Clean, food is ready quickly, well organized. Unfortunately no toilet (you have to go to the station toilet) and unfortunately no fresh towels - that's stupid with finger food.

This is the worst tasting chicken from KFC that I have ever gotten. It was overcooked and dry. I'm an American, and this was not even close to tasting like KFC. Change your name to Dry & Tastless.

The KFC in Nuremberg main station is always a good address for me when I have a longer stay at the train track. It's conveniently located right on Platform 1, and the quality of the food is reliably good. Ordering via the terminal is extremely quick - actually much faster than I'm used to at other branches.

I ordered two Crispy Chilli Cheeseburgers at KFC Nuremberg at the main train station at the terminal and paid for 2 burgers. After a long wait I received the bag. On the way to my train I unpacked and noticed that only one burger was packed. When reporting this error, an employee told me I had only ordered one, that's what he saw. Since I have been a guest at KFC for many years and have always been very satisfied, at that moment I felt like a fraudster who wanted to cheat KFC out of a burger for 1.99 and decided not to enter KFC's restaurants again.

Really nicely decorated. The food is also quite good. But I would point out the many cockroaches that are on the windows of the KFC on platform 1 (I assume that's where the kitchen is). Since cockroaches are usually found where there is water, warmth or food, it may indicate that they could come from the KFC in Nuremberg train station. Cockroaches can transmit diseases and should therefore be combated. I'll point this out and hope it gets to the bottom of it.

I actually like KFC, but if you know it from the old days where you could get a bucket menu with coleslaw, fries and a drink for just under €15, it's 4 chicken strips, with a medium fries and a drink, plus an extra coleslaw for that 14 really poor. The ordering machine didn't accept my card at first and instead of being asked which drink I wanted, they simply put a cola on my tray. In addition, you will be begged in the restaurant, which is not ok. I've been disappointed here in the branch before, but definitely not here again.

I always come here to get kfc but I was so disappointed today I bought chicken 3 pieces and I got 2 wings and another bony part of the chicken, everything was super dry. I thought getting the 3 pieces would at least get me a chicken thigh

Absolutely disgusting eating it. The leg was ancient and dried out, as were the fillet bites, the fries were ice cold and tasted of rancid fat. The fillets of the bbq burger were tough as leather. When I complained about this, I was annoyed and given a much smaller burger with just as tough meat. I've never eaten so disgustingly at KFC...

Unfortunately the first time at KFC. No logical map for newbies and no good explanation from the staff either! In hindsight, I think I would have wanted the crispies. But I didn't read it correctly! My mistake! It said veggie...but also...available as veggie! As already said, my mistake! I'll try KFC again somewhere else and see what the friendliness is like there. I was there this evening at around 7:15 p.m., of course I was already in a hurry, tired and hungry. I ordered three products to take away from the new terminal. That was two burgers and a latte - but there was only one burger in the bag, the second one was obviously never packed. But I only noticed this when I opened the paper bag and was already on the train on the way home! I can only hope that this isn't a regular scam, especially at the main station - where people are in a hurry and the staff actually know that everyone has to get to the train and don't check their bags straight away when they leave! In my case, all that was missing was the small burger for 1.99 euros, but that could just as easily have been one for 5.99 or 6.99 and KFC would still have pocketed the money. I paid with a debit card and of course handed my receipt in good faith at the counter when I picked it up. Next time I'd rather check or eat on site. I really hope this was just a small mistake by a beginner. The food and coffee were actually good, but please pack your customers' entire order!

Wir waren hier essen, die hotwings und die filet bites waren lecker, jedoch ist hier eine taube herumgelaufen und ein kleiner junge hat uns (und andere) nach essen gefragt und sich dann nicht mit einer packung pommes zufrieden gegeben. All in all ganz nett hier, service nett, es wird auch immer direkt gewischt wenn der tisch verlassen wurde, jedoch kommen wir kein zweites mal her.

Schlechte Mitarbeiterin! Die korrpulente Südamerikanische Dame hat mich als Idiot bezeichnet, weil ich sie beim Zigaretten kaufen im Tabakladen nebenan nicht vor lassen wollte. Wir mussten zum Zug der in wenigen Minuten abgefahren wäre, deshalb hab ich diese Bitte abgelehnt, da wir es auch eilig hatten. Das Restaurant kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich dort nicht gegessen habe und ich werde es nach dieser Erfahrung auch nicht mehr machen. Wenn man sich schlecht benimmt, sollte man nicht die Klamotten von seinem Arbeitgeber tragen. Das wirft ein schlechtes Licht auf seinen Betrieb. Erfahrung vom 28.12.23 ca 20.10 Uhr.

