Been there briefly today. I know wooden spoons from our neighboring town. Also good here in Nuremberg. Food hot. It took a while but it was ok just before the end of the day.

It was my first time at Nürnberger Kochlöffel and I was not disappointed with a snack meal. The ambience is also very good. What I like is the open glass front facing Breite Gasse, which allows you to sit outside even in rainy weather. The only thing you should urgently train your employees in is how to handle app orders. I arrived with my order and the employee behind the counter looked at me "stupidly" and just said: "and now - what is that supposed to be?" Guys, that's not possible!

Were there late afternoon on Saturday because I urgently needed to go to the toilet (every train station toilet is cleaner and more hygienic) since the toilet was occupied I ordered a chessburger and then went to the toilet. In the evening around 7:15 p.m. we returned to the kochlöffel because the friend wanted to have dinner, I went to the toilet (every train station toilet is cleaner and more hygienic), when I came back from the toilet my friend ordered something to eat, Then he was yelled at by an employee (with curly dark hair) because we were there to eat twice a day but first went to the toilet and then ordered food. The next time he would throw us out, we only had to go to the toilet If we order beforehand and not after we've gone to the toilet, it doesn't make sense, but good, but in what an aggressive tone he said it... Delicious half and full today chickens grilled on their on store carousel. For quick snacks the burgers are quite good. Look out for combinations. Quick and friendly service.

Like Burgerking only more expensive and slower. I expected more from the Best-Chicken Burger than bread, salad and patty + mustard-like sauce.

I took half a chicken with me at lunchtime today (12:15 p.m.). Unfortunately it was very dry and seasoned blandly. Not recommendable.

Delicious food. However, the gentleman who works there treats you very unfriendly. When you order, they stare at you stupidly so that you want to leave straight away, you feel totally uncomfortable!!!! Please hire friendlier employees who also enjoy their job!

Very confusing ordering and asking for almost 10€ for a Drump Stick Box which is a small fries and 2 small chicken thighs. In addition, there was plastic in the chicken burger.

A really nice wooden spoon in a prime location in the center of Nuremberg. Very neatly furnished, everything clean and smelling good. Lots of staff behind the counter and we ordered 3 half chickens, which tasted very tasty, but had been on the grill for a bit too long. The people in service could smile and there is nothing to complain about when it comes to the price.

It's very tight, but everything else fits

I don't know what everyone has, but I can definitely distinguish the feeling of "overeating" from food poisoning. If you can't tolerate it, you shouldn't eat fast food... And when it comes to friendliness and cleanliness, it's the same in other fast food chains, if not worse, and you can just yell at the employees if you don't like a little thing because it's at MCes and BK á la brainwashing are trained. And with the usual wages in the industry, customers like that would annoy you. Just come back down to earth and lower your expectations, you are eating in a cheap fast food fryer and not in a 5 star posh restaurant. Being nice to people and tipping them usually works! A really great shop that really impressed me during my visit. The food is great and freshly prepared. The Drum Stick Box and the Currywurst are particularly recommended. There were enough seats available when I visited. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd love to come by again!

Sehr freundlicher Service, super Pommes

Das Essen war gut, schnell fertig und vor allen Dingen sehr warm, fast heiß. Ein sehr großer Vorteil gegenüber dem Clown oder dem König. Leider hatten wir keinen Platz vor Ort bekommen. Schade.

Pasto veloce, buono e a un prezzo super basso. Personale gentile e tavoli anche all'aperto.

War lecker und die Burger wurden frisch zubereitet.

Der Laden macht von außen schon nicht wirklich einen sauberen Eindruck. Man muss super super lange warten, obwohl nicht wirklich viel los ist und wir hatten nur zwei Burger bestellt. Beim Warten ist mir der Hunger vergangen und hätte ich nicht schon bezahlt, wäre ich wahrscheinlich gegangen. Mitarbeiter wirken super überfordert, fassen sich ohne Handschuhe überall am Körper hin und bereiten zeitgleich das Essen zu. In meinem Burger war ein schwarzes Haar, sah aus, wie eine Wimper, wundert mich aber wirklich null… Burger war geschmacklich ok.

