Fast food :) Tastes good though.

Since the recent renovation, it's been significantly worse than before... The new seats, in particular, are a disaster; they're a way to keep customers away.

It's a newly renovated McDonald's which looks quite nice. But when the restrooms are so bad that you can't and don't want to use them, it gets disgusting. The employees, from friendly to distant, all walk around the store with fixed stares, no smiles, no friendly glances at one another. You can sense the antipathy towards one another, which I personally find unpleasant. The restaurant itself is extremely clean. We needed the changing table and found one, but unfortunately it was still covered in dirt from the wall mounting. Which we really didn't like. They really need to improve the staff here.

Again and again, communication problems. And once again, something was missing (apple turnover). The app is so-so.... 3 coupons from the app could be used for meals, the 4th coupon was supposed to be for the extra points. However, this one couldn't be used because the maximum number of coupons per order had been reached....... Today (9/8/25) was the first time I picked something up in about 3 years. The store was recently renovated. The renovations don't look bad. The staff... German is still difficult, but that's not the problem. However, we're now "served" by this crap for a very long time again. Everything is lukewarm, and the fries... I believe, without knowing it, that even in prison the fries are better... An absolute disgrace!!!! Especially considering that a meal like this now costs over €13...

The order came super quickly. The food is delicious. It's busy here. Breakfast just now was super delicious. 2 MC Muffin Sausage Egg!👌

It's been a long time since an employee took it apart like that. The whole order was wrong, 80% of it was wrong. I ordered regular Sprite and we got the new pink Sprite. I wanted a regular McMenu and he gave me McPlant. We wanted garlic nuggets and he gave us regular ones. Normally you can at least rely on the order taking. We went to the drive-thru and didn't follow the whole thing on the screen, which is why the error is ours, but I haven't had something screwed up that badly in a long time. Sorry, never again at the drive-thru.

Remodeled. Reopened. And by the second day, the same old pattern: no ice cream products (milkshakes, ice cream, etc.), even though they're offering a special milkshake. It's Saturday lunchtime. During the holidays. It couldn't be more ridiculous.

McDonald's is open again, and the wait was definitely worth it. The store looks really great. I like it.

We went there at night to grab a quick bite to eat. Everything was very dirty, the fries and burgers were cold! The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The restrooms were so dirty you couldn't use them! And the staff just stood around talking in a language other than German... Once and never again. As a thank you, we had stomachaches and diarrhea the next day....

The burgers and fries were good and up to MC standards. The restrooms looked more like a forgotten land.

The staff were friendly, and the food arrived in a reasonable time for McDonald's. The food wasn't really warm, and no paper towels were included with our drive-thru order.

You have to be lucky. Sometimes the fries are unsalted, cold, and/or raw. However, the plant-based nuggets are definitely worth trying.

30-minute wait for food, all tables are dirty, the floor is dirty and slippery. The ordering terminal doesn't work, and this doesn't even work when the restaurant is at full capacity.

I can only report on the McDrive®. I've only experienced a few times so far where something wasn't forgotten! It's nice that you can pick it up at any time after calling, but I don't understand why they can't pack the order that's displayed on a screen in front of you into a bag without forgetting any items. We've decided not to visit this McDrive® again!

Mostly there are some weirdos who hang out here and make everything dirty etc. The food tastes like MCs should, but eating there is a big mistake. Very dirty, especially the toilet.

Bad service We just ordered two takeaway meals to eat at home. When we got home, one of the meals was missing a wrap, and the iced frappe tasted like the milk had gone bad. Extremely disappointing! I would advise against this place unless you just want fries, which were good...

My order arrived late and was cold, the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced.

The cheeseburger for €2.30 was missing the cheese, and the Royal Cheese hamburger for €5.79 was missing the second slice of cheese. I wonder if there's a significant difference between the burgers.

Ordered at 8:14 p.m., paid via PayPal... Asked at 8:44 p.m. when the order would arrive... All the guests around us had their food and had already changed... The Turkish employee could only say: "Did you pay, did you pay?" Yes, here's the damn receipt by email and a PayPal debit for €32.17!!! Food as it should be, you can't really go wrong. The fries weren't salted, just like the curly fries had no seasoning. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. I asked an employee to wipe the table, and she pulled a rag out of her pants that had probably seen water hours ago.

Ordered a hamburger Royal Cheese and it was fine. The large chips were lukewarm at best and the cappuccino to finish off the meal was made with burnt milk. I won’t be returning here any time soon.

Our order didn't include a single portion of fries, and all the sauce was missing. Of course, the driver had already left by the time we opened our order. It's outrageous to make such a mistake.

Average McDonald's. Right on a busy street with very few parking spaces. On a Tuesday afternoon, you might be lucky enough to find a parking space. It wasn't too busy, so the wait was relatively short.

I wanted 2 mc dubble chilli chesse and they made me dubble cheessburger. The woman is Indian anyway, she doesn't understand anything, it was terrible!.

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK REFUND AND ORDER. In 9 out of 10 cases something is always “forgotten”.

My Big Tasty Bacon simply didn't have any bacon on it. Instead of a sprite I got water.