Die Preise sind teuer und das was man dafür bekommt nichts. Die "großen" Pommes sind bei Konkurrenten deutlich reichhaltiger als hier. Der "Burger" war ein Brötchen mit enorm viel Mayonnaise und zwei Chicken Tenders dazwischen geklemmt. Auf einen Burger gehört meiner Meinung nach mehr als Mayo. Für 10€ erhält man also ein dürftiges Mahl, welches ausschließlich nach Mayo schmeckt. Darauf musste man recht lang warten, weil das Team nichts im Griff hatte. Erster und letzter Besuch in diesem Laden.

The personnel refused to let me use the toilet, though I have ordered food. KFC's Web-Page for clients' feedback did not accept the payslip code. The food itself is standard quality for KFC.

这家店的炸鸡经常放的比较久。顾客很多，服务人员速度也比较慢，所以一般等待时间也比较长。但对于一个全年供应炸鸡到12点的地方，一切都不重要。

Zamówiliśmy jedzenie które zostało pominięte, po 20 min gdybym nie spytała co z moim zamówieniem nr.30 pewnie zamówienia byśmy nie otrzymali. Mało tego kiedy Pani wzięła mój paragon aby je skompletować bo było zamawiane na wynos, w domu okazało się że brakuje jednego produktu( chili cheese crunch). A inne zamówione produkty przesolone na maksa !!!!!! Wielkie rozczarowanie, zmarnowane pieniądze, czas! Nie polecam ( zakup dnia 10 grudnia) nie wiem czy winna personelu ,czy tak jest na codzień? Jednym słowem balagan, chaos, zero organizacji!

Leider war das Restaurant beim ersten Mal recht schmutzig. Vor kurzem war ich wieder da, da war es sehr sauber.

Sie vergessen immer etwas. Auf dem bestellten Essen fehlt immer etwas. Die Kindermenü ist dürftig. . Vor ein paar Abenden Das für das kleine Mädchen bestellte Essen ,enthielt nur eine kleine Hähnchenkeule,mais und einen Saft, keine Pommes. Im Vergleich zum Kindermenü bei McDonald's ist es nichts.

Fliet Bits schmecken angehm und man sieht deutlich saftiges ungepresstes Hähnchen. Pommes kalt. Der Cappuccino ist für 2,99 € recht gross und bodenständig. Das Image vom Personal könnte motivierend gefördert werden. Schlechte Laune, frech und zu tiefst gelangweilt.

KFC in Germany (at least this one) is incredibly underwhelming. They have none of the good stuff (like egg toast breakfast, pancakes, deluxe shake, Poké Bowl, Qurrito), only the "classic" dry and bland chicken stuff. If you want good KFC, try it in Hungary :D

Keine Toiletten vor Ort. Wirklich jedes Mal absolut jedes Mal lange Wartezeiten. Man kann nicht vorbestellen per lieferando oder sonstigem. Und Frechheit aus 9 Menü hot Wing wurden einfach 6 zum selben Preis.

Das Essen war frisch und super. Aber der Service war unterirdisch. Wenn ich an einem Bahnhof etwas zum Essen im Restaurant bestelle, knapp eine dreiviertel Stunde vor Schließung erwarte ich auch, dass ich dies zu mir nehmen kann. Aber es wurden Stühle und Tische um einen herum gesäubert, man hat uns mehrfach mitgeteilt, dass man ganz bald schließe und wir uns beeilen sollen. Als dann um 23:30 das Licht zumindest kurzfristig ausgemacht wurde, war es uns aber zu blöd und wir haben die Reste mitgenommen. Kunden nach uns wurde bei Abholung der Bestellung gesagt, also nach Bezahlung und Zubereitung gesagt, es sei nur noch zum mitnehmen möglich. Finde ich insgesamt unfassbar schlecht und ist für KFC als Marke wahrscheinlich auch nicht wünschenswert

