Leider kein gut geschultes Personal. Die Nummern werden von "bearbeitet" auf "abholbereit: gedrückt und dann gelöscht, obwohl die Ware nicht fertig ist. So erging es heute der Nummwr 237,238,239, 201 und viele mehr. Eine Kommunikation war leider nicht möglich. Schade. Der neue hergerichtete Store sieht nett aus.

Typischer McDonalds der immer gut besucht ist. Dadurch kann es auch mal zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen. Sonst Standard.

Kalte Essen habe ich hier bekommen beim Mac Drive. Schon wieder enttäuscht.!!!

Schön im Drive-In um nen 5,50€ Double Beef Classic Burger betrogen worden. --> nicht satt geworden Nachtrag: Nach einem Jahr habe ich dem Drive-In eine neue Chance gegeben und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Diesmal fehlte ein 6,39€ BigMac. In diesem McDonald's entscheidet der Mitarbeiter, was der Gast essen darf.

Solider McDonald's. Essen war normal. Die McDonald's Filiale hat das neue Innendesign. Meiner Meinung nach ist das neue Innendesign schrecklich, als ob man ChatGPT aus dem Jahr 2023 gefragt hätte "Wie stellst du dir eine McDonalds Filiale vor?". Die Wartezeit dauert leider lange trotz wenigen Bestellungen. Der Drive-In ist dafür gut besucht. Bei der Wartezeit kann ich nur die Filiale am Nbg Hauptbahnhof empfehlen mit dem Vorgängerdesign. Ich würde trotzdem wieder kommen.

Ich war heute bei McDonald’s und war wirklich enttäuscht. Die Wartezeit war viel zu lange, trotz eher ruhiger Filialsituation. Außerdem war das Essen kaum ausreichend gebraten, es wirkte insgesamt sehr lapp. Der Service war unhöflich und desinteressiert. So komme ich definitiv nicht wieder.

Das ist der schlechteste McDonald’s in Nürnberg. Es fehlt immer etwas aus der Bestellung, das Essen ist ständig unvollständig.

Ich warte seit 20 min auf meine Cola meine Bestellung wurde einfach gelöscht 1 Stern 😢

Wartezeit 40 Minuten, Nicht gereinigt

Vorsicht geboten: Grundsätzlich ist der Laden typisch McDonalds, aber leider muss man bei den aktuellen Erfrischungsgetränken eine absolute Warnung aussprechen! Die Getränke wie Refresher und Fizzer werden zum Beispiel mit 0,4 L als Größe angegeben. Wenn man aber diese Getränke ohne Eis bestellt ist das Getränk circa 2cm unter dem 0,4L Strich. Das ist aber nicht akzeptabel, da man ein Getränk mit 0,4L Inhalt bestellt hat. Bitte aufpassen bei diesen Getränken. Eine Meldung an den Verbraucherschutz mit Hinweis zur Überprüfung des Ganzen folgt noch.

Ich habe schon alle möglichen McDonald's-Filialen gesehen, aber diese war schrecklich.

Meine Bestellung wird einfach geklaut

Essen warm warm, hat alles gut geschmeckt.

Tischservice wird nicht wahrgenommen. Darauf an der Kasse beschwert nach 20 Minuten warten. Darauf hin verwiesen das es mein Problem sei wenn es nicht kommt. Erneute Rückfrage an eine Kollegin die vorbei lief. Keine vernünftige Antwort erhalten und einfach weggegangen.

Ich war vor Ort bei McDonald's und habe dort gegessen. Das Essen hat wie gewohnt gut geschmeckt, aus meiner Sicht gab es da nichts auszusetzen. Besonders positiv ist mir die freundliche Mitarbeiterin aufgefallen.

Dieser McDonald's-Mitarbeiter behandelt die Leverado-Gruppe schlecht.Als ich die Bestellung abholen wollte, musste ich eine Stunde warten.

Bodenlos dieser mcs dauert alles richtig lange dann vergessen die ganze Zeit etwas das man die Mitarbeiter erinnern muss das etwas fehlt dann essen steht wahrscheinlich schon seit 3 Tagen da alles nicht warm Pommes nicht mal gesalzen sehr trocken und dann noch miese bauchkrämpfe bekommen würde keinen empfehlen hier essen zu gehen

45 Minuten warten auf 1 Eiskaffee und ein MC Flurry, in einem halb vollen Fast food Restaurant ist das untragbar. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde es dann doch noch mehr schlecht als Recht zubereitet, und nicht ein Wort der Entschuldigung.

