Das Essen und der Service sind großartig. Die Einrichtung ist etwas zu zweckmäßig. Dadurch steht man nach der Bestellung etwas ratlos mitten im Weg zu den Toiletten. Dafür sind die Sitzplätze vor dem Lokal super. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen

Klassischer Five Guys, einfach geile Burger und absolute geile Pommes (Cajun). Eine der besten Ketten, was Burger angeht.

Das Essen war wirklich schlecht und überhaupt nicht gut. Ich würde es nicht mal meinem schlimmsten Feind empfehlen. Die Musik ist so laut, dass sie nicht jeder ertragen kann (zum Beispiel neurodiverse Menschen).

Preisleistungsverhältnis katastrophal!

Die Pommes waren köstlich, der Hamburger durchschnittlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hohe Hygiene. Nach der Abwicklung von Bar- und Kartenzahlungen wechselten die Mitarbeiter ihre Handschuhe, bevor sie das Essen zubereiteten. Auch beim Umgang mit gekochten Fertigprodukten und rohem Fleisch wurde mit der gleichen Sorgfalt vorgegangen. Vielen Dank für Ihren Service und Ihre Liebe zum Detail.

Mein erstes Five Guys-Erlebnis hatte ich vor zwei Jahren in Berlin. Damals kam es mir komisch vor, dort zu essen, weil das Essen ja zum Mitnehmen serviert wurde. Zum Glück haben sie das geändert. Die Portionen sind groß, die kleine reicht völlig für eine Person.

Ich bin ein großer Fan von „Five Guys“, aber die Nürnberger Filiale hat mich leider enttäuscht; im Vergleich zu Köln war sie wirklich schlecht 🍔🍟 #Essen #Franchise #Enttäuschung

Für ein Schnellrestaurant überteuert.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Portion Pommes war großzügig. Geschmacklich war es durchschnittlich, klassisch. Wir waren wegen des hochgelobten Hamburgers dort, und er war ein klassischer, guter Burger; die Preise könnten etwas niedriger sein. Die unbegrenzte Menge Erdnüsse war ein tolles Extra. Nach dem Essen wollten wir etwas trinken und bekamen kostenlos welche aus einer leeren Dose (die Erdnüsse hatten wir ja aus dem Automaten geholt).

Gute Wahl für einen Burger 🍔. Die Lage ist gut.

Super leckerer Burger, toller Service (selbst wenn man etwas in der Bestellung vergisst).

Das Essen hat mir sehr gut gefallen, besonders die Kartoffeln und die Soßen, aber auch die Getränke.

Wir hatten die Loaded Cajun Fries. Köstlich.

Essen war super lecker. Die Burger werden frisch zubereitet und das Fleisch schmeckt sehr gut. Die Pommes sind sowieso mega, auch mit Cajun-Gewürz. Finde es nur etwas überteuert, es gibt auch kein Menü, um etwas sparen zu können (außer für Kinder).

Die Burger, Pommes und ganz besonders die Milkshakes sind sehr gut und lecker! 😋 Man kann an den Getränkeautomaten aus dutzenden unterschiedlichen Geschmacksrichtungen der Marke Coka Cola auswählen (z.B. alle gängigen Sorten mit Zitrone, Limette, Orange, Kirsche, Pfirsich oder Vanille als Zusatzaroma) und kostenfrei nachfüllen. Die Burger werden nur auf Bestellung gefertigt, was etwas Zeit dauern kann Dafür ist alles frisch (nicht ganz so schnelles Fast Food 😉). Das Ambiente ist nichts besonderes. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich - ich war sehr durstig und habe schon einmal einen Becher für mein Getränk bekommen, bevor mein Essen fertig war. Warum nur 3 Sterne? Es ist halt ein Selbstbedienungsladen. Überragenden Service gibt es woanders. Diesen braucht dieses Diner jedoch auch nicht. Geschmacklich wärmstens zu empfehlen! Ich hoffe, dass es bald weitere Filialen geben wird (ich komme aus Würzburg) und Deutschland profitabel für die Kette wird!

