Kochlöffel in Nürnberg

Meine Familie und ich waren heute dort essen, und es war das schlechteste Essen, das ich je gegessen habe. Die Burger waren hart und kalt, die Chicken Nuggets schmeckten wie von Lidl oder Edeka & co, und die Pommes waren extrem salzig & kalt. Wir werden dort nie wieder hingehen.

Ich war heute mit meiner Familie da essen. Pommes waren total versalzen. Burger hat nach Supermarkt Burger aus kühlung geschmeckt. Das Burger Brot war teilweise richtig hart am Rand. Das Tablet wo ich hatte war nicht sauber. Das war das erste und letzte Mal das wir dort was gegessen haben. Hatte mir mehr erwartet. Sehr schade Essen war schnell fertig

Die Bestellung an den SB-Kassen ist etwas umständlich, aber die Bestellung wird umgehend zubereitet. Die Bestellten Pommes waren super aber die Currywurst eher durchschnittlich. Aber für den kleinen Hunger zum Mittag ausreichend.

Essen ist ok, aber nicht mehr- jeder Grillhänchenstand ist besser - Ambiente und Service - ja nu, Geschnackssache, nicht meiner ;-)

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir mussten fast zwanzig Minuten warten, obwohl nichts los war – wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Das Personal hat die ganze Zeit gelacht und sich unterhalten, anstatt uns zu bedienen. Außerdem war es überhaupt nicht sauber. Am Ende haben wir dadurch sogar unseren Zug verpasst. Absolut inakzeptabel.

Ich bin ein langjähriger Stammkunde vom Kochlöffel. Allerdings hat mir die Filiale in Nürnberg einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Unfreundliches Personal, sehr lange Wartezeit, unhygienischer Laden. Daran sollten die Bezirksleiter dringend arbeiten. Die Filiale schädigt den Ruf von Kochlöffel!!!

Der Doppel Cheeseburger beim Mccess schmeckt um weiten besser. Der Geschmack vom Burger erinnerte mich an diesen Mikrowellenburger die man im Supermarkt sich Kaufen kann, das hat schon was zu bedeuten wenn dieser Geschmack wieder in meinem Gaumen ankommt, denn diese Mikrowellenburger habe einmal in meine Leben gegessen und dann nie wieder !

Habe dort Pommes bestellt und die waren null gewürzt und auch noch nicht ganz durch, einmal nie wieder.

Ich habe einem Kollegen bei seiner Bestellung geholfen, weil er über Lieferando bestellt hatte. Versehentlich hatte er „Abholung“ ausgewählt und die Lieferung bestellt. Da Lieferando nicht erreichbar war, rief ich dort an. Die Frau am anderen Ende der Leitung war jedoch extrem unhöflich. Sie wollte nicht warten und ließ mich einfach nicht in Ruhe! Sie empfahl mir das Restaurant zwar, aber nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort sicher nicht mehr bestellen! Wenn sie so wenig Geduld mit Kunden hat, warum arbeitet so eine Frau dann in der Gastronomie?

Essen ist top. Man schmeckt die Zutaten und es ist frisch gemacht. Personal ist super freundlich und gut drauf. Definitive Empfehlung. Das ist ein Laden wo man wirklich sagen kann Guten Appetit.

Die Mitarbeiter schreien durch die Gegend , geben sich keine mühe . Langsamer Service und das Grillhähnchen ist lauwarm , weil der Mitarbeiter es in die Ecke gelegt hat 🤢🤢🤢 Ist halt ein Imbiss , schnell & unkompliziert

Leider nicht so gut wie ich gedacht hatte. Haben für ca. 26€ am Automaten bestellt und dann ca. 20-25min gewartet das sich was tut… leider hat man dann statt unsere Bestellung zu bearbeiten die der Gäste die nach uns den Laden betreten und bestellt haben erledigt… zu guter letzt als ich dann nach dieser Wartezeit an den Schalter gegangen und gefragt habe hat die Dame gesagt Sie würde schon alles vorbereiten (was leider nicht so war) und dann mich ernsthaft ironisch noch fragte ob wir das Essen ja auch frisch haben möchten ? Hoffe das war auch ironisch gemeint… dann fragte Sie mich auch ob ich meinen bestellten Hamburger haben wolle und nicht noch einen mit Chicken (denke Sie wollten nicht nochmal den Herd anschmeißen)… Ich hab darauf bestanden. Leider muss ich hierzu noch sagen das die Gäste die nach uns kamen alles so erhalten haben wie bestellt. Sorry aber da war das letzte Mal das wir hier gegessen haben und mit dieser Einstellung des Personals wird das auch Nix werden leider….

