Kentucky Fried Chicken in Nürnberg

The food was delicious and the overall experience was great.

I ordered my food today as normal and received it, but when my number was called I saw that it was for eating in, so on the tablet etc. However, since I ordered to go, I asked if they could please pack it for me to take away because there had probably been a misunderstanding, they said yes and then a worker came over with a bag and the packaging, but she didn't pack my food, she threw everything on the table as if it was my job with a package that I was supposed to put together, the worker looked Indian and small, I ask that we talk about her behavior, thank you very much.

Employees just stand around and look around instead of taking an order!!! I've never seen anything so lazy.

I got the Korean Meal today, and I was very disappointed. €10.99 for almost nothing. The packaging didn't even have Squid Game on it, which is a real shame and disappointing. The fries are soggy and bland. The Pepsi was deflated, and it's definitely too expensive for three pieces of chicken when the packaging doesn't even look like the picture. I'm really very disappointed. I get better quality and quantity at McDonald's for this price. Never again!! But the employee was nice. I'm still hungry, though :(

Really awful. I wanted a Korean meal, and for almost €11 I got three small pieces of chicken, soft fries, and a Pepsi, and it was all so expensive. The packaging for the show wasn't even included. It's all a rip-off. Great advertising on the posters, and then this crap. I'm really disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The Coca-Cola was flat and warm — it felt like drinking hot sugary water. The chicken wings were undercooked, which was not only unappetizing but also concerning from a food safety perspective. Overall, nothing about the visit was enjoyable, and I will definitely never eat here again

Unfortunately, the bites were really salty. Way, way, way too salty. They should taste them before selling them. Otherwise, I think the food is fine.

Unfortunately, the staff completely ignores you. The side dish was forgotten when I ordered, but I didn't realize this until too late (it's better to check your pickup directly with the restaurant). The quality has also declined considerably. The chicken pieces were dry and unappetizing. A disappointment.

its a disgrace. 2 buegers + apfelschorle = almost 16€, and the burger patties were so tiny, if I were to count only the meat it would be hyper expensive for the amount. 70 cents for cheese but the slice is thin and tiny as well. no toilet in sight and the tables are dirty.

The hot wings I bought from this store today were a huge disappointment. I ordered 10 pieces but was surprised at how small the chicken wings were compared to my previous visits. The look was different than what I normally get and am used to. This reduction in quality really disappointed me. Because of this unsatisfactory experience, I will not visit this store again.

It's always busy (due to the location), but you can still get there relatively quickly and get your food quickly. The food has always been hot. Tastes like you know it from KFC. Personally, I always find it very tasty.

I ordered the KFC Kentucky BBQ Original Burger Box through Wolt, and the chicken patty tasted like it had been soaked in pure salt. The amount of salt was overwhelming and made the burger almost inedible. This raises serious questions about food quality. A big brand like KFC should definitely carry out regular quality checks. Too much salt not only has an unpleasant taste, but can also pose a health risk. Very disappointing.

They have excellent vegetarian chicken and chicken wraps. They taste very authentic and are significantly better than Burger King or McDonald's. The prices are reasonable, and you can order and receive your food very quickly.

My son wanted to come here for chicken & fries - nothing special, not even nice and warm, only edible with a child. Unfortunately there are some deficiencies: The staff is very reserved and you hardly notice anything. There is also hardly any friendliness and the employees seem rather frustrated. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired - dirty floors and tables, and no cleaner in sight.

Very strange, you couldn't order from any of the machines. The three of us wanted to order the family & friends bucket and were then looked at strangely by the employee. Apparently the “friends” is only present on the devices. The food was warm, but it was noticeable that the wings were older and no longer really crispy. So a rather disappointing experience.

Burgers were just a standard chicken piece with chili cheese sauce, no salad, no toasted buns. And because everyone can do it warm... what we got was cold. Not lukewarm - cold. I would have liked to buy something to eat, but that wasn't possible. Why? People typically have little time at a HBF. There are six people in the counter area, but only one cash register is open. There's a traffic jam and after waiting 10 minutes I have to stop or I won't be able to make the train. What a bad organization!