Wer ein bisschen seinem Gesundheit wert gibt, vermeidet es dort zu essen. In allgemeinen bein McDonald's zu essen.

Ich hatte einfach nur 20 Chicken MC Donalds im Drive in bestellt keine Soße mit eingepackt. Keinen Bock mehr auf den Laden, wie schwer kann das sein?

Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich und unhöflich. Besonders die Dame an der Kasse und an der Bestellannahme. Sie haben alle Bestellungen von der Tafel gelöscht, und die Kunden holen ihre Bestellungen alleine mit den Quittungen ab. Chaos!

Oft fehlt etwas und die mitarbeiter drücken die bestellungen weg ohne das man sie geholt hat. Das klo ist ok aber es wird nur sehr selten papier zum abtrocknen nachgefüllt.

Jedes mal passiert dasselbe, man bestellt, wartet eine halbe Stunde und anschließend kommt das Essen immer kalt an und die Bestellung ist NIE vollständig. Ich frage mich was so schwer ist die Anweisungen auf der Monitor zu verfolgen, jedes mal fehlt etwas. Geht lieber wo anders.

„Eismaschine defekt“ – die berühmte Ausrede 😅 Mir wurde heute genau das gesagt, während an mehreren Tischen Leute ganz normal ihr Eis gegessen haben. Ziemlich unglaubwürdig und enttäuschend.

Soweit wenn man rein kommt scheint alles in Ordnung zu sein, aber die Toiletten darf man hier nicht benutzen. Benutzte Tampons und Binden liegen am Boden. Die Kloschüssel ist bis hinten oben vollge💩, Abfalleimer wurden wer weiß wann ausgeleert. Also hygienisch gesehen untere Schublade. Das Personal lässt zum wünschen übrig, unfreundlich und teilweise arrogant. Das Essen ging soweit. Was soll das denn bitte?

Nach dem Umbau deutlich Moderner. Ich finde es persönlich auch schön für die Leute in der Küche, dass diese nicht mehr permanent einsehbar ist. Ansonsten halt gut, wie man es von Mecces kennt. Das Einzige was mich gestört hat ist, dass ich mit dem Smartphone kurz bevor wir da waren bestellt habe und das Spielzeug auswählbar war, dann aber doch nicht verfügbar war und die Kids enttäuscht waren. Kleines Update: Dieses Wahllose weggedrücke der Bestellnummern, sorgt immer wieder für Verwirrung bei den Gästen. Warum wird eine Bestellung als Abholbereit gedrückt, obwohl sie gar nicht am Tresen liegt? Ein Mitarbeiter kommt mit der nächsten Bestellung und drückt unsere Nummer als abgeholt weg. Absolut Lustlos.

Alles bestens gewesen. Mittag und nachmittags oft sehr voll teilweise wird's schwer einen Tisch zu bekommen. Am Vormittag mit Frühstücksangebot war es Recht leer, alles ging schnell und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Parken so lala, der Parkplatz ist etwas klein und schnell voll. Gegenüber bei den Autohäusern kann man aber am Abend bzw Wochende halten wenn sie geschlossen haben.

Ich habe hier ein Bier getrunken.

Statt Curli fries gab es Pommes, die schmeckten als wären sie von gestern. Statt Wasser hab es Zitrone Limonade. Sehr enttäuschend, bin von MC Donalds besseres gewöhnt. Nächstes Mal Burger King.

Solider McDonald's. Bestellung war schnell und korrekt. Positiv waren Papierhandtücher auf dem Klo. Am Klo roch es aber absolut nach Urin, da würden paar Raumerfrischer helfen. Ansonsten sauber.

Sehr lange Wartezeit und das Essen war kalt. Die Pommes total weich. Sehr enttäuschend. Das Personal überfordert. Durch die lange Wartezeit staute es sich und der Wartebereich wurde dadurch noch enger. Die Preise werden immer höher aber der Service und die Qualität leider immer schlechter.

