Time overrun of 17 minutes and a €20 fine. Honestly, kids just want to play and eat – with ordering time, eating time, and playtime alone, two hours can easily go by. Charging them so disproportionately for this is simply brazen and unfriendly to customers. Anyone who attracts families with children should also understand that they won't be done in 60 minutes. Instead, they're treated like a nuisance and have their money taken out of their pockets. I will definitely not eat at this McDonald's again and would rather find a more pleasant place without such unnecessary time pressure and rip-offs.

The last time we were there, there were three families. All well and good, but after about two and a half hours, we all got up and went home together. Now we've all been fined €20 by the parking depot for exceeding our parking time. Bravo, now we have even more reason to never eat McDonald's again. I don't even bother getting a coffee as a taxi driver.

I think it's a real shame that the filet o fish has become so expensive. On top of that, yesterday I only had half a slice of cheese on it, and whether the size of the fillet has stayed the same is questionable.

Unfortunately, things often get forgotten here, and the employees seem visibly overwhelmed. It's often too busy, but not enough staff – waiting times of up to 40 minutes are not uncommon. There's definitely room for improvement.

Waiting 30 minutes to get food. The main thing is that they come with an ice cream or something before that. What's the point of it? Just unnecessary waste of time to eat.

Unfortunately, you have to give it one star. We were there today around 12:30 AM and ordered something. We waited 45 minutes and kept asking for our order. After 50 minutes, I lost my patience and asked for our order. The lady said, "Just a minute," and we finally got cold, old food. It tasted disgusting.

I've been there before. This time everything went well. The order was packed completely and piping hot. I checked again, as I'd been missing a few things on previous visits. The store was very clean, with plenty of staff, very friendly and helpful. I'd be happy to go again.

I highly recommend this restaurant; the service is better than at any other McDonald's I've been to. People come up to you every now and then and ask if everything's okay, if there's anything missing, etc. The service is very friendly, and the employees are very courteous. Furthermore, someone is constantly walking through the restaurant cleaning it; everything is spotlessly clean. The tables are also cleaned very thoroughly, not just briefly.

But we're talking about fast food here – and honestly, I don't expect a 20-minute wait. After a while, we politely asked how our order was going. An employee came over, looked at the receipt, briefly asked what we'd ordered – and then disappeared again. Another five minutes later, I went to the counter and asked myself. A lady was called over who unfortunately barely spoke German, but said, "Ready in a minute." A few more minutes later, an employee came with a tray – followed by a second one – and asked us seriously: "Is that all?" I became suspicious, compared the bill with what was on the table – and lo and behold: an entire meal was missing, as were fries and various sauces. So I went back to the counter, explained everything, and waited again. Everything just seemed totally disorganized – as if no one knew exactly what the staff were doing there and what impact this was having. And then came the icing on the cake: because the children hadn't eaten everything, I wanted to take a carrier bag. The employee looked at me in surprise, called a colleague, and I repeated my request. The two of them went to the bistro and asked what I meant, or what a carrier bag even was. I don't want to offend anyone personally, but it seemed as if many of the employees weren't really trained or on board. A competent manager should take a closer look and bring order to the process. It's a shame, because I remembered McDonald's as better. The food itself was okay – typical fast food, nothing to complain about. The atmosphere is also neutral, like any McDonald's. But when I wait almost half an hour for something that's supposed to be "quick," I do wonder if the brand's core philosophy hasn't been lost somewhere. I was recently at McDonald's with the kids on vacation in Croatia, and the service was unfortunately more structured.

They just forgot or lost the order. The waiting time is more than 10 minutes. It's good that I came up and asked what was going on. This is not the first time. Ordered today at 4 a.m. via the drive in.... First there was an unfriendly service person who couldn't say a "hello", nor a "please" or a "thank you".... Instead just mushy and unfriendly.... The nuggets were cold... The fries weren't cooked through.... The food was criticized and the portions handed out were simply warmed up... No sound came from the employee....

Apparently, judging by the reviews, this has been a long-standing problem, which is why I can't understand why nothing has been done about it. I would have understood if the employees had finished the orders they had taken first and then accepted new ones, since the store is open until 5 a.m. Instead, I couldn't order anything at all at 1 a.m. and was left standing. The customers in front of me had already waited an hour. Without receiving any information. I don't think that's right.

At the McDonald's branch on Sigmund-Straße, the staff seems to be pursuing their own challenge: "How do I turn a simple order into a guessing game?" Wrong or missing products? Standard. It's just a McDonald's. If you don't like that per se, you simply shouldn't go. What I personally noticed in this branch during my last visits: Much more effort is put into service and cleanliness, especially in the restaurant. It's actually bad that you have to mention this explicitly. But in Germany in particular, I have repeatedly noticed that this is or has been neglected. The tray returns are overflowing, so people leave their leftovers on the table and the tables and floor are dirty everywhere. Here the service regularly comes through, wipes the tables and sweeps away the dirt. I think it's good 👍

Since it was relatively empty in the evening, the order came to the table within almost 5 minutes.