About 8-10 order terminals but only one person at the counter. I ordered a simple €2 burger and then realized that 25 people were already waiting in front of me. Output is strictly by number. Everything seems very inefficient and understaffed. The output display with the number display also doesn't work or is simply not used. Hello dear KFC team, I will never eat here again. At first we had to wait 30 minutes for our order. Only after we asked the staff about our order was it prepared. The order contained errors and we were missing a burger and the other burgers were spicy even though we didn't order spicy. Never again!!!

All the staff here seems to be Turkish, there are more than 5 staff at the reception but they are still working very late because they were busy chatting with each other. When I received the food, I was still missing the food I ordered. The experience was terrible and the food wasn't great either

The chicken breat was half size with the big filet removed before it was cooked. Otherwise exactly as expected. Order kiosk was very user-friendly.

It's absolutely not possible to eat in this restaurant! The employees think they are in Turkey. They speak more Turkish and German, plus the Turkish music was at full volume in the kitchen so you can hardly have a conversation. All the tables were dirty and the food was totally inedible and cold. In addition, the employee who clears the tables constantly looks at the customers with an aggressive look. But the high point where I escaped from this restaurant was pigeons flying around the restaurant and pecking the food from the table so it should be closed and the health department should be informed. That's just disgusting. I will never enter this KFC again! !!!!!!

Firstly, no butter with the corn Kolb. Then we realized we got the wrong inserts. Instead of cheese bites we only got nuggets. When I went to the front, all the employees ignored me until I said something and had to maintain eye contact with me. I returned to the table and then saw my double Down wasn't a double down and was a chicken sandwich. I went to the front AGAIN and complained and then came the excuses and sorrys. And of course everything that was ordered incorrectly was thrown away. What a food swing. Just sad.

The nuggets were good, burgers were bad. Bread wasn't toasted and the fries weren't golden brown or crunchy.

It is (unfortunately) standard that fast food chains in train station buildings do not have the cleanest dining rooms. But this KFC has set a new, sad record for me. The entire floor is sticky and littered, there are leftovers from previous guests on almost every table and the staff is more than unmotivated. I once had large fries & a salad. However, the large fries were small. See 3rd photo. This was also confirmed to me when I asked. Then I didn't want to open a barrel on site. The salad tasted okay, but was grossly overpriced.

I ordered a Double Chicken & Bacon Cheeseburger and received a Classic Chickenburger. The price difference is €6. Unfortunately I noticed this too late and didn't look in the bag either...

Food is okay, just fast food, KFC taste like you know everywhere. What is a joke, however, are the sockets for customers next to the tables. Not a single one has been working for a while now, and after I've asked every two weeks, all I get is a mushy response: "You can go to Burger King", "Maybe they have sockets". Thanks but no thanks, that's rude.

Worst KFC I've ever been to!!! Completely disorganized team! Orders were not processed in order, but rather as the employees felt like. At least two employees just stood around stupidly while all hell was going on. Result: Blatantly long waiting time!!! I ended up having to pack the food because there was no time left to eat it there. However, if I had eaten it there, both the fries and the fillet bites would have gone straight back! The fries were cold and unsalted, filet bites were also cold, sauce was completely forgotten, etc. All in all, catastrophic. Never again!!!

The food was already on the warming counter, but none of the three employees felt compelled to pour the drink. Everything was standing there waiting for more things from the kitchen. This is not logistics and not a team. The customer in front of me probably had questions about her Zingerburger. The team leader explained this in detail for five minutes and all employees listened spellbound. Taken care of the other orders? Nope, why? On the display board my order was long gone. The ladies behind the counter weren't really in a hurry.

Only 1 star because of unfair competition. There are 3 hot wings as a reward for a rating. There are also 5 stars shown on the board, which should encourage you to give 5 stars.

Disappointed, I used to order the chili cheese burger often when it was 1.99€ now it is around 2€ something. The price wasn’t the problem however, here I got the wrong order. It has ketchup and cheese not the chili cheese that I knew. I never had ketchup in my chili cheese before so I am very confused.

Unfriendly service, questions to the cashier staff regularly require the shift manager/supervisor who doesn't come to the cash register, thereby making customers wait unnecessarily long. 1 euro reward for online review was entered into the cash register and then taken back by the shift manager "Actually, that doesn't exist anymore", KFC is actually good, service and friendliness in my opinion absolutely terrible.
