McDonald's in Nürnberg

I was there yesterday around 1 a.m. and wanted to order something because it says online that they're open until 5 a.m. It was a nightmare, which I completely understand, which is probably why no one complained. There were customers in front of me waiting to order something, too, because the terminals were already turned off. But instead of saying that they weren't accepting any more orders or posting something similar to say that only the drive-thru was open, I was simply ignored and left standing. When I asked if I could order now, I was simply told "no," and why they didn't put up a notice so people could see it, or why they didn't say anything. I was simply ignored by the manager. Apparently, judging by the reviews, this has been a long-standing problem, which is why I can't understand why nothing has been done about it. I would have understood if the employees had finished the orders they had taken first and then accepted new ones, since the store is open until 5 a.m. Instead, I couldn't order anything at all at 1 a.m. and was left standing. The customers in front of me had already waited an hour. Without receiving any information. I don't think that's right.

Unfortunately, we were completely disappointed here... Tables weren't cleared (trays of trash were simply left on the tables), the preparation of our order took about 20 minutes, and then the food was cold. Half of the slightly browned lettuce was placed next to the burger instead of on top. My partner got the stalk of the lettuce on her burger. Meanwhile, music played from half-broken speakers... An experience I wouldn't wish on anyone...

I've been standing at the drive-thru for over 60 minutes. In that time, they've processed two cars, and two are still in front of me. I'm afraid it'll take another hour! Unfortunately, I can't go forward or back :( I'm definitely not coming back here. I'd rather not have anything to eat!

Although McDonald's is officially open until 5:00 a.m., they stopped accepting orders at 1:30 a.m. This is completely incomprehensible and disappointing. If you advertise opening hours, you should stick to them – anything else is simply poor service.

At the McDonald's branch on Sigmund-Straße, the staff seems to be pursuing their own challenge: "How do I turn a simple order into a guessing game?" Wrong or missing products? Standard. Wait times as if each fries were grown individually? Of course! Anyone who thought fast food was fast will be proven wrong here. Truly impressive how consistently they can drive service into the ground. Chapeau!

It's really bad, the food is often missing. Today I didn't check (at the McDrive), and lo and behold – half of my order was missing and the food was very cold. Chef is not good. Always dirty plate. 3 times , i tell them. Your food plate is so dirty. Their behaviour was too bed.

The fries have been better, and the burgers are almost cold, and you can't even hold them properly because of all the sauce. The meat just slides off.

The worst MC I know in the region. What I wanted to order was available at another MC three weeks ago. Apparently, the menu wasn't available there. Then there was a lot more in it, which was also charged. It's probably because I unfortunately speak German/Franconian... We had a small problem but the friendly gentleman on the phone did everything he could to compensate us and he was more than generous. We received a subsequent delivery and a friendly service that is rarely seen these days.

The restaurant was cold and drafty everywhere. Completely uncomfortable. Chairs and tables were sticky. I'd be happy to leave them without me in the future.

Unfortunately my order wasn't what I hoped. I ordered a Big Mac with no sauce and no pickle because my daughter is allergic to the sauce. I even made a special call to the restaurant to make sure everything was being done correctly. Still, I got a Big Mac with sauce, pickles and even onions. This is really disappointing, especially since it's about an allergy! I also called ten times to ask where my food was and waited almost an hour and a half until it finally arrived - far too late. The ice arrived too, but now it looks more like a waterfall. Unfortunately, because of you, I now have to order a different meal for my daughter!

It's just a McDonald's. If you don't like that per se, you simply shouldn't go. What I personally noticed in this branch during my last visits: Much more effort is put into service and cleanliness, especially in the restaurant. It's actually bad that you have to mention this explicitly. But in Germany in particular, I have repeatedly noticed that this is or has been neglected. The tray returns are overflowing, so people leave their leftovers on the table and the tables and floor are dirty everywhere. Here the service regularly comes through, wipes the tables and sweeps away the dirt. I think it's good 👍

Since it was relatively empty in the evening, the order came to the table within almost 5 minutes. Shortly beforehand, our table was freshly wiped, which was very pleasant, and the service person checked the order for completeness before bringing it, which was very pleasant. Want to satisfy your hunger for a moment. Hasn't been there for a long time. Was very amazed at the terminals for ordering food. For me personally, it's not my thing at all. Especially when there are people standing behind you, jostling and complaining when you can't order quickly at the terminal. Directions were well signposted and there were enough parking spaces available.

There is a lot of cheating here at the drive-thru. Found it for the second time today.

Unfriendly staff I've ordered online there 3 times now, the first time I forgot a Chessburger, the second time everything was perfect, the third time I didn't get enough of an entire menu. I have to agree with the others here, this shop should immediately hire a new manager. Exactly 29 minutes after the order was placed, the food came with cold fries and a missing burger. All tables with leftover food and/or full trays. Visitor numbers are not nearly as high for this poor condition and service.

We waited over an hour for our food and then realized that it wasn't even in the system - we had selected order to be delivered to the table. And to top it all off, we got a parking ticket because of course we stood in the parking lot for too long (more than 2 hours). But only because our food took so long. Maybe this is a new business model at McDonald's, but in the future without me!

Wow... that was one of the worst visits to McDonald's... you stand in line for over 10 minutes before you can even pay, even though the store is empty. Was at Mc Drive at 10:30. Wanted a breakfast. It took my turn until it was my turn. It was 10:33 am. The lady told me not in a very friendly way: Breakfast is only until 10:30 a.m. Not anymore! Unfortunately, no one here can speak German anymore. English isn't really available either. I wanted to order from the cashier. She didn't accept my order or suggested that I should order at the terminal. This is forced. After I called the manager/branch manager, I also had to communicate with him in half German and half English. After asking several times, he admitted that you can order at the checkout, but you don't want to... That's how I understood it... where does that lead? I didn't eat anything, I only stayed there because of my child. And last but not least, I noticed that the heaters aren't turned on. Everyone is sitting in the restaurant with their jackets on. Really a shame