Der Service bei McDonald’s war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Sarah – sie war hervorragend! Das Essen wurde schnell gebracht und alles wurde zügig abgeräumt, obwohl es sehr voll war. Wirklich top Service! 😊

Seit dem Umbau hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen, war jetzt schon öfter Enttäuscht. Pommes kalt fast jedes Mal, Burgepattues trocken und kalt. Die Burger lauwarm, war mal besser. Patties scheinen lange zu liegen in den Warmhalteboxen

Haben heute von denen nach Hause bestellt um unsere Kinder eine Freude zumachen. Nicht nur dassie vergessen haben im happy meal caprisun und quatschtasche rein zu tun, sondern unser Essen zerquetscht war und rein gestopft als wäre es in die tüte rein geschmissen worden. Das war jetzt das zweite mal das dass passierte. Ich dachte ich gebe denen noch eine Chance weil sie vllt einen schlecht tag hatten beim letzten Mal, nein es war wieder so. Immer schnell schnell und dauernd vergessen sie was, auch wo wir da gegessen haben. Ist immer was vergessen worden und unfreundlich. Online lässt sich nicht mal die Beschwerde oder Hilfe antippen. Also wir essen da nie wieder und bestellen auch nichts mehr. Sehr enttäuschend.

Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht. Ich kann verstehen, wenn viel los ist, dass es zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen kann. Das ich jedoch 30 Minuten warte & dann ist es kalt, da flippe ich aus! Noch dazu war der Service extrem unhöflich & hat uns nicht ernst genommen. Wir haben das kalte Essen reklamiert & erneut 15 Minuten warten müssen. Keine Entschuldigung nichts! Toilette war leider nicht sauber & keiner hat in der Zeit etwas dort gemacht, aber das Protokoll wurde fleissig ausgefüllt.. weiss ja nicht 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

A McDonald's like many others... That's okay!

Tried it again today after over a year. Waited 25 minutes for the food, asked the staff where it was, and they just left me standing there. I left! Never again this branch! Back then, the food was already carelessly thrown together! But this is unacceptable.

The coffee machine (La Gimbali brand) is worth about 12,000 euros. A "fantastic machine," as they say, but unfortunately, no one in the shop knows how to use it. It's the same everywhere else; it must be due to company policy. It would be a great idea for some of the employees who prepare coffee with this machine to take a barista course. You pay a relatively high price for a cappuccino and get one with almost solid foam that disappears after a few sips, leaving you with nothing more than a café au lait. I don't mean to badmouth the shop.

McDonald's is cool, including the outdoor seating area. But it's often just too crowded, unfortunately.

I've been to many McDonald's, but this is the worst. I've never ordered from there before and the food was hot. I've ordered from there a few times now, and it's always the same, and today is the day I've finally had enough and have to leave a bad review. I live nearby, but I'm going to avoid it from now on because the food is always lukewarm to cold. Even when you're inside, you're lucky if the food is actually hot. How can they serve customers like this? Zero out of ten. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Disgusting! And you actually pay for this? It's outrageous!

I just had the pleasure of visiting that store... the drive-thru was blocked off with an employee car, which I don't understand since it's open until 5 pm... An employee was cleaning the sales area... the restrooms from the lunch rush looked like a battlefield! The risk of infection was clearly marked! (I'm a manager myself, responsible for two branches, with 45 employees under me)... The employee practically threw my food down, for takeout, so you have to worry that it's been spat on... After I asked the employee for his name to complain about him, which is my right, I was left standing there, laughed at, and ignored! Absolutely unacceptable... What's going on there?! I have videos and pictures on my phone and will be reporting this to management... I will neither recommend this store nor speak well of it, let alone visit it again... A truly antisocial establishment.

I always enjoyed going to this McDonald's, but with the recent renovations, the children were once again neglected, and on top of that, you get cold and stale fries with your Happy Meal!!!

The food was absolutely greasy, the service was so unfriendly, nobody had any motivation for anything, and they laughed at and discriminated against customers – absolutely outrageous! You don't feel comfortable there at all.

