Clean large restaurant. The service was very pleasant, everyone smiling. The food was delicious, generous portions and quickly prepared.

Always good. It's not exactly cheap anymore, but the burgers taste so much better than those at other fast-food burger chains. And the fries are still among the best I've ever eaten.

The burgers are really good and they have so many good drink options, and their service is very nice, but the fries didn't have much salt.

We were curious, so we decided to try the burgers at Five Guys instead of Hans im Glück. Super tasty, the bacon was super crispy, the ingredients were fresh, and the fries were fantastic. Of course, we didn't like the ambiance, but the burgers absolutely won us over. We'd be happy to go back.

I'm actually a big fan of Five Guys and love the taste of their burgers and fries. Unfortunately, this was my second time there and I was disappointed. The burgers were cold, making the meat barely edible, and the fries weren't as crispy as you'd expect. For the high price, I expect much better quality. It's a shame – I'm really disappointed and probably won't go there again, even though I actually love the concept and the taste.

Unfortunately, you can see that many people order in and don't eat there. This obviously affects the quality of the food. I'm very careful about my diet and went to Five Guys for the first time yesterday. First because I needed to go to the bathroom... and then I spontaneously stopped in for a bite to eat. I had a little hamburger with all sorts of things on it... You can choose your own, which is great. The raspberry Fanta was a bit too sweet for me, and the Sprite with grapes unfortunately tasted like cleaning products. The water was great 😀 The hamburger was enough for me without extra fries... I don't think I could have ever managed it with fries :-). I'm only getting four stars for the service, because my friend's had ingredients left on it, which he had opted out of. The ambiance was so-so... nothing special, and the table outside just tipped over. 😶 It was also a bit of a shame that we had to wait in the middle of the aisle for the food. I'll definitely be back, because it was delicious. And criticism is never a bad thing; at least then the restaurant knows what they can do better next time :) Thanks for the great food!

Proof of Vaccination required even for TAKEAWAYS! Never again! I visited FIVE GUYS often for its excellent chocolate milkshake and generous amount of fries in the past. This FIVE GUYS location refused the service unless I showed the proof of vaccination! I was dumbfounded beyond belief that this order taker would discriminate against the unvaccinated guests! He lamely explained it is "corporate policy" to require the proof for every order regardless. He was very adamant in refusing the service. An important note: the Free State of Bavaria does not require the proof of vaccination for takeaways, only for sitting down and eating at the restaurants and cafés (indoor and outdoor). This has been since November 2021. Two vaccinated or recovered guests overheard the whole conversation and came to my rescue. One of them yelled at the order takers while other one offered to order on my behalf. So sweet of the guests to intervene! What's so weird is the poster on the window proclaiming the restaurant to be open for takeaways, click & collect, Lieferando, and curbside! No other posters demanding the proof of vaccination for every order was posted on the doors or windows. Only verbal announcement at the cashier. The recent visit at FIVE GUYS is to be my last time I would spend €20 for the meal. Since I am unvaccinated (of my choice), I have no problem ordering the meals and drinks for takeaways at other locations such as Mam Mam, Burgerista, etc. I certainly hope FIVE GUYS will end up following Wal Mart, GAP, and other American companies that failed in Germany soon.

To be honest, too expensive and not worth it

I hope you go bankrupt! The prices are simply completely inflated! It doesn't matter what you want to buy there—everything is overpriced and in no way justified.

I'd like to share my experience here, as I was a bit disappointed. Unfortunately, I didn't like the burger I ordered; the bun was weird! I also didn't think the price-performance ratio was quite right. Furthermore, the atmosphere in the restaurant wasn't particularly pleasant.

We know five other guys and usually like to stop by this chain every now and then. Unfortunately, we weren't able to eat here this time because we had our dog with us, and they aren't allowed inside. We could have eaten outside, but it was really scorching hot, so we didn't consider it. I really appreciated the way one of the service staff came to tell us this unpleasant news: he was visibly embarrassed by having to do it, but he found the right words and the right way to communicate with us, even in a language that wasn't his own. We appreciated the manner and the kindness.

One of the best burgers in town!

Delicious fresh hamburgers, they fry the cutlet in front of the visitors. Many different additives to the burgers. You pay for drinks once and you can drink an unlimited number of times. Friendly staff, normal atmosphere, lots of space

They've introduced a kids' menu. You can only add ketchup and mayonnaise to the hot dog, but a side of fries and fries comes free.

Top five guys location. Everything was fresh and great, as usual. Even though it was busy, it was still a bit dirty, and there were overflowing trash cans everywhere.

It's very expensive, but they're by far the best fries in Nuremberg. Especially the chocolate pistachio Milky Way for dessert, it's simply amazing. The service is very friendly, and you can even brush up on your English at the cash register. Firefox Guys are simply unbeatable in terms of taste.

I've never eaten such poorly seasoned fries or such a disgusting burger in my life. There was more seasoning on the fries than potatoes, and everything on the burger, from the meat to the toppings, had a disgusting aftertaste. I took two bites and then I felt nauseous.

The burgers were fresh, but tasteless. At these prices, there's no need to visit a fast-food restaurant like Five Guys, which serves the burger, which is barely 10 cm in diameter, wrapped in aluminum foil and in a brown bag, even though you're eating in. At these prices, I can have my burger served on a plate, with service included.