Warum kann ich mein Handy hier nicht aufladen?

Ehrlich gesagt, es war gut. Ich war zum ersten Mal bei Five Guys essen, und es ist so eine Art McDonald's-Klon, nur ohne Hähnchen (Nuggets, Chickenburger usw.). Die Atmosphäre war nett ... 50 € für drei Personen waren etwas happig 😅😂 und wir hatten zwei kleine Portionen Pommes bestellt, bekamen aber eine kleine Portion (in einem Pappbecher) und einen GANZEN PLATTEN POMMES 😂

Wirklich schlechtes Essen. Ich hatte einen Bacon-Cheeseburger mit scharfer Soße und Pommes. Der Burger war trocken, überhaupt nicht heiß, und die Pommes waren sehr weich und geschmacklos. Jetzt habe ich Five Guys probiert und verstehe den Hype nicht.

Kartoffeln sind super lecker, Erdnüsse sind sehr schmackhaft.

Meine erste Erfahrung mit dieser Firma war, dass die Produkte im direkten Vergleich qualitativ besser sind als beispielsweise bei MC. Lohnt sich der hohe Preis? Langfristig gesehen definitiv nicht. Für einen außergewöhnlichen Besuch hingegen durchaus.

Not worth it. McDonald’s is 2 times cheaper and it has the exact same taste. The soda was 5 euro and it had no taste. Worst cola ever. If you just think of trying it, don’t, just a waste of money

Basic American fast food restaurant

Ordering from the staff was a bit bumpy. When I asked what the standard toppings were, the colleague couldn't tell me. The fries were tasty and definitely not frozen; you could taste the difference. My bacon cheeseburger was unfortunately very cold, so I sent it back, where it came back three minutes later very hot, still wrapped in aluminum foil. All in all, it was okay, but for two burgers (cheeseburger €12.25, bacon cheeseburger €13.50), a small order of fries (€5.50), no drink, and considering the burgers weren't hot, I don't think it's worth it. The ambiance was fine, the bar stools were a bit uncomfortable, and not all the tables were clean when I entered, plus there were food scraps on the floor. These things can happen, but hygiene and cleanliness are paramount, especially in the restaurant industry.

Unfortunately, the cheese was missing from my bacon cheeseburger, which definitely affected the taste. Nevertheless, the burger was, as always at Five Guys, very tasty. The fries were just as good. Personally, I would have preferred them cooked a little longer, but they were still delicious. The portion of regular fries was a generous size and quite substantial. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean and well-maintained during our visit. However, we were there midweek, and the restaurant wasn't very busy. The wait for our food was reasonable. We didn't have to wait too long.

It was very crowded, but that's not a complaint. Two burgers, fries, and two Cokes came to €41. The fries were small but enough for two people. They were very tasty. The burger had two small patties. I was actually satisfied; I just thought it was too expensive.

You can't refill drinks indefinitely like in other branches.

Excellent food, will come again

Excellent service and free peanuts alone justify the visit. The burgers are simply incredibly good and not even remotely comparable to those at McDonald's or Burger King.

Amazing for a burger chain. This has absolutely nothing to do with Burger King, McDonald's, and the like. Sloppy, smashed burgers, American style—simply awesome.

About a week ago, we visited Five Guys in the evening and were in a bit of a hurry. The service we received was outstanding. The staff member who helped us spoke English and was incredibly friendly, calm, and efficient. We’re not completely sure about her name, but we understood something like Rebecca. What really impressed us was that she immediately started preparing our milkshakes to save time while I was still paying by card and entering my PIN. That level of attentiveness and efficiency is rare and truly appreciated. Because the service was so great, we actually came back again today. The milkshakes were excellent as well. Overall, a fantastic experience and amazing customer service!

Burger restaurant in American diner style Not exactly cheap, but freshly prepared.

The food is delicious, the staff is also nice, but it's a bit loud and often very crowded.