I ordered food online. It's not the first time the order has been incomplete. Sometimes it's toys that are missing, sometimes ketchup, and today it's a whole Big Mac. No one at the restaurant is answering the phone. Luckily, the delivery company is refunding my money, but I still have to go hungry because they don't deliver the missing items.

Long wait times for the food. The food was cold, and the cheese wasn't melted for anyone. There were five of us, and one person hadn't received his food while the others had already finished. We asked about his order, but were told it hadn't been taken. After that, things moved quickly. The tables were very dirty and messy. The prices are becoming unaffordable.

This is by far the worst McDonald's in Nuremberg. Every time, at least one thing is wrong, sometimes everything. Plus, the fries here are the worst I've ever had at McDonald's. If you really want McDonald's, you should go to a different branch.

Clean shop with friendly service.

Completely overcrowded, traffic jam in the parking lot, inside it feels like a drive-in while standing still, never again.

The automatic entrance door is deliberately left open by employees. People are freezing, and the employees seem to be okay with it; they're working in jackets to let in fresh air in minus 10 degrees Celsius. I don't think they want it that way.

I just bought 20-piece chicken nuggets at 3 o'clock and they were dry and not fresh.

A classic McDonald's, just as you'd expect, with good parking and a fairly clean interior. Today I only used the McCafé. The service there was listless and unmotivated, and the espresso was far too expensive at €2.39.

Despite placing an order, it's impossible to receive what was ordered. If I order additional meat, I expect to receive it. There are always problems with this branch. I'll definitely never be back! They're incompetent!

The floor and tables were filthy! We had to clear away the leftover food from the previous diners just to get a table! It's very cold inside and there's a strong draft! It's a shame, I used to enjoy coming here.

I want to collect a complete Friends series mug. Unfortunately, the employee refused to exchange my mug for one that was already at the checkout. Not recommended.

Reasons: - Burger falling apart, patties unseasoned and completely stale, disgusting - Fries cold, unseasoned, disgusting - No tissues for takeout - Restaurant looks like Frankfurt's (junkie district) So I'll hopefully get my money back.

We arrived and placed an online order. We waited 55 minutes and then went to ask why it was taking so long, but none of the employees spoke German, so we couldn't understand them. Unfortunately, we couldn't resolve the issue. In the end, we ordered at the checkout and wasted an hour. 😕

I've been to many McDonald's restaurants – but what I experienced here was truly abysmal. Even the first impression was anything but inviting: The men's restroom was in a horrifying state – littered with trash, partially damaged, and certainly not a place where you'd want to linger. If it looks like that, you can only imagine what it's like behind the scenes. Unfortunately, things didn't improve when ordering. I received the wrong thing three times – and that was with a simple order. Each time, I had to get back in line and explain what I had actually ordered. No apology, no understanding, just annoyed looks and the feeling that I was bothering them. The service was simply a disaster. In principle, it's a classic McDonald's, of course – you don't expect haute cuisine, but at least what you ordered, and a minimum level of cleanliness and organization. But nothing here makes sense. It seems as if no one has the oversight, the motivation, or the interest to ensure the place runs smoothly. Conclusion: An authentic McDonald's in name, but a miserable execution in every aspect. Anyone going here needs patience, nerves of steel – and preferably hand sanitizer.

Tasty, but the filling in the McWrap is a bad joke. One chicken, one cucumber, hardly any lettuce. Unfortunately, the restaurant has become very confusing due to the renovation. The staff seemed even more annoyed.

A good place, if you're hungry in the late evening. The restaurant is visited by plenty people even after midnight.

After the renovation, they're obviously overwhelmed by the new size. A wait time of over 25 minutes is pretty steep for McDonald's.

Solid, as you'd expect – fast, tasty, and reliable! I've been to this McDonald's several times, and I have to say: The quality is consistently good. The food arrives quickly, is freshly prepared, and tastes exactly as you'd expect – whether it's a Big Mac, fries, or a McFlurry. The staff was friendly and efficient despite rush hour. The store was clean, tables were wiped down regularly, and the ordering kiosks worked without issues. Small negative: It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the team remains friendly and helpful. In conclusion: A typical McDonald's – reliable, clean, and always a good option for a quick snack. 🍟🍔

Very positive experience, newly designed interior, breakfast as good as usual, very friendly table service, coffee served in china - that's how it should be!