Ich habe KFC mal wieder eine Chance gegeben... Nachdem ich bei meinem allerersten Besuch halbrohe wings hatte, an denen noch Federn hingen. Und ich bei meinem zweiten Besuch nur mit Hilfe einer textbassiert Speisekarte "Hähnchenteile" bestellt und chicken nuggets erwartet habe, war die Messlatte entsprechend. Überrascht hat mich direkt bei Betreten der FIliale, dass die Bestellterminals funktionsfähig sind, anders als beim letzten Mal, als ich der Kette den Vorteil des Zweifels bieten wollte. Nachdem ich das Menü ausgiebig kennenlernen durfte, entschied ich mich für die Super Deal Box XL. Bei der Anpassung der automatisch generierten Bestandteile dieser Box ist mir das innovative Genie dieser Fastfoodkette begegnet, welche, wie ich während meines Besuchs gelernt habe, ihre erste Filiale tatsächlich 1968 in Deutschland eröffnet hatte: man kann die einzelnen Bestandteile eines Menüs aus der Bestellung entfernen und dabei eine schockierende Gutschrift von 0,00€ erhalten. Ob man dann tatsächlich ein Menü erhält, in dem wie ausgewählt zum Beispiel der Burger fehlt, war mir für den ersten Versuch dann doch gewagt. Es wurde also der Chilli cheese crisp mit Pepsi. Die anderen beiden Zutaten, Pommes und die beiden Crisps, lassen sich abgesehen von der eben erwähnten Entfernung aus der Bestellung nicht weiter anpassen. Immerhin wird einem die Wahl zwischen Ketchup und Mayonnaise bewahrt, womit KFC dem alltäglichen Bewohner der Bundesrepublik Deutschland meiner Meinung nach bereits alle nötige Entscheidungsfreiheit bietet. Zu meiner Überraschung sollte aus diesem Besuch kein Akt des sinnlosen Konsums werden, wie es bei solchen Fastfoodketten sonst üblich ist. Während ich nämlich an der Essensausgabe sehnsüchtig auf meine Bestellung gewartet habe, entschied sich das Team der Filiale dazu, mir einen ausgiebigen Einblick in seine Arbeitsablaufe zu verschaffen: Die (wie aus solchen Fastfoodkette gewohnt fast komplett verhüllte) Küche bereitet die Speisen rigoros und in einer von Motivation zeugenden Geschwindigkeit vor. Crisps und Wings stehen allseits bereit in einer durch Heizlampen beleuchteten Auslage, während alle restlichen Speisen auf Tabletts in ein überraschend kleines Fach gelegt werden, welches aufgrund seiner Konstruktion keine nebeneinander stehenden Bestellungen erlaubt. Ich vermute, dass sich dadurch die fließbandartige Arbeitsweise der hinter den Tresen stehenden gebildet hat. Eine Person steht permanent an dem manuellen Bestellterminal und bedient die wenigen Kunden, die sozialen Kontakt der absoluten Kontrolle über ihre Bestellung vorziehen. Andere Aufgaben hat diese Person nicht. Die Auszubildende, deren Position an ihrer Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit, ihrem Gesichtsausdruck und ihrer gelegentlichen Überforderung zu erkennen ist, übernimmt fast alle anderen Aufgaben. Dazu gehört das sortieren der Bestellungen, das ergänzen dieser durch die allseits bereit liegenden Crisps und Wings und das Füllen der Becher mit den zu den Bestellungen gehörigen Getränken. Letzteres wurde ihr durch den Umstand erschwert, dass die automatische Getränkeausgabe scheinbar defekt ist, was eine manuelle Befüllung der Becher aus handelsüblichen 1,5l Flaschen nötig macht. Zumindest wird sie bei diesen Aufgaben von zwei weiteren Mitarbeitern unterstützt, wobei eine sich gelegentlich dem ergänzen der Bestellungen aus der Hitzeteke übernimmt und die andere die fertigen Bestellungen entgegen nimmt, um in gewohnt gebrochenem Deutsch die Bestellnummern in die Filiale ruft. Dabei wirs aus Zeitgründen nicht auf eine Reaktion der Kunden gewartet, welche ihre Bestellung an ihrem eigenen Gedächtnis und der Position der Mitarbeiter während des Ausrufens ihrer Bestellnummer identifizieren dürfen. Weil Google eine ausführliche Beschreibung meines Erlebnises durch Zeichenbeschränkung verhindert, muss ich den Text an dieser Stelle abkürzen. Das Essen war nebenbei keine absolute Enttäuschung, wie ich es mittlerweile gewohnt war.

Chicken hier ist immer das beste

Wir hatten nur eine gute halbe Stunde bis unsere Züge fuhren und dachten daher, dass wir einfach schnell zu KFC gehen. Schnell ging es aber leider so gar nicht! Wir haben weit über 10min auf unsere nicht besonders großen oder komplizierten Bestellungen gewartet. Die Bestellung meines Partners wurde sogar erst vergessen, weshalb er noch deutlich länger warten musste als ich. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich und hat partout keine Strohhalme herausgerückt (aber immerhin einen Deckel). Das fanden wir extrem ungünstig, da wir nicht mehr geschafft haben alles direkt vor Ort zu essen, sondern den Rest mitnehmen mussten. Das Essen an sich war ok, aber auch nicht so super, dass es den Ärger wert gewesen wäre. Fazit: Müssen wir nicht nochmal haben und für den Service gibt es ganz bewusst keine Sterne!

Für einen KFC im Hauptbahnhof - im Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof, bin ich positiv überrascht. Es war mehr oder weniger sauber im Laden und mein Essen wahr schnell fertig und hat wie man es von KFC gewohnt ist gut geschmeckt. Die Displays zum bestellen haben allerdings extrem gehangen und nahezu alle bis auf zwei waren ganz aus. Das hat ein kurzes aber unnötiges warten verursacht