The food tasted okay but was very expensive. The staff seemed enthusiastic, but unfortunately I didn't understand much of what they were saying. On the way home (1 hour) I got terrible stomach cramps and now I'm sitting on the toilet with diarrhea.

It's expensive, but the burgers are well-made and you can fill them with whatever you want. Despite being packed, the service is fast. The guys at the cash register are smart, friendly, and quick, as are those manning the stove. The place looks like a giant toilet (due to the tiling). Cleanliness is barely decent, but that's the fault of the rude patrons.

A classic Five Guys burger. Compared to other Five Guys locations I've seen, I can't say this one is particularly good. There were issues with cleanliness in particular; the restrooms weren't clean, and while the tables looked clean, they were greasy. Other than that, the burgers are the same as all Five Guys burgers (I like the taste of their burgers).

I absolutely cannot understand the hype. The food was overpriced. The entire floor was filthy and covered in oil, and my drink cup was covered in grease splatters from the grill. I'd give it -5 stars if I could. You can't possibly serve something like that to anyone, it's unacceptable! After three fries, I lost my appetite…

The veggie sandwiches were cold and untoasted, just plain buns (like straight from the package), with cold mushrooms, cold iceberg lettuce, cold onions, and two cold strips of bell pepper in between. I can make it just as well at home, but I would never make it this badly. Almost everything falls out when you open it because it's all cut so small that it can't stay together. So, basically, cold buns straight from the package with unappetizing raw vegetables and mushrooms wrapped in aluminum foil.

The Five Guys was something new for me. When I went there, this was phenomenal. Burgers 🍔 I did not see anywhere. They were so tasty (expensive tho 💵), but worth trying if you would like. Highly recommended 😃

I ordered a sandwich which looked like a "sandwich" in the picture... but I got two upside-down burger buns with cheese for €7!?!?!? Outrageous, honestly!!!!

This might be the calmest and fastest Five Guys I've ever been to. It was fantastic, as always, delicious. Being on a shopping street makes it a great place to take a break.

The fries were simply not good at 10 PM, very pale. The staff seemed unmotivated. If I'm spending €45 here for two people, I expect service commensurate with the price.

Really good burgers as expected

Unfortunately, I still don't understand the hype surrounding this chain. The quality and taste don't justify the exorbitant price of almost €30 for a small meal. The burger has practically no flavor – do they even use salt and pepper? The massive burger bun has the consistency of a massive yeast cake. I won't be going back to this chain…

The burgers are really good, however the fries are very soggy and salty, and I find the prices very high for the quality.

Absolutely overrated and way too expensive. The front part of the "dining hall" is unheated and freezing cold in winter. The food is served on a dented aluminum tray that looks like it belongs in a prison. The very silly server tried to sell me a Diet Coke for €4.75, claiming it was a refill. Who drinks liters of Coke in this cold? Then suddenly the bottle was €3.70 plus a €0.25 deposit. My bacon cheeseburger cost €15.70, and with the bottle of Coke, I paid €18.95. The only highlight was the Texan couple, also wearing coats, who told me they quite like Nuremberg sausages. Conclusion: There are better burgers in a more pleasant atmosphere at lower prices in Nuremberg.

There's just nothing left, no skilled workers, no good food, and it's way too expensive. No wonder they went bankrupt.

The worst burgers and fries I've ever had in my life. The price/performance ratio is unacceptable.

The fries are delicious, but the burger and meat is not really tasty. The place was overcrowded and tables were dirty.

The Five Guys burger? It's alright, yeah – the meat's juicy, and the fries are legendary. But €25 for a burger? No way, that's just too much, honestly. You're basically paying for the neon lights and the extra peanuts that nobody eats. It tastes okay, but for that money, I'd rather get three kebabs. Three stars, or no – two.

Unfortunately, this was our first and last time at Five Guys Nuremberg. Overpriced for the quality; anyone expecting something good will definitely be disappointed. The burgers and fries were quite a letdown and rather disgusting. The cheese on our burger wasn't melted at all, and there were even hairs on it! Absolutely unappetizing! For us, it was an expensive and unpleasant experience. The whole thing cost €40 for two burgers and fries, so you'd expect decent quality.