Truly unsatisfying. The fries weren't seasoned. The fries were old and unsalted. The Spezi tasted really weird, metallic and not a bit like Coke or Fanta. Unfortunately, you can't reverse the route and return it when you're on the highway. I really would have done that this time. Very unpleasant, very bad experience. I was here on October 8th around 2:00 a.m.

The surroundings were terrible, it smelled bad, even the inside of the restaurant was not clean and the food was not good at all compared to McDonalds in the Czech Republic

I work as a delivery driver for Uber and arrived to pick up an order. However, one of the employees spoke to me in a very disrespectful and racist manner, shouting loudly. There was no one in charge or supervising the employees in the restaurant. This restaurant doesn't even deserve to be considered. Very poor service, rude staff, and racist behavior – I can't recommend anyone to order from there.

Unfortunately, the service at this McDonald's is very poor. The employees are unfriendly and treat customers disrespectfully. There are no managers or supervisors to whom you can report a complaint. Overall, a very disappointing experience – I absolutely cannot recommend this location.

Never again. Worst service I've ever experienced. I was there this morning during breakfast time and placed an extra small, light order. I waited a total of 40 minutes for my order. Yes, it was busy, but the staff were completely overwhelmed. There was no structure, no real organization. Everything was mixed up or simply thrown away. During those 40 minutes, I also noticed that every other customer order was missing at least one item. Sorry, but you really need to do something about this—terrible service. I would have liked to ask for my money back, but it would have probably taken another 15 minutes before anyone even came to the cashier. So, never again!

Today, September 28, 2025, at 3:03 PM, we received very unfriendly service at the drive-thru. We ordered two sweet and sour sauces, but instead received ketchup. Despite repeated reminders, the employee claimed everything was correct, checked late, and was so arrogant. Finally, she threw the sauce in our hands and demanded ketchup back in a truly commanding manner, immediately closing the window. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something was missing from our order, and then such behavior towards the customer – very disappointing!

I'm standing at the drive-thru at 9:30 p.m., and no one takes my order. Not even after honking my horn several times and waiting 10 minutes. I can leave.

Since the recent renovation, it's been significantly worse than before... The new seats, in particular, are a disaster; they're a way to keep customers away.

It's a newly renovated McDonald's which looks quite nice. But when the restrooms are so bad that you can't and don't want to use them, it gets disgusting. The employees, from friendly to distant, all walk around the store with fixed stares, no smiles, no friendly glances at one another. You can sense the antipathy towards one another, which I personally find unpleasant. The restaurant itself is extremely clean. We needed the changing table and found one, but unfortunately it was still covered in dirt from the wall mounting. Which we really didn't like. They really need to improve the staff here.

Again and again, communication problems. And once again, something was missing (apple turnover). The app is so-so.... 3 coupons from the app could be used for meals, the 4th coupon was supposed to be for the extra points. However, this one couldn't be used because the maximum number of coupons per order had been reached....... Today (9/8/25) was the first time I picked something up in about 3 years. The store was recently renovated. The renovations don't look bad. The staff... German is still difficult, but that's not the problem. However, we're now "served" by this crap for a very long time again. Everything is lukewarm, and the fries... I believe, without knowing it, that even in prison the fries are better... An absolute disgrace!!!! Especially considering that a meal like this now costs over €13...

The order came super quickly. The food is delicious. It's busy here. Breakfast just now was super delicious. 2 MC Muffin Sausage Egg!👌

It's been a long time since an employee took it apart like that. The whole order was wrong, 80% of it was wrong. I ordered regular Sprite and we got the new pink Sprite. I wanted a regular McMenu and he gave me McPlant. We wanted garlic nuggets and he gave us regular ones. Normally you can at least rely on the order taking. We went to the drive-thru and didn't follow the whole thing on the screen, which is why the error is ours, but I haven't had something screwed up that badly in a long time. Sorry, never again at the drive-thru.

McDonald's is open again, and the wait was definitely worth it. The store looks really great. I like it.

Remodeled. Reopened. And by the second day, the same old pattern: no ice cream products (milkshakes, ice cream, etc.), even though they're offering a special milkshake. It's Saturday lunchtime. During the holidays. It couldn't be more ridiculous.