Viel zu scharf, bei den chickens wings war kein Hinweis zum Schärfegrad, habe es als sensible Person absolut nicht essen können und weggeschmissenen und wo anders bestellt. Arbeitet an euren Beschreibungen. Die Currywurst von meiner Mutter war essbar.

Essen schmeckt sehr lecker, man wird schnell bedient und muss nicht lange warten. Mitarbeiter sind auch freundlich. Viel besser als bei McDonald's und Burger King

Man kann gut und schnell was leckeres Essen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Nürnberg in Ordnung. Gerne wieder.

Das Grillhähnchen war sehr gut vor allem gewürzt sehr gut. Die Pommes frites könnten etwas dicker sein. Indiskutabel ist der Innenraum. Warum kann der Innenraum nicht so gemütlich wie ein normales Restaurant sein? Wienerwald hatte es vorgemacht.

Wer Menü bestellt sollte vorher rechnen.

Ich glaube man liebt ihn oder man hasst ihn. Die Burger sind nicht der Rede wert, da gibt es in direkter Nähe wesentlich bessere Alternativen. Aber das übrige Angebot überzeugt den Imbissfan. Fleischkroketten, Brathänchen, Currywurst und leckere Pommes usw.. Da is(s)t man hier gut aufgehoben. Der Service ist freundlich und die Wartezeiten kurz. Das Interiö..., Inderieu..., Intari...., die Innenausstattung könnte etwas mehr Beachtung im Bereich Instandhaltung und Sauberkeit verkraften. Aber es ist irgendwie kultig. Ich gehe ab und zu wieder hin.

Zentral in der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Ich liebe die Hähnchen u Pommes. Sauber, günstig, freundlich.

Eine Kette von Fast-Food-Betrieben, die gegrilltes Hähnchen, Hamburger und Würstchen anbietet. Die Tische hier sind nicht perfekt sauber, aber das Essen ist schmackhafter als ich erwartet hatte. Sie können Ihr Essen mitnehmen oder an einem Tisch drinnen oder auf der Straße essen. Es wird bar oder mit Karte bezahlt. Es gibt auch eine Toilette für Kunden.

Doppel-Cheeseburger und Pommes waren soweit o.k. Burger-kulinarisch gesehen nichts was mich in Verzückung versetzt hat, aber jetzt auch nicht schlecht. Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt (war satt), aber werde tendenziell bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Nürnberg nicht unbedingt wieder dort essen.

Seit Jahren gibt’s kein Klo mehr hier

Generell gehe ich gerne zu Kochlöffel essen, gerne auch in verschiedenen Städten. Doch dieses Mal in Bayreuth erlebte ich folgendes, wir waren zu zweit und bestellten aus den aktuellen Coupons. Bei der Bestellung hat die Kassiererin eine Nummer vertauscht und uns so ein Produkt verkauft welches wir nicht bestellt haben. Als das Essen an den Tisch kam bemerkten wir das und reklamierten sofort. Sofort wurde uns der Kassenbeleg vorgelegt und die Kassiererin erkannte ihren eigenen Fehler und gab diesen zu. Und nun das schlechte... Man sollte annehmen der Fehler wird korrigiert und wir bekommen unser Produkt und das zuviel bezahlte Geld zurück. Ganz im Gegenteil die Kassiererin hat sich dafür nicht entschuldigt und packte das falsche Produkt ein damit wir es to Go mitnehmen können. Selbst auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch, dass wir das Produkt nicht wollen und nicht bestellten kam nur die Reaktion " ich kann da nichts machen". Das ist eine Unverschämtheit und nicht kundenfreundlich. Man bezahlt und bekommt das was man bestellt hat und bezahlt nicht für andere Fehler. Eine Beschwerde in der zentrale blieb bislang unbeantwortet. Bislang kein Kundenservice über die Homepage. Schade !
