Dirtiest Mc I've ever seen. The toilets on Sunday morning were an absolute disaster. The staff was totally overwhelmed.

When I see with my own eyes how the kitchen reaches into my burger without gloves and prepares it for me, because a few seconds before they touched all the kitchen equipment and wiped the whites of his forehead, his manager explained to me that he was normal and standard at McDonald's. If that's the case, thank you, that was the last time I ever spent money in a Mc branch.

It's just McDonald's...I'm more of a Burger King type, if at all and the food confirmed that for me. I actually like McDonald’s but the service is not good at all!!!🤬🤬 For example, I was once at McDonald's with my girlfriend and we both wanted to redeem a coupon so we went to the checkout at the front and it obviously didn't work, which has often been the case.🙄 BUT THEN the heart attack came, this Mr. Pohl guy just snatched the cell phone out of my hand and went to the back without warning😨. I think he was wanking in the back because there were strange spots on the cell phone display that couldn't be classified.😱 Unbelievable Then he came back after an eternity and in the end it didn't even do anything.😔 wahlla crisis That's not even the end of the story with the Mr. Pohl guy 🤬 Once when I gave him my receipt with my order, the second heart attack happened because suddenly my friend's order appeared on the screen and she hadn't even handed in her receipt yet.😓😓 Very demonic Please bring back the iced tea and more meat in the salad Very nice thank you But the food is good 🥰

Questionable, really. The only positive thing is that the McDonalds is open until 5:00 in the morning. That's it. Now comes the trouble... Yesterday at 3:00 a.m. we wanted to have a small meal. When we ordered everything went normally. But when a friend of ours came along, things started to go downhill... She wanted to order a menu at the order terminal with a coupon but that didn't work. She then went to the checkout to seek help from an employee. Maybe it would have worked at the checkout. But unfortunately it didn't. The employee, who was most likely drunk, then responded loudly: "Crisis, Vallah Crisis!" What's that supposed to mean? You seek help from an employee and it comes back? Who even hires these people? Does the HR department pay attention to nothing? Or are there no requirements? Now a second catastrophe that caught our eye. The employees in the kitchen are NOT wearing disposable gloves. First of all... in terms of hygiene, especially on the deep fryer, there is nothing there. Now comes the heart attack. An employee opens the food drawer and simply grabs a chicken nugget with his bare hand and eats it... What's that supposed to mean? Have employees not received guidance on appropriate behavior in the workplace... Finally, the employees simply started scrubbing the kitchen floor. Huh, why? Above all, you could see all the dirt that was washed away... Instead of doing this activity when all guests have left the restaurant, this is done immediately. But if you just want to leave early, you can start scrubbing while customers are on site. Under all...

Mmm always good for quick hunger.

Only ordered 4 times a McFlurry, of which one wasn't prepared properly (original instead of chocolate), but tasted good. Toilets didn't look clean though and no toilet paper in at least three toilets (1 at the male toilets, and two at the ladies)

Mc Doofmas is getting worse and more expensive. I haven't eaten there for months. You can't afford it anymore. Please stop going to mc stupid and co. They have to realize that they are completely exaggerating. 0 stars

Ordered, got the wrong food, since I'm on Monday I pass a lot of McDonald's and what can I say, something was missing or cold at each one. I was at one and the bread rolls were upside down. This is a joke or something. No longer recommended

I have to comment on this, you offer coupons but don't redeem them and they say we don't have double menus! Then you shouldn't offer coupons if they are no longer accepted in McDonald's!

Typical McDonald's. It's not great, but at least you can almost always get fresh things here. The waiting times are also ok. The employees at the drive were in a good mood and polite.

Hey, today at around 7.30 p.m. I bought it for 45 EUR and the citizens (Hot Chilli Cheese and the Big Tasty) looked like they had been playing football with it in the kitchen. Also, I was given the wrong receipt. And no sweet and sour for the Naggets. The branch will probably continue to lose staff. I recommend others to go to McDonalds.

I am very upset about the service here. I ordered 10 burgers but only received 8. Afterwards I had to drive back to pick up the missing 2 burgers. But the employees there didn't even apologize. If someone orders food here, they should be careful and check everything before leaving.

To be honest.....there were no more straws at 8 p.m., ok you can handle it. We had to wait forever in the drive for our food, now comes the best... it was cold😅 I really wonder how something like that works. You can redeem vouchers using the app at every McDonald's except at gas stations, but you can't do that here, apparently it's not supported. Hahahahha really absolutely NO GO! The employee at the checkout, who could hardly speak any German, then seriously wanted us to rate this with 5 stars😅 sad but true.

