A McDonald's like many others... That's okay!

Tried it again today after over a year. Waited 25 minutes for the food, asked the staff where it was, and they just left me standing there. I left! Never again this branch! Back then, the food was already carelessly thrown together! But this is unacceptable.

The coffee machine (La Gimbali brand) is worth about 12,000 euros. A "fantastic machine," as they say, but unfortunately, no one in the shop knows how to use it. It's the same everywhere else; it must be due to company policy. It would be a great idea for some of the employees who prepare coffee with this machine to take a barista course. You pay a relatively high price for a cappuccino and get one with almost solid foam that disappears after a few sips, leaving you with nothing more than a café au lait. I don't mean to badmouth the shop.

McDonald's is cool, including the outdoor seating area. But it's often just too crowded, unfortunately.

I've been to many McDonald's, but this is the worst. I've never ordered from there before and the food was hot. I've ordered from there a few times now, and it's always the same, and today is the day I've finally had enough and have to leave a bad review. I live nearby, but I'm going to avoid it from now on because the food is always lukewarm to cold. Even when you're inside, you're lucky if the food is actually hot. How can they serve customers like this? Zero out of ten. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Disgusting! And you actually pay for this? It's outrageous!

I just had the pleasure of visiting that store... the drive-thru was blocked off with an employee car, which I don't understand since it's open until 5 pm... An employee was cleaning the sales area... the restrooms from the lunch rush looked like a battlefield! The risk of infection was clearly marked! (I'm a manager myself, responsible for two branches, with 45 employees under me)... The employee practically threw my food down, for takeout, so you have to worry that it's been spat on... After I asked the employee for his name to complain about him, which is my right, I was left standing there, laughed at, and ignored! Absolutely unacceptable... What's going on there?! I have videos and pictures on my phone and will be reporting this to management... I will neither recommend this store nor speak well of it, let alone visit it again... A truly antisocial establishment.

I always enjoyed going to this McDonald's, but with the recent renovations, the children were once again neglected, and on top of that, you get cold and stale fries with your Happy Meal!!!

The food was absolutely greasy, the service was so unfriendly, nobody had any motivation for anything, and they laughed at and discriminated against customers – absolutely outrageous! You don't feel comfortable there at all.

I ordered food online. It's not the first time the order has been incomplete. Sometimes it's toys that are missing, sometimes ketchup, and today it's a whole Big Mac. No one at the restaurant is answering the phone. Luckily, the delivery company is refunding my money, but I still have to go hungry because they don't deliver the missing items.

Long wait times for the food. The food was cold, and the cheese wasn't melted for anyone. There were five of us, and one person hadn't received his food while the others had already finished. We asked about his order, but were told it hadn't been taken. After that, things moved quickly. The tables were very dirty and messy. The prices are becoming unaffordable.

This is by far the worst McDonald's in Nuremberg. Every time, at least one thing is wrong, sometimes everything. Plus, the fries here are the worst I've ever had at McDonald's. If you really want McDonald's, you should go to a different branch.

The automatic entrance door is deliberately left open by employees. People are freezing, and the employees seem to be okay with it; they're working in jackets to let in fresh air in minus 10 degrees Celsius. I don't think they want it that way.

A classic McDonald's, just as you'd expect, with good parking and a fairly clean interior. Today I only used the McCafé. The service there was listless and unmotivated, and the espresso was far too expensive at €2.39.

I just bought 20-piece chicken nuggets at 3 o'clock and they were dry and not fresh.

The floor and tables were filthy! We had to clear away the leftover food from the previous diners just to get a table! It's very cold inside and there's a strong draft! It's a shame, I used to enjoy coming here.

We arrived and placed an online order. We waited 55 minutes and then went to ask why it was taking so long, but none of the employees spoke German, so we couldn't understand them. Unfortunately, we couldn't resolve the issue. In the end, we ordered at the checkout and wasted an hour. 😕

I've been to many McDonald's restaurants – but what I experienced here was truly abysmal. Even the first impression was anything but inviting: The men's restroom was in a horrifying state – littered with trash, partially damaged, and certainly not a place where you'd want to linger. If it looks like that, you can only imagine what it's like behind the scenes. Unfortunately, things didn't improve when ordering. I received the wrong thing three times – and that was with a simple order. Each time, I had to get back in line and explain what I had actually ordered. No apology, no understanding, just annoyed looks and the feeling that I was bothering them. The service was simply a disaster. In principle, it's a classic McDonald's, of course – you don't expect haute cuisine, but at least what you ordered, and a minimum level of cleanliness and organization. But nothing here makes sense. It seems as if no one has the oversight, the motivation, or the interest to ensure the place runs smoothly. Conclusion: An authentic McDonald's in name, but a miserable execution in every aspect. Anyone going here needs patience, nerves of steel – and preferably hand sanitizer.