Wir haben unser Essen am sb Service selbst ausgesucht und einige Minuten hatten wir gewartet war es schon fertig. Sehr lecker heiß und schön knusprig. Es ist leider insgesamt zu laut und die Toiletten sind auf den ersten Blick sauber aber auf dem zweiten naja lässt zu wünschen übrig und leider teilen sich die Toiletten Männer und Frauen und es roch sehr unangenehm nach Urin. Das urinal ist neben der normalen Toilette wahrscheinlich aus Platz Gründen. Aber bei manchen Menschen fragt man sich das schon in sie Zuhause auch so auf der Toilette ihre Spuren hinterlassen!!! Da ist es dann kein Wunder das der Toiletten Gang was kostet. Zum Essen würde ich aber trotzdem wieder kommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Gestern über Uber Eats bestellt, heute eine Lebensmittelvergiftung!!! Abstand von der Fleischqualität und dem Bestellservice! NIE WIEDER! Ich hatte ein halbes Hähnchen und bereue es zu tiefst…

Sehr leckeres Essen! Der Mitarbeiter ist der Vater von einem guten Kollegen. Er gab mir und meinen Freunden einen angebissenen Chickenburger und sagte es wäre ein neues Kochlöffel Albo Menü. Allerdings waren Haare im Chickenburger die wie Wimpern aussahen jedoch denke ich das es Schamhaare waren. Sonst war alles top und frisch wie der Burstfade vom Mitarbeiter. Wir haben alle eine Umarmung vom Mitarbeiter gekriegt

Total unfreundliches Personal. Stand 5 Minuten alleine vor an der Kasse da das Bestellterminal nicht ging. Personal schaute mich mehrfach Planlos an und ging an mir vorbei wie wenn ich nicht da wäre, nach 5 Minuten kam ein "Pampiges, herablassend..hast du bestellt?" Bin danach in eine andere Lokalität. Mein Geld wollte Kochlöffel nicht!!🤬👎👎

Ein nettes, einfaches Burger- und Hähnchenrestaurant mit Speisen zum Mitnehmen oder zum Verzehr vor Ort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hatte auch sonntags geöffnet.

I was in this store on Saturday and left without buying anything. The staff was absolutely unfriendly (in my case, a woman). The customer in front of me was rudely spoken to because he didn't want to order at the terminal (an older gentleman). He left, and I left too, out of solidarity, as I didn't want to use the terminal either.

The food was okay, nothing more. What I really didn't like was that I wasn't served at the checkout behind the counter like the customers before and after me. The man working there didn't want to serve me; he was annoyed that I was standing there waiting for him to serve me. Then he sent me to the self-service terminal even though the store was empty and he had plenty of time. I'll never go there again. I can spend my money elsewhere without being treated so passively and aggressively as a customer.

I got food there today, unfortunately it was cold and the wrong thing was inside. I'd already given the chain a second chance, but unfortunately it was another complete disappointment.

Online bestellen würde ich abraten! Man bekommt nur die Hälfte und zahlt alles. Danach interessiert es keinen wie man sein Geld zurück bekommt oder sein fehlendes essen bekommt! Hab das 2te mal bestellt,denn Fehler passieren. ABER wenn man Extras bestellt und bezahlt und man wieder nix extra bekommt dann reicht es halt auch langsam.. lernt lesen oder stellt Leute an die die deutsche Sprache Beherrschen. Jetzt bestell ich dort nie wieder. Und die pommes sind immer in fett getränkt !

If you order five burgers, you only get three instead of the five you ordered, and at a very high price (60 euros for four burgers!!!). The staff claims the burgers are so expensive, but that's simply not true. This is fraud! The restaurant should be reported for customer fraud.

