Mir hat das McDonalds hier sehr gut gefallen, die Ambiente ist sehr schön und das Essen sehr lecker. Mitarbeiter sind top, vor allem Liza hat uns toll bedient.

War halt viel los. Mussten drin bestellen, mitm Transporter schlecht in den Drive in. Die eine Einfahrt is sehr eng. Sollte mal verändert werden, wenn man von der Sigmund reinfahren möchte. Dadurch das Baustelle a noch is , is es noch enger. Da is besser von der anderen Seite reinzufahren.

Kirani ist ein toller Kerl und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr angenehm, mit so einem netten Mitarbeiter zu McDonald's zu kommen.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. A 20-minute wait for a bottle of apple juice and a Happy Meal is completely absurd. I ordered first, yet three people were served ahead of me. Total disorganization and a complete lack of respect for customers. Only after I asked the staff why it was taking so long was my order even prepared. Before that, they clearly had no intention of processing it. Every time you go to this McDonald's, it takes an extremely long time to get your order. The staff works far too slowly. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

We didn't have time to complain this time, which is a real shame. One burger was missing, and the coffee was lukewarm and unsweetened. On top of that, despite booking online, we had to wait almost 10 minutes at the counter.

I ordered 20 plant nuggets, the packaging said "plant" but they contained cheese nuggets. The food was for takeaway and I only noticed the mistake on the highway, as I was just passing through. For such a small order, this was a huge mistake and unacceptable to me, as I don't eat cheese.

Waiting over 30 minutes has nothing to do with fast food. I could get a freshly prepared roast pork or something similar elsewhere in that time. Unbelievable! Then another customer complained and wanted to speak to the manager, who just snapped at him briefly and then turned his attention to another customer. They were completely overwhelmed; every other order was being returned. Absolutely unacceptable. This is unacceptable, McDonald's. One Big Mac, one Cheeseburger, and another 20-minute wait. And it was lukewarm, too. I even got rude to them afterward when I complained. Incredible, really. That was definitely the last time I'll be coming here.

You need a quick bite to eat late at night, so you head to the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the one on Sigmundstrasse is a disaster. You wait FOREVER for your food. I don't see this as "fast" food. Every time you wait forever for your order, then things are forgotten, and the food is bad even by McDonald's standards.

Of all the McDonald's I've visited so far, this one has the friendliest staff and the tables are cleaned regularly.

A real disaster. The wrap was only half full, just a thick slice of cucumber thrown in, and the chicken wasn't even cut. The wrap wasn't even full, nothing, damn 4 euros for bread and salad.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. The cheeseburger without pickles is always freezing cold, you can tell because the cheese doesn't melt. I'm definitely not going back there. I've been giving them chances for four years, but this is a disaster.

I'm a McDonald's regular and have visited a few branches. Unfortunately, this one doesn't taste as good as others. Time overrun of 17 minutes and a €20 fine. Honestly, kids just want to play and eat – with ordering time, eating time, and playtime alone, two hours can easily go by. Charging them so disproportionately for this is simply brazen and unfriendly to customers. Anyone who attracts families with children should also understand that they won't be done in 60 minutes. Instead, they're treated like a nuisance and have their money taken out of their pockets. I will definitely not eat at this McDonald's again and would rather find a more pleasant place without such unnecessary time pressure and rip-offs.
