Good burgers, all you can eat peanuts and refillable drinks. What's not to love.

Never had any problems personally, always ate or picked up locally. Atmosphere is of course nothing special, the food is usually ready relatively quickly. Burgers were always great and the Cajun Fries were a feast.

One of the best citizens in town, Great selection of ingredients. Prices are reasonable. And the milkshake to round it all off, I would recommend it at any time.

Friendly staff. Very full at peak times, therefore less atmosphere, very cramped as the restaurant is structured in a tube shape. Food rather expensive. If you like “real” meat patties in the American burger style, this is definitely the place for you. You can put together the burger yourself. I can eat a lot, but a burger and fries fill me up a lot here (see other fast food chains). The fries are very tasty, they seem like they were homemade. But the best thing about them are the milkshakes. If you want an authentic milkshake (not a frappe...) you should definitely try it. I recommend the strawberry milkshake, banana with salted caramel is also delicious (but quite sweet).

The food didn't taste good. The employee was very unfriendly. She completely messed up my order and laughed about it with her colleagues. She gave it to me without apology, even though I was watching everything. The restaurant was decorated in American style, but the toilets were in need of renovation. See photos

The touch display ordering is more annoying than useful. Five Guys stands for simplicity, but the forced selection of side dishes is annoying. I want a cheeseburger and not a complicated selection of countless side dishes. Before the “normal” burger was the one with one patty, now there are two (previously the “double”). You have to take the “small” for the old burger. This made it very expensive and too much. I felt somehow cheated.

I wanted to try this fast food and I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are quite high, but the food is very good and it's a good change, e.g. from Mekáč and KFC.

My favorite restaurant in Nuremberg. Food tastes just like I know it from the USA, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I recommend always tipping the workers, they deserve it :) <3

Terrible. Worst Five Guys I've ever had. Food is overpriced and tastes below average. It ended up costing the same amount as a quality restaurant would cost. And this was fast food. I also found hair in my food. Gross. The employee was rude when I told him I had hair in my food. He acted like he didn't believe me and told me it's not possible since they cover their hair. Very disappointed with my experience here. Don't waste your time going

Burgers are okay, fries are really good. Burgers sit for a while and are no longer really warm. Heat lamps were helpful. But it's really expensive... 3 people can easily get 50-60€ for fast food! We only had 1* fries and 1* drink and 3* burgers. Waiting time is quite short even when there is a lot going on. Everything is freshly prepared. Ambience, well, it just feels like there isn't enough cleaning done in between.

So bad for so much money...then I'd rather have M zee Doof and 2 cheeseburgers for half the price.

Food average, service was friendly. The interior of the restaurant is tiled like an old subway station or a public toilet. Not very inviting. You can do it every now and then, but for the money you can get a real meal in a real restaurant.

Somehow everything isn't ideal: the location in the pedestrian zone, which forces you to walk too long from the car to the restaurant, the online ordering procedure that only allows payment by credit card, the 100 different topping options that take minutes to choose, the shabby food packaging Organic waste bag quality and the appearance of the food, which varies between unaesthetic and unappetizing. And it's also too expensive: a portion of fries for 6.25 euros! Fortunately, I forgot everything after the first bite: the burger and fries simply taste juicy, spicy, outstanding, I haven't eaten anything that good in a long time.

Prices are very, very steep, of course the branch can't help it, that's the case everywhere at Five Guys all over the world. The portions are huge and the quality of the burgers, if you know what you're getting into, is great. Unfortunately, fries are hit or miss, depending on who is at the fryer that day. We were looking for a bit of protection from the cold here and combined the practical with the comfortable. Ordering is also possible via display and the team is really quick and well-coordinated! The shop itself is a bit cramped and you had to be very careful not to end up on your neighbor's table or food. Otherwise everything is reasonably neat and clean!