Extremely bad service with tendencies to Munchausen syndrome! After I ordered my dinner from Lieferando at around 9:30 p.m. today and was already looking forward to it, I was surprised to receive the message after the acceptance and the expected delivery time that it had been canceled by McDonald's. From the details it appeared that this could be due to the following problems! Extreme weather conditions, missing goods, sold out products and/or technical problems. Since my order was a 6 Chicken McNuggets menu, I couldn't explain any of these reasons. Because we currently have clear skies and great weather. So I wanted to find out why this was the case and called. A irritated-sounding man answered who wanted to know what it was about, I discussed my concerns and wanted to know why my order had been canceled after I had already paid for it again. The employee then became even more rude and replied that you couldn't do anything about the cancellation because you had no control over it. Only Lieferando could arrange something like this and I should contact them. Unfortunately, I couldn't imagine that this was the case and I felt ripped off after the employee simply hung up! I don't understand why you always find such employees in a service-oriented company and at least I wish I didn't get told lies.

Everything is as it should be at McDonalds.

You order 3 different MENUs, but they squeeze them into a single tray and put it in front of the whole family. There is also a glass gift on the menus, but there are no left!!!! They don't. Then remove your ad from the order screen at the entrance.

05/03/2024 // 02:43 Order: Mc Sundae Our order was two Mc Sundaes. When asked to receive more sauce - as it was obvious that this was being used very sparingly - the request was treated with incompetence and ignorance. The expectations of a competent manager were in no way met.

May 3, 2024 2:40 a.m.: We ordered 2 McSundae with caramel, but we hardly received any caramel sauce. When we asked if you could put more sauce on it, we were told to order mcflurry. However, we ourselves worked at McDonald's for several years and knew that they didn't completely push the sauce dispenser. We were greeted with incomprehension at this point. Absolutely incompetent employees and an even superfluous shift manager - that's really not necessary.

So if the two of us go to McDonalds, I can go straight to a restaurant, for example Hans im Glück, where I have better burgers for the same money. If I pay 4.79 for a fish mc and I pay so much money, nothing on it, little sauce then I think twice about going there again. Am disappointed

Terrible in everything, poorly made food, bad service and bad professionalism, the employees are rude and don't understand the customers, the service should improve, starting by being friendly which is a good practice and the customers feel welcome, something that didn't happen! The order came all wrong, the employees are either new or don't even know where the salt and sauces are stored, for example, and they are shouting around the restaurant, I asked them to correct my order, they didn't understand, I translated it and it got worse, a man wanted me to go with him to a room I don't know exactly what to do, I didn't go and asked my husband for help translating and later another employee came and noticed and helped..... the establishment is disgusting, always dirty and with employees with angry faces, they don't want to work give work to those who really need it! The food is cold and very bad. The hygiene at work is not good. They work without gloves and the treatment is rude. I do not recommend it at all.

I was just at the drive in and ordered several things for a total of 42 euros I had a coupon and ordered two double menus but the fries were missing. I don't really know how something like that can happen. And unfortunately it was intended for the kids...sad

I've been here a total of 3 times in the last few months. The facility is fine. There are ordering terminals, the waiting times are acceptable, but the waiting area is a bit small. Nevertheless, all visits were disappointing. First visit: Ordered chocolate milkshake and McPlant nuggets to take away - got chocolate milkshake and Chicken McNuggets, of course only noticed when I got home. Second visit: Ordered Coffee Shake and Cookies & Cream Pocket to take away - Pocket was tasty, but the 400ml shake had at least 100ml ice cubes in it. Third visit: Ordered a chocolate milkshake to take away - got a strawberry milkshake and of course only noticed it again after leaving the restaurant. All orders were placed at the terminal, so it wasn't a communication issue. Something is fundamentally wrong here. I can't recommend that.

If I could I would give 0 stars for the people there some are friendly and nice but a few of them definitely didn't do the job. By the way, the blue gloves are not there for free!!! Cough before then touch my fries from above...

They always forget to pack something and then claim that everything is inside, although that's not even true. Please don't eat here until they forget something at your place

Sometimes the preparation takes some getting used to (in the case of the burger in terms of components), especially when there is a lot going on.

The employees don't care, the entire tour doesn't work and when I ask they shrug their shoulders and we don't care. Luckily there are more McDonald's around and they don't see a cent from us. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly.

