The chicken breat was half size with the big filet removed before it was cooked. Otherwise exactly as expected. Order kiosk was very user-friendly.

They speak more Turkish and German, plus the Turkish music was at full volume in the kitchen so you can hardly have a conversation. But the high point where I escaped from this restaurant was pigeons flying around the restaurant and pecking the food from the table so it should be closed and the health department should be informed. It is (unfortunately) standard that fast food chains in train station buildings do not have the cleanest dining rooms. But this KFC has set a new, sad record for me. The entire floor is sticky and littered, there are leftovers from previous guests on almost every table and the staff is more than unmotivated. I once had large fries & a salad. However, the large fries were small. See 3rd photo. This was also confirmed to me when I asked. Then I didn't want to open a barrel on site. The salad tasted okay, but was grossly overpriced.

I ordered a Double Chicken & Bacon Cheeseburger and received a Classic Chickenburger. The price difference is €6. Unfortunately I noticed this too late and didn't look in the bag either...

Food is okay, just fast food, KFC taste like you know everywhere. What is a joke, however, are the sockets for customers next to the tables. Not a single one has been working for a while now, and after I've asked every two weeks, all I get is a mushy response: "You can go to Burger King", "Maybe they have sockets". If I had gotten it, maybe good. I waited for over 10 minutes and then had to leave because the train was tight. The food was already on the warming counter, but none of the three employees felt compelled to pour the drink. Everything was standing there waiting for more things from the kitchen. This is not logistics and not a team. The customer in front of me probably had questions about her Zingerburger. The team leader explained this in detail for five minutes and all employees listened spellbound. Taken care of the other orders? Nope, why? On the display board my order was long gone. The ladies behind the counter weren't really in a hurry.

Only 1 star because of unfair competition. There are 3 hot wings as a reward for a rating. There are also 5 stars shown on the board, which should encourage you to give 5 stars.

Disappointed, I used to order the chili cheese burger often when it was 1.99€ now it is around 2€ something. The price wasn’t the problem however, here I got the wrong order. It has ketchup and cheese not the chili cheese that I knew. I never had ketchup in my chili cheese before so I am very confused.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of discipline among the workforce. The good man at the checkout did everything but take and collect orders and was a master at ignoring the customers standing right in front of him. Because of his lack of concentration, we talked past each other and he confidently ordered me 3 burgers and not 2 burgers as I had requested. I had to correct him. The remaining employees at the counter were filling up orders on trays/paper bags in an uncoordinated manner, while they were loudly flirting with the Ubereats driver and joking about the male acquaintances of one of the employees, so everyone could hear them. In the kitchen, a Bluetooth box with music was playing so loudly that everyone in the front could hear it. Last but not least, I noticed that the burgers were rather poorly seasoned and mashed. Never again. Here you can see what happens when the interaction becomes too funny.

The KFC in Nuremberg main station is always a good address for me when I have a longer stay at the train track. It's conveniently located right on Platform 1, and the quality of the food is reliably good. Ordering via the terminal is extremely quick - actually much faster than I'm used to at other branches.

The menu that I then received when I asked was cold. I also ordered extra bacon. It was also in the wrap, but the chicken meat was left out. That's what I call cheating... when you pay extra and then the meat is left out. I won't be going back to KFC because I've had bad experiences before. Unfortunately, it was an emergency situation. I ordered two Crispy Chilli Cheeseburgers at KFC Nuremberg at the main train station at the terminal and paid for 2 burgers. After a long wait I received the bag. On the way to my train I unpacked and noticed that only one burger was packed. When reporting this error, an employee told me I had only ordered one, that's what he saw. Since I have been a guest at KFC for many years and have always been very satisfied, at that moment I felt like a fraudster who wanted to cheat KFC out of a burger for 1.99 and decided not to enter KFC's restaurants again.

Really nicely decorated. The food is also quite good. But I would point out the many cockroaches that are on the windows of the KFC on platform 1 (I assume that's where the kitchen is). Since cockroaches are usually found where there is water, warmth or food, it may indicate that they could come from the KFC in Nuremberg train station. Cockroaches can transmit diseases and should therefore be combated. I'll point this out and hope it gets to the bottom of it.

There was only one cash register open and it was on a Saturday. No ice cubes around drinks. Not possible, especially on such a hot day. The air conditioning is weak, probably because the doors are open.