I recently went to Five Guys Nuremberg and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. My husband saw someone from the kitchen leave the toilet without washing his hands. I find that disgusting. This gave me doubts about general hygiene, which is of course very important in a restaurant. I hope that this was a one-time incident and that you take appropriate measures to ensure that things like this don't happen again in the future. The quality of the food was otherwise good, but hygiene is a crucial factor for us.

The food was good, the problem was that I saw one of the cooks, a dark-skinned boy with a short beard, drop food on the floor and pick it up again and then put it on the griddle as if it were nothing, thinking that I hadn't seen him. no one, apart from a colleague to whom he smiled as if serving contaminated food was just any joke...

Great burger, you shouldn't forget the shop is in the middle of the city center with a high number of visitors. It could be a little cleaner inside.

Food was as Five Guys should be, clean lobby, friendly service. The bathrooms could certainly be cleaned a little more often, but wasn't terrible.

Lovely American style diner! The food is higher in price compared to other burger chains nearby but with the great service from the people who working there and also the taste is unbeatable! The team explained very clearly that everything is fresh and handmade which you can definitely taste. They were smiling laughing and putting customers in to their business. Not compareable to any other fast food chain. Store was very clean and always been checked by someone. Big big big plus! And everyone should try!

The food is great, but the atmosphere could be better. Maybe it's the Model of the restaurant. Mayonnaise is almost always empty, but after pointing it out, they changed it.

Tried Five guys for the first time and everything is fresh as they say. I really liked the burger and fries. Even though I bought a mini burger, I think it's a pretty big burger. I think they are mostly Indian but they are helpful. Prices may seem a bit expensive compared to other places.

The worst burger I have ever eaten or not eaten went in the bin. The store does business in American with poor English speaking staff with no explanation of the concept. The food is underground and way too expensive. The store should close immediately. Really embarrassing and disgusting what is on offer. For that money you can get 1A burgers elsewhere! Don't spend any money here so that the shop disappears from Nuremberg quickly.

Very expensive, Burger tastes good.

Burgers are undoubtedly delicious, there's no question about that. However, I think the prices are a bit excessive for these small portions. To get really full, you often have to order at least two burgers, which quickly adds up to €26 - and that's without fries and drinks!

Definitely can't live up to the hype. The burgers taste like nothing. They're neither really hot nor cold. Kind of bland - a shame. But what five guys understood: fries! A highlight for me was the drinks machine, which you can refill as often as you want. There are many flavors that I didn't even know before (e.g. Cola Orange) and almost everything in a zero version! I think it's really great! The guest room was so clean that I can't understand the reviews. The ambience and charm is still different. It is very loud, which can cause problems when ordering. There's really no room for entertaining while eating. Finally, all that's left is to refill the drink cup again and look for another restaurant for the next burger.

I was so excited to try five guys for the first time as we don't have them ye in my country, and it was a disappointment. Very expensive, 26 euros foa a burgers and portion of fries and a glass of water. Also, the cashier she was not speaking English, and to the most important part, taste wise it was nothing special

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio does not match the quality. In my opinion, the franchise could improve by avoiding wrapping the burgers with aluminum foil and focusing on butter paper or something similar. The staff is friendly, the ambience is a matter of taste. In any case, it's a cool idea to make a lot out of a little, but not so ultra with the open kitchen. I have no idea, unfortunately it really isn't mine.

It's not the dry, tasteless burger that you often get here in Germany. The meat is so juicy that the burger falls apart. For true burger lovers it is a delight

I know Five Guys from Canada and was in the Nuremberg branch for the second time. The burgers tasted good, but were a bit dry. In my opinion it is because the meat, unlike anything I know, was already cooked and kept warm. You could already see that in the open kitchen. I know from Canada that the meat is only freshly fried when you order. You have to wait a bit, but that's what the peanuts are for. And you then get a fresh, juicy burger. Otherwise it was good.

