In addition, the employee doesn't seem to know the range because he didn't know how a SubMelt is prepared. Luckily, a colleague named Leon noticed the error in time and intervened. Even when asked, the employee in question either does not respond or appears disinterested. There may also be language problems as he doesn't seem to understand German or at least doesn't respond to it. The question that arises for me is how such a language barrier can arise between customers and employees in a subway in Germany. Are the employees not monitored or trained? It is incomprehensible to me how someone with such behavior can work in a customer service job. Unfortunately, this one employee significantly tarnishes the otherwise positive image of this location.

We were there with the family and for €40 each of us got a decent sub/sandwich - I would recommend Chicken Teriyaki to everyone, in my opinion it tastes best. In any case, download the app - recently there was also a small 15 cm sub for free with the large sub!!!