Having food delivered doesn't work here. Nothing was delivered after 1.5 hours. Live two streets away. Food tracker on delivery request time from the first minute 30 min delivery time, even now 1.5 hours later. What's not surprising in this store is that in McDrive you have to wait in the right parking lane, not the left, so that it doesn't record how long the service takes. (Because there is no camera recording there) You can't talk about FAST food here.

We are only there very rarely when there is no alternative to go out and eat something quickly due to location and time! The toilet stinks and wanting to wash your hands there is a contradiction of cleanliness. The parking lot stinks of the exhaust fumes from cars queuing up to the drive-in with their engines running.

Fast service, pickup is quick. For the others you have to wait about 20 minutes (Sigmundstr).

Essen, was wichtig ist wenn man schon mal Fastfood möchte immer Hot. Besonders die Pommes müssen Heis sein sonst sind die latschig und ungenießbar. Von MC aus Nürnberg ist der am eheesten zu empfehlen. Service, naja die Dame konnte glaube ich kein Deutsch, Pommes haben gefehlt und die Dame hat mich nicht gehört. Musste selbs wieder zur Kasse. Aber das Essen war Heis und hat es wieder ausgegliechen.

Leider war es Dieses mal enttäuschend, Mcdrive Besuch und zu Hause festgestellt es fehlen Sachen. Man kann sich leider nicht auf den Laden bzw Personal verlassen.

Einer der Besten Balkans Restaurant im Raum Franken. Alle Mitarbeiter sprechen entweder Jugoslawisch oder Albanisch 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Wenn man hier deutsch spricht hat man keine Chance 😀👊🏽

Super leckeres Essen... immer wieder gut und gleichbleibende Qualität...

Wir waren um kurz vor 1 Uhr Nachts dort und wollten einen BigMac mit Bacon. Das geht aber im System nicht. Kurzerhand hat der Mitarbeiter für den zweiten Burger Bacon angegeben und ist dann in die Küche um dort bescheid zu geben, dass der Bacon auf den Big Mac kommt. Er hat uns echt den Abend verbessert!

Alles sauber, schnelle Zubereitung, freundliches Personal, gerne wieder, wenn es denn Fast Food sein soll 😉

Mc Donnalds halt. Heißhunger drauf gehabt, App geladen, vorbestellt mit wirklich guten Gutscheinen, hin, bezahlt und weg. Nach wie vor ein Sammelpunk für Jugendliche Pseudos, Gangsta in Joggern und völlig überschminkten Mädels, die gerade nicht bei Maggis essen sollten. Warum auch immer Maggis ein Hotspot ist. Aber die Burger wurden frisch zubereitet. Kann man mal machen - Fastfood halt

3 Sachen wurden vergessen, Parkplatz ziemlich beengt

Oh Wunder. Eine Bestellung über die HandyApp aus der Distanz hat nach einem Jahr das erste mal funktioniert. McDonalds Deutschland ist im Internetzeitalter angekommen. Ich konnte es fast sofort abholen. Der Abholmonitor der anzeigt obs fertig ist, hat jedoch nur weiss angezeigt, Mitarbeiter hat meine Nummer geblökt, dann nahm ich mit. Insgesamt also endlich ok mit der App. Naja bei den Bürgerpreisen inzwischen sollte aber auch ein guter Programmierer schon drin sein. Das letzte mal zuvor jedoch am Touch-Terminal bestellt, ist etwas träge die Software bei zu vielen Extrafragen. Und erst beim drittem Terminal hat die EC-Bezahlung geklappt. Bei einem davor "card error" und der zweite EC-Terminal war mit rotem Papier abgeklebt. Schon schwer dem Mc-Konzern mein Geld in den Rachen zu werfen für immer dünnere Burger. Aber wenn die App nun dauerhaft geht, geht ok

Also eigentlich der einer der besten mcdonalds Filialen in Nürnberg aber als ich einmal drin war habe ich 20 Nuggets und eine große pommes bestellt eine Mitarbeiterin hat die pommes vergessen und ich hab ihr bescheid gegeben aber sie hat mir die pommes nicht gegeben obwohl ich mein kassenzettel ihr gezeigt habe das finde ich sehr schade weil es ist so ein guten mcdonalds eingentlich

beim tischservice eine komplette fremde bestellung bekommen und die bestellung war teilweise falsch, außerdem verstehen hier die mitarbeiter kaum deutsch. essen war lauwarm. und die kindergeburtstag nebenan war die musik zu laut. würd ich nicht empfehlen
