Disastrous, the absolute worst: no fries, the cashier doesn't speak German. Sad. Zero points

After I arrived shortly before 1 a.m., I discovered that the ordering machines weren't working. So I got in line to order (no one was in front of me, just those who had already ordered). After about 15 minutes there was an unfriendly announcement "we're already closed" and the woman stood at the door so that I could leave I took a detour to this McDonald's because it said it was open until 5 a.m Toilets weren't clean either

Two 6-pack chicken nuggets and two milkshakes… The place is empty, hardly any orders… Waiting time over 20 minutes!! This McDonald's completely misses the mark when it comes to fast food.

The restaurant was cold and drafty everywhere. Completely uncomfortable. Chairs and tables were sticky. I'd be happy to leave them without me in the future.

Ordered today at 4 a.m. via the drive in.... First there was an unfriendly service person who couldn't say a "hello", nor a "please" or a "thank you".... Instead just mushy and unfriendly.... The nuggets were cold... The fries weren't cooked through.... The food was criticized and the portions handed out were simply warmed up... No sound came from the employee....

Please never order from Lieferando etc here, you wait forever and the suppliers sometimes sit there for an hour and wait for a €20 order. Unfortunately, service is very questionable. The staff usually tries to do a good job and be friendly, but unfortunately 90% of the employees don't speak German and hardly any English, so unfortunately you can't communicate if you have a concern and just accept that you got the wrong food because they can't tell you that it's wrong. Of course the problem is not with the staff but with the management

Still waiting for the food for over 30 minutes, the employees are very incompetent, everyone is running around. Now it's really good, everyone was polite, it went very quickly and it was clean too

Recommending is difficult. I stop there more often, but the quality is constantly decreasing. This is certainly due to all sorts of circumstances, forgetting the milk and sugar with coffee... I always have my personal "falling down" moment with the citizens. Unfortunately.

Unfortunately my order wasn't what I hoped. I ordered a Big Mac with no sauce and no pickle because my daughter is allergic to the sauce. I even made a special call to the restaurant to make sure everything was being done correctly. Still, I got a Big Mac with sauce, pickles and even onions. This is really disappointing, especially since it's about an allergy! I also called ten times to ask where my food was and waited almost an hour and a half until it finally arrived - far too late. The ice arrived too, but now it looks more like a waterfall. Unfortunately, because of you, I now have to order a different meal for my daughter!

Order terminals are often broken. Otherwise normal Megges.

It's just a McDonald's. If you don't like that per se, you simply shouldn't go. What I personally noticed in this branch during my last visits: Much more effort is put into service and cleanliness, especially in the restaurant. It's actually bad that you have to mention this explicitly. But in Germany in particular, I have repeatedly noticed that this is or has been neglected. The tray returns are overflowing, so people leave their leftovers on the table and the tables and floor are dirty everywhere. Here the service regularly comes through, wipes the tables and sweeps away the dirt. I think it's good 👍

Since it was relatively empty in the evening, the order came to the table within almost 5 minutes. Shortly beforehand, our table was freshly wiped, which was very pleasant, and the service person checked the order for completeness before bringing it, which was very pleasant. Many balloons were also inflated and laid out for the little guests, so it was a nice stay for everyone.

Want to satisfy your hunger for a moment. Hasn't been there for a long time. Was very amazed at the terminals for ordering food. For me personally, it's not my thing at all. Especially when there are people standing behind you, jostling and complaining when you can't order quickly at the terminal. Directions were well signposted and there were enough parking spaces available.

There is a lot of cheating here at the drive-thru. Found it for the second time today.

Drive in is a disaster! I'd rather go somewhere else in the future. I could have eaten there and still been able to finish it. But maybe I misunderstood the principle of drive in.😶

Just visited today at around 24:30. The Young lady working on the drive-in was super fast, professional and friendly. This is how service should look like at every McDonalds in town (fortunately is not like this).

One of the worst shops in Nuremberg. Sometimes you wait forever for your food even though there's nothing going on. Unfriendly staff I've ordered online there 3 times now, the first time I forgot a Chessburger, the second time everything was perfect, the third time I didn't get enough of an entire menu. Simply a disaster

That was definitely the last time we went to these McDonalds. At the drive in Happy meal ordered so far so good, paid for, next counter I see the lady putting books in my bag because there are no more games. Well, it wasn't a quick restaurant, waiting in the drive-thru for an hour and then finally getting your food isn't ok! And we weren't there at a time when there was a lot going on (1 o'clock).

I have to agree with the others here, this shop should immediately hire a new manager. Exactly 29 minutes after the order was placed, the food came with cold fries and a missing burger. All tables with leftover food and/or full trays. Visitor numbers are not nearly as high for this poor condition and service.

We waited over an hour for our food and then realized that it wasn't even in the system - we had selected order to be delivered to the table. And to top it all off, we got a parking ticket because of course we stood in the parking lot for too long (more than 2 hours). But only because our food took so long. Maybe this is a new business model at McDonald's, but in the future without me!

Wow... that was one of the worst visits to McDonald's... you stand in line for over 10 minutes before you can even pay, even though the store is empty. Then you are called so that the food is ready, you go to the counter and are ignored, after 5 minutes you are told that the potatoes are still missing, after another 5 minutes you get your food, a cold burger, nuggets that are not cooked through, and so on Potatoes that are extremely hot. Bon appetit... and yes, I've worked in a McDonald's before, I know how it works, and there are a lot of things wrong here.

Unfortunately, no one here can speak German anymore. English isn't really available either. I wanted to order from the cashier. She didn't accept my order or suggested that I should order at the terminal. This is forced. After I called the manager/branch manager, I also had to communicate with him in half German and half English. After asking several times, he admitted that you can order at the checkout, but you don't want to... That's how I understood it... where does that lead? I didn't eat anything, I only stayed there because of my child. And last but not least, I noticed that the heaters aren't turned on. Everyone is sitting in the restaurant with their jackets on. Really a shame

The three of us sat in McCafe from 10 p.m. to midnight at night. There was almost nothing going on, had good conversations and lost track of time. Of course we ate and drank there and often reordered. actually a quality feature in normal sites. If it weren't for the parking fee for exceeding the maximum parking time of 2 hours. 4 days later there was a bill for over 25 EUR sent home by post. Although we have often reordered and McDonalds has made a lot of money from us, carrying out such an action is still the bottom drawer. I will never set foot in here again.

Stood in the Mc Drive area for 30 minutes and nothing progressed... Cars honking and the line is forever long. According to the website it is open 24 hours a day but as a customer you are standing in front of closed doors even though you can see guests in the restaurant eating… The employees just laugh at you. Ich habe leider mehrfach negative Erfahrungen in dieser Filiale gemacht. Es kommt immer wieder zu extrem langen Wartezeiten, und das Personal ist weder freundlich noch zuvorkommend – kein „Hallo“, keine Begrüßung. Die Tische sind oft unsauber, was den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich beeinträchtigt. Im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald’s-Filialen, die ich kenne, fällt diese Filiale deutlich ab. Auch wenn der Hunger groß ist, werde ich in Zukunft einen Bogen um diesen Standort machen.

After a year of visiting McDonald's, I couldn't avoid ordering something here again. I ordered ice cream twice at self-service screens and an apple turnover. Pick up after 10 minutes. Branch almost empty at 10am and yet it takes over 40 minutes for a burger. It's unbelievable how you can work even slower, like in slow motion.

Catastrophe for a McDonald's bottom drawer. We were with a group of 7 people because at the time of the order there were 2 other guests because after waiting and asking for over 25 minutes the first orders came after about 35 minutes.