Tasty, but the filling in the McWrap is a bad joke. One chicken, one cucumber, hardly any lettuce. Unfortunately, the restaurant has become very confusing due to the renovation. The staff seemed even more annoyed.

Solid, as you'd expect – fast, tasty, and reliable! I've been to this McDonald's several times, and I have to say: The quality is consistently good. The food arrives quickly, is freshly prepared, and tastes exactly as you'd expect – whether it's a Big Mac, fries, or a McFlurry. The staff was friendly and efficient despite rush hour. The store was clean, tables were wiped down regularly, and the ordering kiosks worked without issues. Small negative: It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the team remains friendly and helpful. In conclusion: A typical McDonald's – reliable, clean, and always a good option for a quick snack. 🍟🍔

Truly unsatisfying. The fries weren't seasoned. The fries were old and unsalted. The Spezi tasted really weird, metallic and not a bit like Coke or Fanta. Unfortunately, you can't reverse the route and return it when you're on the highway. I really would have done that this time. Very unpleasant, very bad experience. I was here on October 8th around 2:00 a.m.

Never again. Worst service I've ever experienced. I was there this morning during breakfast time and placed an extra small, light order. I waited a total of 40 minutes for my order. Yes, it was busy, but the staff were completely overwhelmed. There was no structure, no real organization. Everything was mixed up or simply thrown away. During those 40 minutes, I also noticed that every other customer order was missing at least one item. Sorry, but you really need to do something about this—terrible service. I would have liked to ask for my money back, but it would have probably taken another 15 minutes before anyone even came to the cashier. So, never again!

I work as a delivery driver for Uber and arrived to pick up an order. However, one of the employees spoke to me in a very disrespectful and racist manner, shouting loudly. There was no one in charge or supervising the employees in the restaurant. This restaurant doesn't even deserve to be considered. Very poor service, rude staff, and racist behavior – I can't recommend anyone to order from there.

Unfortunately, the service at this McDonald's is very poor. The employees are unfriendly and treat customers disrespectfully. There are no managers or supervisors to whom you can report a complaint. Overall, a very disappointing experience – I absolutely cannot recommend this location.

Today, September 28, 2025, at 3:03 PM, we received very unfriendly service at the drive-thru. We ordered two sweet and sour sauces, but instead received ketchup. Despite repeated reminders, the employee claimed everything was correct, checked late, and was so arrogant. Finally, she threw the sauce in our hands and demanded ketchup back in a truly commanding manner, immediately closing the window. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something was missing from our order, and then such behavior towards the customer – very disappointing!

I'm standing at the drive-thru at 9:30 p.m., and no one takes my order. Not even after honking my horn several times and waiting 10 minutes. I can leave.

Much more modern after the renovation. I personally think it's nice for the people in the kitchen that it's no longer constantly visible. Otherwise, it's good, as you'd expect from Mecces. The only thing that bothered me was that I ordered with my smartphone shortly before we arrived, and the toy was available for selection, but then it wasn't available, and the kids were disappointed.

After the renovation, everything is less comfortable and less inviting; it now really feels like a cheap snack bar....

Since the recent renovation, it's been significantly worse than before... The new seats, in particular, are a disaster; they're a way to keep customers away.

It's a newly renovated McDonald's which looks quite nice. But when the restrooms are so bad that you can't and don't want to use them, it gets disgusting. The employees, from friendly to distant, all walk around the store with fixed stares, no smiles, no friendly glances at one another. You can sense the antipathy towards one another, which I personally find unpleasant. The restaurant itself is extremely clean. We needed the changing table and found one, but unfortunately it was still covered in dirt from the wall mounting. Which we really didn't like. They really need to improve the staff here.

Again and again, communication problems. And once again, something was missing (apple turnover). The app is so-so.... 3 coupons from the app could be used for meals, the 4th coupon was supposed to be for the extra points. However, this one couldn't be used because the maximum number of coupons per order had been reached....... Today (9/8/25) was the first time I picked something up in about 3 years. The store was recently renovated. The renovations don't look bad. The staff... German is still difficult, but that's not the problem. However, we're now "served" by this crap for a very long time again. Everything is lukewarm, and the fries... I believe, without knowing it, that even in prison the fries are better... An absolute disgrace!!!! Especially considering that a meal like this now costs over €13...