I am actually confused by the reviews on this page. They must either be old or those people have the highest standards on this planet. I've ordered here more than 5 times by now. This year and last year. The food was very good each and every time. The burgers have always been hot to warm and I've never been served a cold one. The fries are always crispy and well seasoned. In addition to that, the area with the mayonnaise and ketchup dispensers were always clean and never short of anything (salt, pepper, vinegar, the sauces). The staff is nice and most of them speak English and German. They always yell out the numbers so you cannot possibly miss your order. When it comes to the price, the burger is more than enough to saturate you. I eat quite a lot at once and still manage to struggle with one burger plus large fries. If you order those two plus a drink you will get to around 25€. If you're there with somebody I definitely recommend sharing those fries. And trust me the portions are definitely not small. Unlimited refills make the price of the drinks worth it. Last but not least, the bathrooms are clean.

Very good burgers and, above all, delicious fries. Unlimited refills on drinks, as well as ketchup/mayo with the fries. It was super quick, and the atmosphere outside in the pedestrian zone was nice, too. Definitely recommended for fast food in Nuremberg!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the burgers. The buns were neither fresh nor flavorful. They were simply dry and bland. There was barely any sauce, which made the burger very dry overall. There was virtually no seasoning. The fries were dark, tasted of old grease, and were anything but crispy. The only good things were the mayo and the drinks. For over €50 for three burgers, a portion of fries, and two drinks, I expected a lot more. Especially considering there's a burger place just two minutes away that's worlds better. I definitely won't order from there again.

Really good place for having food

Very poor delivery! The food arrived completely cold, the fries were stale, and both milkshakes (over €7 each) leaked into the cone. Everything was wet, sticky, and unappetizing. Absolutely disappointing for the price. Ordering like this is no fun.

Very, very tasty burgers. Juicy, large, and delicious. Everything you'd expect from a burger. Excellent service. Received a free shake. Received a free bag of fries. Wonderful service for groups. Lots of free extras, as described above. I highly recommend it and love coming back here again and again. I drive 40 minutes from Bamberg to eat here. The milkshakes are delicious.

The food and service are great. The decor is a bit too functional, leaving you standing in the middle of the restroom after ordering, a bit perplexed. Still, highly recommended.

We were there last night. It was a really delicious burger. The price is reasonable. If it's too expensive for you, just go to McDonald's. The employees were simply fantastic. Courteous, helpful, and friendly. And that was half an hour before closing time at 10 p.m. Truly great.

The regular bacon cheeseburger comes with two patties, and you can have it made any way you like. You'll actually get quite a bite for the money.

Completely wrong: Orders aren't processed chronologically. We waited 30 minutes for a burnt burger, lukewarm, unseasoned fries, and a Coke, and paid €22 for it. The staff is overwhelmed, and everything is somehow dingy. First and last visit.

Our orders were prepared very quickly. The place was clean and organized. The products were at the standard Five Guys level, the drink selection was legendary, and the complimentary peanuts and fries were very good.

I went to 5G for the first time yesterday. The prices aren't entirely justified. The atmosphere is like an operating room. Two hours earlier, I got exactly the same 0.5-liter soft drink for much cheaper at an Italian restaurant. But the employees are friendlier, and the products are much better than at McDonald's and Burger King.

Unfortunately, I found the whole thing absolutely awful. For a completely exorbitant price, you get everything shoved into a bag, dripping with grease and tasting mediocre at best. The outdoor seating was also extremely dirty that day. I was really looking forward to Five Guys, but I've rarely been so disappointed in my life. The three of us paid over €70 each for a cheeseburger and fries. What a joke considering the "quality." I can't understand the hype at all.

It used to be better. Next time I'll go somewhere else for a burger. The meat isn't cooked properly. There's also no salt. And a small "cup" of fries costs over €5. Outrageous. €17 spent on garbage.

Currently probably the most authentic fast food chain in Germany. Far too expensive, of course, but the burgers are very authentic, the fries get 5☆, and everything is actually very close to Shake Shack. You just have to be prepared to pay steakhouse prices for finger food.

Delicious hamburgers and yummy potatoes

I was wondering about the hype of Five Guys demand. As my son said, it was good but not worth the money.

The burgers were really delicious with the free peanuts and lots of choices of soft drinks. Ordered the smallest portion but then we still got quite a good amount of fries.

Everything was borderline, especially overpriced and inedible. The staff was friendly, though, even if they barely understood us.

If the products are fresh as advertised on the Five Guys homepage, then I think the prices are okay. Food was very good 👍🏽 Service very friendly 👍🏽 Ambience good 👍🏽 What I didn't like were the fries on the floor in the kitchen area.

A place to get great Burgers and burger sandwiches in the bustling city center. It is similar to subways-:you have to choose the ingredients that go in the Burger. Fries are a must try. It stands out from other restaurants because it's fresh potatoes cut and fried. You can see the name of the farmer or group from which it was sourced. Another must try is Oreo shake. The restaurant walls are decorated with Newspaper adverts, quotes, hollywood posters, US based news articles.

From an environmental perspective, a disaster. The food is automatically packaged for take-away, even if you eat on site. Which of course produces much more waste than necessary. In my opinion, the price is too high for the size of the burger or hot dog. Fries were delicious.

Greasy food, lots of aluminum foil is used for packaging and no thought has been given to disposal. Management should rethink the concept for the benefit of the climate. It doesn't work like that anymore. I was shocked