I went to see the Five Guys again today. I have to adjust my rating. From 4 down to 2 stars, just because of the price. That's really a disgrace. It was my first time at Five Guys. My first look at the menu shocked me. €10.20 for a cheeseburger in a burger chain? I'm sorry, what? However, I went to the counter and then “configured” my burger. Ordered a large portion of fries (for €6.75) and a drink. This resulted in €20.85. Almost €21 for a burger with fries plus a drink. This is really intense. But what can I say? The food tasted really good, even if the burger was hard to eat without making a massive mess on the table. The star deduction is for the unjustified price and the uninviting atmosphere. It was worth a try, but this definitely won't be my regular burger joint. It's nicer and cheaper.

It was the first time I ate at this chain and I have to say it was excellent. The prices are a bit high but it is understandable. I gave 3 stars because the clerk was not able to speak a single word of English making the conversation uncomfortable.

Of course I also have to say that the prices are a bit excessive. If the taste had blown me away and the prices had matched, then the rating would of course be different. It's not a total failure. Hence 2 stars instead of just one. But unfortunately it really wasn't enough to visit the restaurant a second time. There are definitely better burgers in the city for the money. It's just a little hype that spilled over to us.

For a quick dinner, the place was recommended by a friend. The double-fried chips and their spicy sauce are good; the hot dog that is found on the site with beef was indicated to me as not being there. I tried the milkshake with banana, biscuits and salted caramel for the first time, tasty and delicious. The environment is very much influenced by the American style of fast food but the thing I least liked was the smell of fried and roasted food that was throughout the place.

Per una veloce cena, il locale è stato consigliato da una amica. Buone le patatine con doppia frittura e la loro salsa piccante; l'hot dog che sul sito si trova con carne di manzo mi é stato indicato che non c'è era. Ho provato per la prima volta il milkshake con banana, biscotti e caramello salato, gustoso e sfizioso. On July 28th, 2024, the four of us ordered 4 small fries from the Nuremberg branch at Karolinenstrasse No. 13. When we ordered, we kindly asked if someone could please clear and clean a table outside, which they promptly agreed to do, because we certainly don't want to snack inside when the weather is nice. Then we paid €21 (that's what you get in Belgium for real fries, fried in beef fat...) for 4 small fries with Cajun seasoning and wanted to provide ourselves with ketchup and mayonnaise. Unfortunately, the latter was out, and a bowl with small packets of mayonnaise was placed at the counter instead of changing the bucket. From an environmental point of view, it's not exactly exemplary if you have to throw away 6-8 aluminum packages, right? Especially since the purchase price of the small packages is significantly higher than the large bucket, which is also commercially unwise. On this occasion, a second request was made to clear and clean a table, which was again answered in the affirmative. Who wants to eat at a dirty and littered table? We sat outside for a total of around 30 minutes and chatted - but no attempt was made to clean up the outside in any way, all the tables were littered with rubbish by the time we left, and the rubbish bin at the entrance was also overflowing. All the chairs flew all over the terrace... see pictures. During this time, several couples and small groups walked past Five Guys, making fun of how it looked here and not wanting to consume anything here = loss of sales included. By the way: The presentation of the fries was subpar: 4 x fries in a paper cup (!) in a brown paper bag, very unappetizing. The fries were soggy. See image. Even if there was a meeting of bards in Nuremberg: There were 4 or 5 employees behind the counter, there was very little going on (you can certainly understand that based on the sales figures at around 9:30 p.m.) and the overall impression of the store on Karolinenstrasse was really poor at that time. Why couldn't any employee comply with our request for a clean table? Must be the worst 5 guys in the world . Mixed my order up, made me a new one, but tried to give the burger I had opened to the lady I was mixed with . Chips were very cardboard , not fresh chewy/crispy bit like those fries to go microwave ones.. when I got my new burger the cheese was cold on it , and bun not toasted

Delicious hamburger, lots of side options and best of all, they're free! the drink is 100% free refill, you can try all the flavors of fanta, coca, they don't catch your attention. The potatoes are very good, you order just one large potato and they fill a 750 ml glass just with potatoes for you, and even more in the bag. the milkshakes are very good too. the atmosphere was a little dirty but classic burger restaurant.