Yesterday 28 sep, we went to buy chicken with potatoes and received the worst treatment from the staff since they said they had no way to fulfill the order, so we requested a refund and the staff member said it was not his problem if we came back tomorrow, and as of today we have not had any chicken or money back.

Nice, but. The ordering terminals are completely useless because they're ignored. The curry sauce is lovingly peppered onto the board from a distance of half a meter. The bill is interesting. What you get is pure chance. Furthermore, you're quickly asked to get your own food. Very spartan. At least the conversations are high-quality. The regulars are very open and communicative. The bun was neither toasted nor fresh – simply carelessly put together. That was definitely my first and last time. For me, this is the worst Kochlöffel branch ever. If you value vegan options or complete orders, you're better off eating elsewhere.

An absolute disgrace – the way you're treated here is abysmal. I went to Kochlöffel with friends, just to grab a quick bite to eat – some fries, nothing complicated. They saved my hungry family. If you're hungry and it's Sunday, don't complain and take advantage. KFC is open, McDonald's a minute earlier, and here it's more homely. On Saturday, July 19, 2025, around 2:15 p.m., I observed several times that certain types of people received an extra burger, sauce was added to the fries at no extra charge, and dessert was free... but on one of the burgers (luckily not mine), the slice of cheese spilled on the side - no problem, I found a relatively simple solution: pick it up, wipe it off, and put it on the burger. From outside, you could observe everything wonderfully, except for the friendly neighbors who had taken up the seats longer because they knew the staff. And the whole thing was topped off by the warm atmosphere, where friends were warmly embraced by the kitchen staff... but washing their hands afterwards wasn't necessary. My experience there was the first and last. First of all, when you order a portion of fries, you are asked whether you want ketchup or mayo. Not whether you want ketchup or mayo FOR 50 cents. You are not informed that this costs extra. For a shop that sells fries as its main business, I think it is cheeky to charge extra money for a measly dollop of ketchup. Even McDonald's serves it. Yesterday my partner wanted to order drinks early in the evening after dinner. The man in service said "later" - nothing came of it. He preferred to go out and smoke with two colleagues, leaving behind a very busy colleague and a colleague who apparently only cared about one station. This was at a time when people were lining up and the team couldn't keep up. We don't know whether the other two colleagues were on duty. But going in and out of the kitchen showed that they must be part of the staff. And they kept the team busy during this time. The fries were spicier.

Like Burgerking only more expensive and slower. I expected more from the Best-Chicken Burger than bread, salad and patty + mustard-like sauce.

I took half a chicken with me at lunchtime today (12:15 p.m.). Unfortunately it was very dry and seasoned blandly. Not recommendable.

Delicious food. However, the gentleman who works there treats you very unfriendly. When you order, they stare at you stupidly so that you want to leave straight away, you feel totally uncomfortable!!!! Please hire friendlier employees who also enjoy their job!

Very confusing ordering and asking for almost 10€ for a Drump Stick Box which is a small fries and 2 small chicken thighs. In addition, there was plastic in the chicken burger.

A really nice wooden spoon in a prime location in the center of Nuremberg. Very neatly furnished, everything clean and smelling good. Lots of staff behind the counter and we ordered 3 half chickens, which tasted very tasty, but had been on the grill for a bit too long. The people in service could smile and there is nothing to complain about when it comes to the price.

It's very tight, but everything else fits

I don't know what everyone has, but I can definitely distinguish the feeling of "overeating" from food poisoning. If you can't tolerate it, you shouldn't eat fast food... And when it comes to friendliness and cleanliness, it's the same in other fast food chains, if not worse, and you can just yell at the employees if you don't like a little thing because it's at MCes and BK á la brainwashing are trained. And with the usual wages in the industry, customers like that would annoy you. Just come back down to earth and lower your expectations, you are eating in a cheap fast food fryer and not in a 5 star posh restaurant. Being nice to people and tipping them usually works! A really great shop that really impressed me during my visit. The food is great and freshly prepared. The Drum Stick Box and the Currywurst are particularly recommended. There were enough seats available when I visited. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd love to come by again!
