Everything is good, what can you say it's just McDonald's, 4 you can always make differences in the service at most, but everything was fine here

Very long waiting times, unfriendly staff, sometimes you wait over 20 minutes for your food.

Started weak, slowed down a lot. Food arrives after an hour and is cold. Service is inattentive and doesn't get the order right. Tables are all dirty and no one cares about it. There are no sauces except mayonnaise and the packaging isn't right either. Toilets don't work at all either. Nobody cares about the guests... Horrible really

Stood in the Mc Drive area for 30 minutes and nothing progressed... Cars honking and the line is forever long. According to the website it is open 24 hours a day but as a customer you are standing in front of closed doors even though you can see guests in the restaurant eating… The employees just laugh at you. That's not how you deal with customers ever again. Worst service I have ever experienced.!!!!!

Ich habe leider mehrfach negative Erfahrungen in dieser Filiale gemacht. Es kommt immer wieder zu extrem langen Wartezeiten, und das Personal ist weder freundlich noch zuvorkommend – kein „Hallo“, keine Begrüßung. Die Tische sind oft unsauber, was den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich beeinträchtigt. Im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald’s-Filialen, die ich kenne, fällt diese Filiale deutlich ab. Auch wenn der Hunger groß ist, werde ich in Zukunft einen Bogen um diesen Standort machen.

What is the intention behind it? 20 minutes from the time the order is placed until it is handed over is not good for me at a fast food restaurant.

One of the worst McD's in Nuremberg, we had to wait forever for our food. although it had been prepared for a long time. Unfortunately, the lady at the counter preferred chatting with friends instead of serving the guests. Since we took the food with us, we only realized when we got home that it was cold, that there were only 17 nuggets in the pack instead of 20 and that some of the sauces weren't there either.

So for me it's not a service if you have to order your food via app

The worst McDonald's I've been to far too often. Orders take forever and aren't even delivered correctly. From forgotten reusable cups to wrong drinks and burgers are flying apart and some of the meat is black.

I came to the restaurant at a fairly quiet time on Friday morning. I like going to McDonald's but I definitely won't go to this branch anymore. When I saw how the breakfast products were prepared without tongs, just with my hands and what the preparation table looked like, I actually forgot about the food. Anyone who places eggs and chicken meat from a bowl onto the prepared products using fingers and without tongs. Without words. Apparently the man in charge of the shift who was standing next to him wasn't interested either. Without saying anything to the worker in the kitchen. Hygiene training should urgently be carried out here. Toilets weren't clean either. As I said, never this branch again.

Impossible service!!! At the counter you are made to wait 20 minutes with a “just a moment please” and for a simple order like a McSundae you wait in an endless queue again, as if that wasn’t enough. The telephone is also unreachable so that customers can describe their concerns, so it's just catastrophic there. Structure and personnel should be reconsidered to avoid such situations!

Really impressive how 3 employees try to pack 2 open orders into bags and just can't get it together. You can watch them pack the burgers 5 times from one bag to the other, it's just a total loss...

We ordered our breakfast menu. They served us after an half hour and the hot drink was cold. After that had to wait total 40 minutes for only Wrap. So terrible system here.

She didn't do anything except continue counting burgers. After I spoke to the branch manager/team management, she kindly helped me and offered to pay at the counter, but unfortunately everything no longer worked. I had to order it somehow at the app machine so I had to go back. After everything was ordered we didn't wait long, but it wasn't complete either and the unfriendly waitress spilled half of my gas down my pants. "oops" with a smile they cleaned the table that hadn't gotten anything and left again After I dried myself off, if you can call it that, I went to pick up my missing things. The team management gave me my share of the missing items and a 6 nugget for free. When I got to the place I unfortunately noticed that I was sitting at the place again without my salad, so I went back and asked the lady I had previously asked for help with the machine to give me my salad, my receipt and a bag because I didn't have any more She wanted to eat there, she didn't understand anything, she went to a colleague and asked for a bag and then started counting or checking the burgers in the display again. One of the bad MacDonalds around. On every visit something was either forgotten or something didn't work properly with the order. Sometimes it can happen that the order is marked as completed and picked up and you only get your food if you ask. The order is forgotten and you can take care of it being prepared... Basically, I like the McDonalds concept. The restaurant makes a neat, new-fangled impression. Employees often don't understand well and the food (double cheeseburger) was poor. Meat had probably been in the warming box for too long (10:1 meat).

This MC Donald's doesn't manage to keep up with the orders, you wait over an hour to get something to eat and then the food isn't ready, fries are cold, burgers are badly topped, stupid talk from employees and pushes away from those serving tables.