It's been a long time since an employee took it apart like that. The whole order was wrong, 80% of it was wrong. I ordered regular Sprite and we got the new pink Sprite. I wanted a regular McMenu and he gave me McPlant. We wanted garlic nuggets and he gave us regular ones. Normally you can at least rely on the order taking. We went to the drive-thru and didn't follow the whole thing on the screen, which is why the error is ours, but I haven't had something screwed up that badly in a long time. Sorry, never again at the drive-thru.

The order came super quickly. The food is delicious. It's busy here. Breakfast just now was super delicious. 2 MC Muffin Sausage Egg!👌

McDonald's is open again, and the wait was definitely worth it. The store looks really great. I like it.

Remodeled. Reopened. And by the second day, the same old pattern: no ice cream products (milkshakes, ice cream, etc.), even though they're offering a special milkshake. It's Saturday lunchtime. During the holidays. It couldn't be more ridiculous.

We went there at night to grab a quick bite to eat. Everything was very dirty, the fries and burgers were cold! The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The restrooms were so dirty you couldn't use them! And the staff just stood around talking in a language other than German... Once and never again. As a thank you, we had stomachaches and diarrhea the next day....

Mostly there are some weirdos who hang out here and make everything dirty etc. The food tastes like MCs should, but eating there is a big mistake. Very dirty, especially the toilet.

My order arrived late and was cold, the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced.

The cheeseburger for €2.30 was missing the cheese, and the Royal Cheese hamburger for €5.79 was missing the second slice of cheese. I wonder if there's a significant difference between the burgers.

The Turkish employee could only say: "Did you pay, did you pay?" Yes, here's the damn receipt by email and a PayPal debit for €32.17!!! Because she didn't understand anything, they called the manager = order not in the system... Great... Waited over 30 minutes with hungry children and then an incompetent bunch... Ordered a hamburger Royal Cheese and it was fine. The large chips were lukewarm at best and the cappuccino to finish off the meal was made with burnt milk. I won’t be returning here any time soon.

Our order didn't include a single portion of fries, and all the sauce was missing. Of course, the driver had already left by the time we opened our order. It's outrageous to make such a mistake.

Food as it should be, you can't really go wrong. The fries weren't salted, just like the curly fries had no seasoning. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. I asked an employee to wipe the table, and she pulled a rag out of her pants that had probably seen water hours ago.

Average McDonald's. Right on a busy street with very few parking spaces. On a Tuesday afternoon, you might be lucky enough to find a parking space. It wasn't too busy, so the wait was relatively short.

I wanted 2 mc dubble chilli chesse and they made me dubble cheessburger. The woman is Indian anyway, she doesn't understand anything, it was terrible!.

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK REFUND AND ORDER. In 9 out of 10 cases something is always “forgotten”.

My Big Tasty Bacon simply didn't have any bacon on it. Instead of a sprite I got water.

Unfortunately no recommendation at all. The strawberry cake was completely dry and soggy. Say it like it was yesterday. I was able to exchange it, but then discovered that the spoon from my cappuccino was dirty, as it had already been used, disgusting, see picture. Pooh.

What I can recommend. Keep driving. Toilets were full of shit, doors were kicked in, there were no paper towels, equipment was destroyed. Food ordered for there, given out to go because there were no clean trays left. There was trash all over the store, tables hadn't been wiped and there was also a trash bag lying open in the room. The store wasn't even half full, so there was certainly no stress because of the crowds.

This is the nastiest and dirtiest mc I've seen. During the meal, employees played with food in the kitchen, one employee sprayed cream on the other colleague's pattie that was on the grill. The main hammer was that food was thrown.

I went to this McDonald's restaurant for the first time today. Maybe we were just unlucky, but my personal impression was marred by several tables that still had trash and leftover food on them and, above all, by the (untypical for McDonald's) long wait (over 20 minutes) for the food. But maybe we just had a bad moment when a lot of orders were placed at once, I can't tell.

This branch is not recommended. Burgers taste like any McDonald's, fries are way too mushy. There's always something missing lately. Usually something smaller like fries or a cheeseburger. The highlight today was that the M was missing. I find that a disgrace. If there are 15 cars waiting behind you, you can't check the order you got in the car for another 5 minutes. Preferably no star at all for the service.
