The hot wings here were very good. Our order was processed very quickly.

Everything is delicious, but every time something is missing, for example sauce, and today it was the burger that was missing, it's terrible.

Please turn off the order number screen if it's not working. The receipt indicates that you should track your order there, but it's actually being handled by calling out your name. If you're sitting far away and watching the screen, you'll miss your call. This is a suggestion for improvement. Unfortunately, the staff didn't respond to my comment.

It’s quite pleasant here and the Food Service is so fast, everyone from the staff is so nice.

The branch was clean, and food was quickly ready for pickup or served. The staff was very friendly, and you could tell there was a healthy working atmosphere among the employees. I would gladly come back here again.

I was just there, and the staff was very unfriendly. No hello, no goodbye, they didn't even speak to me. The burger was cold and tasted like it had been sitting around for more than 20 minutes – very dry. The place itself is nicely laid out, but the tray trolleys are overcrowded and it looks quite messy. It's a shame, because I haven't experienced anything like this at other locations. :(

The food was served quickly. However, the large fries were disappointing, as they were soggy and tasteless. The staff also didn't ask me what I wanted to drink; I had to decide for myself. It was especially unfortunate that there was no restroom.

I placed an order (€9.79) for 6 crispy snacks and 2 sauces. Since I was in a hurry to catch my train, I didn't check the order and left. Unfortunately, I only received 3 instead of 6.

Unfortunately, I arrived half an hour before closing time. Sold out. At least as far as the 15 hot wings for €10 were concerned. Other food was only available for takeout. Mind you, this was 30 minutes before the advertised closing time. Good for business, bad for the customers. So I went to Burger King. They let me eat in peace.

The fries were raw. I reported this to the staff, but there was no response. Did you know that raw potatoes can cause food poisoning? Half of the order had to be thrown away.

I ordered takeaway food and when I got home, it turned out they only put half a portion of salad in it.

Everything went pretty quickly, and I even got the fries I ordered without salt.

Unfortunately, the staff were very incompetent (albeit friendly). It's understandable that someone might not be familiar with their own system functions, but when I asked at the checkout (before ordering) whether DB meal vouchers were accepted, they were initially vehemently denied. Then, by chance, the manager (after finishing his shift and in civilian clothes) walked by and explained that these vouchers were indeed accepted and where the function could be found. So I ordered, and when I went to pay, the same employee was unable to redeem the vouchers. Unfortunately, he didn't get help from someone who knew what they were doing, but simply kept repeating "sorry, it's not possible" until I finally just went to Burger King. What a shame.

Always packed, yet the employees still manage to make it fast. Strangely enough, it's the only KFC where the burgers always have smaller pieces, and the 5.79 fries with cheese bucket is smaller, but especially small at this KFC. From now on, only Regensburger Str. for me.

The store is clean and tidy, the clerk is friendly and polite, and the pickup speed is fast.

After waiting 15 minutes (there were two people in front of me who belonged together), I finally got my order. The food wasn't good, and I never received the wings I had paid extra for. Incompetent staff. Never again. Paid €5 for nothing, thanks.

My first time at KFC. The food tastes very good but is overpriced. No drink refills. The portions are very small. An employee at the checkout chatted with his fellow countryman for 15 minutes. Totally relaxed. But it's called fast food and it's in a stressful place. Only after everything had been discussed were the other customers served. The atmosphere isn't very nice, and it smells like vomit in front of the checkouts. I'll treat myself to KFC again because of the taste. But better at a different branch.

As always, KFC has never disappointed me. The food is delicious, as always. Make your day better with a KFC meal.💗

It was my first time at KFC in years. The employees are very slow here, with three people working at a snail's pace on one order. Unfortunately, the apple spritzer was without fizz. The sides were all individually wrapped in paper bags, whether fries, mashed potatoes, or coleslaw. Accordingly, an order for two people suddenly seemed overpowering. The gravy on the mashed potatoes was unfortunately extremely burnt and made the entire side dish inedible. The filet bites were too salty and also inedible for me. I think that's enough for the next five years.

I have no idea what exactly it was – I had three hot wings, a Zinger, and potatoes – and then spent the whole night on the toilet. I'm never seeing that KFC again.

I ordered a wing and burger set, but the chicken was missing. When I told the employee, he frowned and acted like he was offended. KFC is located in the Nuremberg train station, so the atmosphere is what it is. The service girls speak English and even a few words of Italian, so it's fine. The food is the problem. The fries are average, but the chicken is greasy and soggy, not even remotely crispy, and tasteless. The kitchen staff places the fried chicken in a display case and leaves it there, waiting for someone to order it. Then the service girls "fish" it out of the mound to prepare the order. The cleanliness is also appalling: the tables and floor are dirty and sticky. Leftover food sits on the tables for hours. You can find better options at the train station, even fast food. Stay away.

I ordered my food today as normal and received it, but when my number was called I saw that it was for eating in, so on the tablet etc. But since I ordered to go, I asked if they could please pack it for me to take away because there had probably been a misunderstanding, they said yes and then a worker came over with a bag and the packaging, but she didn't pack my food, she threw everything on the table as if it was my job with a package that I was supposed to put together, the worker looked Indian and small, I ask that we talk about her behavior, thank you very much.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The Coca-Cola was flat and warm — it felt like drinking hot sugary water. I got the Korean Meal today, and I was very disappointed. €10.99 for almost nothing. The packaging didn't even have Squid Game on it, which is a real shame and disappointing. The fries are soggy and bland. The Pepsi was deflated, and it's definitely too expensive for three pieces of chicken when the packaging doesn't even look like the picture. I'm really very disappointed. I get better quality and quantity at McDonald's for this price. Never again!! But the employee was nice. I'm still hungry, though :(

Really awful. I wanted a Korean meal, and for almost €11 I got three small pieces of chicken, soft fries, and a Pepsi, and it was all so expensive. The packaging for the show wasn't even included. It's all a rip-off. Great advertising on the posters, and then this crap. I'm really disappointed.

Unfortunately, the bites were really salty. Way, way, way too salty. They should taste them before selling them. Otherwise, I think the food is fine.

Unfortunately, the staff completely ignores you. The side dish was forgotten when I ordered, but I didn't realize this until too late (it's better to check your pickup directly with the restaurant). its a disgrace. 2 buegers + apfelschorle = almost 16€, and the burger patties were so tiny, if I were to count only the meat it would be hyper expensive for the amount. 70 cents for cheese but the slice is thin and tiny as well. no toilet in sight and the tables are dirty.

The hot wings I bought from this store today were a huge disappointment. I ordered 10 pieces but was surprised at how small the chicken wings were compared to my previous visits. The look was different than what I normally get and am used to. This reduction in quality really disappointed me. Because of this unsatisfactory experience, I will not visit this store again.

It's always busy (due to the location), but you can still get there relatively quickly and get your food quickly. The food has always been hot. Tastes like you know it from KFC. Personally, I always find it very tasty.