Unfortunately no recommendation at all. The strawberry cake was completely dry and soggy. Say it like it was yesterday. I was able to exchange it, but then discovered that the spoon from my cappuccino was dirty, as it had already been used, disgusting, see picture. Pooh.

What I can recommend. Keep driving. Toilets were full of shit, doors were kicked in, there were no paper towels, equipment was destroyed. Food ordered for there, given out to go because there were no clean trays left. There was trash all over the store, tables hadn't been wiped and there was also a trash bag lying open in the room. The store wasn't even half full, so there was certainly no stress because of the crowds.

This is the nastiest and dirtiest mc I've seen. During the meal, employees played with food in the kitchen, one employee sprayed cream on the other colleague's pattie that was on the grill. The main hammer was that food was thrown.

I went to this McDonald's restaurant for the first time today. Maybe we were just unlucky, but my personal impression was marred by several tables that still had trash and leftover food on them and, above all, by the (untypical for McDonald's) long wait (over 20 minutes) for the food. This branch is not recommended. Burgers taste like any McDonald's, fries are way too mushy. There's always something missing lately. Usually something smaller like fries or a cheeseburger. The highlight today was that the M was missing. I find that a disgrace. If there are 15 cars waiting behind you, you can't check the order you got in the car for another 5 minutes. Preferably no star at all for the service.

McDonald's - fast, but with small flaws McDonald's offers classic burgers and crispy fries. But often there is not enough sauce and the fries are a little too mild. A touch more salt and flavor would improve the experience!

Things are offered that don't exist. If you order these, they will try to fob you off with cheaper things, and when you notice this you will be told that you ordered them that way. If you then show on the receipt that something else was ordered, the fun begins. One "boss" after the other tries to influence the customer with pressure and if you don't give in, you are portrayed as guilty for having the audacity to order. If that doesn't help, you will be insulted. If you want your money back, the order supposedly cannot be traced and therefore no money can be handed over. There is also supposedly no cash register system that stores the sales, you have to hand over your receipt without having received the goods yet. After showing the amount on the receipt several times and asking you to hand over the money if you don't receive any goods, the next "boss" comes and attacks the customers instead of handing over the money. If no goods, then no money and the receipt is kept until the money is returned, very simple box. Above all, as a branch you can mark things that you cannot spend as unavailable in the app, but this is supposedly blocked for this branch from the very top... Aha... yes... after pointless discussions and push-button-like methods We got our money back amid insults and accusations.

In my opinion, the worst McDonald's there is. Every time something is forgotten. Now again, even though I checked roughly whether everything was in there, they put the wrong items in the children's menu. Even though I go there regularly, I will never go there again on principle. The The worst McDonald's store I've been to here. Food cold. And every time something is forgotten, every time, and a long period of time for years has not been able to improve this issue.

I had to wait in a long line at the checkout to return the reusable cup I had brought with me. I don't think the legally required reusable system should work at McDonald's.

We can say the most “delicious” and natural McDonald’s in Nuremberg. If possible, we try to go there, since there are always tubes there and it’s not as hot in the summer as in the center and the service is fast. Overall everything is great.

I placed an order with you through Liferando and received a fake order. When I contacted you to inquire, I was told to speak to the people at liferando who sent me the order I requested. The strange thing is that my real name was on the bag, so I assumed you made the mistake. Instead of apologizing and sending me what I ordered, you told me that I could order again if necessary and of course pay again. It's a shame, I will never order from you again!!!

It's just a McDonald's where it always tastes ok

I was really looking forward to my happy meal. I ordered the whole thing via smartphone app and was able to receive it after a short time. Unfortunately, I discovered that my Welltall magazine, which I had specifically selected in the available software on my smartphone app, was nowhere to be found. McDonald's is very noisy, but I didn't expect it to be cozy and romantic. A great place for a quick snack, a full lunch or dinner, and also breakfast. The coffee here is excellent. The food is always fresh and hot, sometimes you have to wait a long time, that’s why I gave it 4 stars.

I got a Big Tasty menu at MC Drive today with 2 other burgers.. The Big Tasty was as cold as it came from the fridge. The other burgers tasted good... That's not how it works. The most expensive burger ice cold. I took two bites and packed the rest again. I'll take it to the health department. I'm sure it's old and warmed up or just given out like that. This McDonald's is not recommended at all.

One of the best McDonald's for dining with children or celebrating a birthday. Staff very friendly, young and dynamic. Thanks to everyone who helped organize the family day, it was a celebration, despite the occasional rain.

Burger was dry and not delicious

You know the food. As usual, the service is reduced to the bare essentials. However, this store is disgusting beyond words. The floors are sticky, so are the tables, and you can see old dirt on the walls that could be removed by simply cleaning. The play equipment smells (mold?).

The burgers are getting smaller and more expensive!!

This place really doesn't deserve "fast food". You wait half an hour in the drive-in for two things during breakfast time, while the employee at window 1 is obviously happy to have plenty of free time. While in early autumn one is disturbed by the abnormal screaming of untrained Belgians. When it's finally your turn, the three parts of the order are "really messed up" so you wait another 10 minutes. It really must be a highly complex system to put up 3 mc toast.