I don't even like watching someone fry my burger. I also find the price rather ridiculous.

I visit the Five Guys in every once in a while, and it’s always a solid stop when I'm in the area. But today was something special. There was this really nice and friendly team member an American woman who provided hospitality on a completely different level. It’s been so long since I’ve experienced service that thoughtful and welcoming. She went above and beyond, proactively asking if I wanted things I never even knew they offered or could do. She wasn't just efficient she was genuinely kind and respectful, which made the whole visit feel great. That kind of positive energy really makes a difference.

I love this place! There's a man with glasses who is very kind and cool. I like to comeback sometimes. And the food..? Simply amazing!

The staff at this Five Guys are very friendly and the quality leaves nothing to be desired; for me, it's definitely a 5-star Five Guys. I have rarely been treated and served so kindly.

All you’re gonna do is waste your time and money on a mediocre burger that you can get from McDonald’s. 5 guys is not it. Don’t waste your money. Took 15 mins with nobody in front of me for a simple burger. Place is clean though. Next time somebody asks for a sauce on a burger, put the sauce on the burger. No reason to be frugal with your sauce when this corporation makes as much money as it does high pricing mediocre burgers. Workers were okay.

Some of the best fries around, and good shakes. Less suitable for vegetarians. There's only one dish (which can be customized) that doesn't taste as good as a burger.

My visit to Five Guys in Nuremberg was a really positive experience overall. I was particularly impressed by the strawberry milkshake with whipped cream – for me, the highlight of the evening and definitely one of the best milkshakes I've ever had at a fast-food restaurant. The staff were very friendly, especially the manager at the register, who was very nice and immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Since it was my first time at the restaurant, she explained things to me. I also found it convenient that you could refill your own drinks. The selection was huge and went far beyond the usual standard drinks – you could try all sorts of varieties and combinations. The fries were also excellent. I especially appreciated the information about which farm the potatoes came from – a small detail, but it added a nice touch. I had a vegetarian sandwich, which was also very tasty. It's great that you can customize it completely to your liking. This personalization is something I particularly appreciate about the Five Guys concept. Another fun feature was the wall where children (and adults, of course) could leave their little drawings and notes. This gave the restaurant a relaxed, friendly feel. I was there in the evening, and it was pleasantly quiet. While the prices are a bit higher than at the usual competitors, the quality, the selection, and the many customization options make it absolutely worthwhile for me. In conclusion: Five Guys in Nuremberg won me over. I would definitely go back.

I don't get the hype. A regular meal costs over €20. I can almost get two meals for that price at a competitor. It tasted okay, but nothing special.

The burgers taste incredibly good, and the atmosphere is intentionally diner-like – don't expect candlelight and waiters. Prices are, of course, extremely high, but not unusual for burgers, especially considering the downtown location.

This has to be the best and friendliest derive to any food establishment I have ever been! They were friendly, courteous and served us fast with a smile. Thank you team for your hospitality!

It was all perfect and good burgers

Valza is the best manager! The burgers she makes are simply fantastic, incredible and the fries were amazing. We had a small problem with our credit card, but she contacted the bank for us and fixed it right away. Perfect and very professional service. I recommend her 100%!

Good burgers, what you expect from Five Guys. Service was good and quick.

For a double party burger for €13.50, it was too small in my opinion, and the sliced ​​cheese felt like cheap toast cheese. Of course, it wasn't melted either. But it was still reasonably filling. Hence the 3 stars.

Honestly, I don’t get the hype around Five Guys. The burgers were nothing special — just average, greasy fast food that you could get almost anywhere for half the price. The only decent thing on the menu were the fries, I’ll admit they were crispy and tasty, but that’s about it. The prices are absolutely ridiculous for what you get; I paid way too much for something that tasted so basic. On top of that, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and chaotic, shouting orders back and forth like they were in some kind of emergency. It was more stressful than enjoyable. Definitely not going back anytime soon.
